<DeathStar> *Selena stops at the Magi Tower and tries to walk inside when she boinks her head*

<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ah, its a spirit barrier."

<Seraphna> Talia> Mistress specializes in these... I think... **she muses and tries applying Mana to several points**
<DeathStar> <Vyvy> Clearly we need to find out what type of spirit energy is used and used the opposite

<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Is there anythign you can do?"
<DeathStar> *the scan seems to indicate it's drawing the spirit energy from the area itself.

<Sara> * Liana shrugs and winds up and tries to hit the barrier hard since people were talking about it. Figuring it was at least partially a joke but probably won't hurt.

<Sara> * Liana shrugs, not having expected anything. "Maybe someone more used to punching things would do better."

<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Can someone do a mana tube... or drill?"

<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Liana, punch again, then let Lana attempt her plan."

<Jackieness> <Lana> *weaves a ring shaped barrier into the weakened spot and then works on expanding it*

<MobileAri> * Nicolette practically drags Selena through, not wanting her to get left behind
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Everyone through!" *heads through the hole and into the Spire*
<Jackieness> <Lana> *maintains ehr weave as she walks through*
<Seraphna> **Talia and Terra hop through, Talia dragging Gwen if he's not moving**

<DeathStar> *Sylph floats through and the others hurry through, while Selena eeps*

<DeathStar> *Gwen peers back as the Hapian army can be seen marching through the village toward them as it goes back up*

<Jackieness> <Lana> *drops her ring barrier once everyone is through*

<DeathStar> *from here, the tower is much more simplistic compared to the modern day - just stairs going up, or down*
<DeathStar> *Vyvy creeps and looks down into the basement where the familiar tech lies*
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "We'll see... the Hapian army does not have many magi normally, but these are not normal times." *gestures* "Time to ascend."

<Seraphna> **Talia peers downwards too** Delghi down there.

<DeathStar> *The rest head up where drones are moving around, attaching wires into the Magi Tower*

<Jackieness> <Lana> *goes to exmaine the drone, weaving her ethereal console to assit her*
<DeathStar> *the drone glows red*
<DeathStar> *and the other drones turn to eye the group*
<DeathStar> <Yuki> Uh.... Lana?
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "On your guard..."
<DeathStar> <Selena> This is not normal, right?
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...give me a moment..." *tries to hack into the drone control program*
<DeathStar> *As the drones head for them*
<Seraphna> **Terra huffs, then starts blasting the ones that get too close**
<DeathStar> *Lana would see complex Croza files and information*
<DeathStar> *The drones begin to bring out weapons now*
<DeathStar> *And begin to fire back*
<DeathStar> <Selena> They're getting angrier
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Firing at them does that."
<Jackieness> <Lana> *looks through, trying to find the orders for installing the cablign and modifying them slightly so that they install with reverse polarity and go back to worker mdoe*
<DeathStar> *She pulls out her sword to try to deflect, getting caught off guard at the force*
<Seraphna> Terra> Hurry and use your brain magic! **she pulls walls up to guard the group**
<DeathStar> **The drones begin to fire at the walls; Lana would find that their primary focus is to gather supplies, but when interrupted they turn hostile on the interruption. She could attept to put it back into worker mode, yes, by making the group not threatening by "Calming" the drones down*
<MobileAri> * Nicolette brings up an earthen wall for cover, not worried about counter offensive right now
<DeathStar> *as the drone bursts through wall one, like a certain actor, another wall is put up*
<DeathStar> <Yuki> They seem quite persistant
<Jackieness> <Lana> *tries to calm down the drones*
<DeathStar> *it seems to work, but as Lana HAS one of them, the aggro meter begins to rise up in the one drone, about to send it out to the others*
<DeathStar> <Selena> IS it over?
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Terra, let it go!"
<Seraphna> **Terra does so**
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "...phew... you were a bit too quick on the trigger there, Terra."
<DeathStar> *the drone moves off, knocking down the two walls to try to resume work*
<Seraphna> Terra> Wanted to help. **she pouts**
<DeathStar> <Selena> Okay. So what are they doing to the place?
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Its looking for useful equipment. The pyramid either needs more repairs or enhancements."
<MobileAri> <Nicolette> "Makes sense."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I'd do the same."
<DeathStar> *Gwen and Talia run upstairs and Gwen blocks off downstairs*
<DeathStar> <Gwen> So, we got a plan!?

<DeathStar> <Gwen> That's what
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "...so what did you find?"

<DeathStar> <Gwen> A crazy familiar that tried to bite off Talia' arm. Long hair, looked angry

<Seraphna> Talia> **Nods** She not found mistress yet. Not Delgi, Bon Bon!
<Jackieness> <Lana> *examines more of the drone code while they speak of familiars*
<DeathStar> <Selena> Well, unless we can use her to eat the Croza
<DeathStar> <Selena> Lets just be wary of downstairs
<DeathStar> *ripping sounds can be heard as the super gun is being lifted up into the Croza ship above*
<DeathStar> <Gwen> Is it taking the entire tower?
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh! This is modern code with a Croza layer bolted on top."
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "They are taking the elemental weapon!"
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "They just hacked the system."
<MobileAri> <Nicolette> "Lana. They're stealing the super weapon. Ideas?"
<Jackieness> <Lana> *tries to order the drones tto repair the damage to the Spire instead by bypassing the Croza layer*
<DeathStar> *The drones turn to face them all red glowy like and approach the group, then begin to repair some sections*
<DeathStar> *while some continue to advance, hands trying to grab at Lana*
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Hey!" *tries to keep them off Lana*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...got soem of them. Cover me... trying to reprogram the rest."
<DeathStar> *another hand grabs at Ceilidh*
<DeathStar> <Yuki> *To Erica* This is why I prefer to bash
<MobileAri> * Nicolette slips a piece of wood into the hands of the grabby drone
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Terra, put up the walls again."
<Seraphna> **Terra puts them up** Eeep!
<DeathStar> *They hold onto it*
<DeathStar> *The walls slow them down*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...I can do it..." *tries to reprogram the rest*
<DeathStar> *banging can be heard on the barrier as well as noises of people trying to climb the tower; at the same time, the ship begins to make rumbling sounds like it might be trying to go soon*
<DeathStar> *The drones stop their attack and quietly float*
<DeathStar> *Gwen peers out a small window* The Hapians are here. I see Celes
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Got them!"
<Seraphna> Terra> Should we run for the ship?
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Can you spirits get us on to that ship again? This time we have the tech experts with us."
<MobileAri> * Nicolette eyes the cables, in case they need to climb
<Seraphna> Terra> Will use hyperspace port. **she tries to teleport them in**
<DeathStar> *Nicolette's spirit makes a noise as they teleport and are reflected wildly, going toward the village*

<DeathStar> <Selena> I Feel like we have back tracked
<DeathStar> *she tucks and rolls, preparing for the fall*
<MobileAri> * Nicolette holds her hat to her chest and casts a wind spell to cushion the fall.

<Seraphna> **Terra squeaks** Hey! No fair!
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Someone deflected a teleport?!"
<DeathStar> *their fall is cushioned as they land among the wrecked houses; the soldiers not noticing as they land*
<DeathStar> *the large army seems to be slowly scaling the tower itself right now*
<DeathStar> *while the Queen waits in her chair beside Celes*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh..." *sits up* "...I have an idea." *tries sending a command to the drons to come and carry them up to the pyramid*
<DeathStar> *Gwen and Yuki sit up, Yuki feeling Erica up to make sure she is okay.*
<DeathStar> *As the drone approaches the village, the army notes it and begins to make a commotion; they attempt to spear it just enough to allow them to net it*
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Nicolette, cna you use your wind magic to keep them from hitting our new ride?"
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I'm starting to think the Hapians being in charge was a mistake."
<DeathStar> <Sylph> I-I have wind. Just... hard to use right now
<DeathStar> *Selena glares*
<DeathStar> <Selena> Remind me to cut your budget
<MobileAri> * Nicolette focuses at conjuring a favorable wind... enough to mess with projectiles, but not enough to be suspicious
<DeathStar> *the drone manages to reach them in the village; oh and a ton of soldiers are headed your way*
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "That's not exactly going to sway my opinion in the other direction."
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "...this was not the best time in Geyze's history, so keep your frame of reference in mind, Ceilidh."

<DeathStar> *Selena is still eyeing her*

<Jackieness> <Lana> *tries to get the drone to them ebfore the army arrives in the village*

<MobileAri> * Nicolette pets Selena on the shoulder, knowing she's had a LOT on her plate
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Sorry for tarring you with the same brush."
<DeathStar> *at that moment a commotion is heard as the moment they drop the barrier at the door, the soldiers scream as a familiar attacks them and drags them inside. The soldiers begin to attacka nd it's clear the Queen is getting fed up, rising to deal with this herself*
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "If we need to split up, then so be it. We definitley need Lana up in that thing sicne she has demonstrated that she cna work around the Croza's technology."
<DeathStar> <Vyvy> IF you want to stay here, it's fine with me!
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I just want to help save the world without royal armies constantly getting in the way."
<Seraphna> Talia> Unmm… if Queen kills Bonnie here… will she come back when all fixed…?
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I'd better go, I'm much better with Croza technology than... you know."
<DeathStar> <Selena> Bonnie is up on Kumen, it's probably just someone else

<DeathStar> *Gwen eyes the army and the Queen, twitching as he pales* Right, I'll slow them down

<MobileAri> * Nicolette climbs up after Selena, "Not sure where I should be, but... it feels wrong to oppose the queen, even if, y'know."

<DeathStar> *The drone begins to take off with those still on. Yuki holding onto Erica*

<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Anyway, time to focus on putting things back to normal." *holds onto the drone*
<DeathStar> *As they head up the tower. Gwen moves over to the Queen, the army drawing their weapons in the meantime until they see Sasha; they are trying to cage the familiar which Zhuian looks ready to have her deal with when Gwen grabs her legs and begs she have mercy. Celes seems to use this distraction to go up into the tower and hurries up to where the drone is beginning to enter the Croza Ship and she leaps onto the drone, rocking everyone, settling in beside Liana*
<DeathStar> *Selena re-grabs on* What the heck?!
<Seraphna> Talia> The ancient technique…
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh!"
<MobileAri> * Nicolette holds onto her hat as she almost falls backwards
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Auntie, the energy hear drains spirits. I advise you not to call on Lady Aska to resolve this issue, and instead to regroup."

<DeathStar> *Zhuian scowls, likely realizing Sasha is right on the Aska thing*
<DeathStar> *The drone group manages to get inside and finds themselves in an area packed with Mage materials*
<Jackieness> <Lana> *looks around* "...I recognize most of this equipment."
<MobileAri> <Nicolette> "I expect that sort of thing from miss Liana, but... you startled us!"
<Seraphna> Talia> We can get her under controls too.

<Alicia> * Ceilidh moves towards the equipment, looking it over

<DeathStar> *it appears, as they look around, that the Croza Leader is using the Mage Equipment to augment his ship, as if it is becoming one with it*
<Seraphna> **Terra tilts her head wondering if it can even work**
<DeathStar> *Celes looks around, appearing completely lost* <Yuki> What is happening here? <Celes> It looks like this is becoming part of the ship. <Selena> But why?
<MobileAri> <Nicolette> "Better yet, how?"
<DeathStar> *drones run around, helping to see it through*
<DeathStar> <Celes> I think I heard stories when I was younger
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Its not really that hard... at least for me. Tech-mana integration is my thing."

<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Depending on if this is the actual past, blowing it up might be a bad idea."
<DeathStar> *The ship jerks and seems to be moving again*

<DeathStar> *The two find the teleport system is a little higher up in the pyramids to access, but runs throughout once you do, though the top floor is locked out with special access*

<DeathStar> *it looks like they're in space and gravity has been disabled in certain room*

<Seraphna> **Terra floats about, musing** We should probably move then.
<DeathStar> <Yuki> We either disable engines or we prepare for a long trip

<DeathStar> <Soldier> Protect the princesses. *They try to cut them down, but their weapons only do so much damage*

<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Those of you not doing somethign productive, aid the fens!" *draws her sword and moves to assist the soldiers*

<DeathStar> *Celes tries to pick up stuff to throw*
<Seraphna> Terra> I feel like we should just watch.
<Alicia> * Ceilidh keeps working on the security
<DeathStar> *Selena stabs and slashes at the drones to bring them down*

<MobileAri> * Nicolette summons magic to her cane, and then lobs at it at the drone the Captain failed to cut down
<Seraphna> **Terra sighs and sends rocks into some of the drones**
<DeathStar> *The drone explodes from Nicolette and then the rest begin to fall, being rocked and the rest. Even Celes crushes one*
<Seraphna> **Terra decides to show off and turns the mud she covered the one soldier with into some nice armor**
<DeathStar> *as Ceilidh and Lana try to get back in the system, the Croza Leader appears*
<DeathStar> *sending through it little mini drone things to try to attack the two, moving up their hands to borrow into them*
<DeathStar> *The soldier looks surprised, but uppercuts the drone, finishing off the main drone attack for now*

<DeathStar> *Celes and Selena move off; Yuki looks down and jerks*

<DeathStar> *However, moments later, the room begins to seemingly become locked down or isolated from the rest of the ship*

<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Lets hope they didn't just eject the room somehow."
<DeathStar> *But at the same time, the room begins to have noise like it's being dislocated from the rest*

<Jackieness> <Lana> "I just locked the Croza out, but I cna't reverse the ejection. We need to move!"
<DeathStar> *the soldiers move tot he door and try it*
<DeathStar> <Captain> Locked!
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Come on!" *tries to get both groups to safety*
<Seraphna> Terra> **She muses and tries the door with her scary strength**

<DeathStar> *Selena works with Yuki; the sounds of the room being dislodged continues as they begin to force it open - and just in time, as the pyramid is beginning to get rid of the room and sealing the other room's door*
