<@DeathStar> *Lana's team has found themselves in a waiting area with many other travelers - their horses, carriages, and more all together in a place with make shift shops and stuff all set up as if to make money from the weary travelers as the gates on the other side show no signs of raising any time soon. Infact, there are even rooms to rent out for sleep and a rudimentary bar set up; however guards are set up to prevent people from going further into the fortress proper. The Rogue Knight and his group have moved to the bar to get some drinks, leaving the boy and girl to watch over the wagons currently*

However, a keen eye would notice that there appear to be Knights "inspecting" every other wagon and deftly taking stuff from them during said inspections*

<@DeathStar> Location: Yoiyami's Group
<@DeathStar> *Zayne tugs at the guard outfit while escorting Yoiyami and Speedy as "prisoners", they have been looking around and discovering that the biker gang have what appear to be a fleet of various vehicles in a garage. Enough to allow them to rule and terrorize the bad lands. Zayne looks over what looks to be an armored vehicle, which oddly seems to be giving off a magic aura*

<@Seraphna> Talia> We could use one to blast the rest, but we’d get lots of attention.
<@DeathStar> <Zayne> It would appear most of their vehicles have a component of magic to run them. Fascinating.
<@DeathStar> *Azif looks around, tuned out beside Alt*
<@Seraphna> Alt> We could try to eat that.
<@DeathStar> *as they talk, some of the bikers walk in and seem to be headed to their respected vehicles - so far they haven't noticed the group*
<@Seraphna> Talia> Let them pass, less to handle.
<@DeathStar> *it seems the odds are not in their favor this time, as one of them spots the group* <Biker> ... why are you bringing prisoners in here?
<@Seraphna> Talia> Just wasting time before a hand off. They ain’t goin’ nowhere.
<@DeathStar> *the two seem sus now, but they glance over the location, then the prisoners* <Biker> Man, if you want some alone time with a prisoner, you should say so. *they mutter about their taste in the masked man though*
<@Seraphna> Talia> Oh yeah, yeah yeah. Mind lookin’ the other way while we take our time?
<@DeathStar> *the bikers eye them and move back to their bikes, getting them ready*
<@Seraphna> Talia> **muses and sees if it looks like they’re gonna leave**
<@DeathStar> *they seem be indeed prepping it to go out. They pull out what looks to be a magic device and place it into the bikes and it powers up. The two then lift the hanger doors up and begin to prepare to go back into the Badlands*
<@DeathStar> *Zayne muses at that* Some sort of magic ignition. Interesting
<@Seraphna> Talia> We could probably use this to blow the bikes.
<@DeathStar> <Zayne> If we could get our hands on an ignition key, we could use one to attack the rest. ... *She thinks* Infact, Yoiyami has a bike activated, does she not?
<@DeathStar> *the hanger doors close automatically a few moments later*
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "I don't think we can take them, so... why not?"
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "And by take them, I mean steal them, not in a fight."
<@DeathStar> <Zayne> Hm. It would be worthwhile if we could bring your bike in here but I am not sure how.

<@Seraphna> Talia> Each rider likely keeps theirs on them.
<@DeathStar> *as they talk, those with great hearing - most of the team outside Zayne really - would hear faint yelling outside the hanger*
<@DeathStar> *it seems to be coming from a few rooms away*
<@Seraphna> Talia> I hear yelling, an argument?
<@DeathStar> *Zayne muses, then moves to a door, opening it; it seems to lead to some stairs going upward to some "offices". If one could consider offices for bikers and pimps. She slowly creeps up toward where they are*
<@DeathStar> *the offices seem contain high ranking officers of the regional lord in their meeting room, with more slave girls in the room for entertainment, as the lieutenants are listening to a biker scream about some beast girl stealing his bike*

<@DeathStar> <Biker> I need weapons and men to go back to that town and get it back and her! I want her! She can't make a fool out of me! *he points at his wound* They shot me!
<@Seraphna> Talia> **looks between Yoi and Zayne to see what they want to do, whispering** We could off the higher ups right here.
<@DeathStar> *The Lieutenants reach lazily for a comm on the wall, talking to someone* The boss says he'll okay the order to hit the town. He'll actually oversee it himself. Can't have them thinking they can attack us.
<@Seraphna> **Talia notes that for later, they know when and where to hit the regional leader now**
<@DeathStar> <Lieutenant> Infact, we should take a look at the latest group that's downstairs - see if any of them are among those trying to cross over and leave our territory. I'd look bad if someone else had to clean up your mess. Lets go take a look
<@DeathStar> *Zayne seems to be thinking* There are pros and cons to acting now versus later
<@Seraphna> **Talia nods** Though they seem about to check on the others.
<@DeathStar> *The Lieutenants and the Biker step out of the room and seem to take a left away from the group, heading down a hallway*
<@DeathStar> *the rest seem to be heading their way - toward the hanger*
<@DeathStar> *Speedy hides behind Yoiyami*
<@Seraphna> Talia> So which are we stopping? *whisper*
<@DeathStar> *Zayne seems to size up the group heading for the hanger - it is on the large side* It would be prudent to not let them get their vehicles started, but we are few.
<@Seraphna> Talia> I could try to eat the Mana in the hangar.
<@DeathStar> *Azif studies Talia, but seems to not say anything since Alt is her master*
<@Seraphna> Alt> Go on Azif, Momma can know stuff.
<@DeathStar> <Azif> There are certain things I would advise against - eating large amonts of mana would be one. Especially in this land.
<@Seraphna> Talia> Explosions then?
<@DeathStar> <Zayne> It is always a viable alternative
<@DeathStar> *she watches the enemy go past them for the hanger*
<@Seraphna> Alt> How many fish can I make Azif?
<@DeathStar> *Azif thinks* It consumes a great deal of eldritch mana to turn someone into a fish. I would not risk turning more than 5 people at any given time without giving your body a chance to rest. Eating the fish would also help speed up recovery time to cast it again.
<@DeathStar> *Zayne pauses and turns her head* What?
<@Seraphna> Alt> Can turn 5 of them into fish.
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "Would that count as cannibalism or not?"

<@DeathStar> *the spirit seems to rub her face, her aura flashing dark again for a moment*

<@DeathStar> <Zayne> I'll handle the hanger group - you go after the Lieutenant and the Biker group. And fish them since they're not as many

<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "I know we can handle this, but whether we can do so without being obvious..."
<@DeathStar> *Talia would catch up to the Lieutenants and in a miscalculations, the group is now larger. The Biker "army" seems to have formed outside the large doors that lead to the area where Lana's team is at, and they seem to be prepping something. The Bikers standing around with various weapons, with all their attention focused on the cameras that show what is going on in the room. It seems they are focused on the Knight, believing they might be part of all this and are pumping gas into the room*
<@DeathStar> <Lieutenant> We'll knock them all out and sort it from there. Then we'll move onto that village and deal with them. The boss is coming down from upstairs as well
<@Seraphna> **Talia frowns and decides now’s the time. She hand signals to Talia who nods**
<@Seraphna> **Alt winks at Azif and glows as she prepares a cat army and Talia rushes in, leaping but as she does the glowing outline of a giant cat form to lead them, tiny little kittens from Alt swarm the raiders as Taliastatts swinging huge magic paws into guards**
<@DeathStar> *the guards are caught off gurad by an attack by cats. Azif unleashes fire magic upon the distracted bikers*
<@Seraphna> **Talia cuts, swipes and bites while Alt tries to Fish Spell the Lt.**
<@DeathStar> *the Lieutenants turn into fish*
<@DeathStar> *floppig around*
<@DeathStar> *a few bikers panic and flee, while a few begin to return fire on Talia and Alt and Azif, firing their weapons at them*
<@Seraphna> **Five of the tiny cats pick them up and bring them to Alt as she stars shielding Azif and Talia**
<@DeathStar> *one Biker though seems intent on going after Yoiyami*
<@DeathStar> *practically leaping at her with a knife*
<@Seraphna> **Talia blasts at them from her huge cat maw with a mana blast**
<@DeathStar> *the Biker team rockets into the ceiling*
<@DeathStar> *and hits the ground*
<@DeathStar> *the bikers retreat for now, firing behind themselves*
<@DeathStar> <Azif> They gave up easier than I thought they would
<@Seraphna> **Alt noms evil fish as she turns off the gas**
<@DeathStar> *the biker on the ground escapes when no one is looking*
<@Seraphna> **Talia muses** Their boss is heading down.

<@DeathStar> *Qui muses, looking at Nicolette, then takes her arm in her own and walks with her up to the bar where the Knight is drinking and everyone is giving him a wide berth*

<@DeathStar> <Selena> ... Are you still worried about the elderly woman? *she seems distracted, worried about Nicolette*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "OK...going." *starts walking toward the elderly woman*
<@Ariel> * Nicolette shoots Qui a questioning look, but goes along with
<@DeathStar> *as they get closer, the Knight doesn't seem to acknowledge them* <Qui> Um, hello there. *still they don't turn around, drinking; when Qui steps a little closer, within 10 feet, suddenly the Knight turns around and seems to stare at the two, and begins to stare at them, as if sizing them up, making Qui pause a moment* <Qui> Hi. I was wondering if it was okay to drink next to you? *The Knight pauses, then motions at the seat next to them*

<@DeathStar> <Old Woman> Oh, this your first time deary. It can be scary for a young woman such as yourself. *she nods* Don't worry too much
<@DeathStar> *The Knight seems to go back to their drink, but oddly seems to mainly just be holding it in their hands*
<@DeathStar> *their armored helmet turning to survey the room as if studying it for something*
<@DeathStar> *their gaze mostly falling on the slave auctions*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> A"hhh...yes. This is my first time. I admit I'm a bit nervous."
<@Ariel> <Nicolette> *orders a drink, then looks to the knight* "You stand out here even more than we do. What brings someone like you to a place like this?"
<@DeathStar> *The Knight turns their head toward Nicolette, but with the two sitting on their left side, one would think the Knight would lean to their left; instead the Knight practically turns fully to face them, making Qui blink as it facing them head on makes the Knight look more imposing* <Knight> I am simply traveling as a body guard. It is trying times. *the helmet muffles their voice, making it hard to identify anything about the Knight, more so than any other Knight before them. Almost as if on purpose*
<@DeathStar> *The old woman pats Lana on the knee* Do not worry. Just keep your head down and do as these guards say and you'll be out of her and no time.
<@Ariel> <Nicolette> *blinks* "A body guard? I didn't see anyone in your number that would need a guard..." She ponders a moment, then shrugs, and sips her drink.
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh...thank you."
<@DeathStar> <Knight> I am sworn to protect any who need it. These travelers requested aid from those who would prey on their wares. *referring to the wagon he was with*
<@DeathStar> *the old lady snacks on a cookie, offering one to Lana*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh..thank you." *takes the cookie to nom*
<@Ariel> <Nicolette> "Oh, is that it? That's very noble."
<@DeathStar> <Knight> It is simply what should be done. *they turn their attention back to the auctions, noting a change in the guard line up*
<@Ariel> <Nicolette> "I wonder... the world would be a very different place if more people thought like that."
<@DeathStar> <Qui> Nicolette is right
<@DeathStar> <Knight> I have noticed these lands are rather lawless.
<@DeathStar> *Selena steps up behind Lana*

<@DeathStar> *The old lady waves a hand saying it is okay*
<@DeathStar> <Knight> May I inquire to the purpose of your journey?
<@Jackieness> <Lana> *goes with Selena*
<@DeathStar> *Selena leads Lana off to the side, then motions at something - the guards are oddly pulling back from the area*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> *looks around* "...you're right. Something is about to happen."
<@Ariel> <Nicolette> *laughs* "If only I had an easy answer to that..."
<@DeathStar> *The Knight seems to rise to their feet, making Qui jump a bit*
<@DeathStar> *They motion to those who came with them to head to their wagon*
<@DeathStar> *Selena turns to Lana* Lets go meet up with Nicolette
<@Jackieness> <Lana> *nod nods and heads that way*
<@DeathStar> *Selena joins the others at the bar area. The Knight has begun to look around the area where people have begun to grow restless; it seems the Knight is checking out the slave area and has taken the moment to use their enhanced strength to break them free, much to the beast people's confusion as well as the other civilians in the area. Directing them to go to the wagon of the people the Knight came with, they seem to be looking around for the guards - who still haven't come in to stop anyone*

<@DeathStar> *Qui tries to rise and then falls back into her seat*
<@DeathStar> *many other civilians have begun to fall over*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh?" *sniffles* "...I think they are drugging us..."
<@DeathStar> <Selena> ... Great. *she puts some cloth over her face*
<@Ariel> * Nicolette tries to figure out if the 'weakness' is from magic or poison
<@DeathStar> *it appears to be from a poisonous gas, not magical this time - just plain normal poison, just enough to weaken a person*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> *tries using air elemental magic to blow the poison upward*
<@DeathStar> *the Knight works on moving the elderly to safer positions*
<Seraphna> **Terra frowns and forms a mud mask on her and Fae**
<@DeathStar> *Fae works her wind magic to help Lana clear the area*
<@DeathStar> *but it seems weaker than usual*
<@DeathStar> *blasts are heard o nthe other side of the doors*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh...I think the others have made a move."
<@DeathStar> *The gas seems to shut off*
<@Ariel> * Nicolette uses healing magic on the old and weak to make sure the poison doesn't kill them
<@DeathStar> *the Knight uses their strength to begin forcing the doors open while Nicolette flushes the toxins out of the elderly*

<@DeathStar> *the doors beside group is wrenched open a moment later by a scary looking Knight*
<@Seraphna> Talia> Oh hey there Rogue Knight.
<@Seraphna> **Alt finishes her semi Eldritch meal**
<@DeathStar> *the Knight stares at Talia, shifting their face fully toward Talia as she says that, then looks over the chaos*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh...?"
<@DeathStar> *Qui seems to be doing better as everything airs out; the Elderly thank Nicolette*
<@Seraphna> Talia> The local boss is on his way down. We may have pissed then off.
<@DeathStar> *Peeps fidgets a bit*
<@DeathStar> <Peeps> The Regional Lords are always the strongest of their gangs. So do not underestimate him. But also this group is the weakest. If you can beat him you'll be entering the true territory of the Bandit King.

<@DeathStar> *the hanger doors begin to open - but not the side that would lead them further into the Bandit Knight's territory, but the way they came. Selena and Qui turn to look and the Knight joins them*

<@DeathStar> *outside, large tank like vehicles are amassed among the civilians that are in line, and in the largest tank is a giant of a figure with a mask; all the tanks are pointed right at the team inside the waiting chamber - them and all the civilians inside it. The Figure begins to speak* <Figure> Throw down your weapons and kneel before me, or we will fire inside.

<@Seraphna> Talia> Zayne was setting something up.
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "I could probablyn figure it out if I had the time."

<@DeathStar> *they throw down Zayne onto his tank, looking see-throughish* <Figure> Your ally failed in whatever task they set out to do
<@Jackieness> <Lana> *looks around for a panel that might hide the door mechanism*
<@Ariel> <Nicolette> "Right... well, this is an intel fail."
<@DeathStar> *if there is one, it is not in sight of the main room. It is likely located somewhere outside of the main chamber where the civilains are located*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "...they put the lock on their side...sorry."
<@Seraphna> **Terra without moving has a wall of rock thrust up in the hangar doorway**
<@DeathStar> <Figure> It has been decided. Blood! *he begins to chant it and all his men begin to chant it*
<@Seraphna> Terra> Move the civvies!
<@DeathStar> <Selena> If Zayne did manage to enact a sabotage, I can't see it
<@Jackieness> <Lana> *starts to prepare a weave*
<@DeathStar> *the Knight has already started moving them toward the hallway*
<@Seraphna> **Talia grumbles** I can’t eat a lot of this mana so it’ll have to be strategic.
<@DeathStar> *the tanks begin to fire into the rock wall, their powerful shots beginning to crumble it*
<@DeathStar> *Fae works on using her magic to try to hold the rocks together*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> *raises her hands and uses her weave to raise a mana barrier just behind the rock wall*
<@DeathStar> *The masked man watches Lana*
<@Seraphna> **Talia suddenly roars a kitty roar that travels through the cracks in the wall and reverberates in the Hangar, stunning** (Roar of Meowicles)
<@DeathStar> *Qui rubs her ears*
<@Seraphna> Alt> Ferocious!
<@DeathStar> <Qui> What? *she repeats*
<@DeathStar> *The main tank keeps firing, taking down the rock wall and works on the mana*
<@Seraphna> **Talia focuses on the main tank and states drawing in its mana, Alt who is actually better at absorbing helps**
<@Ariel> * Nicolette calls upon the earth to reinforce the wall as they bring parts down
<@DeathStar> *the Knight uses this time to get the civilians out*
<@Jackieness> <Lana> *focuses on maintaining her mana barrier*
<@DeathStar> *As Talia goes to do so, she would find that the mana of the main tank has been tampered with spirit energy*
<@DeathStar> *making it super unstable and just needing a spark to mix the two*
<@Seraphna> **Talia frowns and muses, Alt however gets an idea and sends the spirit portions into Zayne**
<@DeathStar> *the tank seems to stop firing, but mainly because the Regional Lord seems to be thinking with them constantly recharging their barriers*
<@Seraphna> **The two seize the moment to keep on draining / charging Zayne**
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "If someone has a sniper rifle, this would be a good time."
<@DeathStar> *Zayne stops looking so see-through while the Regional Lord eyes his mana guage* Hm. *He seems to be doing something, then the tank suddenly begins to do something*
<@DeathStar> *a powerful beam begins to emit - and strikes the building above the barrier and the ceiling begins to explode above the team*
<@Seraphna> **Terra blinks and focuses on a shard of rock from her wall and flings it at the man’s neck at hyperspace velocity**
<@Seraphna> **Alt forms her group barrier**
<@Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhhh?!" *tries movign the barrier to protect them from the debris above*
<@DeathStar> *the group would find themselves buried under debris as their barriers shift*
<@DeathStar> <Selena> Is everyone okay?
<@Seraphna> **Talia braces and forms a barrier under Alts so the rocks don’t crush them**

The masked man seems to be wandering around a lot. I can tell right away that he's got a powerful seal on him with that mask. I'd be careful when dealing with him. He's out of it right now only due to it

<@DeathStar> *it seems to be built with some of the same designs as the wall it seems to be running on mana reserves. The computer seems to have an AI as well, and it seem to be seeking information on the situation in the background while Lana would find most of the information hasn't been updated in ages - it appears the AI has been keeping things together for the bikers and even then it has been strapped for resources*
