While the Cartel continues to help allied worlds with monetary needs and other help, gaining favor, the Suisen Empire does what it can for it's own worlds and brings them up from the damage of the Dark War, slowly bringing the PAX systems that are concerned cruical online with the help of Taiga and Megumi. Athena has begun her idol project, beginning to tour with her idols around the galaxy to begin a new campaign of Kitty Love and try to cheer things up, beeming to any world with Suisen Technology (Cont)
<DeathStar> *however, on the darker side, magical or unnaurtural worlds continue to bleep off as the Aquarius investigates for the rogue Templar. Titus seems to be able to evade the Suisen's efforts, dimished as they are - but also, they seem to be dealing with the remaining dark elements, destroying and locating them throughout the galaxy when even the Suisen can't find them, leaving them, to only find reports of monsters being destroyed later. <DeathStar> <Leon> Titus has a fleet of ships - which makes it hard to tell which he has made his primary ship. And he likely has them grouped up doing various tasks. It's why he's probably to be everywhere seemingly accomplishing so much.

<DeathStar> <Leon> One is probably cleaning up the remnants of the Dark Ones, one is probably wiping out the unnatural/supernatural. Another is probably gathering intel.
<DeathStar> <Leon> Problem lies with how much he's divided his forces
<ChadWinters`> Most likely, the problem is we're having problems tracking them. In our own space. Which means they have a way to skirt around our conventional means of ship detection.
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Sounds like if we silenced the scout that would slow the other two.
<DeathStar> <Leon> The Templar ships have ways of projecting fields about them. But they can't last forever. He'd need to find places to rest the ships
<Xanatos> <Xan> Do they have the means to jump out of our systems when they need to rest?
<DeathStar> <Leon> He could rest the fleet right in this system I suppose if he found a hiding spot in it that could block your scans
