<DeathStar> *while they are talking, a commotion is heard at the front door as Ymir is seen coming inside with her guards, who look to be tense*

<DeathStar> *Ymir heads straight to the bar, the guards looking at Chelsea oddly, peering at their devices, while Ymir heads straight to Luci*

<DeathStar> *Asarar puts out her cig and downs the rest of her drink as Ymir returns the hug. Bonnie moves back over to join them*

<DeathStar> *Bonnie trots into the back, using this as a reason to pause in her work; Ymir and three of her guards set up in the back, Ymir holding Luci's hand*

<Sara> * Chelsea head back with the others
<DeathStar> <Bonnie> I have 10 numbers from rowdy customers. I might see if I can't get free dinners from some of them

<DeathStar> *Ymir motions to her guard and they hand over a screen which Ymir begins to hook up*
<DeathStar> *then turns it toward the team* <Ymir> Last night, someone broke into one of Kumen City's wealthiest house's in the upper level and went directly for one of their most valuable possessions. He's been a little tight lipped, but he estimates that what was stolen was priceless. Bypassed all the money, took a jewel or two, but that was their main focus. The security was topnotch
<Seraphna> Luci> An honest to goodness cat burglary?
<Sara> <Chelsea> ...It sounds like a cat burglary, yes.
<DeathStar> <Ymir> It was by luck that the security picked up the thief. *she begins to show the footage; the footage shows what looks like an Aurit's shadow moving in the darkness, heading past the window when lightning from the storm outside shows what looks to be Chelsea, or someone that looks like her, before she passes the window; a few moments later a dragon roar can be heard, seeming to come from outside* <Ymir> How they got in the police still haven't figured it out. It was like she got in and out like smoke and flew away.
<DeathStar> <Ymir> The problem is, the police have a suspect due to this and will likely be coming here soon. I delayed them a bit to come here first.
<Seraphna> Luci> I don’t remember night flying last night. So is the owner a Dragoon?

We need you to come in through the side entrance and begin to do your job. *he motions at the house next door*

<DeathStar> *she eyes the old van, then her frumped look*

<Seraphna> Luci> See if there’s a maintainence access in there. Could be how the thief got into the other house.

<DeathStar> *Cloé lets out a sight and follows down into the basement; as they get down there, they would see tons of eyes looking back*
<DeathStar> *Bonnie follows the others to the robbed eyes, where the police have it taped off and two cops eating food are guarding the drive way*
<Sara> <Chelsea> Don't worry so much, Cloé.
<DeathStar> <Bonnie> So who wants to approach the cops and tell them we're on the case now
<Seraphna> Luci> Hello, I’m here from Ymir.
<DeathStar> *The cops instantly look more cold, studying the group up and down as they put their food away* <Cops> That right? You got IDs?

<DeathStar> *they eye it, then them, then one of them walk with the group toward the house. Out in the lawn are massive statues of what looks to be Greek Gods from ancient times, especially compared to now*

Looks like it didn't grant anything to this old geezer, because he got robbed blind
<DeathStar> <Jisaco> I have a feeling he also lost something else along with the head, but he's being cagey on this one

<Seraphna> Luci> There was mention of a crystal or two in the report, and oddly no calling card, which this array thieves love to leave.

<DeathStar> *their thoughts are mostly nervousness and wanting to go*

<DeathStar> *their mind is practically twitching at this point and Luci would hear some choice curse words being thrown her way to let them go*
<DeathStar> *The Servants pause, then bow and practically book it for the area*
<Seraphna> Luci> **slips them each a credit chip**
<DeathStar> *the servants stiffen at that*
<DeathStar> *and outright reject it*
<Seraphna> Luci> Good.

<DeathStar> *They arrive in what appears to be a high tech room, where cameras and other Kumen tech is set up and currently still running*
<Sara> * Chelsea is peering around as they go
<Seraphna> Luci> I’ll appropriately complain about how uncooperative you were. No worries.

<DeathStar> *objects are behind glass that looks to be from Geyze, a Maka object that would make the Maka scream if they knew it was here, a hand that looks to be perserved with writings on it, and two large tomes*
<DeathStar> *The girls are gone*
<DeathStar> <Bonnie> I don't like this room. *She eyes at the spot where the head was at, but it appears to be the only missing object. Maybe an investigation would reveal more*
<Jackieness> <Kira> "...wlecoem to the wodnerful world of stolen antiquities."

<Seraphna> Luci> Seriously, pretty sure everything in this room was stolen.
<Seraphna> **Luci pulls out a device and starts scanning things**
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Grab some pictures." *looks around the room, double checking for any less obvious spots that might have accomodated missing items*
<Seraphna> Luci> I usually use this to look for links to a target but maybe I can find something.
<DeathStar> *all the objects seem to be in the right spots, except the Geyze relics don't seem to be made to fit into their case. It was like they might have been moved from somewhere and placed here, to make it look like nothing else was stolen*
<Jackieness> <Kira> "This room has been staged."
<Seraphna> Luci> Yeah, this is all sus.
<Sara> <Chelsea> These specifically... the Geyze stuff.
<DeathStar> *Bonnie studies it* The relics do seem rather low key compared to the others - this one looks to be something related to the Magi
<DeathStar> *As the group talks, suddenly there is a commotion downstairs*
<DeathStar> *the police yelling*
<Seraphna> Luci> Well that sounds interesting.
<Jackieness> <Kira> "I'll check it out. Keep searching the room."
<Jackieness> <Kira> *heads down*
<Seraphna> **Luci takes pictures, musing as she sends them off for expert review**
<DeathStar> *Kira would see a swarm of rats moving around the place, making the cops try to shoot them as they seem intent on doing something*
<DeathStar> *prisms also seem to have fallen from hidden compartments along the stairs*
<Jackieness> <Kira> *comm* "Team, guess what just happened... rats have invaded over here."
<DeathStar> *Bonnie comms* Say what now?
<Jackieness> <Kira> *comm* "Rats and glass prisms from hidden compartments on the stairwell."
<DeathStar> *those still in the relic room would see the power to it suddenly power off*
<DeathStar> <Bonnie> *comm* Problem up here
<Sara> <Chelsea> ...Great. The power's out.
<Seraphna> Luci> Bring those prisms.
<Seraphna> **Luci muses, then surrounds the goods in a shield**
<DeathStar> *as Bonnie gets closer to the relics, something busts through the wall and knocks her on her ass; a moment later Luci would feel her shield beign smashed again and again*
<Sara> * Chelsea takes battle stance and looks over at Bonnie
<Jackieness> <Kira> *heads upstairs in a hurry*
<DeathStar> *A dragon stands over Bonnie, opening it's mouth and about to fire dragon beam at the shield and Bonnie*
<Seraphna> **Luci frowns and sends scrambling thoughts at the Dragon**
<Seraphna> Luci> Bonnie duck!
<DeathStar> *Bonnie pushes herself up and leaps as the Dragon seems not phase and fires, destroying the shield and swiping it's arm to grab a few , then begins to fly out the hole it made*
<Seraphna> **Luci races out of the hole and dragon forms, chasing it**
<Sara> * Chelsea fires up at the dragon with ice magic
<DeathStar> *The dragon looks back at Luci when the ice magic hits it and drops relic. This seems to make it angry as fur grows along the dragon*
<DeathStar> *drops A relic
<DeathStar> <Bonnie> I never heard of a furry dragon
<Seraphna> **Luci forms a tiny shield stepper to catch the relic and lower it as she flies at the dragon and bum rushes with her less furry, more covered in metal armor body**
<Sara> <Chelsea> I don't think it's only a dragon.
<DeathStar> *The two collide in the air and a werebeast like claw forms, and slashes at Luci's body. Surprisingly, despite it being metal, Luci would feel like it's cutting through it*
<DeathStar> *then opening it's mouth to show teeth like a werebeast, it tries to bite her shoulder*
<Seraphna> **Luci growls and bites as she forms a personal shield**
<DeathStar> *it bites into the shield, the shield wavering*
<Seraphna> **Luci tries to wrap around it and pulls her wings in to fall**
<DeathStar> *as they begin to fall, the other dragon begins to use surprising strength to break free and knock Luci away, then flies toward the city proper*
<Seraphna> **Luci spreads her wings and roars, then starts flying after it**
<DeathStar> *Bonnie glances as the power returns and the room begins to identify those still in it as intruders*
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Everyone out!"
<DeathStar> *the rogue Dragon flies at Ymir's building, and speeds up as well*
<DeathStar> <Bonnie> ... *pulls Chelsea along as they exit the room; coming up the stairs, Jisaco has his gun out*

As for knowing who the copycat is, there is rumors in the city about a new Aurit who is out to prove their worth to the criminal underbelly. It could be her.

<DeathStar> <Reinheart> Well, with this second attack and theft, I suppose it makes no reason to hide it now
<DeathStar> <Reinheart> The little wretch was hiding in the house the entire time.
<DeathStar> <Reinheart> She stole the head of Zeus, possibily hoping to figure out how to make it work. It would make her essentially omini potent with insight. But the other important one is a relic from the Hapian Dynasty. Early on. It is suppose to be soaked in the blood of one of the Empresses. It is a piece of armor and wearing it is suppose to grant long life and the power of the Holy Spirit to command. The only draw back, from what I can tell, is that it was meant for the Hapian line. But that might can be bypassed.
<Sara> <Chelsea> The Hapian dynasty, huh...
<DeathStar> <Reinheart> And taking the other relics, I think they mean to keep/use them or sell them o nthe black market. Perhaps to use as a distraction

<Sara> <Chelsea> It's probably a smokescreen to draw attention away from the real targets.

<DeathStar> <Selena> If they can figure out just the one - the Zeus one - the wisdom there then will allow them to begin to figure out the others, like the Hapian armor. And then the others. There might even be a relic among the others that can help speed up the Zeus configuring one.

<Sara> <Chelsea> When you're only seen in silhouette I guess the details don't end up mattering as much.
<DeathStar> <Asarar> About 20 years ago, a 10 year old Aurit was seen briefly at a black market deal. She had long black hair and eyes like Aquamine. At first reports stated she was likely going to be sold off, but then she took a sharp object laying around - I think it was wood splinter of all things - and killed the people near her. Right through the throat. A strange start to a cat thief, right? After that, instead of killing her, the group took her in. As one of them. I wish I had more to go on, but reports were slow in coming in even back then.
<DeathStar> *Bonnie eyes the fruit, as if half-tempted to eat it*
<Jackieness> <Kira> *comm* "Asarar, they had a runner hit our security system right before they attacked Riki."
<DeathStar> *Asarar looks up* Then they had someone really good, I have the latest security and my own put in
<DeathStar> *Asarar sighs and moves to set up something with the Net, looking to see what she can do*

<DeathStar> <Asarar> Can't help. The more complicated we do it, the harder the Runner has to get through

<DeathStar> *Luci meanwhile would find one or two werebeasts with dragoons that hve kids, but due to not many dragoons being on Geyze, it thankfully narrows it down considerably*

<Seraphna> Luci> Just what I found. The Kumen side will have more likely, but that database is easy to get info from.

<DeathStar> *Selena hits the comms so everyone can hear her* We might have a bigger problem then anyone realized
<Sara> <Chelsea> What happened?
<DeathStar> <Selena> The armor, if the writing on it is correct, could be more deadly than I was led to believe. You see, the armor was designed to keep the Empress alive if she took too much damage by synching her better with Aska. It's essentially an armor that feeds on Aska to kepe the bearer indefinitely healed. But at the same time, the armor strengthens the bearer with Holy infused power, making them much stronger. If that is unlocked, you'll have a person who could be much more unstoppable while it leeches off Aska or Soren. Not to say this won't tax the body of the bearer. You're just putting a bandaid on the wounds they're receiving and it's trying to heal, but the Spirits will constantly be being drained. Imagine if you drop a bomb on the bearer, the two spirits will be drained that much damage
<Sara> <Chelsea> Well, if it's really capable of that, that's a very big problem...
<DeathStar> *Luci would come across at least 10 on Kumen, with one being listed as classified*
<Seraphna> Luci> Interesting, one of these is classified.

<DeathStar> *Getting a lucky 1 somehow, Luci begins to see what seems to be a cloaked figure the size of a tall were-dragon person and beside them a small Chelsea size person, coming in and selling the diamonds for a fraction of what they're worth for some money, and then buying what looks to be some old Corporation era tech, which is odd unless someone wants to fly under the radar, or do something devious, then leave. The man puts the diamonds in a safe until he can properly deal with them*
<DeathStar> *At that moment, Jiasco arrive with his police and begins to turn up the store, surprising the store owner; Cypher's group arrives in what looks to be a watery area with the head tossed in it*

<DeathStar> *Bonnie spirit stabs the dragon to buy Cloe time*

<DeathStar> *as they reach the bottom level, the gorup would find Asarar and Bella hooked up to machines, power actually on in the bottom level; otherwise, no one else is around*
<DeathStar> *The dragon drops Bonnie and holds onto Luci, biting at her*

<DeathStar> *one of the consoles seems to be running some sort of program, much like the code that they found, but modified*
<Seraphna> **Luci roars, shifting her form even as she bites, making it a lot more to bite into, claws and wing blades stabbing** You're not the only beast here pup!

<Jackieness> <Kira> *looks for traps or other defenses before approaching her family*
<DeathStar> <Asarar> You try to tamper with these devices, and she'll pull you into the Net and lock you in a cell
<DeathStar> *The dragon backs off, bleeding, then grabs part of the wall and begins to beat Luci with it*
<Jackieness> <Kira> "So what do we do? Cut the power?"
<DeathStar> <Asarar> You could try that. You'd need to do that and the emergency power that will turn on immediately afterward
<Seraphna> **Luci forms more metal armor and shoulder tackles the other dragon at a wall** Wanna fight, let's fight! I didn't want this but you KEEP BITING!
<DeathStar> <Asarar> I have no idea where that might have been installed
<DeathStar> *The dragon chops into her neck in repsonse, beginning to bite slowly through her metal, bit by bit*
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Cute." *tries to trace the power lines*
<DeathStar> *Cypher muses when Cloe arrives*
<Alicia> * Ceilidh looks for the power too
<DeathStar> *The two locate the main power right in the room; however the emergency back up power is in the building across the way for the time being until the construction project is complete*
<DeathStar> *Bonnie arrives, looking at the code being worked on*
<DeathStar> <Cloe> What should Cloe do?!
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Get Luci on the comm. Try to get her to take their fight across the way as a pretext for smashing the backup power."

<DeathStar> *She brings Luci on the comm to see if she thinks she can manage it*
<DeathStar> <Bonnie> It might be good to have a second person there incase she can't - someone like Yoiyami or myself
<Jackieness> <Kira> "We cna kill the mains here and go in to take he backups out from below."
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Bonnie, Yoiyami, both of you can go."
<Alicia> * Yoiyami nods
<DeathStar> *Bonnie nods and moves outside, headed for the building across the way, where drones are blocking the doorway*
<DeathStar> *Bonnie's hair slowly turning white as their guns aim at them*
<DeathStar> <Cloe> ... *peeks out silently*
<Jackieness> <Kira> *marks the mains in the current building so they can cut them as soon as everything is in position*
<Alicia> * Yoiyami tries to keep out of sight of the drones
<DeathStar> <Bonnie> I'll distract them, you get inside and wreck havoic on the generator
<DeathStar> *Bonnie leaps at the drones and begins to unleash her power on them, blowing the up as they shoot*
<Alicia> * Yoiyami nods again, foxholing in once they're distracted
<DeathStar> *Cypher looks up as the floor begins to make a noise*
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Cloe, you help me to shut this all down."
<DeathStar> <Cypher> ... what was that?
<Seraphna> **Luci does as she's asked**
<DeathStar> *Yoiyami would see inside another generator, surrounded by more drones*
<DeathStar> *Cloe hurries over and prepare to shut down the generator when part of the floor breaks open to reveal the dragon having it's mouth over Luci's neck stubbornly still*
<Alicia> * Yoiyami foxholes close to the generator, starting to trash it once close.
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Looks like its up to Team B." *prepares to cut the power*
<DeathStar> *trying to pin her to the ground slowly; as the back up generator makes an explosion sound next door, alarms sound here. As Kira shuts the power off here, a moment later it's clear someone is trying to turn it back on*
<DeathStar> *Cloe then freaks out and begins to glow with familiar power and begins to touch the generator*
<Jackieness> <Kira> *tries to outright severe the mains before they cna be brought back up*
<DeathStar> *Asarar begins to unplug herself while it's off and moves to Bella
<DeathStar> *Cloe fries part of it*
<DeathStar> *The dragon, seeing what is happening lets Luci go and dive bombs for Kira and Cloe*
<Seraphna> **Luci heaves and tries to know it into a wall**
<DeathStar> *The Dragon smashes through the wall and Cloe ducks as things fly*
<DeathStar> *Bonnie arrives at Yoiyami, as the drones comedically chase her around*
<Jackieness> <Bella> *tries to free herself*
<DeathStar> *Asarar helps her out and back to the others*

<DeathStar> <Asarar> Who would have seen a cell appearing out of nowhere
<DeathStar> *the dragon once again seems MIA after going through the wall*
<Jackieness> <Kira> "This is getting tedious..."
<Seraphna> **Luci stumbles and goes back to her normal form, wrapping cloth around her neck and growling**
<DeathStar> *Bonnie returns to the HQ with Yoi; the drones also seem to have powered down and with the lights off it seems impossible to tell how far along the code was from being done*
<DeathStar> <Bonnie> I still smell the dragon.
<DeathStar> *she looks out the hole; by now it's night and a crowd has gathered*
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "Maybe we should smash the machine?"
<DeathStar> *Bonnie shrugs, and lifts her fist over the machine that was transmitting*
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Good idea. We don't need them recoveirng too quickly."
<DeathStar> *and brings it down*
<DeathStar> <Cypher> ... *pulls Luci to the hole and points at the crowd* You recognize anyone?
<Seraphna> **Luci looks about**
<DeathStar> *most of the crowd is looking around in confusion, some are recording what happened, one is staring right at the hole with a fierce burning stare, one or two are looking at the HQ with desire to rob, etc*

<DeathStar> *by now Jisaco, in an old beat up car, arrives with his police force and is taking over the scene*

<Seraphna> **Luci points them out to the others mentally**
<DeathStar> *the one Luci points out seems to be mostly shadowed, wearing what looks to be a cloth to cover their gender, much like the one in the store*

<DeathStar> *Aska arrives at that moment, along with Selena*

<Jackieness> <Bella> "Must be important. Maybe we can figure this code out and use it ourselves to even the playing field."

<Seraphna> Luci> That dragon was amazingly tough...
<DeathStar> <Asarar> It looks to be some sort of .exe code to let someone manipulate the Net like some sort of ... *looks for the word* Like they were the founder of it. Though the Net is tied to our version of the Spirit World, the Net still runs on a computer like system and it grants us abilites while in it. So it would be like giving them access to cheats, if I'm reading it right - like designing a game and you want to look for bugs
<DeathStar> <Asarar> It would be an excellent way to steal in the Net. Or locate people. And monitor them

<DeathStar> *the group stares at what looks to be a single room in the back alleys, the lights on. With no stars overhead, it's super dark right now*

<DeathStar> *Bonnie kneels, with Asarar and Cypher standing next to each other; Selena has already mixed the two up a few times tonight*

<Seraphna> **Luci eyes it and opens her mouth, breathing a dragoon blast into it's head, mostly meaning to bash it with the force till it passes out**

<DeathStar> *the dragon finally begins to weave and drops, turning into a ragged looking girl*

<Seraphna> **Luci surrounds the girl in a shield prison and starts to change back**
<Jackieness> <Kira> *tries to get the cables repurposed to bind the ragged girl* "Don't bother trying to shift back. Those cables will take off your head before you can grow your scales thick enough."
<DeathStar> *with long hair the same color as Cloud, but she also looks a bit like Luci in some ways. The only other odditiy, she has some werebeast features*
