<DeathStar> *After the reality cracks, after the influx of students, after all the craziness that has been inflicted upon the Academy, things have slowly begun to return to normal as the student situation has been settled in time for summer classes, many of them being sent to the Summoni under Kalam, allowing her to increase her numbers and the rest being sent away*
<DeathStar> *for the first time in a bit, with the spirits being seperated and returned, it feels like a brief moment of peace has settled upon the Academy while Kalam investigates what has caused the spirit changes*
<DeathStar> *Gwen muses outside, tapping his chin as he enjoys the summer weather*
<DeathStar> *Lumi sits in her office, looking distracted with the quietness*
<Seraphna> **Talia sits in his lap and looks around at things through a spyglass**
<Seraphna> **Threna sets down tea and snacks for Lumi**
<DeathStar> <Gwen> You know what we should do?
<Ariel> * Nicolette would probably crash after all that's happened, but that'd make for a boring scene.
<Seraphna> Talia> Put up signs outlawing trouble?

<DeathStar> <Gwen> What? No. We should have a summer party. When's the last time all of us gathered together and have fun.

<Seraphna> **Talia grabs her datapad to invite everyone to a summer fun day and encourages swim suits for water related fun**

<Ariel> <Nicolette> "So is seeing people in bathing suits the whole reason for a beach party?"

<DeathStar> <Gwen> What? No. It's to have fun. Though I imagine if someone is into someone else, they might enjoy seeing someone else' swim wear.

<DeathStar> *As Gwen says that, a loud boom is heard from the Aquarius, which is parked nearby. Tora comes walking from it, covered in complete soot*

<DeathStar> <Tora> Just a little something to help bring out Mireille's full abilities. With the spirits continually evolving, you can look at it like as a way to bring out her go beyond. It's a bit complicated.

<Seraphna> Jaime> The kids don't need a power up really. We sort of already did that a while back.

<Seraphna> Jaime> When I won the challenge of the ancients and wished for the Spirits to have the power of the ritual.

<DeathStar> *holds up paper indicating someone enrolled her for summer classes; due to the fact she looks on the younger side, much like a Maka, most likely they assumed she is younger than she is* <Death> What is school?
<Seraphna> Jaime> Oh, a means of training, but with the mind more than the power.

<Seraphna> Jaime> Yes, I myself went to school for 16 years of education.

<Seraphna> Jaime> I assume you're holding onto Nocturne's work, Tenebrae.
<DeathStar> *Tenebrae follows along, the eldest of the bunch as she waves at Jaime*

<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "One of them? You mean like Erevis?"
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "A bunch of kids who don't want to be in class, but they have super powers?"

<Seraphna> **Jaime lets Terra follow her cousins**

<Seraphna> Jaime> I went to school around the same time as Taiga, Si, and their gang.

<Jackieness> <Lana> *runs toward the other spectators, doubling over to catch her breath once she gets there*
<DeathStar> <Mireille> Playing game with friends. *As the MEw Mew gets closer*

<DeathStar> *Sylph takes over te warp and they appear in the freezing snow. Gwen falls over into it*
<DeathStar> *nearby the monestary looms as people are moving all over the place these days*
<Sara> <Ellie> Apparently Gwen wants everyone in bikinis
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "This does not feel like summer!"
<Alicia> * Sparkling starts making snowballs
<DeathStar> *Sylph looks displeased in the snow*

<DeathStar> *trudges up to the door, her wings not moving as well*
<DeathStar> *Neekito's dress changes into a winter one as they move to the door; some of the monestary Summoni bow and greet them* <Summoni> Ah, welcome.
<Ariel> * Nicolette hurries towards the monestary, not enjoying the sudden change in temperature
<Jackieness> <Lana> "C...cold!"
<Seraphna> **Jaime muses, still in a bikini, but it expands and turns into a winter dress**

<Alicia> * SParkling throws her snowball at Sylph
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Wh...why are we here?"
<DeathStar> *Gwen mumbles in the snow, faceplanted*
<DeathStar> *Sylph gasps, turning toward Sparkling*
<Seraphna> **Talia picks him up and carries him inside**
<DeathStar> <Sylph> .. .. .. . ... *suddenly wind forms and a torrent of snow balls heads toward Sparkling, and anyone next to her* Hi-ya!

<Seraphna> **Talia uses him as a shield while heading for the door**
<Alicia> * Sparkling continues the snowball fight, as Ceilidh retreats into the monastery
<DeathStar> *Neekito makes a throaty cat noise as the snowball battle begins. The summoni quickly lets htem inside*

<Jackieness> <Lana> *scrambles for the door*
<DeathStar> <Sylph> *Begins to recite Nameless' thing when doing the Bone of my Sword, only turning it into a Wind thing as she makes more floating snowballs as she launches them*
<Seraphna> **Jaime steps in and peers about at the progress**
<DeathStar> *it looks like the place is really coming along, especially in the sleeping quarters since they got an influx of students; the summoni leads them along toward Kalam's office where she is glancing over some old tomes*
<DeathStar> <Gwen> I feel as if we barely escaped death. <Neekito> We lost two good warriors today.
<Seraphna> **Alita peers over a tome herself, tilting her head as she takes notes**
<Ariel> * Nicolette warms up, away from the snow
<Jackieness> <Lana> "I think they are still fighting it out, actually..."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Well, as long as they don't get frostbite..."
<DeathStar> <Kalam> Ah, I'm glad to see you all. *She dismisses the Summoni* How are you?
<DeathStar> *Neekito glomps Ellie a bit, snuggling her for warmth*

<Seraphna> Jaime> The cold isn't that bad. Of course I did grow up in Space.

<DeathStar> <Kalam> This is technically summer weather right now.
<DeathStar> *Neekito nods and still hugs on her*
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "It must be hard, with this climate all the time."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "So, see, summer's not gone!"
<DeathStar> <Kalam> I probably adjust to it easier being a dragoon. Though some others do complain about it. We have giant firepits to help out
<DeathStar> <Kalam> So you are probably wondering why I asked you all here outside giving an update
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Yes."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "See, Gwen, we're here for a reason."
<DeathStar> <Kalam> We are doing quite well. The students are adjusting quite easily and we're locating missing tomes and relics still. We'll still never quite become what we were, but I believe in a year or so we'll be able to help the spirits like we did in the past
<DeathStar> <Kalam> It'll take time to train these students in the art of being a Summoni before I can put them on that path
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "A year... that's actually a really impressive time table."
<DeathStar> <KAlam> Thank you. I plan to take a select few that shows promise and have them accelerate their training
<DeathStar> <Kalam> And have them help me look into the spirit ailment
<DeathStar> <Kalam> As well as some of you from the Academy naturally
<Seraphna> **Alita muses, flipping a page** We should probably start sending the more promising ones on trials for direct pacting.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "So, ahhhhh, what is the other thing?"
<DeathStar> <Kalam> Perhaps. I'll consider it. I want to move into this slowly right now even with the younger spirits
<DeathStar> <Kalam> Ah right the other thing. I been looking into the incident with Death here
<DeathStar> *Neekito pauses at that, ears twitching alert*
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "...and?"
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "Hmm?"
<DeathStar> <Kalam> Well, I am hesitant to point fingers but there are signs of magik being deployed to bind Death in the cell and hide her from my eyes. As well as use her power to locate more of the relics and tomes that we lost
<DeathStar> <Kalam> The findings of them have slowed down since
<Seraphna> Alita> Was anyone particularly efficient before that is less so now?
<DeathStar> <Kalam> I imagine anyone that could bind Death would have to be an amazingly talented magi
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "So, how many of those do you know?"
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh?"
<Seraphna> **Alita sighs softly** Magi. And seeing as I was quite busy with my Lord Void, that narrows the field considerably.
<DeathStar> <Kalam> Well. There are many at the Magi Tower
<DeathStar> *Neekito shifts a little*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "I mean, I once trrapped Death in a little box..."
<DeathStar> <Kalam> Their leader. A powerful Familiar might could do it
<Seraphna> Talia> Talia mostly innocent.
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I think I might have an idea how to find the culprit, should they do it again."
<DeathStar> <Gwen> You think they'd be dumb enough to try again?
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Not really."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "What is the idea?"
<DeathStar> <Kalam> Well, all I can assume is they 1) wanted to make it look like I did it and cause strife or 2) they wanted to get back Death for everything they did and did not know that Death was innocent
<DeathStar> <Kalam> Due to their attacks on the sUmmoni and Magi
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "The second seems very likely."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhh...but how does stealing summoni artifacts help with point 2?"
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "Didn't know, or didn't care... or, well... saw her as a tool they could use without feeling morally responsible."
<Seraphna> Alita> We can opt to simply let the matter go.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh... is the matter worth potential conflict with the magi? They are in a stronger position right now."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Sounds good to me. As long as it doesn't happen again, it's only a matter for historians."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Death is hardly going to try for revenge, and there's no ongoing problems."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhh...but is it not Kalam's decision in the end?"
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Well? What do you think?"
<DeathStar> *Kalam thinks* Well, I admit the magic used was unusual, but that might be due to Death herself being the target
<DeathStar> <Kalam> But I'm not magic user either
<DeathStar> <Kalam> Either way they helped the Summoni so it's hard to also chide them.
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Curious."
<Seraphna> Alita> The Magi do have a number of spirit affecting techniques. Though they have gone mostly unused since we shook up the order.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "If you would like, I could examine the cell. This is kind of my area."
<DeathStar> <Kalam> Certainly. If you don't find anything that alarms you, I say you can drop the matter
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ok!"
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Great!"
<DeathStar> <Kalam> I'll keep you in the loop on how we progress with the Summoni and prepare to look into the spirits.
<Seraphna> Jaime> Never had a grasp on the mage stuff. I do much better with spirits.

<Jackieness> <Lana> "Also.." *whispers* "...they know they got the dungeon room?"
<DeathStar> <Gwen> I mean, it looks better at least

<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Oh, we're just inspecting the room."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh... yes."
<DeathStar> *the female robed Summoni that covers their face nods* Ah, carry on, *peace sign*
<Jackieness> <Lana> *looks awkward as she tries to examine the walls and floor of the former cell, moving around the dorm room stuff*
<Alicia> * Ceilidh joins in the room inspection, ignoring the students
<DeathStar> *The students work on their studies, peering at Ceilidh hard, his eyes following her*
<DeathStar> *another female watches Lana as the robbed Summoni that talked to them leaves*

<DeathStar> *Lana and Ceilidh would feel residue of magik in the room*

<DeathStar> *Lana and Ceilidh move toward the beds and dressers, needing to move it when a giant snowman busts in*

<DeathStar> *The blood spell seems to be a spell that is designed to bind any spirit - meaning it could be used on any known spirit - drawing from the life force of the blood mage and teps into the spirit's power to locate items of power that are lost, using their powers to restore damaged buildings faster, etc etc. IT seems it can do a multitude a things*
<DeathStar> *it looks like Kito likely tapped into it to restore the monestary faster and find the Summoni's lost relics and tomes, plus who knows what else*
