<DeathStar> <Rain> That is the question then. There have been periods in history when the royal family has not ruled, and other daemon families had risen up with strength. The Daemon Realm does believe in strength, but Shade has in the past always had a hand in things.
<DeathStar> <Rain> But with noble families mysteriously dying in their sleep who are in support of Shinbou, others shifting alliegence, well, it is unusual
<Seraphna> Jaime> Definitely seems naughty.
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Shade is not here and her position is held jointly."
<DeathStar> <Rain> Shinobu has her beliefs; I am not sure what I believe yet
<Seraphna> Alita> Mykel thinks it may have something to do with the body of her sister we never recovered during that invasion.

<DeathStar> <Rain> That is Shinobu's belief. The group that took the previous Empress's body is using it; she thinks perhaps they ressurected her sister as a mindless puppet, or worse alive, and she wants the throne back. And the nobles turning against her is joining this cult. I am not sure since a few years back ressurection spells have not worked that often, if at all

<DeathStar> *as Xan says that, the table decorations unleash something into the air. Rain peers at Mykel and as Brooke forms, the air begins to look a poisonous mist*

<Jackieness> <Sasha> *covers her face with a cloth napkin* " Back!"
<Stretch`cell> *Mykel turns to look at the main doorways, halting his breathing as he pulls his sword free*
<Seraphna> **Jaime has her clothing form a mask over her face and steps back**
<Seraphna> **Alita blows the mist away from herself with a wing flap and leaps back**
<Xanatos> 6* Xan jerks back and falls out of his chair with a thud, he urks and crawls on the floor away from the mist.
<DeathStar> *Erevis dows so as well; it is a good thing Alita blows it back, since any part of the mist touches, it seems to drawin your life, being a death cloud*

<Seraphna> **Jaime gently pulls one of the maid away and Alita forms a shield around the mass to keep people from interacting with it**

<Stretch`cell> *Mykel moves the mist above their heads, to keep them from getting caught in it, aiming to release it outside in a safe area where there aren't any people*
<DeathStar> *As they go to the kitchen area, they find a servant laying on the ground, looking unconscious - or dead. The back door is open. As Mykel sends the death cloud outside, standing outside is Simon with two others. SpoC and Natalie*

<Seraphna> **Alita moves over to check on the fallen servant, then heals or uses her Ressurect spell as needed**
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Alita, maid down!" *draws her sword and moves out the back door*
<Seraphna> Jaime> Back away from the cloud. It's poison.
<ChadWinters> 6SPoC peers towards what Simon is talking about, she tilts her head slightly. 1"That looks unsafe."
<Xanatos> 6* Xan moves on towards the back door, eye activating to scan for any traces of foot steps or body heat that may indicate the fleeing assassin.

<DeathStar> *Alita burns through half her magik to revive the servant, who coughs - their neck healing*
<DeathStar> *Selena perrs about the backyard, where servant clothing lays on the ground and a figure it seem trying to climb Rain's huge mansion fence*

Rain though is furious and while Ellie and Sylph rest on a velvet couch on the side, the servants stand there with bats
