<DeathStar> 6* Going to the Magi Tower and village, Celes and the team was met by Delgi, the white haired familiar who put them up in rooms and was informed of their quest to find the magi lineage, and was informed how unlikely they survived after the attack on the Magi so long ago. However, she gave them full access to the area to do their searching and access to whatever records and whatnot have remained, though much was destroyed in the attacks long ago (cont)

<DeathStar> <Celes> Anyway. Delgi was not kidding when she said little written documents surived the Legion attack a thousand years ago
<Seraphna> Alita> I seen to remember absconding with some.

<Seraphna> Alita> We found hidden chambers through the tower. One even had a Familiar making machine.

<DeathStar> <Selena> I noticed the Magi Tower has some of the older relics working again
<Seraphna> Alita> I’m thinking we might find similar chambers around.

<DeathStar> <Celes> I would think if anyone would know that would be Delgi
<Seraphna> Talia> Talia think we should investigate fish barrels.
<DeathStar> *Celes rises and puts her coat on* I suppose we should go ask her

<DeathStar> <Selena> Most of the documents we looked at so far have nothing to do with what we were looking at. Just diaries from some magi, magic spell formulas, stuff many would like, but nothing to do with our search

<Seraphna> Alita> Maybe we can do this the Magi way.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Play king of the mountain for control of their tower?"
<Seraphna> Alita> I was thinking tracking spell.
<DeathStar> <Celes> *steps outside into the cold; the small mini academy for Magi can be seen off to the side for the Magi before any decide they want to go to the Academy or remain heer*
<DeathStar> *and people can be seen walking around the village, the Magi towering nearby. A familiar white haired woman is talking to a Magi and writing notes*
<Seraphna> **Jaime waves to the white haired woman**
<DeathStar> *Selena and Erevis slip on their coats and exit the building, peering about the village and the bustling life. Celes peers at the academy, wondering if any of them could be their their descendant, or if they are truly dead - or worse not even in the Kingdom anymore*
<DeathStar> *they pause, awkwardly acknowledging Jaime*

<Xanatos`> 6* Simon steps out not long after Celes. Xan follows Erevis, pulling his bomber jacket on before he does.
<DeathStar> <Celes> Delgi should be this way. If you think your scanning equipment can work, let me know. *She walks over to the Tower. Blue haired girls that all basically look alike follow the young Magi, most ranging from late teens to early teens. There does not seem to be many adults*
<Seraphna> **Jaime grins, giving her a quick squeeze and then rushing after the others**

<DeathStar> *they take the fish and nibble on it - Talia addicting the cat type Familiars. The non fish familiars just seem to appreciate it all right*

<DeathStar> <Delgi> Here is a map of the tower - some of it I had to draw from memory. The tower itself a weapon of sorts in many ways. The lower levels were the respected Magi who managed to secure rooms in the Tower lived. And do their experiments
<DeathStar> *she points at the lower levels and the many rooms, and how far they went underground* It was also designed to an escape route of sorts

<DeathStar> <Delgi> A lot of it is caved in still
<DeathStar> <Delgi> The elements and attack having done a number of the areas. *she points at sections of the undergroun*
<Seraphna> Alita> If we could get through the rubble, what might we find?
<DeathStar> <Delgi> Thankfully the Tower was fine and areas of the underground. We are working to uncover what we can of the underground.
<ChadWinters> 6SPoC eyes the map carefully, memorizing it. 1"And nothing historical was stored in the underground areas?
<Jackieness> <Lana> *looks at Alita and Ceilia* "I read that you two were both here the last time the weapon was fired. Selena's aunt wrote a thing about it."
<DeathStar> <Delgi> They were Magi rooms like I said where they did their experiments. During the attack many of them gathered their stuff and tried to escape.
<DeathStar> <Delgi> Some of it might still be there - buried or frozen
<Seraphna> Alita> Indeed, we powered and fired it.
<Seraphna> Jaime> I might be able to help get it all out...
<Xanatos`> <Simon> Hm. Was I here for that? I don't believe so.
<DeathStar> <Delgi> If you were alive 1000 years ago, Simon, I would be impressed
<Seraphna> Alita> It was when Mykel first joined us.
<DeathStar> <Delgi> Unless you mean the Tower stuff
<DeathStar> *Delgi peers up at the top of it with the weapon*
<DeathStar> <Erevis> I think trying to use your Earth powers down underground with narrow hallways could be tricky, Jaime
<Xanatos`> <Simon> I mean the tower stuff, yes. I was present for the last battle here but no weapons being fired.
<ChadWinters> <SPoC> Plus I imagine, if all the magic users they have here haven't been able to empty it out, you may not be able to easily.
<DeathStar> <Delgi> The Magi Tower weapon is dangerous and should not be used unless absolutely necessary. The Mana necessary is outrageous
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Now then... if any water from the surface seeped down into the tunnel and froze again, their could be whole chambers iced in."
<Seraphna> **Jaime nods.** But if we know where the rooms are, perhaps I can make an access hole from above?
<DeathStar> <Delgi> The village is above it. I would rather you do not
<kalonZombie> <Ceilia> Even I barely could power it, and I'm basically a living mana battery

<Jackieness> <Lana> "The chambers could be all over this plateau."
<DeathStar> <Celes> I suppose we could not hoped to find all the relics...
<Xanatos`> <Xan> Maybe I could get my shuttle out here, try to scan deep and find possible chambers.

<Jackieness> <Lana> "Wait... if they ran into the tunnels to escape... there must be entrances somewhere!"
<DeathStar> <Delgi> There's a few levels of tunnels
<DeathStar> <Delgi> Not all were blocked
<Jackieness> <Lana> "So that's a place to start!"
<DeathStar> <Delgi> We even have some of the Magi living down there now
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Are they the unlucky ones or the lucky ones?"
<DeathStar> *Delgi points* Well if you are insistant. The tunnels go in that direction. *she points directly through the heart of the village* That one leads to the escape tunnel
<DeathStar> <Delgi> And another tunnel leads a bit to the right. *she points bit to the right through the village*
<DeathStar> <Delgi> With the rest so damaged it is hard to tell
<Jackieness> <Lana> "I need to come up with a clairvoyance spell..."
<Seraphna> **Alita just clicks her tongue**
<DeathStar> *Celes steps down the stairs in thought, going to the basement*
<DeathStar> *Erevis whispers to Xanatos* So you plan to go fly, flyman?
<ChadWinters> <SPoC> How long do you want to remain searching here, Erevis? Before we move on.

<DeathStar> *Selena looks at Xanatos* How do you plan to go to your flying thing?

<Seraphna> Jaime> I think I can teleport still today?
<DeathStar> <Selena> Oh, I thought you could call it down from the sky

<DeathStar> *Celes looks around with Simon - there is a tunnel before them. As they walk it, the tunnel seems to split off almost maze like and down the pathway of a few tunnels/hallways they are smashed with debris, the chill felt from them. There is doors and lining the hallway*
<Xanatos`> <Xan> Oh I do. I forgot. Old man brain. 6* He pulls out his datapad and begins to tap tap tap on it.
<DeathStar> *the doors having decorations*
<DeathStar> <Celes> One could get lost down here
<Xanatos`> <Simon> Hm, certainly. We should leave a trail of some sort.
<DeathStar> <Celes> I wonder if they have a map for the kids
<Seraphna> Jaime> Gotta have Dad eat more fish.
<Xanatos`> 6* Simon looks from door to door.

<ChadWinters> <SPoC> I should be able to keep track of the path we take.
<DeathStar> *Celes watches a Magi kid exit a room, using a magik spell to listen to music as they walk down the hallway heading toward what looks to be a shower area*

<Jackieness> <Lana> "Hmmm... this is the inhabited section. We need to go further."
<Xanatos`> <Simon> This seems almost like the dormitories at the academy.
<DeathStar> <Celes> Yes it does.
<DeathStar> *Selena peers out the tower window as Xanatos' craft arrives. Gwen squints at it and Delgi tilts her head*
<Seraphna> **Jaime watches the craft with interest**
<DeathStar> *Celes and Simon would finally find a map on the wall showing them the map of the tunnels, with a map to the village from down here, and one to the Tower*
<Xanatos`> <Xan> Alright, I'm going to have it slowly move over the area doing scans and sending the results to my datapad. Do you think any of your villagers will attack it?
<DeathStar> <Delgi> I would think not.
<Xanatos`> <Xan> Dope. Thanks. 6* He thumbs up and moves to catch up with those down in the tunnels, while Simon inspects the map for any potential break off points that could lead to secret areas.
<Seraphna> Jaime> Only If Thena spray painted it to look like a dragon or something.
<DeathStar> *Celes takes that path and the two emerge just outside the village, which must be the escape route long ago, near the "new" academy. They are near a mountain path that can go up to it or down the path to get away*
<DeathStar> <Celes> .. Hm
<ChadWinters> 6SPoC moves along after Xan. 1"Hopefully your ship can find something."
<DeathStar> <Celes> ... *she walks back in and studies the map with Simon*
<DeathStar> <Celes> I am guessing unless we want to do what Jaime said and move the earth and stuff, we are not going to reach the inaccessible paths? *it looks like the hallways are fully blocked. Unless one is willing to go through it or try to find ways around it, perhaps*
<DeathStar> *it looks like 2 paths are fully blocked*
<Xanatos`> <Simon> Perhaps she could form a safe hole through these blocked areas.
<Seraphna> Jaime> I might could.
<Xanatos`> <Xan> Yeah I hope so, but it would be smarter if I was in there controlling it. Just don't want to risk needing an extra gun in case something bad happens.
<DeathStar> *Celes peers up as Xanatos and the others join them*
<DeathStar> <Selena> This area is depressing. *Delgi hmphs*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "You mean all the snow and ice, Selena?"
<ChadWinters> <SPoC> Well I'd like to believe that they dont' have magic that can block our scanners. But even then, if something get's blocked, thats in a locked out area. That could gives us something to go after.
<DeathStar> *the Xan Cam shows how blocked the pathways are. One hallway looks pretty blocked with rock a good 15 feet before the hallway opens up again and the rooms are blocked too where the hallway is blocked, with 4 remaining rooms opened. The other hallway only has 6 feet of rock and ice mixed blocking it*
<DeathStar> *with a room partially opened*
<DeathStar> <Celes> I hope that anything important wasn't raided long ago
<Xanatos`> 6* Xan shows the maps to the others.
<ChadWinters> <SPoC> It's always a possibility.
<Xanatos`> <Xan> 15 feet of blockage is a lot of blockage. Needs some fiber in these tunnels.
<ChadWinters> 6SPoC stares blankly at Xan.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Wow... Dad-Joke much?"
<Xanatos`> <Simon> I can manipulate ice, perhaps if Jaime can move the rock in this smaller area I could move the ice and refreeze it.

<Seraphna> **Jaime nods** I can summon Gnome for extra help.
<DeathStar> *some of the Magi are studying them, ranging from 6 to 16*

<Xanatos`> 6* Simon presses his palms together and begins to channel energy.

<Xanatos`> 6* Simon waits, ready to work with Jaime to clear the way.
<Seraphna> **Jaime calls Gnome to her side and begins to get to work
<DeathStar> *Gnome pauses as she appears, looking around, then at the tunnel*
<Seraphna> **Jaime smiles** We have a tunnel to clear my love.
<DeathStar> <Gnome> ... Um... excuse me. *she bows multiple times despite being a spirit and adjusts her long hair and begins to use her earth powers, forming dozens of hands to begin to work on the tunnel, making sure it doesn't collapse, crushing the rocks into dust, arranging, and doing stuff; she avoids the ice and focuses on the earth itself*
<DeathStar> *the tunnel shifts and makes noises at she works, building earth pillars and trying to make them wedge in*
<Xanatos`> 6* Simon slightly melts, moves, and refreezes the ice but mostly just tries to stay out of Gnome's way.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "So do the Spirits just do all this work for free?"
<ChadWinters> <SPoC> It appears so.
<DeathStar> <Selena> It almost feels like slave labor.
<DeathStar> *Gwen jerks*
<Xanatos`> <Xan> Don't tell them about unions. The society here will collapse.
<DeathStar> <Gnome> Un-ions>?
<Seraphna> **Jaime works with Gnome and huffs a bit** We enjoy building.
<DeathStar> *She asks, as she keeps trying to do her job, expending Earth energy and drawing mana from Jaime to help, putting up pillars and opening up a room to the right that is partially collapsed*
<Xanatos`> <Xan> We'll talk after this. 6* He assures Gnome with a wink

<DeathStar> *the hallway is soon cleared*
<Xanatos`> <Simon> Excellent work my lady. 6* He bows slightly.
<DeathStar> *Gnome sits down and rests, her mud outfit shifting. Erevis muses and touches Jaime's outfit and eyes her hand*
<DeathStar> <Delgi> More free rooms for the students
<Xanatos`> 6* Simon slowly begins to move through the tunnel and looks through the rooms as he moves.
<Seraphna> **Jaime blushes, her own outfit shifting to mud dye to the drain**
<DeathStar> *Gwen moves along and studies things and eyes the rooms - most are empty of stuff, though finally a room has stuff. It has some magical equipment, magi robes from a 1000 years ago - male, and paperwork and other stuff, and a chest*
<DeathStar> *and another room has similiar stuff, though it's a female magi, with a desk and paperwork*
<ChadWinters> 6SPoC moves over to the paperwork, eyeing it cautiously
<Xanatos`> 6* Simon slowly begins to look through the papers.
<Seraphna> *Alita peers over the female magi stuff as she explores**
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Oh!" *wanders into the female magi chambers*
<Seraphna> **Jaime yawns and stretches, snugging Gnome** Need to head back to recover?
<kalonZombie> 6*Ceilia looks over the stuff as well
<DeathStar> <Gnome> Yes pleasr
<DeathStar> *she bows and vanishes*
<DeathStar> *the paperwork looks cold and stiff - likely the rock and cold has made it a bit frosty*
<DeathStar> *the top pages seem to be formulas of spells with notes by the magi*
<Xanatos`> 6* Simon is delicate with the papers, placing them back down after getting a quick glance at them.
<Jackieness> <Lana> *tries to study the notes*
<ChadWinters> <SPoC> Seem's to be formulas and notes. Nothing about the heroes.
<DeathStar> <Celes> Is it possible to look at the other pages
<DeathStar> <Celes> Without damaging them
<DeathStar> *the magi children have creeped closer to look*
<Seraphna> **Alita nods** With care, sealed off these rooms should have preserved them pretty well. **she starts using magic to try and recover and preserve pages**
<ChadWinters> <SPoC> It is hard to say.
<DeathStar> *the formulas look to be advanced spells for - the woman - age stuff. The male it seems to be a spell for the best sweet dish*
<DeathStar> *Celes nods after Alita does it*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Talk about mundane utility. She must have been vain."
<DeathStar> *Adeline leans over* Interesting. *she says, suddenly there, taking notes*
<Xanatos`> 6* Simon chuckles to himself.
<DeathStar> *Gwen jerks and makes a noise*
<Xanatos`> 6* Simon pulls out his notepad to copy down the information he can.
<Xanatos`> <Xan> Brave. 6* He says to Gwen, nodding knowingly.

<DeathStar> <Adeline> I finished getting my monster samples here.
<DeathStar> *she glances over what they are doing*
<ChadWinters> <SPoC> Some of these formulas look somewhat familiar. But I do not understand their purpose.
<DeathStar> *the next pages for the man's pages is a diary about worrying of the incoming Legion attack, the woman's a page about making sure her family is away from the place*
<Xanatos`> <Xan> Super eye. Super ship scans. 6* He motions to his eye and datapad respectively.
<DeathStar> *Selena kneels and eyes the woman's desk, while Erevis studies the chest*
<Xanatos`> <Simon> This was certinaly pre-attack.
<Jackieness> <Lana> *searches the female magi robe*
<DeathStar> <Erevis> What are the chances this is trapped?
<Xanatos`> 6* Xan moves over to help Erevis.
<Xanatos`> <Xan> Oh probably high. But surely any magic would've faded by now, right?
<DeathStar> *the magi robe has nothing in it*
<Seraphna> Alita> Slight, if they used magic it might have faded in all this time. '
<DeathStar> <Erevis> *looks at Delgi*
<DeathStar> <Delgi> Depends on what is in it
<DeathStar> <Delgi> If it's something very dangerous, the spell could still be active
