<Xanatos> <Simon> Lessons? Hm. I'm very adept in my self studies, but additional lessons and training would likely be beneficial.
<DeathStar> <Kalam> Yes. The spirits around you are curious. There are cases that they will make pacts with people with strangers like you all. But in most cases people come here to train to be able to even make a pact and from there train to go further with the spirits
<DeathStar> <Kalam> It is one reason we never bothered to ask you all to come here to learn.

<Xanatos> <Simon> Truthfully Vyvy's pension for keeping the spirits around allowed us to build relationships and friendships with the spirits that the average being is not afforded.

<Seraphna> Jaime> I think one of the main differences is in how most people view the spirits... **small voice**
<DeathStar> <Kalam> Yes. You lucked into that somewhat. Vyvy landed in Shade's grotto half-dead and treated her oddly, and somewhat amused she aided Vyvy. Then you found Sylph who was probably bored in her forest and she followed you all around
<DeathStar> <Kalam> I would be curious the last time you went back to your kingdom and stayed, Spirit of the Wind
<DeathStar> *Sylph looks to busy rubbing cheeks with Ellie, mumbling happily*
<DeathStar> <Kalam> Anyway, let us get ready. It will be colder where you are going

<DeathStar> -SCENE SHIFT-
<DeathStar> *Sylph and the other spirits land them on the side of the mountain. The snow is blowing and howls as it whips around. Celsius and Shiva hold up their hands and keep it at bay, making it feel like the cold is at bay and they are in the center of warmth*
<DeathStar> *The capital city of the Monk Order, the city is located high up on the mountains. Designed like Nanda Parbat from DC Comics, which is like a giant monk monestary city. Massive in size, with several buildings and styled with Indian like Tibet influences, it has a high population of Monks who wish to train and learn the arts of Chi and Chakra. The city itself has the main monestary training center, where the monks train with the older Monks, as well as several other divisions that train them in the other arts, such as lesser summon training as well as other arts. A good portion of the city is devoted to schools and education, to train the mind as well as the soul.*
<DeathStar> *The rest is made for the civilians who have made the journey, or family members of the Monks. There are shops and stores, as well as trading posts. As far as entertainment goes, there are inns and taverns for those who come and visit, as well as dancing centers for those who wish to train such as young women who do not wish to be monks. However, it is a very chaste environment and there is not much to do. In the end, many leave that do not wish to be a Monk.
<DeathStar> Due to the cold winds and longer falls and winters, lesser spirits with fire abilities are kept on hand to keep things warmer and the buildings are designed to deflect the winds.
<DeathStar> <Selena> *pulls her coat close to her, staying close to Liana and Celes trudges through the snow, tripping*
<DeathStar> *at the gates, some monks wait for them and open them, ushering them inside and Kalam guides them inside. The people of the city walk about, The fire sprites/minor fire spirits keep the cold at bay and inside it feels much more reasonable and comfy*
<Seraphna> **Jaime shivers a bit, but seems less effected than some, a woman who grew up almost exclusively in space, she's actually less acclimated to heat than cold, she still tugs her coat closed a bit more and makes sure Gnome is warm if she came with this way**
<Jackieness> <Lana> "..I get the feeling that there isn't going to be much chance of finding a hot date here."
<Seraphna> **Alita lets a relieved sigh out once they're inside, fire elemental doesn't like cold, go figure**
<Xanatos> 6* Xan lets out a breath once the interior warmth hits him.
<DeathStar> <Celes> Thank goodness... *she pulls her hood back as they walk into the court yard. A snowman falls over*
<Xanatos> <Simon> A cool one, perhaps. 6* He notes idley to Lana.

<DeathStar> *the monk leader bows* Rooms have been prepared for you and the main chamber halls have been cleared for the party. I will work with Kalam to make sure tomorrow everything is to your liking. *the bald man walks off with Kalam. Summoni and Monks talk - cordially - but stiffly*
<Seraphna> **Alita sighs and places a hand on him to help him get over his frozen state, and cure any sickness he got as a result of being a popsicle.**

<Sara> * Liana responds with a shrug
<Seraphna> Jaime> *bows to the monks and looks to one** I know this might be odd in this climate but... do you keep a garden anywhere?
<DeathStar> *a monk leads Jaime to one. The dark twins look bored and go to find food*
<DeathStar> <Celes> Have you ever been here before? *she asks Liana*
<Xanatos> <Xan> So why don't these two groups seem to like each other?

<ChadWinters> <SPoC> Most Monks, at least on Earth lived a very simple life. It is odd that the ones here are similiar
<Xanatos> 6* Simon glances between Lana and Gwen curiously.
<DeathStar> <Gwen> Oh now you're just tempting me. *he laughs* You want to walk around and see the sights? I bet they have some books for you to read

<DeathStar> <Selena> They are both spiritial in nature but go at in different ways
<Xanatos> 6* Simon slowly gives Gwen a thumbs up when Lana isn't looking.
<DeathStar> *Gwen smiles back and asks a Monk about where they keep their books before heading to their libraryh*

<Xanatos> <Simon> Indeed it does. Perhaps we can work on intergroup relations while we are here.
<DeathStar> *Erevis finds a place to meditate, closing her eyes to focus*
<Seraphna> **Alita muses** They seem to think of the Spirits in different ways too.

<DeathStar> *Sylph leads them to the highest point in the monestary to overlook the mountains, giving them both a beautiful look of the mountain range*

<Xanatos> 6* Xan sits down cross-legged across from Erevis and watches her for a moment before closing his eyes. Not really good at meditation but making the effort regardless.

<Seraphna> **Jaime would seek to plant one of Gnome's seeds in the garden before returning to the others, continuing her quest to put one of Gnome's trees in every major capital**
<DeathStar> <Gnome> *the cold Earth spirit watches Jaime curiously while Sylph hugs Ellie and Fae*
<Xanatos> <Simon> Interesting how many of these people are singularly focused on the mission at hand and not the potential diplomacy with these two groups before us. Perhaps that's a distinction from us in the Academy.
<DeathStar> <Celes> *to Simon* I think that perhaps your time will come with the party. But none of the people here are really diplomats. Do you want them to do such a thing

<Seraphna> **Jaime makes sure it's planed well into the ground due to the cold climate and sets a small amount of fire spirit energy into it to help it grow in the cold, looking satisfied as she finishes** I think your seed should thrive even here my love.

<DeathStar> 6* The next day as the prepartions are completed, the team has outfits prepared for them. Selena holds up a nice dress - since inside the building it is warm due to the fire sprites she puts it on, turning in the dress
<DeathStar> *Celes wears a white dress like Selena, and Erevis goes with green. Gwen wears some sort of monk outfit*

<Xanatos> 6* Xan wears his traditional earthgov suit, stepping out shortly behind Erevis. Simon on the other hand is wearing a summoni outfit.
<Seraphna> **Jaime comes out in a green dress with brown trim and white embroidery, Alita comes out in something that somehow manages to look nice while also not screaming succubus to the world**

<DeathStar> *Celes waits for Liana while Sylph comes out in a dress made out of leaves, but seems to be made out of her spirit energy. She has her hair done up as well with mini leaves in it*

<DeathStar> *Gnome is there, wearing a dress outfit that covers a lot and looks alright*
<DeathStar> *Sylph beams and offers her arm to Ellie*
<DeathStar> *Celes snuggles up to Liana and they begin to walk to the main area*

<Xanatos> 6* Simon walks along with his arms behind his back yet again, nodding his head in kind to each spirit.
<Seraphna> **Jaime moves in with Gnome and Alita accompanies her twin if there and Brooke**
<DeathStar> *the dark spirir twins move in quickly - and right to the food bar. Salamander eyes the team, wondering what this is about. Brooke is already inside, talking to people about stuff*
<DeathStar> *Celsius and Shiva are swarmed by Summoni and Monks, with them asking questions. And there are topics about a maka appearing recently on Geyze and rumors that they might that some think they know who she might be/seen her*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...ok...I have to seriously wonder if they ate the spirit Shade..."
<DeathStar> <Celes> I will go mingle with Liana. Try to do that relationship thing Simon wants. I will let Lana and Alita do the scanning thing. *she pauses at the eating thing*
<DeathStar> *Celes then takes Luna and picks her up to go mingle*
<DeathStar> *Neekito and Chronos are also talked to - being new spirits. Chronos rebuffs them while Neekito looks overwhelmed*
<DeathStar> *her cat ears puffing up*
<DeathStar> <Erevis> Hm. What should we do? *she asks Xanatos* Simply observe, or dance, or what?
<Xanatos> 6* Simon moves over to Neekito and Chronos, playing mediator to help take the pressure off and soften Chronos' sharp blows.

<DeathStar> *Chronos peers at Simon, sipping some alcohol, hmphing as the summoni and monks move off*

<DeathStar> *Selena tries to grab some alcohol while no one is looking*

<Xanatos> <Simon> Of course, they seemed to have lost themselves in the excitement of meeting new spirits.

<DeathStar> <Erevis> It is interesting. I like to imagine it is a lot like stories Ariel and others have told me. Knights and heroes fighting on a world for princesses and others.
<Seraphna> **Jaime moves around with Gnome, rather happy to get people's interest in her fiance**
<DeathStar> <Erevis> But I also see parallels to our world. The Ancients remind me of the Progenitors. The Spirits are like Gods of our legends. Ama - Aska. And there are other things.
<DeathStar> <Erevis> I feel like I have one foot in a trap I cannot see and it is about to close
<Xanatos> <Simon> I need to do a walk around, but I will not be far if you begin to feel overwhelmed. 6* He says to Neekito, before giving Chronos a small nod since he knows she can take care of herself. Then, he steps away from them and also begins to use detections spells similar to Lana and Alita.

<DeathStar> *Simon finally gets a 1 out of the 3 and Lana's detector spell pings*

<Xanatos> 6* Simon pauses and slowly begins to track closer, before moving it though he tries to get Alita and Lana's attentions with a head nod.

<Xanatos> <Simon> Ah. Now that I can understand. Truthfully we're seeking the descendants so that we may learn more. About them, about the ancients, and the strange powers that is dormant within their bloodlines. They have made contact with 3 others, while I have recently joined. We only seek information, and perhaps alliances and friendship.
<Seraphna> *Alita keeps up the search for the other side, feeling out with spirit and magic for their marker*
