<@DeathStar> *the offices look to have windows smashed and writing is all over the building with stuff like "liars" and "frauds"*

But we saw more of what happened when Simon was sent into the past - I read over Yuki's comments and there was nothing on the people rioting on --- *her comm cuts out*

<@DeathStar> *The safe door rips open and inside is money and more documents, as well as some sort of disc*

<@DeathStar> <Sabrina> It looks like the other races were rebeling at the end. I also see words like virus
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "I know, this is the motherlode. We just need something to play it."

<@DeathStar> *Gnome looks in the next room* There seems to be another work station
<@DeathStar> <Gnome> It is untouched but without power
<Jackieness> <Lana> "If I were to hypothesize..." *pushes ehr glases up* "...this is a reality where the bad guys won and took over Earth. Then they started expanding outward until something happened to bring down the entire system"
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Yoiyami, guard that disc with everything you have." *moves over to examine the workstation*
<@Seraphna> Talia> Can we take it to the ship?
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "The computer?"
<@DeathStar> *The workstation seems to actually be a secretary's desk so she can help the President. Her desk is pretty empty outside dates written down and a few words like "Evacuation" - 2249 sometime. Which matches the time around when Simon and the others came to Mirror Earth and everyone was preparing to flee to Kumen*
<@DeathStar> *the work station indeed is a computer station where one can put the disc in*
<@DeathStar> <Gnome> I can carry it to the ship if you want
<@DeathStar> <Sabrina> If the other papers and the money in the safe important or just toss them?
<Jackieness> <Lana> "This station looks compatible with the datadisc...we just need a reeliable power source."
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "May as well take them. Money's probably useless though."
<Jackieness> <Lana> *looks over at Yoiyami* "Ahhhh...go ahead and check the papers. We need time to move this workstation."
<Alicia> * Yoiyami does so
<@Seraphna> **Talia starts gathering up the computer like it's a trinket**
<@Seraphna> Talia> This just a big book.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh...careful though."
<@DeathStar> *Yoiyami and Sabrina would find information stating that the President ordered evacuation ships to be prepared to escape to a new homeworld , one that hadn't even been picked yet - and flee a virus that was left behind by their enemies to try to destroy them, much different than the Simon story. It also mentions that the Spirits can not be found anywhere and that the citizens are growing upset due to the virus and how long it is tkaing to make the ships. It is feared their population might not even make it. The papers are all signed Cran, each more grim than the last as time keeps passing and the ships are still not done, until ... it just stops*

<@DeathStar> <Sabrina> This feels so wrong though. I thought the people of Earth here went on to establish Kumen
<@DeathStar> <Sabrina> But what is written here sounds like that is almost impossible

It felt like the more power they used to protect us from the ships, the more they began to drain from the ships. Those on the ground watched as only a few escaped. The rest exploded and the spirits began to consume the planet itself to rid the attackers. What have we wrought?

The plant "Head" seems be planted in the soil, right next to some sort of machinary that is sunk into it. And it's powered on for once. It's pulsating with spirit energy*

<@DeathStar> *the consoles seem to monitor the creature - lifesigns blipping, and there's information on the spirit-tech output being put into it and powering it. There are readings on how far it's spread throughout the city, which it seeems to be almost everywhere. The vines sinking deeper and deeper and further and further*

<@DeathStar> *Nico with some switching would indeed see how bad of shape the rest of the planet is in. Anywhere without the vines, the rot of the planet anywhere from 80 - 100% in places. It is like the spirit energy and mana is nowhere in the planet anymore there. A sign of what a planet who has lost both will look like if their spirits left*

<Jackieness> <Bella> "Yeah, but they are fueling it with the life stolen from every other world they hit." *heads that way too*
<MobileAri> * Nicolette heads over to see what Asarar has found
<@DeathStar> *down the hallway is another large area - they find themselves in an observation area and on the other side of the glass looks to be an experiment chamber. The chamber having what looks to be material to hold spirits down while pumping something into them; the object that was pumped ito them is missing from the wall, but the missing slot looks a lot like what is being used on the plant. Down below various discarded strange objects are discarded about the test chamber, likely to test it on the spirits, or to have the spirits test it. Some look to be both spirit based and mana based, indicating the Outer can use both spirit and mana attacks*
<@DeathStar> *Asarar aims her gun and shoots the glass then looks to see if she can get down into the test chamber*
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Yeah, they were enhancign these spirits."
<@DeathStar> <Zayne> They got everything they had coming
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Problem is that we are still paying for their bad karma."

<MobileAri> * Nicolette frowns as she takes this all in, "We need to understand what happened here, I think."
<@DeathStar> *Asarar nods and begins to grab stuff when Selena can be heard shouting from above*

<@DeathStar> *Asarar holds up her datapad to get records of the room as climbs up with the stuff*
<Jackieness> <Kira> *helps asarar with the stuff*

<Jackieness> <Bella> *comm* "We've got some stuff to take back to our ship. We don't have time to tangle with the Outer Spirits."

<MobileAri> * Nicolette quickly tries to find a sample of what they used on the spirits. "We'll grab what we can, and head back on foot. We need to avoid contact."
<Jackieness> <Bella> *comm* "Nico says we're going to head back on foot and void contact."
<@DeathStar> *Nicolette would find materials not only in where the spirit device was plugged in, but among all the seats there is spirit materials there of each of them, if she is willing to take her time and get samples of everything*
<@DeathStar> *Asarar heads for the entrance where everyone is gathered. Brooke is pacing in place; overhead the massive Keeper ship is coming in from the clouds*

<@DeathStar> *Zayne nods, then begins to aid in gathering materials from the seats to help speed up the time*

<@DeathStar> *at the same time, an ice Spirit attacks Brooke outside, freezing her on the spot*

<@Seraphna> **Taunting blue fire, then one has a water balloon launch at the spirit**
<Jackieness> <Bella> *moves faster to escape*

<@Seraphna> **another Fox hole swallows up the Brooke Iceicle**
<MobileAri> * Nicolette nods, and makes for the exit as quick as she can
<@DeathStar> *The fire spirit leaps for a foxhole while the Ice Spirit begins to freeze the side of the building*
<@Seraphna> **Kaelan then starts shadow skipping with her new ice statue**
<@Seraphna> **The fox holes lead to a pile of curse charms**
<@DeathStar> *Nicolette's group reaches the exit which is frozen over. Zayne tchs*
<MobileAri> * Nicolette frowns. She attempts to call upon fire to soften up the ice, without aggrivating the plant more. "Might need help breaking this."
<@DeathStar> *As it weakens, Selena acts ike she is going to attack the Ice Spirit, but forms her wings and attacks the weakened ice and shatters through it*
<@DeathStar> *the Ice Spirit eyes them as they exit, but strangely does not engage them*
<@Seraphna> **Kaelan buggers off with Brooke, less eager to endanger a spirit in need than herself**

And during this they found the world of those Spirits, and added them to their poweful fleet to enforce their rule, putting spirits on the worlds to monitor us. And this was how it was for many long years. But one day their people became plagued. A virus that only they got. It began to kill them and only them as the virus did not seem to leave the planet
