But that poses a problem too. So, I figured, this involves the Maka, why not send them in to clean up their own problem. While you guys go in the back way.

<Sara> <Older Maka> How can I put this? They... are no longer Maka, but something entirely different. Basically monsters. And they can make even more monsters.

<DeathStar> <Lemon> Dias basically wants to use you all to do his fighting for him; I'm just wondering how much damage that might cause to Luna

<Sara> <Older Maka> They just need anger. Hate. They can turn humans into monsters if the humans are emotionally weak, using their own negative emotions. Their powers come from those emotions, just as ours come from our willpower.
<Sara> <Older Maka> But unlike us, their hearts are like dark pits. They swallow all the light.
<Sara> * The younger ones makes a sad noise at that

<ChadWinters> Sounds like she has access to an army of them all with her already.
<Sara> <Chris> That could be. All those nasty convicts from the prison, right? And the oppressed populace?
<Stretch`cell> Rea> Curious that we haven't seen or fought one before...are you sure that Sunny's young friend has fully fallen to Makai status?
<Jackieness> <Josephine> "Keeping the entire populace contained until they are broken... that would give them ample material for an army."
<Sara> <Older Maka> There's no doubt. Her Tsukai... is... wrong

<Stretch`cell> Rea> Is it possible that her pet has fully turned but she hasn't embraced the darkness in her heart yet?
<DeathStar> <Lemon> I just know the if the Makas fight Zayne, Zayne or the Makas will die.

<DeathStar> <Lemon> And Zayne will go all out in that fight unlike she has so far - which could mean a lot of damage to Luna

<Sara> * The streets of Luna are slightly less busy than usual. There are some people going about their daily lives, and posters are posted showing a cartoon sun with sunglasses and "Have a great day!" written on them. The crime rate has taken a huge dive, but some people are on edge. It's very clean, though!
<Sara> * There appears to be no litter whatsoever, in fact
<Xanatos> <Marcus> Huh. Looks normal.
<Jackieness> <Reikana> "Looks betetr than normal, actually."

<Stretch`cell> *Rea nods and turns to get his bearings* May want to keep a hat on, no telling how public Sunny has been or whether you'll be mistaken for her.

<Sara> * The mall is more busy -- it looks like all of the stores have good deals, but there are mall cops standing outside of every store. There are several fruit stalls packed with fruit
<Seraphna> Angela> Thats... a lot of mall cops.
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus pauses and curiously watches the mall cops and how they interact with the consumers.
<Jackieness> <Reikana> "This seems really weird."
<Sara> * They seem to just be watching unless someone asks them for directions
<ChadWinters> It's a police state more or less. 6He notes, studying them
<Stretch`cell> Rea> Martial Law is in effect... *nods to Chad*
<Xanatos> 6* Did they see many police forces on their walk into this area?
<Sara> <Chris> And the people are just sitting and taking it. Sad.
<Sara> * Not visibly outside; there were less than usual outside, if anything
<ChadWinters> The average person isn't trained to deal with fighting back.
<Stretch`cell> Rea> Hard to oppose Sunny when she's cut off everything and has Zayne at her beck and call to deal with problems.

<Sara> * Nothing seems out of the ordinary. The food contains only an average earth amount of human meat product

<Xanatos> 6* Marcus moves off to find a workout store to see if he can get some protein powder while he's here.
<Sara> * Marcus gets a good deal! His shopkeeper looks suspiciously like Dias with a different hair color

<Sara> * Some people are murmuring about an execution yesterday but there's also a lot of normal talk
<Xanatos> <Marcus> Hey I was thinking about this whole occupation stuff. Could be worse, right? 6* He says to the shopkeeper.
<DeathStar> *Ren moves and talks with people, smiling and chatting, while John wanders and looks lost*
<Sara> <Definitely Not Dias> It is better than being ruled by all the wimpy politicians. *flex*
<DeathStar> *Zephyr buys some new clothing and stuff she's been wanting, talkking to people*
* ChadWinters walks along, mostly listening
<Stretch`cell> *Rea goes to the food court area and gets something to eat, trying to talk with some of the people there about the recent stuff*
<Sara> * As a group everyone is able to gather that there have been daily executions of people who were power-abusive or otherwise corrupt in all high positions -- government, police, doctors, even farmers -- and the people believe that things are now in control by 'the common man' despite the fact that it obviously is a police state to the team's eyes
<Sara> * Many sound uneasy yet somehow happy? It's kind of creepy
<Xanatos> 6* Marcus rubs his chin as he slowly as he moves to connect back up either everyone.
<Xanatos> <Marcus> Pretty weird. But they seem happy.
<Sara> * Chris has discretely taken one of the sun posters in case there's something significant about them
<Sara> <Chris> Yeah... I don't get it. How does this even work? You kill everyone and somehow the place just runs smoother? I'm creepd out.
