<@DeathStar> *a large craft floats off the coast of the newly discovered continent that the team has been doing investigations for the past few months, finding the sheer size staggering and realizing that trying to fly across the ocean to do surveys will take too much energy and time. What little they've been able to discover so far is that there is a massive jungle around the are of the Keeper location in the continent, and that there are a lot more monsters here than they realized, slowing them down*

<@DeathStar> <Mireille> Well, further south away from the place we want, there are less trees almost as if they have been cut down

<@DeathStar> *Lumi seems to be nodding to herself* I think we should make a concentrated effort for the Keeper ... you want to head south now?

<@DeathStar> <Lumi> If you want the Keeper ruins. The signal points toward it being somewhere in the forest area here.

<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh...ahhh...ok. we'll go north and set up anchorage. Then we cna decide what to do about the forests from there."

<@DeathStar> *Qui looks dubious, due to what Azif is - could she really deny anyone who commanded her?*

<@DeathStar> *As the team enters the forest, bugs begin to buzz around and bite at*
<@DeathStar> <Qui> I was thinking on this creation magic you have been looking into.
<@Seraphna> **Terra offers the bugs a distraction fruit**
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh?"
<@DeathStar> <Qui> It's very nature allowing one to practically chain magic if you know the words and create things. I was wondering if there was any type of magic like that among the spirits?
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Well...I don't know if there is a native form, but I did experiment with the concept. I was trying to create circuits of spirit energy."

<@DeathStar> *as the bugs consume the fruit, up ahead the group would hear rustling sounds in the foilage*
<@Seraphna> Terra> Hear that?
<@DeathStar> *Lumi slows down and Qui tenses. Azif tilts head, confused at the caution, when up ahead a massive monster seems to be roaming about, consuming whole fruit from the trees*

<@Seraphna> **Terra tosses a giant fruit at it**
<@DeathStar> *the monster turns to eat the fruit, then seems to eye the group and suddenly sharp teeth emerge from it's mouth and begins to lumber toward them*

<@Seraphna> **Terra tosses a big oddly bomb shaped fruit at it**
<@DeathStar> *The monster goes to eat it, thinking it's fruit*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhhhhhhhhhhh?!"
<@DeathStar> *Qui puts an arm across Lana, pulling her close like Gwen might*

<@DeathStar> *The monster's top half is gone and it falls over. Lumi looks around, hoping the noise doesn't draw more attention*

<@DeathStar> *The group comes across a valley almost, hidden within the forest; inside it, there appears to be tons of monsters moving about, many of them plant based, looking a lot like the Ents/Venus, but definitely they seem to be almost like Venus Flytrap type monsters. Sexy Plant Women, but once you get close, the monster devourers you. There also appears to be plenty of vine monsters and more all throughout the valley, as well as what looks to be raptor like monsters roaming about. And at the far end is the temple shaped signs of a Keeper structure, almost completely overgrown now*

<@Jackieness> <Lana> "We are not nuking the valley!"

<@Jackieness> <Lana> *starts to weave, conjuring a vehicle to carry the group*
<@DeathStar> <Mireille> You think that will carry us in the forest?
<@DeathStar> *Azif has already climbed in and is leaning back*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "We'll be able to navigate the rugged terrain leading there with less risk."
<@DeathStar> *Lumi, Qui, and Mireille climb inside*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> *also climbs in* "...just...I'm kind of useless now while I maintain it, and if it gets disrupted, I'll need time to make another one."

<@Seraphna> Nox> I dunno, now it feels dirty driving something other than Mire.

<@DeathStar> *Mireille cuddles Nox in the back*
<@DeathStar> *As they begin to approach, the sounds of monsters begin to get louder --- behind them raptors are chasing them*
<@DeathStar> *And Qui --- is going at a leisurely pace*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh?!"
<@Seraphna> **Terra hums and makes fissures open up behind them as they go**
<@DeathStar> *Lumi turns her head to look back*
<@DeathStar> *the Raptors leap over the fissure and land in the back seat with Mireille and Nox*
<@DeathStar> *and begin to bite and rip into things*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhhhhhhh?!"
<@DeathStar> *the raptor finishes destroying the backseat and turns it's head toward Lana*
<@DeathStar> *and begins to lean forward to bite at her*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Help!"
<@DeathStar> *Lumi holds up the spare food backpack and shoves it into it's mouth*
<@Seraphna> **Nox states tendering the raptors up**
<@Seraphna> *tendriling
<@DeathStar> *The raptor is defeated and falls over*
<@DeathStar> <Azif> ... We should have made it a pet. I could have taught it not to eat you
<@DeathStar> <Azif> Maybe
<@DeathStar> *The jeep suddenly stops moving and almost flips over when vines wrap around the wheels. Qui makes her head on the wheel. Plant monster girls begin to surround them*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhhh...I can't use any spells while maintaining the construct..."
<@Seraphna> **Alt stars slicing up the vines**
<@DeathStar> *the plant girls make noises of pain as they advance. Qui keeps revving the engine as Lumi joins in and Mireille cheers Nox on. Azif leans over and and unleashes Black Magic fire, starting what appears to be a forest fire and driving more of them off as it begins to burn out of control, allowing them to move again toward the temple. Qui parks/crashes*

<@DeathStar> <Lumi> ... *eyes the fire burning off to the side* Lets hope that doesn't become a problem. At least it should keep the monsters away

<@DeathStar> *Qui heads up toward where the entrance looks sealed off on this one. The door is shut tight at the top of the temple and there appears to be something in the Keeper languagge with places one can push in the stone*
<@DeathStar> <Azif> Should I blow the door up?
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh...no." *dispels their ride and then focuses on translating the Kepper text*
<@DeathStar> *it seems to be a simple math problem and all one has to do is press the buttons to "solve" the math problem, which happens to be 2 pressed in*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "It looks like a simple math problem to open the door."
<@DeathStar> <Mireille> It looks like gibberish to me
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "We've already translated alot of their language." *tries punching in the answer to the problem*
<@Seraphna> Terra> Terra’s greatest foe. Math.
<@DeathStar> *at first it looks like nothing will happen, then the door begins to slide open after 2 minutes*
<@DeathStar> *probably designed to make the person second guess themselves*
<@DeathStar> *the lights inside begin to come on and inside a chamber much like the other one lights up, showing the control room*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "My guess is it was intended to test the nature of an entrant... to keep out the less developed locals."

<@Seraphna> Nox> They should get faster boot sequences.
<@DeathStar> *the Keeper console powers up and blinks with various information on the screen*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> *moves to a console and chesk the data streams*
<@DeathStar> *it looks like this Keeper outpost was monitoring this part of the world, indicating there was a third one that monitoring the area where Hapian Castle was located. It seems it recorded all sorts of information much like the previous one.*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "There should have eben one in the vicinity of hapian castle. Its either buried or destroyed..."
<@DeathStar> <Lumi> Well, this one have anything useful? I was hoping it would have something on this new enemy
<@DeathStar> *Qui peers out at the fire burning and watches the monsters working together to put it out* <Qui> .... that is.... new
<@Jackieness> <Lana> *tries to bring up the location and status of the Hapian facility*
<@Seraphna> Terra> Is like when the Monster Lord attacked.
<@DeathStar> *a few moments pass, and it brings up a location in the Naturalist Kingdom, but it doesn't seem able to report of it's operating* <Keeper Computer> There is also a newer facility tied to the Spirit Seed Project that seems to be online. *it gives the location of it, but the team has already located it*
<@DeathStar> *the facility being tied to Origin*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "We'll need to follow up on this facility later." *tries to bring up more data about the current facvility's operations*
<@DeathStar> *it looks like this facilty was designed to gather data, a lot of data, on the inhabitants of Geyze long before the spirits were made 12,000 years ago. Judging by the data they were gathering - a lot of it on Magic, the mana of the world, and Creation Magic and the fact it was being put into the Spirit Seed Project, which would later be used for Origin, then the other Spirits after Origin, it seems to indicate a link*

<@DeathStar> *it appears they were searching, rather desperately, for where Creation Magic's source began as well. Where did the source of all the mana come from, allowing Creation Magic to start creating magic*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh...they were trying to fidn the soruce of the creation Magic."
<@DeathStar> *going through the data, Lana would see signs that there were flying cities, the islands were actually continents themselves, with massive amounts of creation magic being used to create magi-tech to keep things in the air, as well as vehicles, entertainment, and more*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "The ancient civilization was powered entirrely through creation magic." *tries to flip forward to the end of the civilization*
<@DeathStar> *she would see images of what looks to be Magic Knights moving around enforcing the law, as some sort of paladins, a holy Magic Order, that the people looked up to; their armor, despite looking medieval it seems to be fully designed with Creation Magic. And in the background of one of the scans there is a massive device that the Keepers refer to as "The Creation Machine", their notes referring to it as the ability to create anything when a desire is input into it.*
<@DeathStar> *Lumi seems to be logging the various words the Keepers have logged to add it to the Creation Magic words they have*
<@DeathStar> *as they jump ahead*
<@Seraphna> **Terra looks troubled**
<@DeathStar> *It looks like the various groups that made up the past have for some reason led to in-fighting, all wanting the Creation Machine that is hosted at the largest capital/Kingdom, and while the Keeper logs become blurry here, despite the Holy Magic Order's attempts, someone or another attempts to use their Creation Magic on another, which leads to another defending another, and another .... And it leads to a ... jump forward and all the cities are gone, crashed, continents rubble in the sea. Everything is gone within days. The Creation Machine can't even be found by the Keepers*
<@DeathStar> *in the end, they locate a piece of it, which they use and take it to one of their facilities*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "As far as I cna tell, there was an artifact... a Creation Machine that they started fighting over."
<@DeathStar> <Azif> There is always an artifact that can become a stepping stone for power
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhh...I suppose that you would know..."
<@DeathStar> <Azif> Yes, I am such an artifact
<@DeathStar> <Qui> The monsters are starting to regroup and soon they will be in here
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Though I wonder if there might have been an outside influence involved in starting the fighting."
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh...then we should go and reseal the facility."
<@DeathStar> <Lumi> It's hard to say. I'm not even sure if we got what we really needed to beat the bad guy. Just more questions

<@DeathStar> *Bonnie adjusts her suit, wearing Chad's mana outfit underneath so she can survive Kumen. Cloe prances around, wearing the same. Before them is the Magi Tower, laying dead. Celine and Amber eye the thing, having finally paid off the Kumen government to get their hands on the thing; mainly due to the fact it's dead is the reason they were even allowed near it*

<@Jackieness> <Bella> *crosses her arms and looks it over*
<@DeathStar> *Celine runs her hand along the outside, looking for a way to get the entrance to open*
<@DeathStar> *The wolf werebeast sighs* <Celine> This poor thing is starved of mana. If only there was a way to feed it mana.
<@Seraphna> Amber> There’s always value in the parts if nothing else.
<@Jackieness> <Bella> "I thought there wasn't any mana on Kumen anyway."
<@DeathStar> <Celine> That is the problem.
<@DeathStar> *Bonnie walks over to the door and Cloe follows; Bonnie begins to lace the door with mana crystals*
<@Jackieness> <Bella> *looks at Asarar* "Could always build a tourist trap around it. That's what we do now, right?"
<@DeathStar> <Asarar> We could. *Bonnie activates the mana crystals and powers the door up enough to open*
<@DeathStar> <Bonnie> There.
<@Jackieness> <Bella> "...yeah..."
<@DeathStar> *inside the Magi Tower, everything is dark due to the lack of power for lights. Asarar leans over the railing and peers down at the basement area* <Bonnie> Lets hope they don't have a familiar chamber down there like the original did. *she heads up the stairs*
<@Seraphna> Amber> Why would we hope that?
<@DeathStar> *Celine looks around as they go up, shining a light*
<@DeathStar> <Bonnie> Because then Kumen might start making familiar slaves
<@DeathStar> *Cloe hurries downstairs to check it out*
<@Jackieness> <Bella> "They treat fauna oh so well up here."
<@Seraphna> Amber> Well we bought the tower, so we won’t let that happen.
<@DeathStar> *Asarar looks around upstairs with Bonnie; it has the same mana cannon set up with the slot for one of the super mana crystals to be put into it. And it seems to be aimed into space. Asarar pauses, looking out the window and seems to be doing math in her head*
<@Jackieness> <Bella> "I'll go keep cloe out of trouble." *follows*
<@DeathStar> <Bonnie> They'll find some way to argue to get the property.
<@DeathStar> *Cloe and Bella arrive in the pitch black of the labatory, where it looks like the Magi were working to create something odd. Strange dolls lay all around the place, looking humanoid and girl like. Cloe pauses and shudders, hiding behind Bella and pointing at the dolls*

<@Jackieness> <Bella> "...there are way too many horror vids that start liek this..."
<@DeathStar> *none of the dolls seem to move; except that one. One of them definitely moved it's head somewhat to look at them*

<@DeathStar> <Asarar> It looks like the tower is aimed right at Geyze.
<@Jackieness> <Bella> "...Cloe...back up toward the stairs and head up..."

<@Jackieness> <Bella> *listens for Cloe backing away and then starts to back away as well*

<@DeathStar> *The doll looks almost like the size of a young girl now, sitting there with their hands crossed on their lap; if not for leaning forward lifelessly, you'd be fooled*

<@DeathStar> <Celine> I'll see..... if we can't find out where this Tower is pointing in the meantime

<@DeathStar> <Rain> They seem to have begun an organization here in Hapian along with Brandr. They have gathered a bunch of Dragonriders and are using the Dragons to help bolster Hapian's defenses with them. They are calling themselves the Windrunners
<@DeathStar> <Rain> I suppose with the fear of a large scale Monster Army, they are using the Windrunners to help out since the Hapian Army might not be enough to repel them
<@Jackieness> <Sasha> "I see. Summon them to an audience with the crown. We need to strategize."

<@DeathStar> <Kito> I have one other piece of news. ... It might just be rumors and villagers talking
<@Jackieness> <Sasha> "During the troubling times, we can't afford to ignore it if you think it worth bringing to my ear."
<@DeathStar> <Kito> Some refugees from a monster attack came to me and told me that the monsters were seen passing through the Naturalist Kingdom without attacking any of their cities. The new Naturalist leader has already shown disinterest in the Alliance meetings and has skipped many of them, so I only bring it up tentatively since if we pressed him he might leave the Alliance altogether. But since every Kingdom has had at least one village decimated due to the monsters, it is odd that the Naturalist have had none if this rumor is correct.

<@DeathStar> *jumping ahead in time, the book the two managed to grab appears to be an old book in a very old form in the language the people of Geyze once wrote in, very similiar to the most ancient of Hapian forms. It allows, at least, a base form to understand some of the book and the drawings show what appears to be buildings floating in the sky using magi-tech and passages referring to a type of Creation Magic, talking about using written spells and creating essentially spells out of nothing if one writes the words down, hence the name. It seems some of the wording is lost but it appears the basis of the Creation Magic was discovered by a particular mage long ago at a location on Geyze, but the passages they need are just too hard to translate, and the pictures seem to indicate a location on Geyze neither of the two have seen before. The piece of Magi-Tech, judging by the drawings, looks to have belonged to a larger machine that granted - rough translation - Wish Magic, and it looks like there are roughly 6 more pieces like this, somewhere that slot into a device*

<@DeathStar> *Selena studies the book and rubs her face* I have no idea where on Geyze they might have located such a source of mana to grant this original sorcerer the creation magic. And I would not know where to begin. It appears that the Peacemakers have located new lands , but unless we want to commodeer a boat and spent months going there, it may be better to just wait on the Peacemaker's report on what they find. We could keep trying to go deeper, but that would mean the monsters will be on more alert after taking this piece. I'm not sure what would be the best direction now

They would find that there are no spirit classes being taught and that the magic classes have been expanded. Infact, as Selena studies the school map, it looks like the Magi School has grown over the past year or so, and opened up additional schools across Geyze, showing the power of the Magi lately. It even looks like they moved into Kalam's old Monestary, as it appears Kalam and her Summoni have left Geyze altogether*

<@DeathStar> <Shin> Yes, *she nods at them both* We are aware a little bit about that. But we don't know the full extend either. They used it to lure the spirits into one location using the same tactic and managed to take most of them. They're alive - thankfully - but this enemy wanted them for some reason. The person was found with what looked to be magic tech on them smaller than my pinky finger, and even after months of studying it Lana still was not able to figure out how it played a part in the spell.

<@DeathStar> <Shin> Well, I'll also inform you of this. The bad guy who attacked you has been given a name by the citizens. The Magic Emperor due to his threat to take over all the Kingdoms. So far, he has shown no desire to harm the school unlike most people in the past, but he has done raids on villages that have not aligned with him and reports claim the monster tunnels can be heard from miles with their footsteps. If he attacks one of the Kingdoms and their army isn't enough it could be trouble.

Headmistress Shion appears to be trustworthy and has been running the school fairly it would appear, but could the lack of attacks on the school be because she is compromised? Sabrina has become a magic teacher here at the academy since her abilities seem to have improved, and she seems to be doing better, but I have heard students whisper she has a temper and seems to go out at night. And there is Zayne. She seems to be a loner, but I find she often is at the bar as if she seeking people out to purposely spend time or listen in on conversations. I could not tell you if they are new personality quirks or something else.
