<DeathStar> 6* The past few months since we last saw the team many things have happened. There has been an incident where the Erevis house was damaged and after that a few of the Zhenmei family left, including Lenneth, Godiva and a few others such as Aschae. It has been said that Lenneth may have caused the incident but only Erevis and Xanatos really know. The incident was slowly covered up and Xanatos repaired the house over time, though they often stay in the Hapian Castle these days (cont)
<DeathStar> 6* The search into the Royal Bloodlines continue over the past few months, looking for the true descendants, but the searching has been slow and the Outlaws have continued to be problems. The satalities and other equipment has arrived that Shion has requested and been installed the past few months, to allow her Alliance a chance to find all of them (cont)
<DeathStar> 6* Recently it seems there have been problems with EarthGov and some of their friends have been declared outlaws and Shion's team has been ordered to detain them if they show up. But most of all, this is the month of the Daemons. A celebration where all the Daemons get to share their twisted sensibilities with others - decorations litter the Alliance and Hapian and costumes that turn the user into the costume itself are all around and the Daemons look forward to a special celebration in a few days where the planets will align for a special event
<DeathStar> 6* Erevis recently has been musing, hanging up various Daemon decorations she has bought, including a daemon ghost that howls and turns the hair white of the person who hears it. There's a special fair going on at the Alliance and she plans to go there soon

<Sathen> *Kaylin shrugs* If my files are correct, she is the Daemon Empress, and they are together through an arranged marriage that connects their two Kingdoms. It would stand to be understood that many of their interactions would be a 'play' of sorts, wouldn't it?

<DeathStar> *As time goes on the night is much like any of the others, however it seems there's a ton more Daemons compared to other nights - not that the other nights didn't have a lot but there is a lot, way more compared to the students and Alliance officers*
<Xanatos> 6* Xan whistles by Erevis, waiting to reveal their costumes.
<DeathStar> *and many of the Daemons seem to be off to themselves doing something and eyeing the planets*
<DeathStar> *Erevis soon removes the coat, revealing herself to be topless indeed*

<Sathen> *Kaylin has somehow been convinced by someone to wear a costume and is in a sexy slave-girl costume that does cover her bits it shows a lot more of her skin than it covers, complete with the collar around her neck and a leash hanging down in front of her*
<DeathStar> *Shion and Shinobu peer off to the side*
<Xanatos> 6* Xan reveals his costume, which is the exact same one that Erevis has on.
<DeathStar> *Ervis pauses, then laughs and claps her hands in delight*
<Seraphna> * Jaime hides her face. "Okay... not embarrassed by my costume anymore. Just my parents.":

<DeathStar> *the daemons set up some sort of ritual stuff. Cypher glances off tin the distant and whispers to Chelsea* You know what is up with that?

<DeathStar> <Shinobu> No. There aer many daemons sects. I assume it is religious one that worships this day and the fact the alignment of the planets
<Xanatos> 6* Simon steps up by the daemons and peers over what they're doing to see if he knows.
<Seraphna> Alita> It is supposed to be a powerful night for magic.
<Sathen> Kaylin> You had looked at this one at the booth the other day...I thought I'd get it and see how it worked out. *she blushes a bit*
<kalonZombee> <Ceilia> Which is good for us. 6*She says to Alita, walking up to her her and pinching her butt in a smooth motion
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Wait... now THAT is interestin!" *is distracted from her matchmaking and wanders over to the ritual site*
<DeathStar> *Simon can tell they are preparing to cast a powerful spell in a few minutes as the planets full align which is any second*
<DeathStar> *Selena follows Lana over*
<Sathen> *Mykel muses for a moment, glancing between Ceilia and Alita* Would this per chance be a day where magical rites could be done on a deceased body for random reasons?
<Xanatos> <Simon> What do you need such power for? 6* He asks curiously
<Seraphna> Alita> Well certainly, but there are good and bad things you can do with such an alignment.
<DeathStar> <Shinobu> I think the body would need to be here but it is possible I suppose. There would be need for a similiar ritual elsewhere where the body is at..

<DeathStar> <Shinobu> But I think it is something else
<Seraphna> * Alita nods. "Yes it would need a link at least. Though this is also an excellent time to open doorways."
<Seraphna> Alita> When the planets align, the veil between the worlds is at it's weakest.
<Jackieness> <Lana> *just outright tries to ask one of the daemons* "Hey, what is this particular ritual arrangement for?"
<DeathStar> *a daemon looks at Simon and peers back to mumbling words. At that moment they all cut their hands as the alignment finishes and suddenly all clocks stop as the entire sky goes green*

<Seraphna> Alita> Hmm... *she looks up*
<Xanatos> 6* Xan glances up curiously
<Sathen> *Mykel nods, watching and looking up as well*
<Seraphna> * Jen pauses in what she's doing and looks up.

<DeathStar> *Athena pauses in her funky dancing since the music stops*

<Sathen> *Kaylin fiddles with something on her costume, stepping up next to Shion and looking to the sky as well*
<DeathStar> *The daemons stop; all daemon race people like Alita would feel their powers increase by double*

<DeathStar> *the daemon leader turns to look at Lana and Simon*
<Seraphna> * Alita gasps, "W-Wow..."
<Seraphna> Jaime> I feel a little weird for some reason... good weird.

<Xanatos> 6* Xan glances around and gives Erevis a slight nod, moving to look for something different.
<DeathStar> <Daemon Ritual Leader> We were doing a ritual to bring about the Dark Hour
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Hmmmm..." *summons her arcane console and enters some notes* "Dont stop now, please continue. What is the Dark hour? How does it work?"
<Xanatos> <Simon> The Dark Hour? That is possible? 6* He rubs his chin slowly.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "And this is for posterity, so details are good."
<DeathStar> *Lana would find all machines are not working right - it is like time stopped. Poor Id*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...really? I'm going to have to old school this?"
<Seraphna> Alita> This is... pretty amazing... but... have I heard of this before?
<Sathen> *Mykel glances between his wives* God...Ceilia?
<DeathStar> <Shinobu> What is the Dark Hour?
<Seraphna> Jennifer> I've experienced this before...
<ChadWinters> 6SPoC peers down at her camera, eyeing it not working.
<Seraphna> * Jennifer frowns, "But it was in another reality."
<DeathStar> <Daemon Leader> For the next hour Daemons' powers will increase, allowing them to accomplish anything - do anything. Of course they will become more daemonic and fall to their baser desirers.
<Seraphna> * Alita nods and licks her lips. "Very much so..."
<Xanatos> <Simon> ...that is a mistake.
<Xanatos> <Simon> What do you hope to achieve with this power?!
<DeathStar> <Daemon Leader> But it will also allow us to cast high level magic during this hour. I advise you all to leave unless you fall prey to us daemons. Some can be very dangerous. *he motions at Rain*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Keep going, I'll log this later."
<DeathStar> *Rain seems to be holding her head, being half vampire*
<Seraphna> * Alita nods. "Mykel, love, you may want to wait at the Castle."

<DeathStar> <Daemon Leader> Oh, you know, to try to bring about old daemon lords that the Empress' ancestors sealed away long ago for being too bloodthirsty. They were thought to be too dangerous to other races so they were sealed but were followers of them
<Seraphna> * Jaime squirms, looking to find the others.

<DeathStar> <Shinobu> .. *she seems to be struggling a little, eyeing the ritual components on the floor, as the other daemons are mumbling again, chanting softly*

<Seraphna> * Jaime walks over to the others. "Did... I make a bad choice choosing this c-costume?"
<Xanatos> 6* Simon summons his spear and steps intot he middle of the ritural circle, slamming the spear haft down to emit some ice magic and disrupt the ritual
<Jackieness> <Lana> "I mean, I was with you when it sounded like you were just going do some big old daemonic orgy... not going to judge your kinks. But yeah... usual lore states that unsealing greater powers usually means the end of the world."
<Sathen> *Mykel reaches to settle a hand to Shinobu's shoulder, to give her a bit of a sense of restraint* You're here, I'm staying.
<DeathStar> *the ritual circle sparks and emits a powerful magic blow back, knocking Simon and the daemons back. Shinobu motions at the ritual material*
<Xanatos> 6* Xan scratches the side of his face, looking out of his element in all this.
<ChadWinters> <SPoC> This is technically out of our...rights to interfere correct?
<DeathStar> <Shinobu> We somehow need to remove the drawn circle and all the stuff they put down. Maybe this dark hour will end. But we should hurry before the vampires in our group feed
<Seraphna> Jennifer> Damnit, I was hoping to party tonight, not play the hero. *she frowns, realizing the gun may not work so she grabs a sword, then summons Celcius / Shiva.
<DeathStar> <Erevis> I do not see why.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Be right back!" *runs off to the food tables*
<DeathStar> *the daemons begin to rise up slowly*
<Seraphna> * Sammael teleports to the others and frowns. "You need something annihilated?"
<Xanatos> 6* Simon is still down, taking a brunt of that attack.
<Xanatos> 6* Would Xan's eye still be functioning or probably no?
<ChadWinters> <SPoC> Then what would you like to do?
<Seraphna> * Alita pulls out her staff and casts healing over Simon.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Candles... salt... here we go!" *grabs some napkins* "Pen and paper!"
<DeathStar> *Celsius appears, looking confused*
<ChadWinters> 6SPoC looks around for any sources of alcohol or liquids
<Sathen> *Kaylin struggles to stay upright next to Shion, her rifle immediately coming to hand from nowhere it seems*
<DeathStar> *Spoc would see all sorts of stuff like that in the booths*
<Xanatos> <Xan> If I'm honest everything about me is tech based so I'm not sure what I can achieve here.
<Seraphna> Jennifer> "Witching hour, demonic ritual, we need to help disrupt it dear."
<Seraphna> * Jaime takes a breath and summons Gnome.
<DeathStar> *Erevis TK begins to knock things down*
<DeathStar> *and away from the circle*
<Xanatos> 6* Simon slowly gets to his feet and nods his thanks to Alita.
<ChadWinters> <SPoC> I would assume mess up the circle they created. 6She moves over to grab some alcohol
<Seraphna> * Sammael nods and hurls some hyperspace down at the circle in a few spots.
<DeathStar> *The daemons begin to approach the group, holding scythes. Meanwhile in the festival the other daemons seem to be just staring*
<Jackieness> <Lana> *wraps the things she has been preparing up in a bag and runs back to the ritual circle* "I hope this works!"
<Seraphna> * Jennifer directs Celcius to freeze the demons in place.
<Sathen> *Mykel waits with his wives, to keep them safe. Kaylin takes aim with her rifle and starts firing to incapacitate any that are still working on the ritual circle*
<DeathStar> *Gnome appears, looking tired. The ground begins to get burned in spot by hyperspace while Celsius attempts to slow them down but the daemons vary and many keep coming and one tackles Celsius and scythes her shoulder*
<DeathStar> *two more move in and scythe Sam's arm*
<kalonZombee> 6*Ceilia steps in front of Mykel, casting ice magic at the demons
<DeathStar> *Ceilia freezes more of them*
<Seraphna> * Sam teleports out of the way and kicks out at the daemon's side.
<ChadWinters> 6SPoC tosses a bottle of alcohol on to the edge of the circle, seeing if it has any effect on it
<DeathStar> *SpOC ruins the circle there, since it's drawn*
<Seraphna> * Jaime pulls her close and kisses Gnome's cheek, whispering what they need to do, completely disrupt the ground the circle is on.
<Xanatos> 6* Xan whistles as he walks along, trying not to stick out and sloooowly reaches out to pull pieces of the ritual away to disrupt them.
<ChadWinters> 6SPoC grabs for another one, and hurls it at another circle
<DeathStar> *the daemon dodges Sam and Gnome ndos to Jaime as Xan ruins more. Erevis knocks more pieces down*
<Xanatos> 6* Simon standts still, chanting some magical words and then ice clones of himself come out to disrupt as many rituals or combatants as he can. Only about 4 since he is using the skill 4 times.
<Seraphna> * Alita forms a barrier around those at range.
<Jackieness> <Lana> *starts putting down another ritual circle in salt that intersects the daemon's circle, with warding signs written on napkins and lighting white candles* "I hate this part..." *cuts her fingertip and adds her blood to power the magic*
<DeathStar> *The daemon leader frowns and begins to try to form a magic attack to black hole the team with a Shade attack when Lana does that, about to pull them in for good*
<DeathStar> *the attack's power is cut in half as the Dark Hour ends*
<Sathen> *Kaylin starts firing at the ritual Daemon leader*
<DeathStar> *Kaylin shoots the leader and he stumbles back, the black hole ending*
<Xanatos> <Xan> Uh oh. 6* He starts sliding towards the black hole, then lets out a breath of relief when it ends.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...finally... thought I was going to have to strip down and go all in..."
<DeathStar> *the other daemons who are not frozen give up, looking demoralized*
<ChadWinters> 6SPoC peers around. 1"It seems it has ended
<Xanatos> <Simon> You are...very interesting. 6* He says to Lana with a curious look before moving to round up the daemons.
<Seraphna> * Jaime has the ground the circle is on crack and split apart just to make double sure there's no more funny business.
<DeathStar> *Shinobu sighs in relief* I just hope I will not have to deal with other rituals that might have happened elsewhere
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...what? Naked magic is more powerful than clothed magic! I don't make the rules!"
<Seraphna> Alita> Hopefully we ended the Witching Hour before they could complete theirs.
<DeathStar> <Daemon Cult Leader> ... heh. You think we were just one group? There was multiple groups. One group wished to summon a powerful monster of ancient legends to see what it looked like
<ChadWinters> <SPoC> That seem's dumb.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...watch that Witching Hour stuff..."
<Xanatos> <Bix> Bix = Ready to Fight!..............Error?
<Seraphna> * Alita sighs and stares down at the leader. "We work for ages to be seen as something other than monsters and people like you ruin it for us all."
<DeathStar> <Daemon Cult Leader> Heh... Maybe next year I will hear about you being eaten by it
<Sathen> *Kaylin moves towards the cult leader, her rifle at the ready as she pulls off the leash from her neck and uses it to bind his wrists behind him*
<DeathStar> *Shinobu shakes head* There is a few in all races that want to try something. I am sure the maka have a few that want to try strange experiments
<Xanatos> <Xan> Yeah I can hardly blame a couple of culty fucks when half my race has done some evil stupid shit.
<ChadWinters> <SPoC> I imagine we will find out soon enough if any other daemon groups succeeded
<Sathen> *Mykel squeezes Shinobu's shoulder gently* We can deal with things as they come up.
<Seraphna> * Jaime peers around, then quietly pulls Gnome aside.
<DeathStar> <Shinobu> I will see that they are arrested and dealt with unless Shion wants them. <Shion> They are all yours
<DeathStar> *Shinobu nods and looks tired, moving to have some guards round them up*
<Xanatos> <Simon> I will assist your guard Shinobu. 6* He says, moving to help where needed.
<DeathStar> *Shinobu nods to Mykel* I am fine *she nods to Simon in thanks*

<DeathStar> 6* A group of daemons gather as they peer at their two projects - one being a Daemon woman who is laying there with a strange black aura around her that like something out of a japanese horror movie. But the second is the ancient monster they brought back. One of the daemons warily study the tiny, "cute", little critter that looks like something out of a cuthulu horror, unable to look at it for long without headaches and nose bleeds. They close the door, not noticing it is subtlely growing*
