Looks like Warren has run out of safehouses and secret bases.

<DeathStar> 6* The team since arriving has found that the Ninth Circle and Shapeshifters have gone on the offensive with President Dias videos and posters all over the place noting that he needs the civilans to be on the look out for the team, and people who might not be who they claim to be, asking for civilians to step up and do their part
<DeathStar> 6* There's around the clock ads and videos, with Dias flexing and doing super hero poses, telling even children to be a hero and do their part to report suspicious behavior if their neighbor isn't who they appear to be

And who knows what all he has made. We also know Senator Harrison is one

<ChadWinters> Virulent could be considered the most dangerous depending on how advanced her weapon powers are.

<DeathStar> <Lemon> And the final problem - this campaign. People are signing up for these watch program and the Earth is getting paranoid fast.
