Otherwise things for the most are the same - other than the fact the mansion is rarely used except for a hang out by those who used to call themselves the Royals

<Seraphna> **Luci has taken on some of the more Martial classes, having always had a good hand with a sword**
<DeathStar> *however, Asarar's team has begun to set up shop around Geyze more often, using Luci's place as their offical place of operations*
<DeathStar> *the creepy teacher seems to pick on Ruhi, Nell, Nella, Fae, Cloe, Cherie, and so on in the kid's school, as if he has it out for their group*

<DeathStar> *Nicolette would appear to be alone a lot these days, which I guess lets her study more. With Selena gone to the castle and the other Royals not around, the beginning of the semester is just study, study, study time*

<Xanatos> <Logan> Well, a place to work out of, essentially. Right now we're working out of Luci's bar restaurant thing. I saw there was an empty mansion and you know...if you don't use it...it decays and the cost of repairs are far greater.
<Alicia> * Sparkling wanders past, still studying a lot, but a lot less than in her post-revelation days where she almost overstudied. Strangely, it always seems to be the magic subjects she studies hard.

<Xanatos> <Logan> We have been pretty successful in the past. Asarar would probably want to talk specifics about retainer fees and so on. But having a dedicated base while we're here would be useful. It's not a mansion...but it's better than Luci's place.

<DeathStar> *as they talk, the heroes decendants walk by, patrolling, Ardea eyeing Nicolette and Sparkling with a look as if sizing them up before they go up. Xucarr, the wind descendant stumbles along, his weapon not glowing like the others and he looks around. The young ice descendant holds her wand, humming, looking to be way too young to be ready for this - a magi who should still be training*
<DeathStar> *Cypher hugs her as she hits the on button. The robot twitches and sputters, moving a step or two, moving to the nearest device to help out - and begins to smash it*

<DeathStar> *the day before, lots of celebrating for a new year, unaware that some of the team was busy doing mission stuff and other stuff. The academy has lots of new year stuff all over and it's still in break mode (And we will cover more of the skipped months in sessions and minis later)
<DeathStar> *the temple the group has set up is near Chelsea's shop, having incorporated it - her workshop now part of the temple and the upper floors of the temple the rooms where they stay, near the school where those who attend it can do when it's open (it's break time right now)
<DeathStar> *the lower levels are mostly closed off and guarded by robots by Chelsea and Asarar, and where Ancient tech is believed to be but no one knows how to get to it. The upper levels have also been supplied with a teleporter to Asarar's bar on Kumen*
<DeathStar> *Asarar looks out over the school grounds, spotting Sylph on a rock, doing nothing*
<Seraphna> **Luci has set up a smaller bar in the Temple for consistency reasons**

<DeathStar> <Asarar> Even though Kumen City is now considered one of the best cities to be, now suporting Spirit Tech and other Earth tech, bringing in goods from other worlds and tourism, there's defintiely a dark undercurrent to the city for the past few months. There's cameras everywhere, there's checks, security forces that only answer to Ymir and Ylva.

<DeathStar> <Asarar> It's almost like a "nicer" version of the Kumen of old. They've gotten rid of the poverty of the under Kumen and destroyed the imbalance of what was there before

<DeathStar> *the city is cleaned up nice with new shops opening up every day and new citizens joining up wtih new job offers allowing people from the lower levels to get employment and there's plenty of light going down below to light it up. But if one looks, there's camera's everyone. Also, Macross HQ has doubled in size, making it even bigger than before
<Seraphna> **Luci sighs** It’s almost nostalgic, except they didn’t try to feel me up.

She turns from the window overlooking the city and moves over, hugging each other them and hands Chelsea something* I was just going to mail this. *it seems to be a little engine piece*

<Sara> <Chelsea> Huh. How's tricks? *she asks, meaning 'how is everything'*
<DeathStar> <Ymir> I'm ... fine? Just working on my little projects and doing stuff. I rarely talk to you all unless there's a problem so what's wrong? Do you need equipment?
<DeathStar> *she takes a seat at her desk*
<Sara> <Chelsea> We just wanted to see you, see what you have been up to
<Sara> * She is examining the engine piece
<Seraphna> **Luci hops in a seat and puts her legs up, fixing her skirt a bit** Yeah, heard rumors you've tightened security a bit so we were worried something might be wrong. Need us to hit something?
<Sara> <Chelsea> Just because we rarely talk doesn't mean we shouldn't talk more
<Seraphna> **Luci nods** Figured at the least we'd catch up.
<DeathStar> *Ymir's ears twitch a little at that; the engine piece seems to be able to be slotted into just about any ship but is made to help power the Mew Mew even better* ... *she eyes each other at their comments*
<Seraphna> **Luci doesn't seem to see an issue, Chelsea is soft spoken and Luci is always direct**

<Sara> * She really does want to be able to see Ymir more, in some ways -- even if she's nervous about the stuff she saw
<DeathStar> <Ymir> I'm making Kumen City a safer city and keeping an eye on the citizens. It helps keep crime down and invaders like shapeshifters are other problems can help be eliminated with checks. It also helps with other things knowing more about everyone who comes in.
<DeathStar> <Ymir> If a weapon is used and I know who uses it, I can track down that person easier
<Seraphna> **Luci nods** Makes sense, with how many mysterious trouble makers that seem to pop up. **She smirks** So just keeping everything safe huh? Cool.

<Seraphna> Luci> And coming to the bar occasionally for a drink would be nice. You're missed.
<DeathStar> <Ymir> *listens to Chelsea, playing with a letter opener on her desk, her face a little clouded* I guess I just don't feel that welcome that much. But I guess thank you. *she notes, shrugging* Maybe I am a facist. *she admits* I don't know. Technically, I guess I'm another version of my father, only I don't go around doing evil things
<Sara> <Chelsea> Oh, um... *she rummages through her bag before producing a box of fish cookies, holding it out*

Probably Selena might have noticed it, too, and might be doing her own plotting inside to see if Eve is up to no good, or truly "protecting" her*
