<DeathStar> <Gwen> I'd guess this third city, which is funny since it's not near the Dark Realms but more near where the water Spirit is in our time. Void is where here's at in our time, up near the spiritist area, Aska is where she's at in our time, but Shade is further up north, to make a strange triangle like shape

<Xanatos> <Simon> I will say. Shade knows our situation. We had to reveal as much to get her to save Autumn's people.

<DeathStar> *Celes folds hands* What interactions I've had with Shade up on Kumen she does seem to be the no-nonsense type, much different than the Shade of the present.
<Seraphna> Alita> Void seems... different in this era. More the person I see flashes of sometimes when his impassive mask comes down.

<ChadWinters`> <Id> Based on our near encounter with Void at the other city, I agree that it maybe too risky to ask for Void's help.

<DeathStar> <Gwen> Man, I thought him just looking at me and Id he was going to crush us with oppressive weight
<Seraphna> Alita> I only saw it before when he was pushed, like with the corrupted spirits.
<Seraphna> Alita> You have to actually care to react like he did.
<DeathStar> <Neekito> Did he help with the corrupted Spirits?

<ChadWinters`> <Id> Indeed Gwen. I believe we should tread cautiously around him until we atleast have several other Spirits favor or at the least, Aska's.

<DeathStar> *Celes turns to Simon* So, how should we approach Aska?
<Xanatos> <Simon> I've been thinking. I think what we had begun to do with Lady Gale and Lady Gaia was our right path. Offer to help in spirit activities and prove some trust.
<DeathStar> <Celes> *nods* Well, I can ask Elly if she might can charm Gale away from the Mal'oy's
<ChadWinters`> <Id> That would help, but that very well will put us at odds with the Mal'oy's.
<Xanatos> <Simon> We could check with Lady Gaia first.
<Xanatos> <Simon> That way there's no conflict.
<DeathStar> <Chronos> *leans over Simon's shoulder* So you plan to rejoin efforts on helping with the Spirit/Human relations efforts?

<Seraphna> Talia> Gasp! A surprise Chrono Lady!
<Xanatos> <Simon> Indeed, do you have an opinion on that goal?
<DeathStar> <Chronos> It is not bad, but after your last efforts I thought your group had bad experiences with it
<Seraphna> Talia> I think they did not understand my genius and let the demon orb whisper too much evil to them.
<Xanatos> <Simon> There was. The only way to prove ourselves is with action, however.
<ChadWinters`> <Id> Evil? Interesting. I only was looking for another option that didn't involve destroying the landscape. I will adjust accordingly.

<Xanatos> 6* Simon rubs his neck looking off to the side.

<Seraphna> Talia> Tonight Lana and Talia give love to Gwen lots.

<ChadWinters`> <Id> To see if Chronos would try to form a pact with me.

<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I'm guessing you're incompatible."
<DeathStar> <Chronos> *nods* A pact. I believe the Ancients once told me they experiented with such things, machines with Spirits. Or at least some of them did. If such things were possible. I am not sure how far they came with the concept. But I can only pact with something with a soul, or a will, if that makes sense; at this point, Id is still a machine, though one can say he is developing quickly. But the pact would be broken the instant his body was destroyed
<ChadWinters`> <Id> While I'm able to absorb and store Spirit energy, whether this shell would be able to create a pact was always an unknown.
<Xanatos> <Bix> Bix. Pactmaster! Strong Will. 6* He nods
<ChadWinters`> <Id> I imagine the only way for me to fully know why it failed would be to try to form one then go over the data on why it failed and work on an update until either the error kept repeating or I found a way to by-pass the problem.

<Xanatos> <Simon> I believe treating it like a problem to solve is exactly why it will not work. 6* Simon gets to his feet, moving to stand by Celes.
<Seraphna> Talia> Bix should pact with Talia.
<ChadWinters`> <Id> And ultimately, I would not want to put Chronos in a situation that would put her at odds with the Ancients
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "We still don't know what is going on."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Even though we know that time is on her side."
<DeathStar> <Chronos> And that is a good answer. *to Id* Like I said, I believe you are close.
<ChadWinters`> <Id> It's no different than you figuring out why something failed, Simon. It's just a matter of perspective.
<Xanatos> <Simon> Ceil, we are going to speak with Lady Gaia about doing jobs for the spirits.

<DeathStar> *the snow comes down hard as Chronos transport them and they find Gaia building with some people to make shelters for a village that is taking too much snow for it to handle. Gale is there helping blow snow away*
<DeathStar> *As well as Frost to control the snow*
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I see why you wanted help."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...so cold..."
<DeathStar> *Gwen has frozen stiff*
<Seraphna> **Alita immediately starts going about treating cold related ailments**
<Xanatos> 6* Simon smiles wide at the cold, still wearing his short sleeve shirt and moves over to stand near Gaia, not interrupting but bowing slightly when she notices.
<DeathStar> <Celes> I am not used to such weather, I admit it. *she eyes her blonde hair looking a bit frozen on the ends*
<Seraphna> **Talia chews him into warmth**

<Xanatos> <Simon> I'm sorry no. Our shop was broken into and she stayed behind to watch it.

<DeathStar> *Gaia thinks, studying all of them, then points at Bix and has him handle getting supplies to carry them, Ceilidh and Lana, she has them deal with the people needing food made to eat or medicine*
<Xanatos> 6* BIX salutes like he was in the alliance still and begins to get to work.

<Alicia> * Ceilidh nods to Gaia, getting to work.
<Xanatos> <Simon> Of course. 6* He moves to get to work as well.

<Seraphna> **Talia turns her snow cat building prowess into Snow Cat HOUSE building prowess**
<DeathStar> *Gaia works on the ground to work on the building foundation for people to bring the supplies for the house; Celes joins Simon, using what powers she has to support the process*

<Seraphna> **Alita finishes treating villagers and helps toasting mortar with her magic**

<DeathStar> <Gaia> There's warmer places to work than my place.
<Xanatos> <Simon> Now that Lady Celes is back with us we are re-focusing on our goals of improving the world around us. We had to put a pause on that to earn enough money to make it through winter. But we are established now.
<DeathStar> <Gaia> Well, I'm glad to have you. *She nods* But are you sure you want to build houses? You lot don't seem to be the physical type
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "To be honest, we didn't know what we'd be helping with until we arrived."
<Seraphna> Talia> Help lots! Talia is mightiest cuteness ever.
<DeathStar> *Gwen plops down blocks with Simon and Celes*
<Xanatos> <Simon> I am deceptively....medicore with my strength. It is good to be versatile with our skills, however.
<DeathStar> *Gaia nods; after a few roll checks, the team makes it through the day exhausted while Gaia keeps working away. Gwen lays in the snow as it snows on her and Celes has tapped out as well.*
<Seraphna> Alita> I can perhaps help with the structural planning and refining materials.
<DeathStar> *Chronos leans over them* You all are quite cute. *she peers at the sky getting dark early due to winter*

<Seraphna> **Talia snoozes on Gwen’s chest**
<Xanatos> 6* Bix is still going strong, helping where he can. It's what he does.
<Xanatos> <Simon> I...am not sure I've ever heard you refer to someone as 'cute' before, Lady Chronos.
<Xanatos> 6* Simon is sitting cross-legged in the snow, in a meditation pose but there's a slouch in his poster and he is defintiely feeling it.
<DeathStar> *Chronos peers to the side, her face adjusting, looking older a bit despite not aging* Should I take you back?
<Xanatos> <Simon> Perhaps so. Bix! 6* He calls out and waves him over.
<DeathStar> *Gaia glances over; most of the villagers are down for the count too, but Gaia is still trudging along*

<Xanatos> 6* Simon stands, slowly and nods before giving a slow bow.
<Xanatos> <Simon> Call on us again should you need our assistance.
<DeathStar> <Gaia> Okay. I'm always building something. If you really want to find jobs, I think, um, what is the place, Gale?
<DeathStar> *Gale lands by Gaia* Place? <Gaia> Where Aska set up for this type of thing. *The two Spirits think before Frost thinks* At the Order of Spirits. She set up a board there for those who made these ridiculous pacts.

<Xanatos> <Simon> Oh? That's excellent. We will seek that out. Thank you ladies Frost, Gaia, and Gale.

<ChadWinters`> <Id> Anyone that came back to this time period knew very well what that meants. Steel your resolve and accept that somethings are meant to be.
<Xanatos> <Simon> Greetings. I was informed that the spirits have set up something with which to place jobs and tasks. Is that still true?
<DeathStar> <Man> Yeees. *the man nods, leading them to the side of the building, then wipes the snow off writings on the board; it's written in a mix of old Geyze and Ancient, but it's readable to Simon since he studied a little. They're various jobs* <Man> Do you need me to read them to you?
<DeathStar> *Celes comes back down, looking calmer and rubs her hands together* Alright
<Jackieness> <Lana> "I can to learn things, but its not what I thought it would be."
<DeathStar> *Celes sits down, eating and looks chilled*
<Xanatos> <Simon> I have been studying so I believe I can work through them. Thank you though, I may need clarification on a few words.

<DeathStar> <Celes> Well, your magic is that PAN stuff so they might take it first to learn how it works but if you can bluff you're from another world maybe and not the future.

<DeathStar> *The man helps Simon; it looks like the first job is with Barak to deal with storms, the other is with Pyro to hunt monsters that Autumn brought, Gale has a job to deal with storms that will be appearing, Gaia building building building, Frost has one (Forced on her) to do something with snow storms, and Aska has one but it is ???? and Shade has that is ???*

<DeathStar> *Simon's ice walls do a great job, Gale's work seems to be having trouble, Barak shocks Celes nd Ceilidh and the shield they form is only a little big, not enough to completely cover the front part of the city. Thankfully Simon did that as the winds begin to hit*

Gale is hit and she falls out of the sky into the snow, vanishing and Barak begins to absorb the hits as the shield begins to widdle down, down, down, until --- it passes*

As they walk in, it looks a lot like the Temples of the present day, though activated, the bottom levels much like the bottom levels that Unit 6 used to hang out in (cont)
<DeathStar> *the controls and what not running unlike in the present and showing languages in Croza that symbols that are hard to read if one did not have a grasp of Ancient. Celes takes Lana to a room area, the rooms looking way different compared to the present since they weren't changed by the Academy. The equipment all activated and having stuff out to use, most of it Lana having no idea how it works. Celes sits on a bed* This will take us up to Kumen

<DeathStar> <Celes> Yes. *down below they see snow covered Geyze; indeed the landmass is different. The Geyze they know is there but different*

<DeathStar> <Celes> Hm, becareful not to anger the Ancients too much I guess. Just watch and listen at first, questions can come later. I'll be going back after a few days so after you get settled in you'll be on your own

<Jackieness> <Lana> *nods* "Keep my mouth shut around the Ancients... ask the mentors instead..."

If an Ancient does offer you to answer questions then go ahead. *they soon are flying in space toward Kumen, where Lana would see the planet looks nothing like the Kumen of today; it looks like a civilization that is advanced, with an atmosphere (well it does have one today, but only with hard work)

<Jackieness> <Lana> "This cosmology is so different..."
<DeathStar> *they begin to land in a rainy atmosphere in an advanced spirit-tech planet, the temple like ship landing in a dock made for it. Down below Lana would see other Spirits moving about, likely from other worlds since the spirits seem unusual and some are of the same elements as Geyze. There's a fire golem, a strange alien spirit that looks like it can't exist, and so on*
<DeathStar> *the city itself stretches on with various buildings, all using spirit-tech or in this case, Ancient Tech. It's like a Hapian city but amped up*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...wow..." *looks around*
<DeathStar> *Celes steps out and emerges, looking about. Mal'oy is there talking to Aska with his talents about something, Sophia there holding Mal'oy's items. They seem to be moving off to do whatever it is that they came to do it, Celes tilting her head curiously*
<DeathStar> <Celes> Lets get you settled in.
<Jackieness> <Lana> *whispers* "I saw them at the castle on Geyze."
<DeathStar> <Celes> They must be here for some job maybe. That or Mal'oy is trying to win favor with Aska, though I am sure what it is that got him up here. *she steps onto the streets; they light up. Celes speaks the location they want to go and the ancient tech chirps and begins to take them there, floating them in a spirit bubble*
<DeathStar> *The bubble floats them past the various sights and locations, avoiding others easily without accidents, and soon stops at a building*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Well... I guess this is it."
<DeathStar> <Celes> Yes. *she leads Lana inside where a human like person is there, but Lana can tell they are not from Geyze. Just the way they talk makes it clear they are from another planet* Hello. *they put down what they are holding* You are the new talent? *the ask Lana; the building looks massive and seems to be a dorm of sorts*
<DeathStar> *the man smiles reassuringly at Lana* Don't worry. If you have any questions I'll help out. We're here to nurture those talents after all. We'll make a few courses suited just for you. For now get some rest and we'll get started in the morning where we'll see what classes best fit you. *The man hands Lana a spirit like device*

<DeathStar> <Man> Hello Lana. *He points at the doorway* Just walk toward the doorway with that device in hand and it'll take you to your room. If you want to invite someone to your room, just link them to your device and they can enter your room space

<DeathStar> *Celes links her to her own room for when she is in the dorms, then leads Lana to the doorway; Lana's spirit device leads Lana, once she steps through the door-way, to a simple room with a desk, a bed, and a bathroom*

<DeathStar> *the buildings look to be a little taller compared to city one, but at the same time look less advanced in other ways*

<Xanatos> <Simon> Addresses in this era are...unorganized. She should be in...that direction. 6* He points.

<Xanatos> <Simon> They're contectual, more like descriptions than numbered zones.
<Seraphna> Talia> The whole world is dark because there are no kitties in it.
<DeathStar> <Neekito> *to Talia* Have you considered there won't be cats in this world for a long time? Perhaps for thousands of years?
<DeathStar> *they soon arrive at a building that is covered in ice*
<Xanatos> 6* Simon considers the building, then knocks on...the ice?

<DeathStar> *After a few moments, Frost stands there, forming outside the building*

<DeathStar> <Frost> Assignment? Oh. The board assignment Aska had us do. Are you all capable of dealing with ... that?
<Xanatos> 6* Simon looks around to see what 'That' might be.
<Seraphna> **Talia, having snuck behind Neekito peeks out from behind her as a human** Talia best at stuff and things.
<DeathStar> *Neekito whispers to Simon* A major snow storm
<Xanatos> <Simon> Ah, yes, I can deal with that. 6* He turns and starts walking closer and to an open spot.
<DeathStar> *Frost muses* Very well. I will take you to the location
<DeathStar> *Frost takes the group to the third city; this city is even less developed than the other two. It's not a village, but not a major city. It looks like something in between, with the city having a massive tall tower in the middle and then little smaller buildings around it that are barely developed in places. Frost points at the distance*
<Xanatos> 6* Simon looks towards the storm, tilting his head slightly as he determines the severity.
<DeathStar> *Though this is what will be the Amazon Territory in the future, here the area is much more less flat with even some mountains in the distance; there's already snow on the gruond and the there seems to be a ton of snow around the mountain already and the weather seems to be dropping more by the moment*
<DeathStar> <Frost> I believe there is a chance the mountain might send snow this way. I've been monitoring it with Gaia.

<Xanatos> <Simon> Hm. What could be fueling this to cause it to gain in strength? 6* He begins looking around for visual clue befores he would start to use his affinity for ice magic to start mapping out the storm itself.
<DeathStar> *Simon would see that it looks like a rather cold winter and the coldness up top has made what looks to be a rather powerful storm up top that could cause more snow and that in turn could cause the snow on top of the mountain to come sliding down on top of the city that already has a lot of now itself; it looks like a path of weakening the storm could help, or along the lines*

<Xanatos> <Simon> Hm. Can we perhaps split this storm into smaller ones?
<Xanatos> <Simon> I wonder if Lady Gale would be able to help on that front?
<DeathStar> <Neekito> It can't hurt I guess. I'll go see if I can find her. *she vanishes back home*
<DeathStar> <Frost> How would making smaller snow storms help?
<Xanatos> <Simon> I am able to exert some control on sleet and ice storms but I don't have enough power to deal with something that great. Perhaps I can deal with the smaller ones, though.
<DeathStar> *Neekito returns with Gale, who looks confused, holding onto Sophia. Neekito coughs and sits down*
<DeathStar> <Frost> I see. *nods, getting the idea*
<Xanatos> 6* Simon kneels and pats Neekito's shoulder, thanking her.

<Xanatos> <Simon> Lady Gale. Hello! We could use you help....we want to split this storm into smaller storms.
<DeathStar> *Gale looks around, blinking; Frost nods to Gale while Neekito smiles at Simon*
<DeathStar> <Gale> Alright, I will get on it now. *she flies up, taking Talia with her and begins to fly toward the storms; Talia flying off to the side. Sophia watches them go*
<Xanatos> <Simon> Thank you! 6* He calls out, then moves out to a wide space and begins to prepare his ritual space, forming runes in a circle around him.
<DeathStar> *Frost begins to use her powers to try to aid in crushing the smaller storms once they are seperated*
<Seraphna> **Talia breaks up storms by disrupting precipitation buildup with fireballs and sometimes scattering storefronts with mana blasts, sparing with those since they drain her directly** Super Talia!
<DeathStar> *the storms are broken into 4, and Talia injures one of the ice and snow in one, does nothing to the second, does a little damage to the third, and somehow gets luck enough to disrupt the fourth with Frost's help, leaving only 3 minor storms*
<DeathStar> *Gale lands by Sophia with Talia*
<Xanatos> 6* Simon has to focus on one storm at a time, doing an inverse of his sleet storm where he attempts to dissipate the storm clouds instead of forming them together.
<DeathStar> *Simon manages to get a lucky roll and destroys the first of the 3 storms*
<DeathStar> *leaving two remaining*
<DeathStar> *the two other storms meanwhile begin to slowly get a little more fierce somehow, and the snow on the mountain begins to come down* <Neekito> Uh oh
<DeathStar> *Frost vanishes to deal with it while it's still far away and small*
<Seraphna> **Talia focuses and forms a series of fireballs to heat the path of the storm**
<Xanatos> <Simon> Hm, how is it growing, this makes no sense? 6* He focuses on the one Talia is now working on attempting to help take it out.
<DeathStar> *Talia weakens the second storm and Gale uses her wind along with Simon to disperse it away into the air, leaving only the remaining one. It seems to be dying down for a moment before it picks back up and gets worse, headed for the city; meanwhile Frost deals with the avalance of snow from the mountain, tied up*
<Xanatos> 6* Simon burns ability points to refresh his skill each time and works on trying to weaken the last storm, though he's also glancing around trying to see what could be feeding it to make it stronger.
<DeathStar> *Simon uses his energy, and Neekito steps up, copying Frost' power to aid him, to destroy it. Simon would pick up what looks like maybe a talent, or worse someone more powerful - a spirit surely not, being used nearby, but whoever it was seems to be gone now.*
<DeathStar> *Frost rejoins them and Gale beams at Simon* You did great
<DeathStar> <Frost> I guess I have to rejudge this entire pact thing Aska is doing
<Xanatos> <Simon> I am glad to hear that. Though I must warn that I don't believe that storm was natural.
<DeathStar> <Frost> You think so, too? I agree. At the end it was weakening.
<DeathStar> <Gale> The winds were picking back up when they should have been dying down
<Xanatos> <Simon> Indeed. I thought I had sensed some energy coming from that direction but it stopped abruptly right before we dissipated that last cloud.
<DeathStar> <Frost> I will look into it then. If someone is trying to hurt Geyze, then they are our enemies.
<Xanatos> <Simon> I concur. Thank you for allowing us to help today. 6* He bows to Gale and Frost.
<Seraphna> **Talia performs the dance of joy**
<DeathStar> <Frost> You're the one who helped the people of the city. You do not have to bow to us. Like I said, you made me rethink a few things. I'll let Aska know my view has changed a little. So far no one who has knocked has really done a good job; they all just want my power for their own gain for their rise in status
<DeathStar> <Frost> Gale, can you get them back home? *Gale nods
<Seraphna> Talia> That’s stinky! Power is to protect!

<DeathStar> *Gale takes them back to their manor where she then takes Sophia's hand* Bye bye!
