<DeathStar> *Selena sits at her desk, eyeing the language of the documents* So. The Alliance re-formation could take months. But the Academy, at least, has been agreed on to start sending students again
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "We've been a fixture of Geyze life well before the Alliance."
<Seraphna> Jaime> We’ll keep pushing to get the Alliance on track as best we can.
<DeathStar> <Selena> Agreed. Since there's not a joint task force right now, Lumi has agreed to handle the protection of the school with whoever can be provided.
<DeathStar> <Selena> Thankfully, she has most of her old men, but Hapian can supply her what she is lacking
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Just like the old days."
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "I'm glad Sasha can bridge that gap. Those extra logistics aren't something I'm keen to take on right now."
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "I am considering re-introducing the Academy's old mission team structure, independent from the Peacekeepers. In more recent crises, the Academy was less adept at defending itself than we were in my youth."

I'll be tied here to the castle focusing on Hapian matters like the Alliance and whatever corrupt nobles Asarar claims to have found. But you all can return with Sasha and help the new classes coming in and get the school started on Sasha's plans, or remain here with me

<DeathStar> *it appears this class has a lot of Hapian noble sons and daughters this year, but it's balanced out with Amazonians and others from other Kingdoms. The Hapian nobles sniff, as they eye the Daemons*

<DeathStar> <Rain> I see an sudden interest among the Hapian nobles in Summoni Classes.

Which might tie to you both, since you are researching it.
<DeathStar> <Guard> As far as the danger to the castle, we're looking into what sort of danger and from whom
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "I came immediately, but she was talking to the captain as I left. This is genuine concern."

<Seraphna> Jaime> How many of your enemies teleport? Or know what the inside of your office looks like?
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "Things were good downstairs. One of your guards, and Shin, are keeping watch."

<Seraphna> Jaime> Well, I can tell you that a teleporter has to have some idea of where and when they are going. Keep a secret chamber of you want full safety.
<DeathStar> <Selena> I will get to the point. There has always been a touch of corruption among the nobles. I am not sure if this is tied, but my spies believe the threat is capable of getting into the castle. That they might already have their people in the castle.
<Seraphna> Jaime> Mmm, could scan minds. We’d need a few more telepaths though.
<DeathStar> <Selena> There's reason to believe the Proto Croza sites, at least on Geyze, is compromised as well. And with Asarar talking about nobles that run slave trades up to Kumen for money, in the department, trying to circumvent Ymir's ban, I am .. wary
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "So this business with the nobles sounds a lot more serious than I had heard."
<DeathStar> <Selena> I have avoided a direct hand since it would ruin her operation
<Seraphna> Jaime> Are we staying indirect?
<DeathStar> <Selena> If I go poking around, they would know the Queen is after them.

<DeathStar> <Celes> Keep in mind, bringing a noble in with no evidence will backfire. Asarar so far has had Chelsea and Bonnie record video and voice recordings of interactions of lower nobles at property belonging to them

<DeathStar> *Asarar plops into a chair and leans back* Here's the deal; they're seeking to make slaves of young looking people, so 1) they can train them, 2) They prefer non-human slaves, right now they're after Fauna, Familiars especially, werebeasts, etc.

<DeathStar> <Asarar> Anyway, anyway, the thing is though the reason I've been sending Chel and Bonnie out in dresses to these parties and not as plain merchandise, is because that's a big no-no, not under Geyze law or Kumen. So rumor has it during these parties

<DeathStar> <Asarar> Well when it comes to familiars, werebeasts, and fauna, it's usually hard to judge but 15-17. They're aging slows down around there. For humans, if we tried one you wants to try, I wouldn't dare anything younger than 16 or 17.

<DeathStar> <Asarar> Well, we have a nice interesting party. *She steps into the room; Hapian music plays and it's mixed with men and women of the various Hapian houses, though they have brought people from outside the noble houses as dates as well. The one group of nobles seem to be talking to Terra about pacts and pineapples in a dark corner*

<DeathStar> *when Selena enters, all eyes draw and many pause and bow before Selena gestures and the activities resume*

<Ariel> <Nicolette> "Wow... this is even fancier than I was expecting."

<DeathStar> *Selena motions at the food* Well at least eat. It's nothing like the noble house parties that I must attend 3 times a year.

<DeathStar> <Selena> Yes. Mother always hated the Hapian tradition part of all this and set out afterward to make some reform. It is one reason I am even more of a ... laidback Queen even compared to her. But the two ran into each other when Unit 6 was traveling to each of the Kingdoms, long before they were united. Mother Liana and Mother Celes ran into each other and they hit it off. Needless to say, grandmother was not pleased

<Seraphna> Jaime> Spirits are only supposed to be able to initiate them. You’ll have to take the woman down and not me because I will probably kill her for such a violation.
