<DeathStar> *The Aquarius hovers over the Prime version of Geyze, which looks seems to have stopped being ravaged by time distortions. Erevis peers down at the world from in the ship, having come with Jaime to try to track down "John"*
<DeathStar> <Yuki> Taiga, Ren, Noire, and the others traveled through a portal and have not been heard from since
<Jackieness> <Airym> "We will focus on what we cna do. Sensor sweeps planet-wide on a regular interval."
<DeathStar> <Yuki> If, uh, John came here, we have not detected him. <Erevis> I doubt you will.

<Jackieness> <Airym> "He is not the only thing of interest. His actions may be detetcable even if he is not. More temporal anomalies may manifest as well."
<DeathStar> *Adeline brings up some stuff on the viewscreen - mainly the portal Taiga and company used to travel in* You are right . We can't begin to detect what that creature's actions may bring about by going over there. Plus we have the problem with the Unknown lurking at our backs.

<DeathStar> *she points at the one at the Hapian Castle*
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Do you wish to follw them through the remaining portal?"
<DeathStar> <Adeline> I do, but I am thinking of asking something big of you that you might not like
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Ask."
<DeathStar> *Yuki clicks her tongue, sipping her tea*
<DeathStar> *Revi tilts her head*
<Alicia> <Jikuu> "Go on."
<DeathStar> <Adeline> I want to bring the Aquarius through it. It might take a bit of a set up though. We have no idea what might be through the other side - nor if Ren's group is even alive. We could use all the help we could get and if we need a quick escape, the Aquarius might could provide it

<Jackieness> <Airym> "Will the Aquarius be able to retreat back to this causality?"
<DeathStar> <Erevis> That is the question. *She muses* From what I have been told, this other Mirror Universe and the one we are currently share the same signature somehow. Some great force merely copied them and tried to hide one from our eyes. I imagine the longer the two Mirror Universes remain in contact, they will attempt to merge back together. So as to your question - I would think it should be highly likely to return

<DeathStar> <Yuki> It is risky. But if the other one is anything like ours, Mireille, Jikuu, and the rest of the crew should be able to get everything needed to pass through the distortion

<DeathStar> Location: Keeper Temple
<DeathStar> *Peeps works on a new dish while Zayne studies the outside readings - it appears the atmosphere is still very high in mana and magic energy, indicating magic storms are raging outside*
<DeathStar> *Miz complains loudly in the ship's dungeon, while the Masked Man watches the cells*
<DeathStar> *Azif seems to be studying something quietly*
<DeathStar> *it looks to be a monitor screen of Geyze*
<Jackieness> <Lana> *is in her labs, working on a whiteboard*
<DeathStar> *Azif reaches out and quietly begins to access information from the Keeper terminals, glowing; Autumn walks up behind her, watching as she seems to absorb data silently*
<Jackieness> <Lana> *slips off ehr glasses and rubs her eyes...then she walks out of her lab*
<DeathStar> *Autumn glances at Lana moving about; Azif peers at her as well and retracts her hand from the terminal and stops glowing, the screen returning to normal*
<DeathStar> <Autumn> Ah, you finally emerge from your lab. I would have thought you would be more eager
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Working...been working..."
<DeathStar> <Autumn> Oh? So you are in no hurry still to speak to the Keepers?
<DeathStar> *Autumn looks almost impressed*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Yes...need to do that too... also need to get us home...can't depend on unknown phenomenon..."
<DeathStar> *Azif glances toward the ship* Verdant has been working on accessing her time powers, but they continue to be blocked
<DeathStar> <Azif> Perhaps you should all have children and let them continue the fight
<Jackieness> <Lana> *waves afigner* "All the mana is in the atmosphere outside. Spirit energy is weak right now."
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "... not gonna happen."
<DeathStar> <Azif> I could also perform a spell that could possibly help, but you have a disdain for my spells
<Jackieness> <Lana> "I am certain I cna work out the problem..."
<DeathStar> <Autumn> Not interested in kids at this time, or ever? *she asks Yoiyami, curious*
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "No clue."
<DeathStar> *Azif shrugs, as if she is used to it, and walks off. Zayne watches her go*
<DeathStar> *Selena walks over, wearing her royal cloak over herself as if chilled*
<DeathStar> <Autumn> Well, I need to check in with the Keepers and see what they are up to. Ladies. *she bows her head and heads for the door that leads deeper into the temple*
<Jackieness> <Lana> *looks at Selena*
<DeathStar> <Selena> Yes?
<Jackieness> <Lana> A"hhh...cold?"
<DeathStar> <Selena> A little. There is not a lot for me to do right now.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Oh...ah...wel...I am going to go see the Keepers soon."
<DeathStar> <Selena> Hm? *She glances toward the doors* You think you'll learn anything?
<DeathStar> *Zayne studies Yoiyami quietly*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Maybe. At least I cna aska lot of 'whys'."
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "I'm just as lost as usual about all this."
<DeathStar> <Zayne> What sort of guidance might I provide?
<DeathStar> *she asks Yoi*
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "I don't know where to start."
<DeathStar> <Zayne> Well, if you think of anything. *she turns toward the doors* I suppose it could not hurt for all of us to go see the Keepers. Perhaps they could answer a few things for us. *Selena nods and pauses, as a shadow seems to move about the area*
<DeathStar> <Selena> ... creepy. Is it that masked creeper?
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...he's been below decks guaridng Miz."
<DeathStar> *Zayne heads for the Keeper door, the hums and beeps of the Keeper Temple the only background noise as Selena follows her. As they walk along, something seems to follow Lana*
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "So many dumb rules."
<Jackieness> <Lana> *pauses and looks back* "Ah?"
<DeathStar> *laying on the ground, acting as if it has not been moving, is Doll*
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "...what."
<DeathStar> *Selena eyes it* Is that not suppose to be in your lab?
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhh...it WAS."
<DeathStar> *the Doll seems to be infused with a lot of mana, perhaps due to the atmosphere*
<DeathStar> *it's design is that of a girl, but one can definitely still tell it is a doll like creature. Selena quietly shifts the female doll off to the side for now*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "I do wodner if it could have the same sabotage code that triggered the attack on Kumen..."
<DeathStar> <Zayne> That would make it dangerous, would it not?
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Yes, but we still have alot of unanswered questions about what happened."
<DeathStar> *As they arrive at the door, Autumn greets them* <Autumn> Ah, you all decided to meet the Keepers?
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Yes...yes, we have."
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "Someone should watch that doll."
<DeathStar> <Zayne> You are right. .... *She raises her voice* GWEN
<DeathStar> *Gwen comes falling out of nowhere, and runs over*
<DeathStar> *Zayne points at the doll* Watch your woman's doll
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhh?"
<DeathStar> *Gwen blinks and looks at it, then at Lana*
<DeathStar> <Autumn> Ah---- Just keep in mind they are a little .... eccentric. *she opens the doors - on the other side, compared to the mana that has been overloaded in the atmopshere, this area is loaded with spirit energy. Machines hum and tubes run all over the place and the place seems massive as they step in, going pretty deep down, with what looks like spirit energy running through the tubes down down down*
<Jackieness> <Lana> *adjusts ehr glasses and looks around* "I recognize this equipment...I mean...it was derelict...not working...but I do recognize it."
<DeathStar> *something can be seen approaching - it looks like a walking machine of sorts - it appears to be a droid like device, clearly something that is being controlled remotely, and seems to be shaped like a human. As it gets closer, there is no real face but a monitor, that is currently blank. Selena steps back, studying it, as it stops in front of them* <Droid> ... Welcome. *it speaks in basic*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "I believe this is some sort of 'proxy'."
<DeathStar> <Selena> A proxy...
<DeathStar> <Droid> We have been in...formed of who you are and your cir.cumstances
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "So, do we ask it the questions?"
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Yes...a humanoid form that would be less alarmign to us through which they cna make contact, i.e. a proxy for communication."
<DeathStar> <Autumn> Of course - they're hearing everything you say through it
<DeathStar> *the droid begins to tinker with equipment, even as they talk*
<DeathStar> <Zayne> Interesting
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "First up, do you know what that doll is?"
<Alicia> * Yoiyami describes the doll
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh...that was one of the dolls mafe by the Kumen magi...the same sort that went berserk and attacked us in the Kumen spire."
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "Oh. Well, that was easy, at least."
<DeathStar> <Keeper?> This one is correct. It was a magic project created by the magi on Kumen to help them with their magic projects -specifically the project regarding their weapon against the one who lurks
<DeathStar> <Keeper> They are also designed to resonate with such project
<Jackieness> <Lana> "So they would resonate with the Draiocht and the gears."
<DeathStar> <Keeper> Correct.
<DeathStar> <Keeper> But in the end, it has been shown to be flawed
<DeathStar> <Zayne> What is flawed exactly?
<Jackieness> <Lana> "How so?"
<DeathStar> *The Keeper turns to face them, and the monitor flashes a light glow, as if speaking something ominious* Magic has become flawed. It is dangerous now.
<Jackieness> <Lana> *pushes up her glasses* "I know. Mana levels outside are dangerously high."
<DeathStar> <Keeper> It is more than that. *it pauses* We should ... speak from beginning so you can understand. And then explain what our plan is. Yes?
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahh...yes. Please...proceed."
<DeathStar> <Keeper> Magic has been corrupted by the one who lurks. Damaged. It will now lean toward it now. It has become a massive power source of magic by it's design on purpose. Even with the engine broken, it can tap into this .... aftermath? and use it. The only way to stop it will be to seal the land that has been hit the hardest away from the rest of the planet and hide it. And begin to shift the planet toward spirit energy to counter it
<Jackieness> <Lana> "By seeding the land with spirits."
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "...how will this affect magic users?"
<DeathStar> <Keeper> Yes. We fear for the spirits already on the land that will be sealed, but it must be done. *it clunks toward Yoiyami* Magic has been touched by the one who lurks --- but hopefully once the land is sealed and our spirits have a chance to cleanse it, magic may once mor be free of it's touch. But it may take many, many generations
<DeathStar> *Zayne seems to be musing on this*
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "'All that stuff you just learnt? Stop using it.' Great."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhh...do you know anythign about this Lurker?"
<DeathStar> *Zayne touches Yoiyami* We should - should - be safe down here from any magic corruption and once we return to the present.....
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "True."
<DeathStar> <Keeper> It is not know much - it came from the stars. And alters things to suit itself. My people believe it stayed among them as did many races - some of them destroyed themselves thinking they discovered it among themselves. But no one ever really learned who or what it was
<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "Any way we can get rid of it?"
<DeathStar> *Keeper thinks* The people of this world believed their "Creation Machine" would do the trick. The concept... was not flawed perhaps, but I am unsure of what ability could forcefully remove it the world. Many of my people felt if they could identify who or what it was that might would lead to understanding what it wanted and how to defeat it
<Jackieness> <Lana> "The Creation Machine was constructed using eldritch materials."
<DeathStar> <Keeper> Indeed - and that is how it cheated from the start
<DeathStar> <Keeper> By corrupting the device and from there the magic it used
<Jackieness> <Lana> "The man that approached the creator must have een the Lurker in disguise."
<DeathStar> <Keeper> We are certain it can take many forms. It might appear as one person for one group, and another to another group.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Still...that makes sense. I/They were trying to stop it...and it exploited their paranoia to give it the keys to the kingdom."
<Seraphna> **Talia pokes her head out of the sacred pillows to head better**
<DeathStar> *Qui arrives in the room with Talia - well not through the pillows*
<DeathStar> *Zayne and Selena glance at them*
<DeathStar> <Qui> We are picking up readings from the ship
<Jackieness> <Lana> *whispers* "...ahhhhh? What?"
<DeathStar> <Qui> *softly* A barrier like is going up - I think it is coming from this temple
<DeathStar> <Qui> The distance is probably enough to cover all of these lands
<Jackieness> <Lana> "what type of barrier?"
<Seraphna> Talia> Guessing it’s what kept us from knowing about the continent.
<DeathStar> <Qui> Talia is right, plus I think it's also designed to keep things in
<Jackieness> <Lana> "That is in-line with the Kepper plan to weaken the Lurker's hold on Geyze."
<DeathStar> <Zayne> It just means getting out of here just got harder though
<Jackieness> <Lana> "We didn't even know how tog et out to begin with...besides, the Keepers must have an exit plan."

<DeathStar> *the hobo like Sylph blinks*
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Ren, that is a sentient entity."
<DeathStar> *Melodie and Aimee sit in Sasha's chair*

<DeathStar> <Ren> Ah, I guess so. *she sets her down*

<DeathStar> *suddenly, a guard goes flying into the room - it looks to be the captain of the guard. Violet looks up from the map*
<Seraphna> **Kawlsn tendrils uo Sylph** Sure we can’t keep her? She looks homeless.

<Alicia> <Yoiyami> "Oh god, why does anyone care about things like that?"
<DeathStar> *Neekito stands up* Intruder
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Do all guards fly into the room like that?
<Seraphna> **Kaelsn slips Azif into her tails**
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmmmm? Help the man."
<DeathStar> *Ren hurries over to the guard when suddenly, John steps into the room and grabs her*
<DeathStar> *it appears that "John" appeared in this reality before Erevis and company did*
<DeathStar> <Melodie> Who the hell is that?
<DeathStar> <Aimee> I don't like the feel of him
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Not the face he wears.
<DeathStar> *dark eldritch energy begins to come off of him as he lifts Ren up by the throat, turning toward Kaelan*
<DeathStar> <John> Give me... the book
<Alicia> <Jikuu> "..."
<Alicia> <Jikuu> "Do not."
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Kaelan, escape." *sends tendrilsd at 'John'*
<DeathStar> *a shield rises up, melting the tendrils*
<Seraphna> Kaelan> **foxholes John’s arm to grab Ren**
<DeathStar> *The arm bends oddly but doesn't seem to come off, reality acting strange around him as he stares at Kaelan* You want this?
<Jackieness> <Noire> *summons her Dark edge and dashes forward*
<DeathStar> <John> .... *his arm extends piccolo style out across the balcony, holding onto her throat, then throws her*
<Seraphna> **Kaelsn falls through the floor**
<DeathStar> *Melodie and Aimee vanish*
<Jackieness> <Noire> *slashes at the extended arm with her Dark Edge*
<DeathStar> *Neekito and Kito leap with Sylph at John; a moment later they're hitting the ceiling while Noire cuts off tthe arm which begins to flop on the ground*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan aims her foxhole outside and towards where Ren is going**
<DeathStar> *Ren flies and slams throug hthe foxhole*
<Seraphna> **Kaelsn makes sure the foxholes cushion her and takes them both outside the castle**
<Jackieness> <Noire> *sins in place, left arme xtending as she conjures Dark Matter spikes and flings them at John*
<Jackieness> spins
<DeathStar> *John is spiked, grinning the entire time* Noire, honey...
<DeathStar> *behind Noire, the arm rises up and goes for Noire's throat*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan scoops up Ren and starts making distance, running like Noire told her**
<Jackieness> <Noire> *turns, slashing at the arm as it coems for her*
<DeathStar> **Ren looks around as she peers at Kaelan*
<Seraphna> Kaelan> You okay sweetie?
<DeathStar> *John ports and grabs Noire in a bear hug, both arms back, beginning to squeeze when the Draíocht crashes into the balcony* <Melodie> Everyone get on!
<DeathStar> <Ren> Yeah, where are we?
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Steets outside the castle. Gonna get us on the ship.
<DeathStar> *Ren cranes her head, looking for the Nox version of the Aquarius*
<DeathStar> <Ren> You know where it is?
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Nnnnn...off!" *tries geenratign sikes from her body to impale John*
<Jackieness> generating spikes
<DeathStar> *John makes a noise. Jikuu would see something forming in the shadows*
<Alicia> * Jikuu attempts to intercept whatever it is
<Seraphna> 9:25 PM <Seraphna> Kaelan> I know where my door is.
<DeathStar> *it appears to be - the busy female version of Nyarlathotep. She lifts her finger up, as if telling her to be quiet to Jikuu*
<DeathStar> *Ren nods as Kaelan leads them to the Aquarius*
<Alicia> * Jikuu glares in a mix of annoyance and disbelief, but doesn't actually make a noise
<DeathStar> *John strains with Noire, bleeding on her*
<DeathStar> <John> Just .... fade away into oblivion
<DeathStar> *it seems to be trying to eat her now*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan finds a shady ally and ports herself and Ren to the Aquarius**
<Jackieness> <Noire> "After you!" *tries to expand the spikes to tear Johhn's body apart*
<DeathStar> *John's body tears, apart, but uses that to form a giant mouth to begin to swallow Noire whole when Nyarl grabs Jikuu and Noire and pulls them into the shadows in one pull and appears on the Draíocht*
<DeathStar> <Seniga> We're pulling out.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmmm....what a nasty doppleganger..."
<Seraphna> Nell> Time to flee.
<Seraphna> Nell> Readings say that’s a human. Possessed maybe?
<DeathStar> *it forms into Nyarl herself, and reaches out to grab onto the ship when the ship barely escapes it's grip*
<Alicia> <Jikuu> "...what."
<DeathStar> <Nyarlathotep> That is no longer human
<DeathStar> <Nyarlathotep> Not fully
<DeathStar> *the Prime Nyarlathotep watches them escape, standing in Hapian Castle,, then turns back to toward the guards showing up behind it*
<Seraphna> Nell> So… why’re there two of the scary lady and why is one helping us?
<Jackieness> <Noire> *turns toward Nyarl* "Explain. Now."
<DeathStar> *The Draíocht flies and meets up with the Nox Aquarius.*
<Alicia> <Jikuu> "I... I..."
<DeathStar> *Nyarl hmmms, looking unconcerned* You are quite demanding
<Jackieness> <Noire> "It is in my nature."
<DeathStar> <Nyarl> I will explain if you want me to - but we should wait a moment. You will be having more guests in a moment
<Seraphna> Kaelan> **is regailing Nox with how she saved Ren**
<DeathStar> <Seniga> What does that mean?
<DeathStar> *Taiga holds up a datapad* I am picking up something, hold on
<DeathStar> *suddenly, Yuki and Airym's Aquarius begins to appear at Hapian Castle, coming through*
<Seraphna> Nox> The less awesome model, love.
<DeathStar> <Mireille> It does bring back memories
<Alicia> * Victoire comforts Jikuu, who is apparently having trouble dealing with everything
<DeathStar> *Nyarl holds out some tea*
<DeathStar> *the other Aquarius begins to fly up and join them all*
<DeathStar> <Seniga> We are being hailed
<Seraphna> Nox> **puts it on screen**
<DeathStar> *Erevis and Yuki appear on screen* <Erevis> I take it everyone is safe?
<Seraphna> Kaelan> They cake for our cute little Azif..

<Seraphna> Kaelan> She’s not really a book anymore.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmmm...Erevis? Well...if you must know... we were attacked by one eldritch while being rescued by that same elditch being's feminine half."
<DeathStar> <Erevis> We hsould hold a conference. .... Anyone care which ship?
<Alicia> <Jikuu> "I do not know how to respond to this..."
<Seraphna> Nox> Ours is best.
<DeathStar> <Melodie> EXCUSE me?
<Seraphna> Nox Prime> Ours is better.
<DeathStar> *Melodie and Aimee begins to bitch* Ours is!

<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmm...first we should relocate to a safer location then hold council."
<Seraphna> Nell> This ship. Debate later.
<DeathStar> <Ren> Right, lets head to the academy
<DeathStar> *all three ships begin to detect something odd - but it's not coming from Sasha's castle*
<DeathStar> *it looks like a massive magic build up*
<Seraphna> Nell> What’s next?
<Seraphna> Nell> Shields.
<DeathStar> <Yuki> Airym, shields!
<DeathStar> *Melodie and Aimee begins to power up shields*
<Seraphna> **Nox rolls the dark shields**
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Raise shields."
<Seraphna> **P Nox raises shields**
<DeathStar> *something comes up from nowhere and strikes the ships and begins to hit all three - alarms go off and it seems the magic strike begins to fry systems, alarms going off*
<DeathStar> *while the shields struggle, a massive dragon begins to fly in, with an armored figure riding it*
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Lock weapons on the aggressor."
<Seraphna> **Kaelan grumbles and drops some charms, extending a divine shield too, shielding the group with a move**
<DeathStar> *the dragon roars and begins to breathe some sort of magic attack out - aiming for the ship KAelan is on*
<Seraphna> Nox> Is that the Magic Emperor?
<DeathStar> <Ren> What is going on?
<DeathStar> <Nyarl> I am afraid so
<Seraphna> **Nox sends ship tendrils to slap at it**
<Jackieness> <Noire> "We are under attack, obviously. Speulate later, defend ourselves now."

<DeathStar> *The Emperor appears behind Ren and Kaelan and suddenly Kaelan; suddenly she would be hit with the worst case of vertigo, and feel like everything has becoming upside down*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan groans and tendrils in every direction, thankfully a woman who is used to zero-g, but the move is reflex to get steady**
<Jackieness> <Noire> *turns* "We have an intruder!"
<DeathStar> *The Emperor makes a noise at the couner and lifts Kaelan up and stuffs her into a bag of holding, Ren falling into it next*
<Jackieness> <Noire> *lashes out with tendrils to try to snatch the bag away*
<Seraphna> **Nox blasts the Emperor with Dark-Shadow blasts** Let go of my Mom!
<DeathStar> *the tendril grabs onto the bag and yanks it away from the Emperor*
<Jackieness> <Noire> *once she secures the bag, tries shadowporting to one of the Aquarius'*
<DeathStar> *The dragon meanwhile is busy with Null, attempting to bite onto her and unleash it's poison fangs*
<Seraphna> **Nox has tendrils in the room try to pin the Emoeror**
<Seraphna> **Nell is giving it bad teeth issues due to her rusty metal armor ability**
<DeathStar> *The tendrils stab into him; his fists begin to glow and he rears back, preparing to aim it toward the core, despite it being rooms away*
<DeathStar> <Nyarl> Eject him now if you can
<Seraphna> **Nox opens the shop wall and tosses him out via tendrils**

<DeathStar> *As Nox begins to try to move, she would find he seems like a immoveable object, and he's suddenly draining power through the tendrils stuck in his armor*

<Jackieness> <Noire> *tries releasing both Kaelan and Ren, in the meantime*

<DeathStar> *Nox would begin to feel a bit ill as she starts trying to suck whatever is in the Emperor - Mireille begins to try to lock onto him and after straining their systems, he is ejected, falling down to the ground level and making a small crater*
<Seraphna> Nox> Wgat the fuck… is inside that man.
<DeathStar> <Yuki> Did that kill him?

<Seraphna> **The other Nox blasts into the crater with a Spirit Cannoj^*
<DeathStar> *The dragon backs off and circles back, flying int othe crater to shield for it's master - being destroyed*

<Seraphna> Nox> We should go. I doubt that was enough. What I took makes me think he’s not human.

<DeathStar> *Yuki brings up system reports - it looks like all three shiips have low to no shields, the Draíocht has hull damage, and Nox's ship is suffering massive low energy*

The castle slowly transforming* <Nyarl> A shame we cannot locate the Queen. It would have made a much stronger bargaining tool for Azif.
<DeathStar> *she sits down on the throne, peering out the damaged balcony* And it seems I have competition for her now as well. Time is running out with them out there and watching...

<DeathStar> Location: The Academy
<DeathStar> *The three ships have landed at Shion's academy. While repairs are occurring, Shion gives them one of the meeting rooms to discuss the situation*
<DeathStar> *Nyarlathotep casually sits at the head of the table, while Erevis studies her warily*
<DeathStar> *Azif looks at Nyarl, confused*
<DeathStar> <Taiga> So - why would your Magic Emperor want this Azif?
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmmm...and why are you so chummy while our version of you is a suncivil as ever?"
<DeathStar> *Nyarlathotep leans forward, jiggling a bit* I did promise answers

<DeathStar> *outside the door , smoke is coming from Yuki's Aquarius hanger, the hanger door completely smashed open and crew members are laying about, bloodied. Yuki and Shion are looking about and Mireille seems to be standing there, hand on the ship as if hooking into recordings*
<DeathStar> *down the way from the ships, a few students look to have been knocked over as well*
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Get me a status report."
<DeathStar> <Yuki> The workers are saying something invisible attacked them. We are trying to figure out what happened
<DeathStar> *Yuki kneels, one guy holding his head like he's suffering from a headache*
<DeathStar> <Mireille> I am bringing up the logs. One moment.
<DeathStar> *Erevis, Ren, and Taiga move over as she brings up the cameras from the hanger*

<DeathStar> *The workers seem to be working on cleaning up the hanger when one worker turns to look at nothing, leans in as if he sees something, then grabs his head in agony and begins to scream - a moment later he goes flying and then more go flying a few seconds later - then the hagner door is smashed outward into the academy yard.*
<Jackieness> <Noire> "And with just as much subtlety."
<DeathStar> <Erevis> ...
<DeathStar> *Ren's right ear twitches* What was in there? A rhino?
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmmm...Ren...remember the bugs that tried to start a conflict between the Suisen and the Cartel?"

<Seraphna> Kaelan> Looks like his highness forgot something in the bag.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "And again, they are clumsy. They are entirely depenedent about their displacement ability..and yes, I say displacement. That might explain the migraines upon perceiving them."
<DeathStar> *a messanger comes running up - it appears to a knight who is out of breath*
<DeathStar> <Knight> W-We need help
<Jackieness> <Noire> "And now what?"
<DeathStar> *Shion moves over to the Knight*
<DeathStar> *he falls to his knees*
<DeathStar> *rubbing at his armor all over in a panic*
<DeathStar> *Ren hurries over to him,, trying to figure out what is going, when one can see under the armor is somer sort of eldritch sludge moving about*
<Seraphna> **Nell deconstructs his armor so people can get at it**
<DeathStar> *the moment Nell messes with it, the Knight screams bloody murder, as if dying*
<Seraphna> **Nell doesn't stop, and Kaelan blasts the sludge with foxfire**
<DeathStar> *The Knight falls over, not moving*
<Jackieness> <Noire> "The other one did this."
<DeathStar> *the armor, once moved, would reveal the eldritch stuff is not only on his body and skin, but seemingly inside him*
<Seraphna> Nell> Well, shit.
<DeathStar> *the dead body jerks to it's feet, being puppeted* <Knight?> Well someone broke my toy fast.

<Seraphna> **Kaelan opens a flood of foxholes, tearing it to shreds and depositing it all where it stands** Fuck off.
<DeathStar> *the body lays all over the place, with the eldritch stuff subsance sliding away*

<Seraphna> **Jaime tries blasting the sludge**
<DeathStar> <Nyarl> We may have a situation.
<Seraphna> Kaelan> He was already dead.
<DeathStar> *the sludge is very resistance, but it does slow down at least*

<DeathStar> <Nyarl> If my "counter part" has infected even a portion of this city it spoke of

<Jackieness> <Noire> "Then we need to respond with action. We can no longer afford to allow it to expand its beachhead."
