<@DeathStar> <Zayne> I was confident I could achieve it alone, but Shion is insisting I find partners. *she sets down papers* I heard there was attempts at bringing a form of song magic here to Geyze and so I was looking into it. But for some reason, despite my abilities in other forms of magic, I simply cannot grasp this song magic for the life of me.

<@Seraphna> Terra> I suppose Zayne need older spirit supervision.

<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "As long as it doesn't have to be popular, that should be easy, but I don't really..." *sighs* "Feels like people are more into useless posturing and just making themselves look good than anything I care about sometimes."

<@DeathStar> <Azif> I am disappointed. Avenir's magical box told me that this always happened - you would all now become girly girly, become fast friends, make a band, and become popular, find a rival band, and battle them

<@DeathStar> *located up north in Legion Territory now, closer to the ocean where a lot of Lana's expeditions have been occurring, Gwen shields his eyes staring out at the waters.*
<@DeathStar> *Lumi checks over their supplies and makes sure they have everything they need; various flying devices and diving devices have been secured the past few months. Since Chronos and Simon have gone MIA, Avenir is present - looking for Azif with a hmph*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> *is going through the expedition equipment*
<@DeathStar> <Lumi> This will be the last one we can do before Alita's wedding - after that we'll have to shift focus into making sure no attacks occur on them
<@DeathStar> <Lumi> So make sure we grab everything we want on this trip, it might be the last one for a bit
<@DeathStar> *Sylph, Gnome, and Brooke examine a large sub like device that they'll be using*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh...but..." *justs sighs*
<@DeathStar> <Lumi> Something wrong?
<@DeathStar> *Lumi seems distracted as a letter is being brought over to her*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "I was hoping to have more time to continue my research."
<@DeathStar> *Mireille studies the sub, on loan since the Aquarius is not really in operation anymore these days, and gets inside it to power it up*
<@DeathStar> <Lumi> We'll resume after the wedding protection detail. Hopefully it will only derail things for you for a month.
<@DeathStar> <Lumi> Great. I'm going to have to send some people to look for Selena.
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhhh?"
<@DeathStar> <Lumi> Don't worry, it should affect the sub launch
<@DeathStar> <Lumi> Knowing the kid, she's probably already at Alita's
<@DeathStar> <Gwen> We taking Ceilidh or anyone with us?
<@Jackieness> <Lana> *just lops, using a container as a seat*
<@DeathStar> *he gets into the sub and grabs the controls. Sylph, Gnome, and Brooke get into the back, there for emergency*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> *goes in and buckles up* "Ok. Prepare for launch."
<@DeathStar> *Lumi motions* <Lumi> We'll be hearing you on the radio from here. If something happens to the sub, the spirits should be able to get you out. Grab whatever you can with it but try not to overload the compartment with goodies or you might overload the weight limit
<@DeathStar> <Lumi> Good luck
<@DeathStar> *Gwen tests the arms on the sub; Sylph closing the hatch* <Sylph> Sylph hates areas with little air. *she mutters as she sits back down; Gwen begins to dive them into the ocean, heading northward*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhh...you're here in case we need air."
<@DeathStar> <Sylph> I can provide that. ...good ol' Sylph. Here for air.
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh...I didn't mean to diminish you..."
<@DeathStar> *after a bit of a trip, they soon begin to arrive over the village they been strip mining for goodies, along with the giant pyramid like structure next to it*
<@DeathStar> <Sylph> No, Sylph is just being hard on herself
<@DeathStar> *down below, indeed the entire ocean floor is a massive structure. One can see where the Croza get it from; it looks pyramid like, but it's flatter and stretches for miles and miles, with some sort of pedastal on the top for something to be placed, but now it is empty. It looks like whatever was meant to be placed there was huge once. The structure looks to be aimed almost back in the direction of the Legion/Amazon southward, but the entrance is aimed westward, back further into the ocean. The entrance, located near the top, is opened, allowing easy acess. Below the massive structure is what looks to have once been a village of sorts, with smaller buildings located at the base and are scattered all about, but many are weathered down and are almost all gone.
<@Jackieness> <Lana> *weaves to bring up the map of the areas they have alreayd explored."

<@DeathStar> *They've cleared out most of the village, so Gwen begins to head right for the entrance of the pyramid like structure*
<@DeathStar> *as the sub continues through the hall, they come across what looks to be a dead end not far in, but is actually a closed door. A control type panel on the wall on the left*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Shine a light on that panel."
<@DeathStar> *it looks like the panel is spirit tech like, with lines running from it toward the door*
<@DeathStar> <Gwen> What are the odds that thing even works still
<@DeathStar> *he moves the sub's arm to shine the light around*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh...hard to tell, but an examination is still warranted."
<@Seraphna> Talia> About the same as finding the lost city of fish.
<@DeathStar> <Gnome> We could try blowing it up
<@DeathStar> *Gwen studies the door and around, then back to the panel* It looks like this is the only path and this is the only panel
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "That would not be desirable... it could threaten the integrity of the site."
<@DeathStar> <Brooke> So I should not go out there and try to apply spirit energy to the panel?
<@DeathStar> <Gwen> What are the odds the interior isn't already flooded though
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhhhh...that would be preferable to explosives."
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "...and I'm worried about dropping the structure on top of us."
<@DeathStar> *Brooke vanishes, appearing outside, touching the panel and begins to have her hand glow. After a moment, the door begins to lower*
<@DeathStar> <Gwen> Proceeding. I am shocked this thing is still receiving power
<@Seraphna> Talia> Brooke genius.
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Brooke just provided the power."
<@Seraphna> Talia> So Brooke can’t help reset my datapad? Has been stuck on an Alt Bromide for a week.
<@DeathStar> *he moves inside the hall opens up into what looks like a massive chamber full of equipment that is now under water. It almost looks like a control room of sorts, all done in a square, with cracked displays done in the middle. The technology looks a lot like the ones found related to Origin, but this one seems to be designed for some other purpose and even older than the Origin one, surprisingly. From there more hallways branch out in the back, but the doors are closed on all of them*
<@DeathStar> <Gwen> So if this is a Keeper base, why wasn't it listed at the site where we found the other two
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "It may have been abandoned before the other facilities were established."
<@DeathStar> <Gwen> So what is the plan? Everything is offline and locked up
<@DeathStar> <Gwen> I'm not seeing anything to grab
<@DeathStar> *he shines his arm lights over the equipment*
<@Seraphna> Talia> Anything to wiggle or pull?
<@DeathStar> <Gwen> I mean the Keeper equipment on the other places surprisingly was still working even after all this time, able to answer questions. But they weren't under water
<@DeathStar> <Gwen> Maybe if we could pull all this out of the water it might could stat up
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Its not just about collecting artifacts. We need to map out the chamber."
<@DeathStar> *Gwen heads on past the control room, shining lights; Brooke follows and attempts on 4 other hallways that seem to exit from this one, but the control panels seem to refuse to open*
<@DeathStar> *shrugging at them as they give a red light*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "The panels have power, see? They may be security locks."
<@DeathStar> <Gwen> So they're in lockdown mode
<@DeathStar> <Gwen> Great.
<@DeathStar> *Gwen leans over and studies something on the monitor* Avenir wants us to come back. Something about time.
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "The terminals in the main room were damaged...ahhh? Time?"
<@DeathStar> <Gwen> I guess we'll fnid out when we get back.

<@DeathStar> *Zayne seem to be enjoying herself with Yoiyami, the lyrics coming out on the silly side many would say. Azif eats some sweets, watching everything when marching onto the campus, Peacemakers are carrying a body on a stretcher, drawing concern from the student body*
<@DeathStar> <Alouette> Did someone get hurt?
<@DeathStar> *she stands up and heads outside*
<@DeathStar> *Shin lurks near the men and upon seeing the Death Spirit, the student body begin to claim that someone has died*
<@Seraphna> **Terra slides over curious**
<@DeathStar> *laying on the stretcher is Celes - looking oddly ice cold, as if she has been left out in snow for hours. Her lips are blue, her skin is paler than usual, and she looks as if she was in frozen water. The Peacemaker mages appear to be channeling warm magic into her*
<@DeathStar> *Rain steps into Sasha's office* The Queen has been located.
<@DeathStar> <Rain> We still have not located Selena yet
<@Jackieness> <Sasha> *stands* "...what is my sister's state?"
<@Seraphna> **Terra frowns and warps away to get Sorren or Aska**
<@DeathStar> <Rain> .... I am not sure how to describe it. She is alive - technically. Some sort of spell is been placed on her, but ancient magics I have never encountered.

<@Jackieness> <Sasha> "Ancient magics?"
<@DeathStar> <Rain> The Peacemakers claim that when they found her, some monsters were at the scene and they had a message before running off. *she leads Sasha outside; the student body staring still; even Shion hasn't gotten them under control yet*
<@Jackieness> <Sasha> "Get the students indoors, now!"
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "That doesn't sound good."
<@DeathStar> *Shion whistles loudly and begins to work to get them indoors* <Rain> I ran some sort of detection spell. It is as if she was frozen in place/time/cut off. Her body is alive, but not really breathing. It is akin to a kiss of death spell, without the death. She is frozen wtihout being frozen to death. It is like her soul was ripped out and her body left perserved.
<@DeathStar> <Rain> Maybe one of the spirits could tell you what was used on her
<@Jackieness> <Sasha> "Recall the spirits then. And get a hold of my niece!"
<@DeathStar> *Shin and Zayne stare at her; Shin looking troubled while Rain goes to try to find Aska or Shade*
<@DeathStar> <Peacemaker> M'Lady. *he salutes Sasha, standing up from beside Celes* One of the monsters that was there told me to give you a message directly
<@Seraphna> **Terra brings Sorren over**
<@Jackieness> <Sasha> "A monster with a message?"
<@DeathStar> <Peacemaker> Yes, the monster spoke. As if it was a queen.
<@Jackieness> <Sasha> "...then let us hear this message."
<@DeathStar> <Peacemaker> It warned me that the monsters followed a powerful leader who wielded ancient magics now. And that if we valued our lives, we should give up these lands that were once their's because they were coming for them. And that they would not wait long.
<@DeathStar> *Soren kneels by Celes* I have never seen anything like this. It is like the Queen is gone. But something is keeping her "alive". I would state that her soul, her essence, has been stolen.
<@DeathStar> <Soren> What kind of magic could do that
<@DeathStar> <Soren> Whatever it may be, they hold onto it or else her body would have perished
<@Jackieness> <Sasha> "I do not know, but they have just declared war upon us."
<@DeathStar> <Zayne> Monsters are declaring war? I always thought that they were mindless beasts that sometimes one gained consciousness to be queens
<@DeathStar> <Zayne> And I never heard of one using magic
<@Seraphna> Terra> Black Magic?
<@DeathStar> <Soren> I do not even know if this is black magic. It might be even older and deadlier than black magic. Or at least, a twisted form of something else. I am sorry I do not know more. *Aska arrives with Rain, studying Celes* <Aska> I do not blame you for not recognizing it
<@Jackieness> <Sasha> "Do you know what it is, Lady Aska?"
<@DeathStar> <Aska> You are dealing with magics that pre-date myself. There was a time Geyze was more magic oriented before it started leaning more toward us spirits. You can find proof of that in the Magi Tower - the magic gems that increase magic capabilities. There are other magic relics that are still lost and hidden from you even now
<@DeathStar> <Aska> This wild magic was dangerous from what I was told. Dangerous enough to destroy an entire people and set them back far enough to the state they needed us spirits
<@Jackieness> <Sasha> "...is there anything else you cna tell us?"
<@DeathStar> *Aska thinks* Well. I cannot tell you much about the magics itself. Just that it almost wiped the entire civilization out, so much so that it is mostly buried - buried benath Geyze. Gnome found evidence of it here and there, believe it or not, due to her connection with the planet
<@Jackieness> <Sasha> "...then it is possible that the monsters tunneled deep enough to find these lost magics."
<@DeathStar> <Aska> But due to the people never really digging into the planet, outside the Hapians, there was never a risk of them coming across many of these people's existence. Only a few of their structures survived - world ending structures like the Magi Tower.
<@DeathStar> <Aska> Yes it is possilble. It is possible the monsters learned to harness the wild magic and one of them has taken up the banner for all of them. It has happened before - minus the wild magics. I will look into it for you, if you wish
<@DeathStar> *she looks at Celes* <Aska> Right now, I still feel my connection to Celes, so for some reason they decided not to kill her.
<@Jackieness> <Sasha> "If you look into this, do so with caution."
<@DeathStar> *Aska bows and vanishes*
<@DeathStar> <Zayne> Is a monster war going to affect the school?
<@DeathStar> *she glances at Yoiyami*
<@Jackieness> <Sasha> "It depends upon what lands they claim as their own."
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "Probably."
<@DeathStar> <Rain> We still have time before they do anything - they said so themselves. It could be months before anything happens
<@DeathStar> <Rain> We should just continue as normal
<@Jackieness> <Sasha> "Then we must prepare." *glances* "...don't just leave my sister out here in the snow."
<@DeathStar> *Shin, of all people, picks her up*
<@DeathStar> <Shin> I will see to her. *she follows after Sasha*

<@DeathStar> *everyone has been invited to the wedding. The capital is full of people, due to the invites being send out, leading to a large crowd outside the palace*
<@DeathStar> *Zayne stands in the palace, dressed in a dress - a rare sight for her. Shion approaches her and Yoiyami* <Shion> Oh, by the way girls. I wanted to say your song. A bit unconventional, but I liked it. I'm giving your group project an A+
<@DeathStar> *she continues on, mingling with everyone in the palace*
<@DeathStar> *Gwen stands around in a suit, drinking; Qui next to him in an an amazon dress*
<@Seraphna> **Talia and Alt are in the wedding procession and dresses to the nines, as the daughter and granddaughter of the bride**
<@Seraphna> **Amber attends as both family and one of the Magi leaders**
<@Jackieness> <Lana> *is there as well, looking seriously out of place in a dress that she didn't pick out herself*
<@DeathStar> *Leafy is there to represent the Ents, Kalam is also present, Celine is there as one half of the Magi Leaders*
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "I'm pretty unconventional, but I'm glad I could impress."
<@DeathStar> *Sylph, Gnome, and Brooke hang out in the back with Salamander, Shin, Shade, etc*
<@DeathStar> <Zayne> Thank you, Yoiyami. *she almost reaches out to take her hand, but stops* It's meant a lot that you worked with me and seeing song magic in action.
<@Seraphna> **Jaime has come back to attend with her retinue. And increased security detail**
<@DeathStar> *Rain scans the room, still not seeing Selena yet*
<@DeathStar> <Lumi> ... *Taps her arm, having Peacemakers on standby keeping an eye out for the wayward queen*

<@Seraphna> Alita> I’ll be great when this is over and we’re having our honeymoon. Again.
<@DeathStar> *Azif is eating all the sweets she can next to Avenir*

<@DeathStar> *stuffing a chocolate into her mouth*
