<DeathStar> 6* A week since they have put nabbed Mask, Lemon has allowed a collection of the team to go to the Safehouse while she remains at the base to keep up the appearance that everything is normal. Adeline is at the Safehouse, helping Kane, and Darien has gone as well as Zephyr. X from her team has also come to assist, and Cherry is sitting on her desk, to look after Marcus
<DeathStar> *Darien tests his exo-skeleton a little, sitting down to check the cameras in a training area that they are setting up for later
<kalonZombee> 6*Mi'Na sits at her own desk, doing some paperwork style things since she's still Angela's secretary
<Xanatos> 6* Kane checks some readings on his console before turning to watch the camera that he placed on Mask's cage/cell thing.

<ChadWinters> 6Mask is in his area, on his hands, doing push-ups, there's a tink noise every time the mask taps against the floor
<DeathStar> <Darien> We're going to put one of those devices Lemon was going to put on the Mask character before he went after Adeline and proved himself unworthy in my eyes - and we should just shoot him in the head as far as I'm concerned
* ChadWinters leans against the wall, looking over at Darien as he talks
<Gabby> Tabetha> *frowns, peering over*
<DeathStar> <Darien> And if he gets anywhere outside the training room area, the device goes boom. You might want to make that known to him

<Gabby> * Angela sits quietly, having promised to be good unless Dias acts more stupid than usual again.

<DeathStar> <Darien> She wants you to spar this Mask fellow in the training area. You two used to spar all the time, if it is Dias. See if it is him
<DeathStar> <Darien> And make him do one of Dias' signature moves, even if it's a weak one - we gave him a weak to recover

<Xanatos> 6* Marcus takes it and peers it over, how does he apply it to Mask?

<Xanatos> 6* Marcus tosses it up into the air, snatches it, and then marches towards the cell. Kane meanwhile edges closer to Adeline this time, looking particularly annoyed.

<DeathStar> *Zephyr nods to Josephine, smiling. Cherry follows Marcus, acting all relaxed, but likely prepared to do something if Mask tries to escape*
<Gabby> * Angela's armor forms, she shifts her seating so it doesn't break the chair coming in.
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "Always." *opens the bags after setting them down*
<ChadWinters> 6Mask' head tilts up as he Marcus get's closer. 1"Hey buddy." 1His helmet tinks again as it touches the floor

<Xanatos> <Marcus> Depends on if this is the guy or not. 6* He deactivates the forcefield and steps forward.

<DeathStar> *Tabetha would find whatever the Mask does hard to follow, probably much like Dias would do. But maybe it's the Mask that's doing it*
<ChadWinters> <Mask> I do? 6He flips up on to his hands, moving his armpit up to the mask only to comically bunk it against it. 1"What ya need it for?" 6He holds his right leg out
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus attaches the device.
<Xanatos> <Marcus> We're going to let you move about a little bit, this'll explode and kill you violently if you try to go outside of the designated zones.
<Gabby> * Tabetha frowns, scrunching her nose. "It's either DIas or the mask... but I can't follow the future close to him. Ada?"
<DeathStar> <Adeline> *shakes head, going into her computers* It also affects those around him
<ChadWinters> <Mask> ...I feel like I was in this situation before in the past....6He taps the mask. As he kicks his leg around a bit, feeling it out.

<Xanatos> <Marcus> Now that you've got that on follow me to the training room, fight with me a bit and prove you're actually Dias.
<DeathStar> <Darien> Alright, Mask boy, follow me. *He leads those who are interested to the training area, which is fairly high-tech, having a lot of the Underground Base's stuff moved here*

<DeathStar> *Darien takes a seat in a folding chair*

<Gabby> * Angela rises to follow, Tabetha turning her attention to other things since her use as an early warning system might actually work better away from him.

<Xanatos> 6* Marcus steps out into the center and begins to take off his coat.
<Sara> * Chris eyes Mask warily

<DeathStar> <Zephyr> I will need to send her a message later. That Cartel planet has been having issues this past week. *referring likely to Sunny and her partner*
<ChadWinters> 6Mask moves to the center, cracking his neck from side to side. 1"You sure about this?"
<Xanatos> <Marcus> Yeah let's go. 6* He tosses the coat to the side and rolls up his sleeves.
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> *to the others* He was such a sweet boy once.
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> He gave me an apple a day when I taught him
<Xanatos> <Kane> It is perhaps time to let it go Zephyr. 6* He says, standing off to the side.

<ChadWinters> <Mask> Good. I've been aching to let loose for awhile now. 6He shifts his feet into a very familiar stance, although still slightly off. Mask suddenly lunges forward, coming in low for Marcus, throwing a side kick, aiming for his left ribs

<Jackieness> <Josephine> "So if it is Dias... he may be incapable of using his full power." *lays out some more food items*
<Gabby> Angela> "Our kids all grow up one day."
<ChadWinters> Can't win them all.
<DeathStar> *Darien sits with Chris, going over the information the magical girls gave them*
<DeathStar> <Darien> Hm... evil magical girls. How long will Sunny remain in space I wonder
<ChadWinters> Hopefully forever. 6He notes to Darien
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus steps into the kick, taking it with a slight grunt but likely stepping in so there's not enough momentum to do as much as it would normally do. Then shift his other leg forward and slightly behind Mask's anchored leg, reaching out to do a judo slam to put Mask to the ground.
<DeathStar> <Darien> I am just wondering what will happen when Sunny returns with that magical girl to Earth and uses her on us. Also, we have Lev missing again, and if they team up.
<DeathStar> *he notes*
<kalonZombee> <Mi'Na> It's why we keep having new ones, right Angela?
<Gabby> Angela> "That and because there's no stopping you."

<Sara> <Chris> I wonder if they'll try to break out any other Cobalt agents that've been put behind bars by now. Hmph.
<ChadWinters> 6Mask' left hand snaps out grabbing for Marcus collar, while his right hand follows behind aiming for his chest
<Gabby> Tabetha> Manipulation is possible. Sunny is a sociopath and it falls within those tendancies.
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> Well, one could view the Cartel as evil I suppose
<ChadWinters> It's all a matter of perspective. 6He looks at Zephyr
<Gabby> Tabetha> The Cartel as evil would not be a hard sell.
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "Exactly. Also the fact that Sunny's style is not too far removed from the Maka too."
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus takes the hit again but reaches out to grab on, attempting to lift up and powerbomb mask for the ground this time.

<Gabby> Tabetha> There are also plenty of aspects of Earth history to sell us as evil as well.
<ChadWinters> If there a barometer on good and evil, guess that means I'm good.

* ChadWinters has a straight face, like usual. He looks at everyone. 1"What? They haven't attacked me yet."

* ChadWinters shrugs. 1"And?"
<Jackieness> <Josephine> *pours herself a cup of tea* "October 1962, Dr. No. Villain has hidden base under a tropicla island. Didn't you also have a hidden base under a tropicla island at one time, Mr. Winters?"

<ChadWinters> 6Mask swings his free leg up as Marcus lifts him up, and pushes it against Marcus' face
<DeathStar> *Darien looks ahead, then at the others* Well they certainly fight forever like the real deal

<kalonZombee> <Mi'Na> Sounds rather gaudy.
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus takes the foot but continues the slam to the ground?
<Gabby> Tabetha> *rubs her head* I do not bet when the future is clouded.
<ChadWinters> Seem's he's fighting similiar to his usual way, but slightly off.
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "Of course, I could think of worst things than to retire on a tropical island."
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> The mask might account for that, or being weak

<ChadWinters> 6Mask let's out a grunt as he hits. 1"Ok...I think I've got this figured out..."
<Gabby> Angela> "Why can't we get that thing off again?"
<DeathStar> <Darien> Well, we didn't want to remove it and underneath it be a Super Dark One Hybrid
<DeathStar> <Darien> That has tentacles for a face
<Gabby> Angela> So an improvement?
<kalonZombee> <Mi'Na> You know Josephine, Gitar is a great place for you to retire to. Take your boyfriend up there for a weekend.
<Xanatos> <Marcus> His hits are pretty weak. Do somethign impressive. 6* He takes a few steps back.

<DeathStar> <Darien> Yes. Show as a Dias signature move
<DeathStar> <Darien> *he holds up a remote control*
<ChadWinters> 6Mask rolls backwards away from Marcus, a tink being heard as the mask hits the ground. He lands on his feet and launches in at Marcus again as he closes the gap, Marcus would notice that the sound of a heavier foot step before Dias kicks off the ground, throwing a spinning kick for his left side again
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus tilts his head slightly and tries to jump back, but not quite as fast and spins slightly from the impact. He slides to his feet and points.
<Xanatos> <Marcus> Darkheart equivalent now.
<ChadWinters> 6Mask twists and lands, lunging in at Marcus again, throwing quicker punches, but every 4th or 5th one having more mass
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "So is your nplan just to let Marcus fight him until you cna decide if its Dias or not?"
<DeathStar> <Darien> Actually, it's to let Marcus decide
<DeathStar> <Darien> Or one of us sees a move that is definitively Dias'
<Sara> <Chris> I mean, I remind you that he said he wasn't. President Dias has always been too full of himself to not proudly announce himself, right?
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus quickly moves his arms out to block or deflect the attacks but he smirks slightly before kicking out to just put distance between them.
<Gabby> Angela> He keeps refusing to do the actual signature moves... or is it because it's direct?
<Xanatos> <Marcus> Darkheart, now!
<Gabby> Angela> Can we force one out of him subconciously?
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "So he said he wasn't Dias...?"
<Gabby> ANgela> He said no while nodding yes.
<DeathStar> <Darien> If a tattoo was just to form a bit on his arm I'd be happy but so far nothing
<Gabby> Angela> And giving a thumbs up.
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> We assume the mask is not allowing him to say his identity
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "Its possible. Tea, Darien?"

<ChadWinters> 6Mask slides behind from the kick, his hand grabbing his stomach slightly. 1"This is a blast!" 6He lunges in after Marcus, keeping the gap close, his speed picking up again briefly. Mask throws an elbow towards Marcus' jaw.
<DeathStar> *Zephyr covers her face, not wanting to watch, but then spreads her fingersw*
<Jackieness> <Josephine> *pours Darien a cup*
<Gabby> * Angela stretches out and muses.
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus's body grows in mass and he blurs slightly smashing Mask in the face with and elbow before slamming him down into the ground.
<Xanatos> <Marcus> One. Last. Chance. Darkheart, now.
<Gabby> Angela> We could bring Truth in, might be therapedic for her to get a few blows in.
<DeathStar> *Darien pauses, then laughs a bit, then turns to Chris*
<ChadWinters> 6Mask slams, bouncing against the ground. 1"I can't...I've been trying." 6He rolls to the side.
<DeathStar> <Darien> Chris, I think this is over
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "I imagine you could charge admission to beat up Dias."
<DeathStar> <Darien> Go to the base
<DeathStar> <Darien> And gather the magical girls for me
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus frowns, deflating back to his normal form.
<DeathStar> *Darien rises and adjusts his suit*
<Sara> * Chris salutes and steps out
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> *sighs, sadly*
<Xanatos> <Marcus> It feel like him Darien, I could feel the weight adjustments in the blows.
<Xanatos> <Marcus> But if he can't use his moves...he's going to slow us down in a fight.
<ChadWinters> 6Mask pushes himself up, eyeing his left arm. 1"Ever since this mask got put on, I haven't been able to do anything with it.
<DeathStar> <Darien> Well, Lemon didn't actually leave it to me to blow his legs off. *he tosses the device to Marcus* She left taking him out to you, or what to do with him
<DeathStar> <Darien> But I think you're being played
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "Fitd with what I was saying earlier."

<Xanatos> 6* Marcus catches it and pockets the device, eyeing Mask for a few more moments.

<Gabby> * Angela shifts closer to guard her.
<kalonZombee> <Mi'Na> I agree with the wife.
<DeathStar> <Adeline> You can set what area you want to be the target and the proximity until it blows. Say if it's you, you have it lock onto you, then you set the distance
<ChadWinters> 6Mask is staring at his left arm. 1"Not even a black mark starting. 6He looks down at Adeline. 1"So boom if he wants it....Yeah I had something like that put in my head once I think,"

<Jackieness> <Josephine> "Do you even know how to remove the mask?"
<Gabby> Angela> Warren always had some good ideas.
<DeathStar> *Adeline then turns to the others* Based on my scans, if you try to remove the Mask right now
<Xanatos> <Marcus> Everyone go back to the base. I'll stay here and see if I can suss out anything else.
<DeathStar> <Adeline> You'll rip half his skull off
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus nods his thanks to Adeline and sets the area to be roughly 30 feet from him.
<Gabby> * Angela seems to pause to consider the option still.
<DeathStar> <Adeline> *brings up a scan, at least what the scan could manage without it going out*
<ChadWinters> <Mask> Sorry bout the whole trying to kidnap you so I can escape thing.

<ChadWinters> 6Mask bounces over to Marcus, staying real close. 1"You've definetly been getting better since I last kicked your ass.
<Xanatos> <Marcus> Sure, just a quick bite. Thanks Josephine.

<DeathStar> *Adeline suddenly spraypaints Mask's face, not caring if it gets his in eyeS*
<DeathStar> <Adeline> Well, if you are treating him like he is on the team and showed he is Dias, I will put the costume on him that I designed
<ChadWinters> 6There's a pause, then his hands go up to his face, letting out a howl
<Xanatos> 6* Kane makes a few adjustments to the security then moves to leave.

<DeathStar> *Adeline spray paints it the EarthGov colors* And this is for trying to grab me. I do not forget
<DeathStar> *she then hands him a hoodie*

<Gabby> Angela> So he's Captain EarthGov now?
<ChadWinters> 6Mask reaches around blindly for a bit, grabbing on to Marus pec, and squeezing it.
<Xanatos> <Marcus> Ha, let's go see if anyone gives us shit on the base then. 6* He makes Mask walk with him and moves off so a scene change can happen!

<DeathStar> 6* Mask is signed in as Marcus' guest and a lot of rigious stuff is needed to get him in. Adeline has Marcus us a facial thing to fool the guards for now and turn it off once in the base
<DeathStar> 6* Lemon seems more razzed at the fact Darien says not to trust Mask yet here he is, Marcus giving the a-okay
<ChadWinters> <Mask> MARCUS! I NEED TO SHOWER!
<Kaelan> * Angela pats Lemon’s shoulder.
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus didn't give an a-okay, more like an "eh, we'll see" but takes Mask to the bathroom so he can clean up.
<Xanatos> <Cole> Uh hi, I'm not a doctor, or smart about that in any way. But how are you all feeding him?
<DeathStar> <Darien> The mask has a mouth hole just big enough to put food in

<ChadWinters> So what's our next move?
<DeathStar> *Lemon shakes her head* When Marcus returns, we will talk about Lev. For now, Chris, you have the magical girls?
<Kaelan> Angela> Hmm...
<Xanatos> 6* Cole mumbles about their jobs being 'so weird' but quietens down to listen to Lemon and Chris.

<ChadWinters> 6Mask comes back after about 10 minutes, he has Marcus over his shoulder, carring him. 1"God that felt amazing.
<DeathStar> *Lemon turns to them*
<DeathStar> <Darien> *he begins to go into the theory he and Josephine came up with*
<Kaelan> Angela> Oh my, shower love.
<Xanatos> <Marcus> ....
<Sara> * The girls stand at attention... sort of. The younger of the two looks bored

<Kaelan> * Angela steals Cherry to her lap and pats consolingly.
<DeathStar> <Darien> So any chance that this dark magical girl is being tricked?
* ChadWinters glances over at the two, then nudges Zephyr. 1"See? Haven't attacked me yet. Good."
<Sara> <Older Magical Girl> If she has... then it's too late to change that. But the dark energy surrounding her is unlikely to have come from mere trickery... *she looks a bit sad*
<Jackieness> <Josephine> *pours Darien another cup of tea* "So do you personally know this renegade Maka?"

<DeathStar> <Darien> Hm. Well it was a good theory that Sunny did it.
<Sara> <Older Magical Girl> More like acquaintances. But... *she sighs. the younger of the two tugs on her sleeves and tries to calm her* There is something like a legend, about Magical Girls who fall into darkness and become one with it. Either because their Tsukai was a very bad influence on them, or... the darkness in their own hearts. Not all of us can stay bright when surrounded by demons

<Kaelan> Angela> What’s a Tsukai?
<Sara> <Older Magical Girl> ...But I've never seen it before. I don't know anyone who has. Until Zayne. It's clear, now, that it's true. She has fallen. She is a Makai.
<Sara> <Younger Magical Girl> Oh, just our magic pets. *she smiles innocently*

<DeathStar> <Adeline> These little things. I keep trying to get power from them so I can tie it into my staff
<Sara> <Older Magical Girl> Okay, so she's gone from 'magical girl' to 'darkness-consumed villain' and there is no known way to ever bring her back. Is that a bit more concise?

<ChadWinters> I've looked over the data. The best I can figure out is it's definetly a Weapon signature. Of all my research over the years, I never saw any projects beyond the original ten that were made. Not that there might not be a few that were made after X.
