<DeathStar> <Asarar> These groups are going to fester and grow, not only from trying to grab girls, but they'll try to grab these fossils when they have the chance.

<DeathStar> *Asarar motions Bella over to her* We're going to work on your training by showing you how to go after and break up these groups. It'll be a bit like the old days. With your friends in Tareh, this will be your training in addition to working one on one with Kira.

<DeathStar> <Asarar> Yeah, they don't want the fossils to reach the black market. I don't know too much about them. Real or fakes being sold both being sold will be a problem for Ymir I imagine, with how she's controlling the market.

<DeathStar> <Lumi> We have a few assignments that have come up and wanted to know if you're interested. *She pulls out a paper* The first is Ymir is doing a trip out to one of the dead worlds to get more fossils and extended an invitation to the group since you showed interest. The other is we have a missing unit in the Dark Lands that was on a routine scouting assignment. Shinobu has her own people helping find them and has offered assistance in whoever we send. They went missing in the desert region.

<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Well, researching the world isn't a bad idea..."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh? A paleontology trip?"

<DeathStar> *Tora and Sen met with the group; lately Tora, despite looking like an older, white haired Taiga, seems to be moving a lot slower these days like an old person even though she appears to maybe be in her upper 30's*
<DeathStar> <Tora> The ship is ready. Please board it. *Sen motions in her maid outfit, bowing*
<DeathStar> *Sen seems to be whispering to Tora; her being here is odd, since she was suppose to have been at Tareh
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhh... this is an opportunity to rest from my work..."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "What happened to her?"
<DeathStar> *Tora and Sen seem to be walking a younger pilot through the process of working the ship; almost like they aren't planning on staying*
<DeathStar> <Selena> Well hopefully everything goes well. *She takes a seat* We should have grabbed Chelsea or Cypher to pilot this.
<Seraphna> **Threna muses** My other self usually has a helmsman or Heaveb to pilot.
<DeathStar> *To the team* <Tora> This ship should be able to do it's work on it's own; if need be the pilot can help it along. We need to go back and help Seniga. Do you have any questions before we go?
<Ari`> <Nicolette> "Well... we're not exactly going into a combat zone. Autopilot should be able to handle itself."
<Jackieness> <Lana> *sits down and straps herself in*

<DeathStar> *They exit Taiga Space in an unknown quadrant of space, the stars not even being familiar right now; before them is a dead world. Scans indicate it's likely was once from the mirror universe once, perhaps as the ship begins to do preliminary scans*
<DeathStar> *information begins to appear on the monitors - showing Croza type weapons destroyed this world long ago*
<DeathStar> *Sylph seems quiet, sitting on Ellie's head, not even moving*
<Sara> <Ellie> I think she's out of range
<Sara> <Ellie> It's a little uncanny, right?
<DeathStar> <Selena> Just a little. *As the ship moves in*
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I'm used to this."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh... I recognize the weapon signs."
<DeathStar> <Pilot> We'll be landing ... *The scans pick up a source of spirit fossils near some craters* There. You all can put on suits and exit the ship if you like.
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Ah, I feel like I already know what happened here."
<DeathStar> <Selena> You do?
<DeathStar> *As the ship lands, it's tools begin to work on bringing up the fossils under them. She stands up to grab a suit when Sylph jerks awake and floats up, pressing against a window, then zooms out*
<Ari`> * Nicolette suits up, wearing her hat on top of the helmet.
<Sara> * Ellie suits up
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Craters, fossils... the reason for them seems obvious."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Yes. This world was caught in the crossfire of the Croza civil war."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I feel sorry for the spirits, though."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...I wonder if this is one of the worlds we visited..."
<Seraphna> Luci> It’s not too dissimilar from Earth. Didn’t your species used to be reliant on chemicals created from rotting fossils?
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "It's why I don't like getting too reliant on spirit fossils."
<DeathStar> *As they step out, the world indeed seems dead, as if it depended on the spirits and after they were gone, life just... faded*
<Sara> <Ellie> It's really desolate...
<DeathStar> *Sylph floats around, looking around. Selena studies it* <Selena> Yes. Is there even anything to find?
<Seraphna> Luci> This is a look at Geyze if we ever fail to protect the spirits.
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Absolutely."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "I still don't understand the connection...unless its some form of terraforming."
<DeathStar> *Sylph zooms off in a direction*
<DeathStar> <Selena> The pixie is going
<Alicia> * Ceilidh follows
<Sara> <Ellie> Sylph! Come back! *she follows after her*
<Ari`> * Nicolette heads after sylph, wondering what her nose detected
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh?!" *tries to follow*
<DeathStar> *Sylph arrives at what looks to be a partial structure, half buried, half destroyed in the ground, just laying there. There doesn't appear to be anything more to it, the entrance buried as well*
<DeathStar> <Selena> Something survived
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh... fascinating."
<DeathStar> *Sylph kneels, using her wind to blow at it, but whatever is written on the structure looks a bit like the language they saw in the Proto Croza, but it's damaged so badly it doesn't seem it would work.*
<Alicia> * Ceilidh attempts to translate anyway, not expecting more than information
<Seraphna> Luci> Looks like… “Tony’s Pizza”?
<Jackieness> <Lana> "No...but we have seen this before." *starts to weave a technospell to try to read it more clearly*
<DeathStar> <Selena> *stands back by Nicolette while Sylph sits on her rear in her bigger form*
<DeathStar> *looking out of it again*
<Ari`> * Nicolette starts taking scans, documenting the find
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "So... how is Sylph moving like that?"
<Sara> <Ellie> Good... question...

<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhh... I've got a partial translation."
<DeathStar> <Sylph> *pauses, then looks up* IT's like..
<DeathStar> <Sylph> A massive delay. You all will be.. in one spot, then jump to another. Imagine everything is stopped for minutes at a time. Then suddenly moves. *she says with delyed pauses*
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "So yes, lag."
<DeathStar> <Sylph> Riding on Ellie helps keep up with you. *she poofs back to pixie form and seeks out Ellie, all wobbily like*
<DeathStar> <Selena> What does it say?
<Sara> * Ellie catches her
<Jackieness> <Lana> "It reads...more or less 'This world did something produce something spirits. Something somethign something on the nearby something."
<DeathStar> <Selena> .. that is... something
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "The 'something's are important."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "But what cna we do to fill in the blanks?"
<DeathStar> <Selena> If there was any spirit power left I would try to do something but this place is dead
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Chaos algorythms used with etymology?"
<DeathStar> *Selena muses* But what could be nearby?
<Ari`> <Nicolette> "We might be able to figure out some from the fossils. And maybe Sylph can sniff out something else?"
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Maybe... Imy best guess on th first sentence was a report that this world did not produce natural spirits."
<DeathStar> *Selena muses* Well - from reading the reports, these Proto Croza were out to make natural spirits
<DeathStar> <Selena> And Geyze was their success
<DeathStar> <Selena> They tried on several worlds, right?
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Not is an important word to figure out."
<Alicia> * Ceilidh records the text, anyway
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I wouldn't be surprised if the second sentence is about what they did to create spirits."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Unfortunately, that one is more fragmented."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "If we knew what they did, that would be impressive."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...please leave information on the nearvy console?"
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "That makes sense."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Assuming my guess is correct, there might be a data cache buried under here."
<Alicia> * Ceilidh starts searching
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Anyone brought excavation gear?"
<DeathStar> <Selena> I'll get the tech from the ship
<DeathStar> *Selena zooms off*
<DeathStar> *Sylph responds, as if catching up and use her wind power to suddenly blow gale cut into the ground for them*
<Jackieness> <Lana> *peeks into the trench that Sylph blew*
<DeathStar> *blowing away the dirt and revealing what looks to be something akin to what they found, but it's so smashed up,, they'd be digging for days*
<Sara> * Ellie peers down, blinking
<Jackieness> <Lana> "To be fair, its a miracle anything survived..."
<DeathStar> *what they found on Kumen/Geyze*
<Seraphna> Luci> Want help?
<DeathStar> *Selena returns with gear to dig*
<DeathStar> <Selena> I think we'll need it if we plan to reveal this place
<Seraphna> **Luci turns into a dragon to help scoop up big chunks of land**
<DeathStar> *Selena hands out the equipment to dig it out*

<DeathStar> *The group has dug out a large swath of ruins, a lot of having been damaged in the bombardment, but as they reveal more of the equipment, the interesting thing that comes to light - the equipment looks like it was long shut down, which likely allowed it to take this much damage.*
<DeathStar> <Selena> *leans on her shovel, dirty* Why did the Kumen one survive it's fate but this one is so smashed?
<Seraphna> Luci> Things are just better on Kumen.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Maybe because we were there to interfere?"
<DeathStar> <Selena> Yeah but Kumen still got pretty banged up didn't it in the war?
<Sara> <Ellie> Pure luck I guess. I think we're all lucky a huge meteor doesn't hit our planet one day... at least that's what I'm told.
<DeathStar> <Selena> I suppose so
<DeathStar> <Selena> Either way - sorry Lana, Ceilidh. This stuff is gone
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Well, that super pyramid ship that we helped take down might have hit this world unharassed."
<DeathStar> <Selena> Unless you know a way to power up broken equipment
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...Ceilidh, let's look around. At the very least, we could document the ssite."
<Ari`> <Nicolette> "Now we'll never know if this world was an experiment that got out of hand and had to be terminated or not."
<DeathStar> *Sylph is spread out on Ellie's head, wiggling now and again*
<Alicia> * Ceilidh does so. "I didn't expect it to be functional... I would've liked some records though."
<DeathStar> *Selena eyes their translate message and eyes the last word that is partially rubbed out*
<Jackieness> <Lana> *also explores the site, recording it*
<Ari`> <Nicolette> "This is a bit beyond our field, at this point. Someone should put together a proper archeological dig though."
<DeathStar> <Selena> If only we could get this to appear..
<DeathStar> *As Lana and Ceilidh move about doing their sweep and catagory the things that aren't destroyed, matching it with some equipment that was found in the other two sites, which indicated a computer AI was here once*
<DeathStar> *Sylph pauses in her playing at that and goes stiff*
<DeathStar> <Sylph> Lana - Ceilih, come to me. *She says all choppy like*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh?" *heads over*
<DeathStar> <Sylph> Where is the message you need translated? I, the great Sylph, will translate it with my Spirit Knowledge

<Alicia> * Ceilidh hurries over
<Jackieness> <Lana> *blinks then points*
<DeathStar> <Sylph> Uh, can you turn me a bit. I'm lagging
<Alicia> * Ceilidh does so
<DeathStar> *Sylph can faintly be heard mumbling to someone*

<DeathStar> <Sylph> This world did not produce natural spirits. Will leave more information on the nearby moon.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "The moon!" *points up*
<DeathStar> *Selena glances up, squinting; there seems to be one moon in orbit, that looks untouched*
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "That's inconvenient, but okay."
<DeathStar> <Sylph> Ho ho. How great am I?
<DeathStar> *Sylph comically adjusts on Ellie's head and falls off*
<Sara> * Ellie catches her in her arms
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...I...forgive me for thinking you had turned evil!"
<DeathStar> *Sylph pauses at that and deadpans*
<Ari`> <Nicolette> "Who did you find that could translate that?"
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "The mumbling was worrying, true."
<DeathStar> <Sylph> *sulks but confesses* I asked the computer AI after I saw it here.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "That makes perfect sense."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "You can speak to the AI?!"
<DeathStar> <Sylph> I am back on Geyze
<Ari`> <Nicolette> "That was a good idea, Sylph."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Well, all the information we can get is helpful."
<DeathStar> <Sylph> It says the one here likely was shut off after the project failed
<Jackieness> <Lana> "The Croza must have been interested in it afterward though."
<DeathStar> <Sylph> And was transferred to another site
<DeathStar> <Selena> True. Because spirits were born here, even if they weren't natural
<DeathStar> <Selena> Lets talk to our pilot and see if we can go to the moon
<Jackieness> <Lana> *nod nods*
<Alicia> * Ceilidh gathers as much detail as she can on the broken machinery before she leaves
<DeathStar> *as they arrive the pilot has gathered several fossils and put them away*
<DeathStar> <Pilot> You all done with your stuff?
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I can't do anything else right now, so yes."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhh...we need to make a stop before we go back to Kumen..."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Sounds good."

<DeathStar> *the Pilot programs it into the ship and they start off*
<DeathStar> *As they arrive on the moon scans do pick up -- something*

<DeathStar> *The pilot nods and heads there, where they find a "man" made cave. It lands outside it while the Pixie peers up from the clevage* <Sylph> Sylph misses this

<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "This is absolutely an important area."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "We'll use the suits again... thin air isn't good for me..."
<DeathStar> *Selena prepares and steps out*
<Jackieness> <Lana> *suits up and steps out*
<DeathStar> *Selena leads them into the cave where a familiar sight greets them - a familiar set up with the pressing the spirit world, and two worlds on either side, but since this world only has the dead world and moon, there's a blank spot between a moon and a world*
<DeathStar> <Selena> Strange, I wonder if they were planning on a spirit world appearing if this worked,
<Jackieness> <Lana> "There is still alot we don't know... but if so, then the Spirit World itself may be engineered."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I wouldn't be surprised."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Lets get the details, anyway."
<Jackieness> <Lana> *gives a nod* "Let's."
<DeathStar> <Selena> *touches the blank spot and uses some spirit energy to open the door. This place, however, is much smaller and seems to be a place to monitor the world*
<DeathStar> *below*
<DeathStar> *it's currently off but lights come on as they step in*
<Alicia> * Ceilidh goes to access the machines, hungry for knowledge like Ren or Akatsuki are for food
<Jackieness> <Lana> *walks along with Ceil*
<DeathStar> *information begins to come up, showing video of what looks like the proto Croza; they appear to hard to identify as they move about, wearing cloaks but they seem to be humanoid in what you can see, but it's also clear something is off about them*
<DeathStar> *they seem to be trying to nuture the planet in the videos and can be heard talking, trying to set up things much like Geyze and give it all the help they can to bring about spirits without artifically doing anything*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "I get a weird vibe..."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "It'd be nice if we could identify them..."
<DeathStar> *allowing the planet to do the work. The logs continue with what appears to be disappointment; the word Croza comes up after a few years of work and how they are growing and coming across the worlds and their abandoned sites. Going through it, it's clear they have to shut down their work early and destroy their site on the planet below and hide this place outside those who are natural spirits*
<DeathStar> *the logs show their work on how they attempted to bring about natural spirits on various machines and what worlds they tried it on*
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Destroying the site seems odd."
<DeathStar> <Selena> The Croza seems to be a fear of their's. I thought the Croza were like spirits themselves though.
<DeathStar> <Selena> Or a type of spirit
<DeathStar> <Selena> All I know is the stuff you all wrote down
