<DeathStar> *The ninjas stop the two before the building, turning them over to a man in a suit* <Man> Hello. I'm sorry for the way you've been treated. Would you ladies mind following me?
<Alicia> <Jikuu> "I guess not." * It's not like she can exactly say no and leave.
<DeathStar> *He appears to be a man in his in his late 30's, handsome with dark hair, and there seems to be a passing ressemblance to Ymir. He gestures for them to follow him and begins to step on inside*
<DeathStar> *As he leads them through the hallways, there's various people staring at them in the lobby, clearly on guard about the two*
<Alicia> * Jikuu follows, for now at least. She'll make a break for it later if she needs to... though this likely requires an opportunity

<DeathStar> <Man> Well, you two have been causing quite the commotion in Quad 1. Bringing down my old building
<Alicia> <Akatsuki> "Oh, that sort of famous..."
<DeathStar> <Man> Plus your group might have killed my daughter. Yes, that sort of famous. *He brings them to the elevator* But the fact is I do not wish for a prolonged scuffle with forces from Geyze. And I do not think you all do either. A battle between Kumen and Geyze is just bad business.

<DeathStar> *The man raises his eyebrow, and steps into an office - it's clearly a side office but it's being converted into a makeshift President's office with Ymir MIA right now. Terran's face is on the desk, matching the man's, as he moves to the desk and sits down at it* <Terran> Hm. I suppose my people had removed you two from the scene before this happened. *he shows the footage of Nell capturing Ymir by force when moments later the entire building came down*

<DeathStar> <Terran> So, as you can see, your forces from Geyze, led by a Hapian Princess, have come in - captured the President of Kumen, then lost her - possibily killed her, and I have to ask you, what is your endgame? Because with my daughter missing, I'm acting President until she's found. I am curious what you all are trying to achieve here.

<Alicia> <Jikuu> "I find that a number of them do not exactly trust you, however."
<DeathStar> <Terran> Ah, that's long time right stuff. We'll be sure to work on that. But with the situation as it is, we each have our own problems. Hunters, threats from other worlds, allies coming in to attack and kidnap. But I'm sure we'll think of something. *a server comes in with food and drink for the two*

<DeathStar> <Terran> My sources say that is not the case. Did you know there is a whole planet of them? They claim to be neutral and non-threatening, but they all have the same power set.

<Jackieness> <Bella> "So try to get back down to the lower levels and attack from there?"
<Ari`> <Nicolette> "My money is that he set up his defenses to protect against a single, small, highly skilled unit of powerful individuals."

<Ari`> <Nicolette> "Yep! So how do we spread out his focus so it's not a singular bulwark?"
<Seraphna> Nell> If only we had a riot or something to sneak through.

<Jackieness> <Bella> "There is always the cursed option of splitting up and doing a multi-prong attack."

<DeathStar> *as the two walk up to the doors, they open up automatically for the two and the group are led into a fancy modern building where behind the counter is Ymir's lobby person. She eyes them, then waves them on in* He is waiting for you. *The elevators open in the back*

<DeathStar> *Selena hmmms as she gets into the elevator* Is this safe?
<DeathStar> *Cloé hides behind Bella*

<DeathStar> *The elevator goes up, making noises sometimes like it might fall, but it reaches the higher floors and gets out into Maxwell Terran's floor, where it's clear he's in a side office - not the President's - but he has been transferring things to make it a psedu President office while Ymir is MIA. He is sitting at his desk, going through some paperwork, standing behind him are a few of the spirits - Aska, Shade, Gale, who seem to be annoyed, but aren't talking*
<Seraphna> Nox> I'm assuming, Jikuu, that he negotiated with you because you're a Suisen Royal?
<Seraphna> **Nox eyes her grandmother curiously**
<Ari`> * Nicolette looks a little surprised, not expecting three spirits to be here.

<Alicia> <Jikuu> "I am assuming so. Also that he wishes to avoid prolonged confrontations."
<DeathStar> *Maxwell folds his hands on the desk, motioning at the chairs* Please, sit

<Ari`> * Nicolette sits, but keeps her eyes on Maxwell. Propriety is one thing, but she doesn't trust the man
<DeathStar> <Maxwell> I've had the pleasure of speaking with your party members about what it is you want in this invasion of yours, to help avoid a conflict between Geyze and Kumen and dial things down. We've already possibly lost our President thanks to this. They've mentioned possibly opening borders again between our worlds - we've already have begun test flights and will slowly do test trades and see how it works out between various kingdoms

<Seraphna> Nell> Right after the building mysteriously collapsed due to explosives we couldn't have possibly placed.

<Seraphna> Luci> Most of us here have a right to stay past the 12 hours. Might be even longer after we find Ylva due to a little important fact.

<Seraphna> Luci> Mainly that that contract is only as good as Maxwell's hold on Ymir. Since he doesn't actually have the legal authority to make it.
