They have been fed well and given seperate rooms, though they have been allowed to see each other in a common area, along with other warriors who sometimes start fights with each other (cont)
<DeathStar> *so far Amazo seems not to be part of the invasion they have heard has started and most of the Tsivrixsh army and fleet has been thrown into it, even running over parts of the Erusians with the help of the Dark Ones. Who knows what has happened to the other under Kellin.*

<Seraphna> Kaelan> I've not checked if I can shadowjump... would be a bit weird if they locked their allies out... but I'd rather not chance it unless we have to.

<Seraphna> Kaelan> We can win our fights well and possibly get Amazo to fight with us. He just cares if there's good battles, less so who's fighting them.

<DeathStar> *the next day, Rachael begins to look little more off, especially since spending most of it in their room, even though it's a nice room, they come to the common area, sometimes fight breaks out, then back to the room; due to it being so ... the same, it looks like it's getting to her insanity a bit. She paces the room even though Kaelan and Vesper are back, mumbling to herself*

<DeathStar> *Vesper glances at them talking, then at Valen*
<Seraphna> Kaelan> I heard old stories when I was a kid, of prisons where the only way out was to win in battle.
<Seraphna> Kaelan> I think that's what this is.
<Xanatos> 6* Valen leans over to see what she's got.
<Seraphna> Kaelan> And it's the perfect set up for a dude that wants an excuse to endlessly hold fights.
<Alicia> <Celeste> "Wouldn't the prize for victory being a cushier room make more sense though?"
<DeathStar> *it seems to be a map of a massive area with floors* <Vesper> It looks to be a prison for fighting to the death and you have to get to the top. It was huge.
<Seraphna> Kaelan> If your outlook on life was a soft life being a good one, then yes.
<DeathStar> <Vesper> I could only do a few sketches of the bottom levels.
<Seraphna> Kaelan> But to him sitting here in the bottom and cowering is the worst punishment ever.

<Alicia> <Celeste> "Maybe he's weird, and thinks he's rewarding people for breaking the rules."
<Seraphna> Kaelan> I didn't mind the solirary at least. A day in a cell is nothing when you've spent a year in deep space with nothing but a God in your head.
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Could be, rebellion is an aspect of battle.
<DeathStar> *it looks like the bottom levels, there is an arena, and facilities and what not* <Vesper> I think I did pretty well... *as she finishes, guards move over to the group and stand behinde Vesper*

<Seraphna> **Kaelan tenses up in response too, eyes narrowing**
<DeathStar> *the guards eye them, then push Vesper to the side, as if daring them*

<Xanatos> <Valen> Take me. I'll accept her punishment.
<DeathStar> <Guard 2> That would insult her honor

<Seraphna> Kaelan> She's not a battle prisoner. We fight for her.

<DeathStar> *the first guard waves his hand* Fine. *the second guard frowns, clearly not pleased at this, and he pushes the entire team along, leaving Vesper behind* March

<Xanatos> 6* Valen just meant himself, but he glances at the others and doesn't argue it anymore and begins to move forward.

<DeathStar> <Lenny> It is a good thing. *Rachael walks along, since she stood up along with Lenny* <Lorelei> It looks like you and I got drafted with all those standing or speaking up.

<Xanatos> 6* Valen mumbles to himself, annoyed.

<DeathStar> *they walk many hallways, much like Kaelan did on her own before, to a lift, riding up, and up, and up; it feels like forever until they reach the top of this place and Amazo's office. The office has a ton of weapons of all kinds and feels spartan, only there to do business
<DeathStar> *Amazo eyes the team, raising a brow* I was expecting the girl
<Seraphna> **Kaelan quietly muses how something can be both spartan and decorated** We all chose to stand up for her.
<Xanatos> <Valen> It was our fault anyway.
<DeathStar> *Amazo sits at a bare desk and pulls out the crime* Very well, do you want to join a group as their chef or solitary punishment for a day
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Actually this is a great time to ask. Can we fight and advance her with us?
<DeathStar> <Amazo> *leans back* But this is her punishment, why would I let you fight?
<Xanatos> <Valen> She means in the future. We'll do solitary today. Tomorrow we'll fight. But we want to bring her upward with us as we succeed.
<DeathStar> <Rachael> *eyes a weapon, debating grabbing a weapon and attacking*
<Seraphna> Kaelan> It was an option the other day as punishment. We protect her honor with our might.
<Seraphna> Kaelan> But we'll go with what Valen wants if that's what it takes. Personally I think this entire system is boring.
<DeathStar> *Amazo leans forward* Very well. IF you want to form a group, you have to get through each of the prelims solo. Without your powers.
<Alicia> <Celeste> "And there's our answer for that."
<DeathStar> *Rachael pauses, not sure if she can win crap without magic*
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Are we allowed weapons?

<Seraphna> **Kaelan muses, thiniking about Rachael obviously, if there are bows she has a chance**
<DeathStar> *Lorelei nods and Lenny smacks her hands together*
<Xanatos> 6* Valen glances to Rachael, he's in a similar boat as her.
<DeathStar> *Rachael muses, used to charging her weapons with magic to help her out*
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> Well, lets see what we can do
<DeathStar> -SCENE SHIFT-
<DeathStar> *the group is brought through to the area the volunteers are brought; Vesper sits off to the side, their cook, along with Sia and Lia who have been serving other rooms, likely where Moira and a D man is located. Who knows if they already rose up*
<DeathStar> *an assortment of weapons is on a table; Xvash, sword, bow, etc*
<Seraphna> **Sia and Lia whisper to each other**
<Seraphna> **Kaelan inspects them, selecting a sword and shield** Rach... you might be able to get through this with a bow if you can remember the tricks that Michelle taught us.
<DeathStar> *Lenny grabs a sword and steps into the arena to face a Tsvrixsh beast, looking massive and seems to have tough skin*
<DeathStar> <Rachael> I'll try sword. Just for impact
<Seraphna> **Kaelan nods** Alright.
<Seraphna> **Kaelan moves over, spinning the sword and rolling the shield along her arm to test their weight and get used to them**
<DeathStar> *Lenny uses what God powers she can tap into it without being denied and drive her wepaon through it's heart, progressing, the beast is dragged out and another is brought in*
<Xanatos> 6* Valen takes a sword and shield too, he walks over to Rachael and leans forward to put his forehead to her.
<Alicia> * Celeste picks out a sword, preparing for her fight.
<Seraphna> **Kaelan steps through and readies.**
<DeathStar> *Vesper rocks, watvhing Lenny and seems to be in a trance for a moment, as if recalling something for a moment*
<Xanatos> <Valen> Be swift. Hit hard.
<DeathStar> *Rachael nods, peering at Valen* Try not to get knocked too hard
<DeathStar> *The beast roars and slams the ground to unbalance Kaelan*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan shifts her stance, solidly against it and slams her shield into it's face, following with a scorpion slash at it's eyes**
<DeathStar> *the shield slam does little to move it and it moves enough to bite down on the sword, shaking it's head to shake Kaelan about*
<Xanatos> <Valen> This is going to be tough without our powers. 6* He mumbles, watching Kaelan.
<Seraphna> **Kaelan's eyes turn blood red as she accesses her natural rage, flipping with one of it's shakes to get on top of it's head and slams the sharp butt of the shield down into it**
<Alicia> <Celeste> "Looks like some of us don't need powers."
<DeathStar> *Lorelei watches, and taps into the mark* I think I can still use "it" to boost you all
<DeathStar> *the shield hits it and it howls*
<DeathStar> *reaching up to grab KAelan and begins to squeeze*
<Xanatos> <Valen> Don't forget to use our natural stealth and dexterity.
<Xanatos> 6* He tells Rachael
<Seraphna> **Kaelan stabs at it's hand as it tries to close and ducks**
<DeathStar> *it flings it'sbody to gt Kaelan away, holding it's hand. It then begins to spit up something*

<Seraphna> **Kaelan rolls as she lands and rushes away
<DeathStar> *1*

<DeathStar> *it spits up acid all over the area, melting the arena in front of itself*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan keeps moving, rushing around behind it, and shifting her shield as she rams at it from behind, aiming at what she hopes is a softer rear to push it at it's own acid, focusing her attack. (Essentially using her Double Damage Perk))**
<DeathStar> *she gets a 1 and it falls into the acidic floor; it doesn't return. New floor is restored as Kaelan moves onward*
<DeathStar> <Tsivrixsh> Who is next?
<Alicia> <Celeste> "I'll go."
<Seraphna> **The twins do cheers for the fighters**
<Alicia> * Celeste steps forwards.
<Seraphna> Sia> Point end in it's butt!
<Seraphna> Lia> Eat it's nose off!
<DeathStar> *a new monster is put in and it charges at Celeste, trying to eat her head*
<Alicia> * Celeste sidesteps quickly, swinging her sword at the monster as it rushes past
<DeathStar> *she manages to cut through the hard skin and it howls; it turns and eyes her, circling even as it drips blood and stomps it's right leg to shake Celeste*
<Alicia> * Celeste strikes at the monster, unshaken by stomping, at least, unless the arena itself is shaking.
<DeathStar> *it makes a noise, howling at how she is unshaken*
<DeathStar> *it then begins to prepare it's acid spit*
<DeathStar> *3*

<DeathStar> *1*
<Alicia> * Celeste jumps to the side, out of the way
<DeathStar> *it spits and melts the area*
<DeathStar> *it suddenly reaches and piccolo stretches for Celeste to nab at her and pull her toward the acid*
<DeathStar> <Rachael> Wait, what?
<Xanatos> <Valen> What the hell sort of move is that?

<Alicia> * Celeste regains her footing and composure, being surprised by the sudden stretching, but slicing at the monster as it reaches for her. Hopefully that's enough.

<DeathStar> *she gets a 1 and cuts the arm off*
<Xanatos> 6* Valen glances out, looking for Amazo doing something fishy
<DeathStar> *he doesn't appear to be around, other than maybe a camera watching*
<DeathStar> *Rachael also looks and makes a face * Think he is beating it off to this?
<Xanatos> <Valen> Oh definitely.
<Xanatos> <Valen> Like a fucking weirdo.
<DeathStar> *the monster splurts blood and aims the blood at Celeste; the blood barely misses but some hits her armor and it makes her feel a bit dizzy. Something is definitely in it*
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> Celeste, kill it now!
<Alicia> * Celeste moves in for the killing blow
<DeathStar> *it moves it's stump up and she drives into the stump, then grabs her while her wepaon is stuck*
<DeathStar> *it begins to squeeze to crush her; what will Celeste do now?*
<Alicia> * Celeste kicks the creature in the jaw, then attempts to pull the sword out
<DeathStar> *the kick unbalances it toward the acid pit as she retrieves the sword, making it flail*
<Alicia> * Celeste uses the momentum of the drawing of the sword to help power her swing, attempting to carve it open, or at least knock it backwards into the acid if that fails. (using double damage perk, BTW)
<DeathStar> *Celeste cuts it open and it flals over*
<DeathStar> <Lenny> You have a trophy. *claps*
<Alicia> * Celeste takes deep breaths, moving towards the exit, giving a tired wave to whatever audience is here as she does.
<DeathStar> *the area is cleaned*
<Seraphna> **Sia and Lia cheer and sell Lemonade somehow, probably.**
<Xanatos> 6* Valen bounces from heel to heel and lets out a breath, moving to step in now.
<Alicia> <Celeste> "What kind of creatures can stretch like that...?"
<DeathStar> *another rancorish monster rises and faces Valen warily, then piccolo reaches for Valen from a distance*
<DeathStar> <Lenny> It seems to be adapting to us each fight
<DeathStar> *Rachael and Vesper lean forward, holding their breaths*
<Xanatos> 6* Valen lifts up the shield and steps forward into it to try and knock the arm off to the side slightly in a misdirect
<Alicia> <Celeste> "Suddenly, I'm glad I didn't even try to use powers."
<DeathStar> *it is slightly knocked to the side; as if begins to retract to it's main body, the creature charges, beginning the acid spit*
<DeathStar> *3*

<Xanatos> 6* Valen runs to the side

<DeathStar> *Valen perfectly escapes as it spits, burning the front half of the arena*
<Xanatos> 6* Valen throws the shield past the monster and runs at it. The shield would bounce off the wall and move toward the back fo the creatures as Valen slides and slashes at its leg. Hoping it falls all acid like
<DeathStar> *it hits and begins to plummet toward the acid, a perfect 1 and goes in, however, the creature counters with a 1, a hand grasping the edge and pulls itself back up, it's skin melty like as it climbs up and lumbers toward Valen, not looking plesant*
<DeathStar> *with it's hard skin melty like it begins to sling acid all over now*
<DeathStar> <Rachael> What the hell. <Vesper> Valen!!
<Xanatos> 6* Valen back up, glancing around for where the shield may have landed.
<DeathStar> *it seems to be on the ground near the creature as it lumbers forward; it lifts it's hand and slings acid at Valen. Prepare yourself. Left, Right, Left, Right, Right, Left *
