<DeathStar> *The Anti-Spirits slowly get closer, sensing the Spirits inside*

<DeathStar> *As they shoot for the gate, they do not seem to give chase; until part way when the device sparks and smokes; then they seem to notice and begin to give chase*

<Jackieness> <Airym> "We need to get through and then close the gate before they can folllow us through."
<Alicia> * Akatsuki sings along, a song that would be familiar to people in the regular universe, but not this ship
<DeathStar> *as they get closesr, the gate is view, but a large anti-spirit blocks them*
<Seraphna> **Cookie sings along pitch perfect, but every word is wrong**
<DeathStar> *Origin covers Erica's face, squealing*
<Sara> <Erica> Hey, I can't see!
<Seraphna> Nox> Shoot it!?

<Seraphna> **Nox shoots it with the cannons**
<DeathStar> *The shots hit the giant Anti-Spirit; it looks like it's getting bigger and they're getting closer*
<DeathStar> <Selena> Is it about to explode or is it eating it?
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Ben, what do you have?"
<DeathStar> <Ben> ... *he studies the readings* Try a tractor beam and move it toward us, then fling it. Either that or try to blow it up with a bomb.
<Sara> <Erica> We're in spirit mode... we're basically shooting them with food
<Sara> <Erica> Torpedos or bombs will work better
<DeathStar> <Yuki> Eri is right
<Seraphna> **Cookie muses, then suddenly shifts the ship into a swerve as she has Pepper tractor it**
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Prepre the tractor beam for slingshot tactic."
<DeathStar> *it begins to try to consume the tractor beam, eating the beam all the while it's flung; growing larger*
<Seraphna> Cookie> Hold onto your juicy butts! **eyes glowing to focus as she then flips the ship, pulling the spirit then flinging it at their persuers**
<DeathStar> *The large fat anti-spirit moves toward them*
<DeathStar> *however, their speed begins to decrease*
<DeathStar> *The spirit engines losing power*
<DeathStar> <Ben> We are almost out of power
<Alicia> <Jikuu> "Big chungus approaching!"
<Seraphna> **Cookie then rolls them back to normal and goes around it for the portal**
<Seraphna> **Nox feeds Mire**
<Seraphna> **Terra does too**
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Reroute everythign we have to drive systems."
<DeathStar> *Ben works on it as the other spirits do - the gate right before them now*
<DeathStar> <Ben> Prepare for entry.
<Seraphna> **Cookie takes them through**
<DeathStar> *the Aquarius begins to shake and bounce; then suddenly they're on the other side in the snowy mountain when the spirit engine cuts off, headed right for the cliff edge*
<DeathStar> *Cloé clings to Bella's head like Origin with Erica*
<Jackieness> <Bella> "Cl...cloe!"
<Seraphna> **Cookie angles them upwards and Terra shifts the mountain to catch them**
<Seraphna> Terra> Fae Fae wind cushion!
<DeathStar> <Yuki> Aw shit. *She grips her armrest; Sylph going outside to use the winds to slow them and Fae Fae joining her*
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Maneuvering thrusters. Ben, contact the summoni and have them close the gate immediately."
<DeathStar> *Salamander complies, moving to shut it off*
<Seraphna> **Nox touches the chamber and large tentacles form around the ship to help grapple into the mountain and slow them**
<DeathStar> *The Aquarius jerks and throws people as it has no landing gear out to my knowledge, sliding on the snow toward the mountain edge until the spirits stop it, along with the thrusters.*
<DeathStar> *when it finally stops, the bridge crew has a beautiful view of the cliff*
<Sara> <Erica> Fuck's sake--
<DeathStar> *Yuki looks dizzy*
<Seraphna> Nox> Hor you don’t mind tentacle landing gear.

<DeathStar> *Celes looks up, seeing the barrier is still up*

<DeathStar> <Celes> I should make some inqueries with the Magi Tower and see how they are holding up. *she spots random debris like drones striking the barrier*
<Jackieness> <Lana> *points up* "See? I knew it would work!" *flops*
<Seraphna> Amber> **nods** Momma seems to still be maintaining.
<DeathStar> *Simon heads off to check on some stuff*
<DeathStar> <Celes> So. You think everything turned out okay?

<DeathStar> *Celes walks toward the school proper to try to learn what is going on; as they arrive, Rain is there, having some devices set up*
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I'm so glad the eldritch monster is gone forever."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhhh? Why do you think its gone forever?"
<Seraphna> Amber> Mmm…
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Wasn't that what Chronos did?"
<Ari`> <Nicolette> "No... it... was gone from that conflict, and is likely pissed off."

<Jackieness> <Lana> "The Crawling Chaos is not used to being outplayed."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "...so it's going to come back and cause problems for us just out of spite."
<DeathStar> <Celes> I am surprised such a being agreed to it. It had to be more powerful than Chronos, surely
<Jackieness> <Lana> "And probably be much more sadistic on the next round."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Lets hope we don't have to deal with the serpent ever again after this... though, we still have to win."
<DeathStar> <Rain> *looks confused at all this talk* Well, you will be pleased - *she motions at her telescope*
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "We're winning?"
<DeathStar> *Through the lens, one can see the floating serpent head, but there's also a ton of ship remains floating around, making a ship graveyard floating around Geyze, Kumen, and Yggdrasil. Flying in the area, due to the sheer amount of ships, is now going to be hazardous in the future and likely cause more accidents*
<Ari`> <Nicolette> "I think... Chronos made a bargain, to keep it out. Probably at her own expense."
<DeathStar> <Celes> I do not recognize most of those ships - but I confess I don't know most other races' ship designs
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> *looks* "...I don't want to say we've won yet, but... unless that thing can regenerate from just a head..."
<DeathStar> <Gwen> So...
<DeathStar> <Gwen> Should we tell Alita the barrier is no longer needed?

<DeathStar> <Gwen> *eyes all the wreckage in space* That a thing? That stuff can come down?

<Jackieness> <Lana> "Yes. The gravity will pull it in."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "No worries though, I'm sure the Red Pirates and Cartel will clear up most of it."
<DeathStar> *Peace comes up the stairs with a Peacemaker from Unit 3*
<DeathStar> <Peace> We got good news and bad news. What do you want first?

<DeathStar> *Peace looks onfused*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhh... this is Alliance space, and Earth is the closest governing power. Further, military salvage rights stick with the nation that flagged the ship or its successor government."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Point."
<DeathStar> *Peace turns to walk off, mumbling yes over and over*
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Oh, tell us the bad news first."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Just give us the news!"
<Seraphna> **Amber reaches out a hand and vines pull him over**
<DeathStar> <Peace> R-Right. Well, the Aquarius is teetering on the cliff edge to their doom
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Oh. Where are they?"
<DeathStar> <Peace> The good news is they're at Kalam's and they have requested we send help to save their ship
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "So... lets."
<DeathStar> <Peace> ....so can flying carriages do it?
<Ari`> <Nicolette> "...save the people, or the ship?"
<Seraphna> **Amber frowns and summons one of the Shadow Spirits**
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "They can help, at least. We might need more if we're going to actually save the ship though."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhh! I have an idea!"
<Seraphna> **Dark Spirits, even
<DeathStar> *Tenebrae yawns*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "We could use a pyramid ship."
<DeathStar> <Rain> I can prepare Sasha's
<Seraphna> Amber> Lady Tenebrae, please transport some of us to the Summoni Temple, the Aquarius needs our help.
<Ari`> <Nicolette> "I was going to suggest veggimancers, but a pyramid would probably work better."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "I'll help get the pyramid ready for flight and then pilot it over."
<DeathStar> <Gwen> I'll help Lana
<Seraphna> Amber> THose going with us can help stabilize it till, then.
<DeathStar> <Celes> I guess we'll see you there then
<Seraphna> **Amber shifts over to Tenebrae and puts an arm about her**
<DeathStar> *Tenebrae glows and warps the rest*

<DeathStar> Location: Pirate Ship
<DeathStar> *Asarar looks up when her mini map detects movement - a group of pirates have begun to set up explosives on the engines, while another group have begun to pop up from the grates near the Nyao where Bonnie is guarding it with Luci and Chelsea*
<DeathStar> <Asarar> They've made their move before we've reached the PAX. ETA another 5 minutes. *the PAX seems to have suffered some damage from some ordeal and is floating aimlessly*
<Jackieness> <Kira> "They are trying to cripple the ship. At this point, we'll probably lose control and collide with the PAX if they take out the engines."
<DeathStar> <Asarar> And they don't want us to escape
<DeathStar> *Asarar prepares her weapon* Lets go stop them
<Seraphna> **Luci covers the area around the vent and inside it with a breath of hot dragon plasma**
<DeathStar> *The pirates quickly roll, though a good many are taken out*
<Jackieness> <Kira> *gives a nod* "LEt's."
<DeathStar> *they begin to shoot at the Nyao, leading to Aimee and Melodie to get angry and rush out*
<Seraphna> **Luci stomps at one and hurls a sharpspear from one wing at another**
<Sara> * Chelsea tries to reflect the shots with her sword
<Seraphna> Luci> You idiots picked a dragon fight~
<DeathStar> *Chelsea wounds a few and Bonnie leaps out, clawing the wounded ones. The two spirits hack into the nearby equipment to chase them*
<DeathStar> *Asarar leads Kira to the engine room, where the sounds of the explosives can be heard. Asarar and Kira are greeted by gunfire from the pirates hiding, likely to stall them on the timer*
<DeathStar> *Ren meanwhile leads Charlotte through the vents*
<DeathStar> *Trying to sneak up*
<DeathStar> <Ren> <Charlotte - which group should we attack?>
<Alicia> <Charlotte> <Lets get rid of the bombs first.>
<Jackieness> <Kira> *draws her shortblade and starts to dart from cover to cover*
<DeathStar> *Ren heads under them while Asarar sneaks along; there seems to be 5 of them and 2 of them get aggroed by Kira, firing whenever she moves, allowing Asarar to sneak along and draw aggro of another one*
<DeathStar> <Ren> <Ready? I'm going to pop up>
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Very."
<DeathStar> *Chelsea would notice one pirate in their hanger is trying to sneak into the Nyao*
<Alicia> * That was supposed to be telepathy
<Jackieness> <Kira> *darts to another cover spot, but this tiem tosses a tthrowing blade at one of her two guys, trying to ricochet it into them*
<DeathStar> *Ren hops out and leaps and attacks one of their 2*
<Alicia> * Charlotte uses TK to disable the other long enough to tendril them
<DeathStar> *Kira drops her's as does Charlotte, leaving just the one Asarar is dealing with. He strains to reach for the bomb detonator*
<DeathStar> <Asarar> No.,,you.. don't...
<Alicia> * CHarlotte moves the bomb detonator away from the pirates reach, using TK again, almost tauntingly. "Bad pirate."
<DeathStar> *the device slowly moves toward Charlotte*
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Disable it quickly
<Alicia> * Charlotte disables the device, using future vision to ensure not making an error.
<DeathStar> *The bombs click off and Asarar kicks the guy in the face*
<DeathStar> *suddenly, the Nyao powers up from the person sneaking onboard it*
<DeathStar> *And it begins to fly backwards*
<DeathStar> *just as they reach the PAX hanger*
<DeathStar> *Bonnie stands there, dumbfounded, while Aimée looks furious. She grabs Luci and throws her at the Nyao*
<Seraphna> **Luci grabs the Nyao and poulls it back in**
<DeathStar> *The Nyao opens fire at Luci with spirit weapons*
<Seraphna> **Luci gropowls, taking hard damage but tosses the Nyao back into the hangar before falling over**
<Seraphna> **Or tries to**
<DeathStar> *The ship bangs into the hanger and the pirate falls out. Ren leads the others back where she finds Aimée kicking the pirate*
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Thanks for dealing with that for me."
<Sara> * Chelsea just shakes her head judgmentally at the pirate
<DeathStar> <Asarar> *Grabs a cig and lights up* We'll drop off everything here and take the Nyao back to Kumen. Get Luci checked back there. *Ren nods* <Ren> You ready to off load the pirates and prisoners, Charlotte? <Asarar> Lets get back home, Chelsea - Kira. *she lifts Luci*
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Yeah. Lets find out if these guys are controlled or just trash."
<Seraphna> **Luci has thankfully reverted to Loli form**
<DeathStar> <Ren> Oh, I bet they're trash. And we need to question them about that shining object. None of them had it, so that means our pirate leader escaped.

<DeathStar> *The Aquarius floats outside the Academy, with the Nyao Nyao floating next to it. The barrier is still up due to the random debris that is raining down, but right now the Magis have students keeping it charged at a decent power level. With Linnet dead, the Magi School is in chaos, even with Delgi taking it back over*
<DeathStar> *everyone has converged back here for the time being to talk and plan what they want to do next; even Asarar's group is there*
<DeathStar> *Celes relaxes in a chair in one of the rooms provided while Selena paces*
<DeathStar> <Selena> So how is everyone? It would appear we all came out of this rather well
<Ari`> <Nicolette> "We managed well out here. Had to make a really hard call though..."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Right. Things could've gone so much worse."
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "We have spent so long preparing... and now... what comes next?"
<DeathStar> *Gwen nods* Yeah, but we did what we had to do. <Asarar> Well, the brief time I was up there, it seemed as if everything worked out.
<DeathStar> <Selena> Yes, that is what I was going to ask next. It feels like we were working years toward this goal.
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Really, we were."
<DeathStar> <Selena> Now I imagine there has to be something more; has anyone seen Fate?

<Ari`> <Nicolette> "The whole thing with the serpent? Why things always went bad? That... thing, was influencing the incident."
<DeathStar> *Selena muses, chewing her lip in a very un-queen like fashion* I am shocked Fate did not mention that

<DeathStar> <Delgi> I apologize for the interruption. But two serious matters occurred within minutes of each other according to the Peacekeeper unites
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Go on."
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Yes, speak."
<DeathStar> <Delgi> The first is an attack on the Peacekeeper HQ near the Academy grounds. The second, something - a shuttle passed through the spirit barrier that Ymir has up currently; despite not being affected like it should. Within the hour, Kumen City suddenly stopped transmitting anything on the ally channels except one thing. "A Sin has arrived".

<Seraphna> Luci> Yeah I'm going too.
<Seraphna> Alita> Another attack? We'll see to it at the Academy.
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Chelsea - Kira, get your asses moving
<Sara> <Chelsea> Gee, my ass? *she puffs out her cheeks and moves*

<DeathStar> *Asarar gets into the Nyao where the two spirits are waiting; once they're all on, it takes off for Kumen*

<Jackieness> <Sasha> "I think I should get back to the Academy then. IT adjoins the Alliance headquarters grounds."

<DeathStar> <Ymir> ... Luci. You need to turn back. *Her voice is unreadabl right now, as they get closer to the barrier*

<Seraphna> Luci> We can't just let this sin thing get you.
<DeathStar> *after a second, another voice answers, a male voice* So you're the one who has been feeding her such information? I see I have a lot of work to do.

<Seraphna> **LUci growls** Whoever you are, if you harm a hair on her head I'm gonna devour you.

<DeathStar> *The Peacekeeper buildings, when they arrive, including what few Croza building, look to have been utterly decimated by some sort of ancient weapon*
<DeathStar> *Peacekeepers not even existing anymore outside their badges*

<Ari`> <Nicolette> "What could have caused all this, so quickly...."
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "...I don't know...I'll go to my office... see if the Academy security systems recorded anything."
<DeathStar> *Selena nods to Sasha while Sylph is quiet*
<Jackieness> <Sasha> *heads to ehr office*
<DeathStar> *As Sasha enters her office, she'd find something went through her stuff - the Croza tech having been activated*

<Ari`> * Nicolette quickly scans over the area for threats, before looking for Shin
<DeathStar> *Where a large powerful exosuit has been stolen and on the ground Shin is laying there with a type of Croza weapon thrust into her back, draining her*
<DeathStar> *Celes looks at the information sent by Sasha* .. dammit
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "What?"
<Alicia> * Sparkling goes to remove the weapon
<DeathStar> <Celes> I know what this is. It's a Croza - outside their suit
<Ari`> * Nicolette nods to Sparkling, and uses the healing power of the cards on Shin
<DeathStar> *She shows the large spirit like figure in Sasha's picture* Well, it might be in one now

<Alicia> * Sparkling seems not to be bothered by the Croza talk
<DeathStar> *Shin rolls over, slowly regaining some energy* Thank you.
