<DeathStar> <Ako> Not many people use the PAX anymore outside ... well, us, the PAX staff, and military officals. I am wondering what you would like to do with the PAX these days. We still have a small amount of civilian population, but it could easily be transferred to the city, or we could make this a full time battle ship, or keep it status quo
<Seraphna> Jaime> I know Jikuu wanted it preserved, and it is our home still. **she muses** Despite how we have used it I do not think it was intended to be a battleship, more a command ship.

<DeathStar> <Ako> Well, if you want to move toward a more command ship like role, we can slowly start moving civilian operations down to the city and leave just our people up here.
<Seraphna> Jaime> I would rather miss it if we had to stop using the market.
<DeathStar> <Olivia> Would it wise to keep people on the ship if we made it a command ship?
<Seraphna> Jaime> Well a command ship isn’t supposed to be on the front lines. It is more about defense and coordinating the fleet. Which we have spent quite a lot of effort building.

<DeathStar> *Evette stands before the manor; the manor's front area where the entrance to the underground base and where the team usually hangs out is completely gone, as well as part of the second floor; otherwise it looks like a good chunk of the manor is fine. The explosion also revealed deep into the base*

<DeathStar> <Evette> For attacks on this place, it wasn't as big as it could have been, but it was certainly directed at the one spot you don't want

<DeathStar> *Aya checks her watch, checking how much time she has left, then moves over to Hotaru and her kids*

<DeathStar> *down in the base area, it looks like all the equipment has been destroyed; Chii lifting up a ball of fire to light up and she heads toward the back rooms*

<Seraphna> Tabetha> The attack came from inside didn’t it?
<DeathStar> <Chii> It's possible. To try to make it look a gas leak took out all our ammo and then a big explosion. But once Evette's team is done anayazing it, I imagine they'll figure out the truth.
<Seraphna> Tabetha> I thought we moved most of what was in storage back here before Kane and Lemon took the place as a household.
<DeathStar> *they stop at a door that Chii has forced open and inside is Cheryl with extremely long blonde hair, sitting on what looks to be a cryochamber that shut off when the systems were overloaded*

<DeathStar> <Chii> Don't recognize her? I don't blame you. She's been here for a long time. She's having trouble recalling who she is

<DeathStar> *William thanks her and sits down, folding his hands on his lap* <William> I wished to speak with you before the meeting to know where you and your people stand on some matters and perhaps come together in others.

<DeathStar> <William> What do you want from the future? Where do you see your people's path taking, if I may ask?
<Jackieness> <Arhn> "Our purpose as a people is, as it has been, to safeguard the galaxy and the younger civilizations in it."
<DeathStar> <William> Okay. So how do you see that objective being achieved best after all this time.
<Jackieness> <Arhn> "Vigilance and preparation."
<DeathStar> *William nods, finger steepled together as thinks on that* I agree with that. I'm a firm believer in being prepared. I hope after the meeting maybe the Cartel and the Erusians can work more closely together.
<DeathStar> *The Tsivrixsh ambassador snores in their seat*
<Jackieness> <Arhn> "We are always open to listen."
<DeathStar> *William nods and stands up, passing by Xevil's ambassador. The two glance at each other a moment, before William takes a seat*

<DeathStar> *Cheryl/Lemon has set up a table, and set up some food for everyone, while glancing at the evidence gathered so far by everyone*

<DeathStar> <Evette> So using our tools, we came across this. *she brings up what looks to be hyperspace particles in the air*

<DeathStar> <Evette> Unless someone was using the shuttle last night and near the ammo
<Alicia> <Hotaru> "...I think I know how."
<DeathStar> <Lemon> And even with the master computer destroyed completely, the shuttle is still there so it could not have been moved
<DeathStar> <Lemon> How, Hotaru?
<Seraphna> Tabetha> A progenitor maybe, but teleporting is blocked down there and only a few are let in. The system would have gotten them recorded.
<Alicia> <Hotaru> "...ah."
<Alicia> <Hotaru> "So either someone very good with security, or trusted."
<DeathStar> <Evette> Well. That's where weeks come in
<DeathStar> <Evette> With the master computer blown up and cameras gone
<DeathStar> <Evette> We'll need time to piece together the footage
<DeathStar> <Evette> But I am curious - why would some progenitor, trusted or not, want to cripple the base here.
<Seraphna> Tabetha> I don’t think we know of any that aren’t allies these days.
<Alicia> <Hotaru> "It's possible this was an accident, but... they'd still have to break in."

<Seraphna> Angela> Yeah, either we find it was never made or we get data on what we’re looking for.
<DeathStar> <Ren> What are we going to do if said doomsday ship is long gone?
<Seraphna> Angela> Get all the data we can on it then get warning back home.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "...hopefully a clue as to who might have taken it...perhaps ways to track it... or weaknesses to exploit."
<DeathStar> <Taiga> It will be a shame. We know the Progenitors clearly - at least some of them - survived this unknown disaster. But we haven't had enough time to fully grasp what the disaster is yet. Was it natural, or the Dark Ones. And we still don't know the fate of the Dark Ones in this region of space.
<DeathStar> <Taiga> But if that ship was taken recently, we won't have time to learn that
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmm...I would prefer not to have a weapon built to kill my whole species loose in the wild."

<DeathStar> <William> But we wanted to bring something of grave importance to this body's attention, before things get out of a hand like they typically do
<DeathStar> *William draws his gaze upon Olivia, making her jerk and look around, then fumble for her notes* <William> I am not pointing fingers at the Suisen, even though it seems often they ... unwittingly or by merely existing they draw these larger than life threats to themselves. But one cannot also overlook they are the ones who lead the charge in quelling such threats, after much turmoil to the galaxy.
<DeathStar> <William> Recently my psionics picked up a new threat that is stalking one of the Suisen's high ranking members and is either coming here or is already here. I cannot tell it's intentions, but they seem both hostile and something else. But it is not something I feel we can just wait to hit first is what I felt is even a fraction of it's power
<DeathStar> *Olivia meanwhile is hitting the panic button to the Empresses and Ako*

<DeathStar> <William> Certainly. I first felt the presence of the entity when Charlotte Mizukaze expanded her psionic powers. It allowed me to briefly feel ... I would not call it a malicious entity, but a very old one. It felt malicious toward Charlotte though. I do believe that. After that, we monitored the world she touched that mind and nothing happened for months
<DeathStar> <William> But recently slightly connections began to occur over the past couple of weeks, indicting it was within range of normal psionics, or something changed to allow it to do so. Then yesterday, we sensed more than one, or perhaps the same one, in multiple locations, creeping around our allies. As if preparing something; so we came to you all
<Seraphna> Jaime> The warning is deeply appreciated. We of course will investigate and suggest all take measures. Especially to protect your psions.
<Jackieness> <Arhn> "In the meantime, do you have a proposal for a course of action?"
<DeathStar> <William> That's the tricky part. *he peers out at the body, Aya half-listening in thought* Right now they seem interested in the Suisen, especially this Charlotte Mizukaze. But I find it hard to believe it will stay that way.
<DeathStar> <William> The future is murky right now, but they remain at the center of it.
<Seraphna> Jaime> A union of powerful psions capable of countering or resisting this entity should be assembled. As well as experts in coutnering psionics. We do not know the truth or full nature of the being yet, but preparedness is the most obviouus thing we should perform.
<DeathStar> *William listens to Jaime, watching her*
<DeathStar> <William> I suggest the Erusians bring more of their anti-psionic devices.
