<DeathStar> <Lumi> We've been looking into several matters lately and I wanted to see that we were all on the same page
<DeathStar> <Lumi> First off, the situation in the Legion is still messy - we have no idea who attacked the royal family but Alita has returned to handle things there. I am unsure when she'll be available to us.
<DeathStar> <Lumi> Second, we still don't have great tracking on the Magic Rune Stones. We do know that there are thought to be seven, one being held in the spirit world for protection. and Zayne holding one. And that we have a lot of unwanted attention on them. *Referring to Magi, Maka, and even Makai lurking about now*
<DeathStar> *she glances at Lana* Do you have anything you want to add?
<DeathStar> *Melodie hangs off her chair, boredly*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhh... Zayne hasn't done anythign yet with hers, which leads me to believe that she needs all seven."
<DeathStar> <Lumi> According to your reports, one was used to power the Magi Tower canon and that device could destroy practically anything
<DeathStar> <Lumi> And you believe she wants all even.

<Alicia> <Sparkling> "Unfortunately, she's... off her meds, so we can't trust her to make any sane decisions..."

<Jackieness> <Lana> "Or whoever she may be working with... we're not sure if she's acting on her own or not..."

<Jackieness> <Lana> "We still don't know what Zayne's itnentions are... and one rune stone could... maybe... be used to...ahhh...flip a Maka to Zayne's point of view...if she knew how."

<Alicia> <Sparkling> "It might be, but... I have no idea how."

<DeathStar> <Lumi> I suppose we'll have to talk to Sabrina. She's spent more time with the Maka than most. As for recent events, I will briefly go over the last one before we decide what we want to do
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...admittedly, that is still just a hypothesis...we don't know what she's really planning. With seven... she could try spreading justic across the universe...or try to convert all the Maka...speculation, speculation! I need data points!"
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "She doesn't even know what justice is."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "That's the problem... her version of justice is relentless and without mercy."
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "I know... but that isn't justice."
<DeathStar> <Lumi> After the incident with the werebeast and some outside force trying to take them, I went over Lana and Gwen's reports again during the time incident a few months back. While the group was dealing with everything with Erevis and the three points in time, the two traveled over here and learned that Geyze is fated to fall. *she sets Lana's report* A group called the Visage shows up as an ally, and sometime after that a spirit of ours betrays us and we all fall
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Semantics now..." *lets out a breath*
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "Sorry, it's just something really important to me."
<DeathStar> <Lumi> I do not know if these current events are tied to this traitor spirit or this unknown alien treat is tied to this upcoming Visage group
<DeathStar> <Lumi> I just want to drill it in everyone's heads that we must walk carefully
<Jackieness> <Lana> "unfortunately, we didn't collect any details about what the Visage actually is."
<DeathStar> <Sylph> If we have a traitor among us, shouldn't we round everyone up?
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhh...that's the problem... we don't know what spirit is the alleged traitor... or why. Maybe rounding them up will tip them off if they have already made their move...maybe roundign them up makes them betray us...maybe they just got brainwahsed somehow and are otherwise innocent."
<DeathStar> *Sylph looks annoyed*
<MobileAri> <Nicolette> "I...not much help here. I've been focused on the makai dilemma."
<DeathStar> <Lumi> Alright. *She leans forward* I wanted all of you here right now to see how we wanted to move. I don't want to put the students in danger, with another month of normal classes left

<Jackieness> <Lana> *lets out a breath* "...the future Visage influenced government suppressed all of those details..."
<Sara> <Ellie> It saddens me to even think about it... *she feeds Sylph a fruit snack*

<DeathStar> *Sylph eats the snack, calming a bit*
<DeathStar> <Lumi> Personally, I feel the Magic Runes are the biggest threat, especially if Zayne is seeking them out
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Admittedly, its the more actionable problem..."
<Seraphna> Terra> *popping in* Terra not like all that mana. Leaves scars.
<Sara> <Ellie> When Zayne is involved it usually is a sign we should be paying attention, she's like "where there's smoke there's fire"

<DeathStar> <Melodie> Though she did seem to be irked at Sparkling and Nico last time. And you, Lana
<Jackieness> <Lana> "That's what I mean about one possibility being to spread her brand of justice wth the runes."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhh...well...I did build the prison we used to keep ehr contained."
<MobileAri> <Nicolette> "She's... bothered by the fact that we still hold on, instead of falling."
<DeathStar> *Gwen steps in, looking rather grim and leans in to whisper in Lumi's ear*
<DeathStar> <Lumi> Well, we might have a lucky break.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...which is why my other hypothesis about using the runes to cause Maka to fall being on the table..."
<DeathStar> <Gwen> A high density of magic energy was sensed - off on the islands from the mainland.
<MobileAri> <Nicolette> "Yeah, it's good to look into. I've been working on a plan to cut off from her evil spirit animal."
<DeathStar> <Gwen> Delgi says it's beyond anything a mage can perform
<Jackieness> <Lana> "That could be a runic stone!"
<DeathStar> <Lumi> So did someone find a third one, or is one being used?
<DeathStar> <Lumi> And if so, used for what?
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...we need to invetigate..."
<DeathStar> <Gwen> I have the carriage ready
<DeathStar> <Gwen> No teleporter can go that far
<DeathStar> <Sylph> I can't sense this location so I can't warp us

<Jackieness> <Lana> "...ahhh...we should go then..."
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "Is that an effect of the mana?"
<Seraphna> Alt> **peeks out of Lana’s cleavage**
<DeathStar> <Sylph> I'm more attuned to fluxations in spirit energy or "spirit magik".
<DeathStar> <Sylph> If Ellie suddenly began to produce a lot of it, I could hone in at that easily
<Sara> * Ellie looks at her funny

<DeathStar> *Sylph looks innocent*
<DeathStar> *Gwen begins to load people onto the carriage*
<Jackieness> <Lana> *climbs into the carriage*
<Alicia> * Sparkling climbs on
<DeathStar> *the carriage takes off once everyone is aboard, moving so fast Sylph almost tumbles off, landing in the luggage area in the back*
<Sara> * Ellie retrieves her

<DeathStar> <Gwen> So. Nicolette. You think you can deal with her pet?
<DeathStar> *he drives the carriage, moving them over the lands*
<Seraphna> **Alt flops onto Gwen’s lap**
<DeathStar> *strangely large sized luggage is in the back; surely alouette isn't back there*
<DeathStar> <Gwen> Alt. You shouldn't be here. People could die

<Seraphna> Alt> Was napping in Pillow Momma’s storage space.
<DeathStar> *As they are flying along, up ahead the group would spot what looks to be flying girls, headed in the same direction*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhh... Maka. Eleven oclock."
<DeathStar> <Gwen> What do you want to do? *he turns to Sparkling and Nico*
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "Follow them? Unless you think you can overtake them."
<DeathStar> <Gwen> We'll try. *He boosts faster. Sylph hangs onto Ellie*
<DeathStar> *her fairy form comedically bouncing*
<MobileAri> <Nicolette> "I wonder what they're doing here... we just found out, and we're supposively a lot closer."
<DeathStar> *the carriage passes the girls; sadly they're moving so fast now they can't see if Rainshine is among them*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...ahhhh...maybe Zayne is the oen that woke up the runic stone..."
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "Even if not, she'll be heading that way."
<DeathStar> <Melodie> I do not like this speed when it's not me doing it
<DeathStar> *she says with a strange expression*
<DeathStar> *the carriage soon begins to approach a rather large island with what appears to be tropical trees, a large beach, a mini volcano; it would be the perfect area for a tropical resort maybe if not for being so far out from the mainland and that no one on Geyze really travels that far out*
<DeathStar> *either by spirit or boat*
<Jackieness> <Lana> *makes note of the location anyway*
<Seraphna> Alt> Is this that island where you used the portal Daddy?
<DeathStar> <Gwen> I don't recognize this one.
<DeathStar> <Gwen> But it wouldn'tt hurt to check that one out
<DeathStar> *the carriage lands on the beach*
<Sara> <Ellie> I don't think I brought my swimwear *she teases Sylph*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhh...we're not here for vacation." *steps out of the carriage*
<DeathStar> *right now the island is amass in so much mana, it's choking. Sylph gives a weak smile* <Sylph> They say undergarments work
<DeathStar> *Gwen glances around* This place is vibrant
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "I wonder why it's here."
<MobileAri> <Nicolette> "This feels... unsafe."
<DeathStar> *Alouette breaks out of the luggage and flails on the beach*
<DeathStar> <Gwen> Well, what's the plan? Do we go further inland? *he turns to face the girls when a figure kneels in the woods and launches a powerful magic that hones in at his bcak, forming into a viper to bite his neck. Gwen grabs at his swords and reels back to slash at it*
<Jackieness> <Lana> *weaves a scanning construct and tries to detect the source of the mana*
<Seraphna> **Anyata follows Allouette down**
<DeathStar> <Sylph> Is it Zayne?
<DeathStar> *She snaps her head up*
<Alicia> * Sparkling attempts to determine
<DeathStar> *Lana would get so much mana residue that all she can locate is that it's somewhere in the center of the island - literally*
<Seraphna> **Alt takes in some of the Mana attack to soften it, and power herself up**
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...I think its emanating from practically the exact geographic center of the island."
<DeathStar> *Gwen holds his arm, then makes his sword glow and fires a water spell back; Sparkling would see what looks to be a magi fly up into the air and land on his back*
<DeathStar> <Gwen> ... ouch
<DeathStar> <Gwen> Thanks Alt
<DeathStar> *At that moment, the sky is filled with girls and teens heading overhead and into the woods*
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "Magi."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "And the Maka are here too!"
<Alicia> <SParkling> "Well, we'd better get going."
<Seraphna> Alt> No problem Daddy! …Mana tastes like black licorice though. Ick.
<DeathStar> <Gwen> And our lead is gone. *He moves over to the Magi, tapping him with his foot* But how did they get here so fast?
<DeathStar> <Sylph> Unless they were here first
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> *from the luggage area* "Hey! WHat's wrong with black licorice?!"
<MobileAri> <Nicolette> "It's kinda amazing how late to the party we all are."
<DeathStar> *Alouette yelps Yoiyami up*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh...why do we always have stowaways?!"
<DeathStar> <Gwen> I always seem to forget to check
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "Because it's interesting."
<Seraphna> Alt> They must have taken Momma’s espionage class.
<DeathStar> *Gwen lifts the magi up* You want me to question him or should we just hurry to the center?
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "I'm going for the center, anyway!" *hurries off*
<DeathStar> <Gwen> Lets keep as a group
<DeathStar> *he leaves the man behind and follows*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh...we need to hurry before it becomes a warzone."
<MobileAri> * Nicolette heads after sparkling
<DeathStar> *Alouette motions at Yoiyami* Here, food. *she points at the magi*
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "Am I really allowed to eat people?"
<DeathStar> <Alouette> Doesn't that Luci woman do it?
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "Doesn't mean it's a good idea."
<DeathStar> *as they walk along, the woods here are definitely different than most woods that are vibrant off the spirit energy of Geyze. It's not that they're not healthy, but the trees and things growing on them seem to have a different shade to them.*
<DeathStar> *as the team moves forward and soon reaches what looks to be a structure in the center, the Magi and the Maka seem to be in tense stand off; something about the Magi have not pleased the Maka. It could be the fact the Magi are Blood Magi*
<DeathStar> *And the Blood Magi have completely taken over the temple like structure*
<Sara> * Rainshine seems to be there in the standoff
<DeathStar> <Blood Mage> Cursed Maka, we were here first. This is our stone.
<DeathStar> <Blood Mage> It will bring us great power in our rituals
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...we can't let them them take the stone."
<DeathStar> <Melodie> ... *turns to the others* Because they'll do evil rituals?
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "It'd be great if we could leave the stone where it is..."
<DeathStar> *The maka leader of the group seems to be declaring just that and that the Blood Mages are enemies of justice*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "We don't know what sort of rituals... but anything that needs that much concentrated mana cnanot be good."
<DeathStar> <Gwen> Well unless you know a way to destroy it
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...also that confrontation speech their leader just gave. Its cliche villain speech, really..."
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "I don't know if destroying it wouldn't just cause more problems."
<Seraphna> Alt> Could overload it but that might explode island. Or drain it so much it can’t resonate.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh...we need to focus on stoping the blood magi first."
<DeathStar> <Gwen> Well lets---
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "I mean, if we destroyed the crystal, that'd stop them right off, but again... problems."
<DeathStar> *suddenly, a few of the Magi begin to drop over, face first into the ground after grabbing their chests*
<DeathStar> *the Maka looking at each other confused*
<Sara> <Rainshine> Hey! Are you okay??
<Sara> * Rainshine reaches out for the Magi nearest her
<Seraphna> Alt> Or someone can sacrifice the Magi… wait that’s bad!
<DeathStar> <Blood Mage> W-What are you all doing? *he backds away* Y-You've done something to us.. *He grabs his chest and begins to fall over* The..pain. *he falls over*
<DeathStar> *Gwen winces a little*
<DeathStar> *then falls to his knees*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh?!"
<MobileAri> * Nicolette tries to assess what's happpening, if it's caused by magic
<Sara> <Rainshine> We didn't! Healers! We need healers!
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "I think it's the crystal."
<DeathStar> *it is indeed being caused by a massive magic spell*
<DeathStar> <Gwen> .. I'm fine. I felt something grabbing me for a second
<DeathStar> <Gwen> And felt like eyes were judging me
<DeathStar> *The Blood Magi are in complete panic and many are running off. Some fall over, some keep going*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...I...think it may have been Zayne using a justice spell."
<DeathStar> *the healers hurry over and begin to try to heal the fallen ones*
<Seraphna> Alt> Daddy not allowed to be sacrifice.
<MobileAri> * Nicolette tries to disrupt the spell, to let the energy bleed off
<DeathStar> *Nicolette would feel it take hold of her, and eyes peering at her as something akin to Shin staring at her* But due to who she is, she never feels anything grabbing her*
<Alicia> * Sparkling does similar, more directly letting the energy bleed away though
<Jackieness> <Lana> *shakes her head and weaves to try to weave the source of the judgement magic*
<DeathStar> *After a bit with the two, it seems to no longer strike anyone else down; Lana would feel the rune stone is down inside the temple
<DeathStar> *Gwen rises to his feet*
<DeathStar> *the Maka shake their head at Rainshine* These men, it feels like something powerful snuffed their life out. Almost as if Death itself came
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Its below, inside the temple interior."
<DeathStar> <Sylph> .... *looks a little shaken for some reason, looking relieved when the spell stops*
<Alicia> <SParkling> "So, lets go inside?"
<DeathStar> <Alouette> You sure you want to do battle with someone who did this a moment ago? *She motions at the dead mages*
<Sara> <Rainshine> Death itself...? Why does that make me feel a bit cold... *she hugs herself*
<MobileAri> <Nicolette> *sighs* "I couldn't stop it..."
<DeathStar> <Gwen> You may have stopped it from spreading further at least
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "I don't know if we need to battle, but if so... yes."
<Alicia> * Sparkling heads inside
<DeathStar> <Gwen> I would hate to have one of us drop over
<Jackieness> <Lana> "But if we don't stop this, it could start happenign everywhere."
<DeathStar> *Gwen enters the temple; judging by the symbols and writings on the wall, it looks like it was built by mages long ago to house the stone and keep it safe*
<Jackieness> <Lana> *heads inside*
<DeathStar> <Maka> More people are entering the temple. *She warns Rainshine* And we must stop the Makai who is inside there using it now
<DeathStar> *Sylph looks at the writings* <Sylph> Someone want to great pains to build this place
<DeathStar> *the traps seem to be already activated at least and the group would spot dead mages clutching themselves throughout the hallway*
<DeathStar> *even when it becomes maze like, they're lending a helping hand on what path to take*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...I'd like tos tudy this once the crisis is past."
<DeathStar> <Aimee> Do you even have time to add another location to study?
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...fair...but we know so little about these rune stones."
<DeathStar> *The group soon arrives at the dead center, but a stone wall has lowered, keeping them out from it. They can hear voices on the other side, muffled; both are female and they seem to be arging about something. One argue, the other emotionless*
<DeathStar> *the room they're stuck in seems to have no visible switches or levers to get the stone wall to rise, just having more writings and warnings not to go further unless one has respect for magic, with magic being another color*
<DeathStar> *and respect raised*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...it could be a puzzle lock."
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "Do we have paint?"
<DeathStar> *Gwen tilts his head back* I think the Maka are in the maze. They are coming
<Jackieness> <Lana> *adjusts ehr glasses and studies the writings*
<DeathStar> *the entire phrase of words comes down to: Do not disturb the magic stone, unless you have respect for magic; otherwise, you will bring great diaster to the world with it's power like a fool*
<Seraphna> Alt> I not sure I can touch. I eat magic.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...its a warning about the run stone. Speaks of the danger."
<MobileAri> <Nicolette> "I don't think it's safe to leave here though."
<Alicia> * SParkling attempts to magically recolour respect to the colour of magic
<DeathStar> *something indeed happens. The room they're in begins to shake right as the Maka and Rainshine arrives, and locks them in. The ceiling begins to lower to crush them*
<DeathStar> <Melodie> Why is it doing that?
<Jackieness> <Lana> *doteyes*
<Seraphna> Alt> Wrong color?
<MobileAri> * Nicolette calls upon the earth to try to hold the ceiling, not wanting to be crushed
<Alicia> * Sparkling recolours both to the original respect colour
<DeathStar> *The ceiling strains but stops; right now respect is not colored but remains slightly raised, and the word magic is colored*
<DeathStar> *nevermind*
<DeathStar> <Alouette> I wonder what pissed it off so much
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "Sorry... I guess I'm not good at puzzle locks when in a hurry."
<Sara> * Rainshine lets out a deep breath
<Sara> <Rainshine> Never a dull moment when you all are around, is it
<DeathStar> *Gwen glances behind him* Ah, welcome Shine
<DeathStar> *on the other side, the talking seems to have stopped, likely hearing the commotion; a moment later, Shin appears in the room*
<Seraphna> Alt> Ms. Shin why you here?
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhhh?!"
<DeathStar> <Shin> .... *she looks a little colder than usual, holding her weapon in hand* A high level spell called me forth.
<MobileAri> <Nicolette> "Shin?"
<DeathStar> <Shin> I see you all are well
<MobileAri> <Nicolette> "Did... you kill those Magi?"
<DeathStar> <Shin> I was made to judge their hearts and slaughter the evil ones before I could regain control
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhh...who was the one who summoned you?"
<MobileAri> <Nicolette> "I... that must have been a powerful spell."
<DeathStar> <Shin> Zayne. *She peers back at the wall* I imagine she'll refine it now that she has two stones
<Jackieness> <Lana> "We need to get in there."
<DeathStar> <Shin> You want to solve this puzzle the magi did, or should I just break it down
<Sara> * Rainshine's expression falls
<Alicia> <SParkling> "She's not qualified to judge..."
<DeathStar> *she eyes the door*
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "I'm not sure I am either, but..."
<DeathStar> *The Maka around Sparkling reassure her*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhh...try to bring respect and magic into balance."
<Jackieness> <Lana> *examines the puzzle further*
<DeathStar> *Lana upon further inspection would see the raised respect can be pushed in*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...maybe this." *presses the respect 'button'*
<DeathStar> *an unlocking mechanism is heard; the door doesn't open right away but it does seem the spikes won't come crashing down now if Sparkling messes with the magic color*
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "...was it really just that?"
<Sara> * Rainshine nevertheless eyes the spikes warily
<DeathStar> <Alouette> I have to inform you that I do not like spikes through my body
<DeathStar> *she tells Sparkling*
<DeathStar> <Alouette> Please pick a nice color
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "Aren't they supposed to be the same colour?"
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Try matching the color now?"
<Seraphna> Anyata> I do not want Alouette spiked either.
<Alicia> * Sparkling does so
<DeathStar> *The door begins to rise up and inside is a large chamber where the stone was being held*
<DeathStar> *Zayne waits at the far back in front of some vines*
<Jackieness> <Lana> *pokes her head inside and looks around* "Ahhhhhh?"
<DeathStar> <Gwen> I thought she would have run by now
<MobileAri> <Nicolette> "Zayne..."
<DeathStar> <Zayne> Nicolette. Sparkling
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...maybe up to something..."
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "Yes..."
<DeathStar> *she doesn't seem to want to meet Rainshine's eyes*
<Sara> * Rainshine, however, is looking right at her
<MobileAri> <Nicolette> "It's not too late to stop this, you know."
<DeathStar> <Zayne> And why would I want to stop "it"? The test I did just now proved to me it is possible to achieve everything I wanted. *She seems a bit out of breath oddly, even wincing a bit in pain*
<DeathStar> <Zayne> It's just a matter of area effect
<Sara> <Rainshine> But why?
<Seraphna> Alt> You nearly killed Daddy!
<MobileAri> <Nicolette> "Is that what you really want? Death?"
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "There's a lot more to justice than just that..."
<Jackieness> <Lana> *whispers* "...universal justice hypothesis wins."
