<DeathStar> 6* The team after dealing with the stuff underground and what not have been looking into various scenarious popping up all over Geyze. Trying to track what Monster Queens there are and what their agendas can be ever since dealing with the Slime Queen; during this, classes will be beginning again in the next two weeks and so some students are coming early
<DeathStar> 6* You can see them signing up for fall classes to get the best spots and some are signing up for to help with the Alliance and what not, making the school and Alliance seem crowded once again as it happens.
<DeathStar> *Selena watches the new people coming to the academy through the manor windows*
<DeathStar> <Selena> I bet Auntie is happy this time of year.
<Xanatos`> 6* BIX helps organize lines, using handheld flags to direct.
<DeathStar> *Lumi, the Alliance leader, is helping keep order for the Academy, along with Bix*
<DeathStar> <Selena> I suppose we will not be able to get a lot done until the students are all signed up. *she notes*
<ChadWinters> 6Id, in projection form, helps to guide students along with Lumi and Bix. "It is interesting how busy it bas become here
<DeathStar> <Lumi> *nods to Id* It will only last for the first few weeks while students register, then move on to find what classes they want.
<Jackieness> <Sasha> *steps out into the main plaza of the academy to watch over the activity*
<DeathStar> *Celes nods to the Royals* Let us go out and stretch our legs. *the Queen exits the manor and Selena follows, moving over to those keeping order with the lines. Gwen even follows, hands behind his head*

<DeathStar> *she asks as she steps up*
<ChadWinters> 6Id turns to look at Erevis, his generic face making eye contact. "Because data is important in learning."
<Seraphna> **Jaime stretches and moves to follow.
<DeathStar> <Erevis> I see. *she peers at Jaime* Look who woke up
<DeathStar> *Lumi checks* I believe we are almost done with this crowd
<ChadWinters> <Id> I do not have the years to study peoples reactions like you have, Erevis. My apologies
<Xanatos`> 6* Simon checks to see if anyone has signed up for his advanced and very difficult magik and technology course.
<DeathStar> <Lumi> *eyes the morning line* I will close the morning lines and reopen them in the afternoon. Let the people rest
<DeathStar> *Lumi moves to put one of those little line cut up things up*
<Xanatos`> 6* BIX salutes to Lumi with a flag in one of his hands which causes one of the line to get confused and he panics and moves to correct the situation.
<DeathStar> *forcing students to rush up and get in line before she does*
<DeathStar> <Erevis> *tilts her head at Id*
<Alicia> A red haired girl darts around, distractedly looking over the lines, before finally selecting one, moving to stand in the line and pacing impatiently in place.
<ChadWinters> 6Id has an innocent look on his face as he helps a student
<DeathStar> <Erevis> Tell me, Simon, how many people do you think you get a year?
<DeathStar> *Lumi nods to the girl as she puts the line thing up*
<DeathStar> *as the students go through their lines, the group meet up. It seems that indeed some people are in Simon's class already*
<Xanatos`> <Simon> Not as many as I would like, and many do not go on to keep working on the subject. 
<Xanatos`> 6* Simon admits.
<Jackieness> <Lana> *runs out of the manor, screaming out at the top of her voice*
<Xanatos`> 6* BIX directs the red haired girl as she's the last to sign up in the morning line.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Who did it?! Where is the guilty party?!"
<Xanatos`> <Simon> ...something wrong, Lana?
<DeathStar> *a few students in the line to register peer over at Lana, too*
<DeathStar> <Gwen> *jerks* It wasn't me!!
<DeathStar> <Erevis> .... *she movs behind Id*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Wrong?! WRONG?! Everything is wrong! I've been robbed!"
<ChadWinters> 6Id tilts it's head towards Lana. 1"Lana seems to be experiencing stress

<Xanatos`> <Simon> I'm sorry something was taken, can you explain what a PAN module is and we will help you look for it?

<Xanatos`> 6* BIX glows red and he moves over to start putting up crime scene banners/tape
<Jackieness> <Lana> "That! My spells are sealed in my Personal Area Network. Its one-of-akind!"
<ChadWinters> <Id> That seems like a foolish process."
<Xanatos`> <Simon> That's a very serious theft. When did you notice it was missing and when did you last see it?
<Seraphna> Jaime> Seems like Detective BIX is on the case.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "I noticed it was missing like just now!"
<DeathStar> <Celes> So it happened when all these students showed up?
<DeathStar> *Gwen peers at all the hundreds of students*
<ChadWinters> <Id> What else have you lost? Is this common?
<Alicia> The red headed girl seems confused and a little concerned about the sudden barriers. "Is this supposed to happen?"
<DeathStar> *the other students whisper to the red head, asking her if she thinks they are trouble. The bad thing? The red head is like 2 spaces from registering*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "I keep it on me at all times. Someone had to have violated my space to steal it as I slept!"
<DeathStar> <Celes> You do fall sleep a lot when you exhaust yourself
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...ahem...besides the point!"
<Alicia> "I'm new here, so I don't know what's going on. Are we in trouble? It doesn't feel like danger..."
<DeathStar> *Selena moves over to the red head* Do not worry. *She gives a smile of assurance* No one is in trouble. Just register for classes like normal. *she bows gracefully, her long black hair swaying in the light breeze* If you have any trouble, in fact, call out to one of us
<DeathStar> *Lumi thinks* Well first thing we should do is go the manor and investigate it. That way we are not making a scene
<DeathStar> <Lumi> Shall we?
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...yes, we must do this faster.
<ChadWinters> <Id> Hmmm.
<Alicia> *She nods. She still doesn't know what's going on, and something is up, but it's under control, so she's not worried.
<DeathStar> *Lumi walks back to the manor with Erevis and Celes following. During this the red head reaches the desk and a bored man looks at her and slides her a sheet*
<Seraphna> **Jaime shrugs** To the scene of the crime! **she follows**
<Xanatos`> 6* Bix moves around to question students to see if they've noticed anyone acting suspiciously.
<Jackieness> <Lana> *heads back to the manor basement*
<DeathStar> <Man> Sign your name here, age, what classes you want to attend, what electives you'd like. Electives are things like cooking, working with Jaime's mud classes, and so on. And if you want to join the Alliances's units and help out the cause while you are at school for extra credit and to look good on your resume. *he drones on*
<Xanatos`> 6* Simon moves with the group to investigate the crime.
<ChadWinters> <Id> I place the odds or Lana misplacing her PAN at 21:1.
<DeathStar> *Erevis peers at Id, while Gwen glares; the team arrives at the manor and in Lana's basement*
<Jackieness> <Lana> *walks into her room* "This is the scene of the crime!"
<DeathStar> *Lumi kneels* One second
<Alicia> "I'm Asha, age 16 and... I want to study magik and martial arts! Can I sign up for electives later, if I find a good one?. I think I'll join up with the alliance's units to help out, though. Helping is good, and I'm pretty strong." She says this excitedly, but not especially thoughtfully, and her tone gets prouder near the end. She is pretty good.
<ChadWinters> 6Id drops it's form, now just an orb as it moves into the room, and scans about for anything out of the norm
<DeathStar> *already being short, she begins to shrink in size and is soon a celestial dog leaving her clothes behind*
<ChadWinters> <Id> Is your PAN secured behind a security system?
<Xanatos`> 6* Simon stays just outide the room and looks around for any signs of a quick escape.
<DeathStar> *Id would pick up what seems to be a signature that is blocking scans*
<ChadWinters> <ID> Interesting. My scans are being blocked.
<Alicia> *At closer range, the girl looks to be a fauna. It'd be easy to mistake her for a dog fauna, but she seems wilder than that, despite her excited friendliness.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Uhhh... it shouldn't be..."
<DeathStar> *the man nods and jots down things* Yes, you can do that. I have signed you up with a few classes that fit what you said. *he stamps the forum and hands her a badge with her ID and room number and Unit #6* Your Captain is Simon. You should go report to him for your room to stay in, Asha. Classes start in 2 weeks
<Alicia> *As the signing up process proceeds, she mentions casually "The magik here is really impressive. I wouldn't even know where to start with these barriers and things."
<DeathStar> <Man> *he blinks at that*
<ChadWinters> <Id> I agree, Lana.
<DeathStar> *Simon while looking around would see signs of what looks to be something on the floor*
<Xanatos`> 6* Simon kneels and tries to get a good look at what's on the floor, if he's unable to tell he would pull out a small knife and scrape it up into a jar.
<DeathStar> *Lumi changes back and dresses* I'm picking up a scent. Someone was in here other than Lana's
<DeathStar> <Lumi> But they had stuff to make identifying the scent too hard
<Alicia> "A...are you that advanced?!" She seems shocked at the idea that something so impressive to her is so unnoteworthy that the people here are surprised at people finding it impressive at all.
<DeathStar> <Man> Y-You'd have to ask the people running this place like Sasha or Captain Simon. I just run the desk, Ma'am. *He admits
<DeathStar> <Man> Headmistress Sasha knows everything about this place
<Alicia> *Asha nods. "Okay!"
<ChadWinters> <Id> Interesting that the their scan blocker is still active....
<DeathStar> *Simon would see what looks to be marks of what could be spirit-tech or a personal teleport - maybe Kumen be design. Probably the latter*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "So this was a professional heist..."
<ChadWinters> <Id> It probably means that they are still nearby
<DeathStar> <Erevis> So the question is why did they want Lana's PAN.
<Xanatos`> <Simon> Out here. 6* He calls to those in Lana's room.
<DeathStar> *Lumi, Erevis, and Celes move out. Meanwhile Asha would be directed, if she seeks out Simon, to a fancy manor just outside the Academy propery*

<Jackieness> <Lana> "Especially since I'm the only one that can really use it."
<DeathStar> *with a lot of plants and mud stuff*
<Xanatos`> <Simon> Teleporter markings. Some sort of personal device or some spirit tech. Definitely not exclusively a spirit.
<DeathStar> <Selena> For now at least. If it can be taken apart or something... or the goal was to keep it away from you
<Seraphna> **Jaime peers around with interest as her keywords are mentioned**

<Alicia> *Given that she has no other directions, Asha does indeed head towards the manor once she's signed up. A real student at last!

<DeathStar> *Lumi eyes it* If it's on Kumen, I guess we head there now and ask around?

<Xanatos`> 6* Xan is also outside, sitting in a chair by the door and chewing on a piece of jerky, BIX's crime scene tape just over his head.

<Alicia> *She bows politely as she approaches. "Excuse me, do you know where I can find a 'Captain Simon'?"
<Jackieness> <Lana> "If its there, I want to find it!"
<DeathStar> *Gnome carries small Terra over to Xanatos and hands him mud thing she built. It looks like a tray for items*
<DeathStar> <Gnome> Oh! Hello. Yes. He is inside.
<DeathStar> *she turns toward Asha*
<Xanatos`> 6* Xan oohs and holds Terra, placing his jerky on the tray.
<Xanatos`> <Xan> I think they're busy doing detective work. Is there something I can help you with? 6* He asks Asha.
<Alicia> "Thank you. Have a nice day." *And so, she walks to the entrance, to knock on the door.
<ChadWinters> <Id> It seems careless that you do not have a self destruct on it for this instance.
<DeathStar> <Gnome> Detective work sounds boring
<Xanatos`> <Xan> ...I think she ignored me. 6* He says to Gnome.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...do I look like I'm made of money?!"
<Alicia> *She pauses, turning around in mid-step.

<Alicia> "Oh sorry! Yes!"

<DeathStar> *Erevis walks outside and passes Asha, nodding to her. Celes and Selena go and gather stuff. Gwen bounces Id*

<ChadWinters> 6Id would sigh as he's bounced but he's a robotic ball

<Alicia> "I was told to go and ask him if I was interested in the magik they were using at the signup. I've never even seen that type of magik before."
<DeathStar> *Erevis leaps onto Xanatos' lap, being careful of Terra, and kisses him* Xanatos~. We need your big ship to fly us up to Kumen
<Xanatos`> <Xan> Ohhhhh okay. 6* He smiles and stands up to hand Terra back to Gnome.
<DeathStar> *Gnome takes her* Good luck!
<Xanatos`> <Xan> Simon! You have a student here than needs your help. 6* He puts his arm around Erevis and moves for his ship.
<Xanatos`> 6* Simon pauses and steps in front of Asha.
<DeathStar> *Erevis snuggles into Xanatos as they go to the shuttle*
<Alicia> <Asha> "I came to study magik and martial arts, so... oh, are you Captain Simon?"
<Xanatos`> <Simon> Hello, you signed up today?
<DeathStar> *Selena goes to the shuttle along with Gwen and Lana; Celes opts to stay behind*
<Alicia> <Asha> "That's right."
<Xanatos`> <Simon> You should've been given some paperwork, let's see here.... 6* He looks it over, arching a brow.
<Jackieness> <Lana> *mumble* "...because a remote self-destruct is such a good idea... hey, let's kill Lana... hack, boom..."
<Alicia> *Asha waits
<Xanatos`> <Simon> Unit 6? You must be very talented. I could show you to your dorm, or we could jump into the deep end and you could travel with us to Kumen. Which would you prefer?
<ChadWinters> <Id> Hmm, I never thought that blowing a device up enough to damage someone would be viable....6There's a slight pause between his bounce. 1"Thank you Lana for enlightening me."

<Alicia> <Asha> "There's no point heading to the dorm if I'm heading out again straight after..." *She's already made the decision. After all, she was going to join up anyway.
<Seraphna> **Jaime smiles and moves over to her parents and Terra**
<Xanatos`> <Simon> Very well. BIX will take your bags to your room. Follow me. 6* He walks quickly towards Xan's shuttle as BIX runs up to take her bags, saluting and running off.
<DeathStar> *Lumi studies the paperwork* So you'll be aiding Simon part time? Congratulations. You have big shoes to fill. We will all remember Mykel fondly. *she stares off, as if indicating Mykel died*

<Xanatos`> <Simon> Alita's husband. He if very much alive, just working elsewhere.
<Seraphna> **Jaime carries Gnome who carries Terra and moves along with the rest now that Sera is caught up**
<Alicia> *Asha cheers up rapidly hearing this, despite Mykel still being gone. Oh well, people do move.
<DeathStar> *Erevis buckles up in the second seat. Xanatos soon has them flying up into space, leaving Geyze behind them and flying toward Kumen, it's brother planet that is dual orbit, etc*
<Xanatos`> <Simon> Have you been on a shuttle before? 6* He asks Asha after they break atmosphere.
<Alicia> <Asha> "...no. This is some ship."
<Xanatos`> 6* Xan whistles to himself as he moves through the motions, adjusting a stabilizer before settling back in for the straight line boring part of the flight.
<Xanatos`> <Xan> Hey, someone finally appreciates me.
<Jackieness> <Lana> *grumbles*
<Alicia> *Asha seems almost stunned at the ship that travels through space. A space ship, you might say.
<DeathStar> <Selena> It is pretty awesome flying through space
<Seraphna> **Jaime sits with her Earthy family and grins** I’ve always appreciated you Dad.
<ChadWinters> <Id> So Lana, how important is this PAN to you?
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...if I don't get it back, I'll pack up, go home to Mars, and probably die in the gutter because I m useless without it..."

<DeathStar> *the shuttle lands at Kumen City . One second.
<Xanatos`> <Xan> It's a device she uses to allow her to use magik.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Its my Personal Area Network. I use it to store my spell power. Without it, I'm stuck with old shcool candles and blood letting."
<Seraphna> Jaime> Personal Area Network sounds like a data pad hotspot.

<Alicia> <Asha> "... huh. I've never heard of one before."
<DeathStar> *only the top level has people on it in the 7 quadrants and some people in the middle floor, but otherwise, nothing, and it's clear with no one on the bottom floor to help run some systems, it's not quite the city it was long ago. Landing in Quadrant 1 on the Top Floor near the Macross HQ, the team makes their way to the building - it towers over them, being at least 60 stories*
<DeathStar> *Selena looks over it* <Selena> This place is so different than Geyze. This entire city being so massive, with no greens. <Erevis> That is why once the terraforming was completed, most people left this city
<Jackieness> <Lana> "So where do we search?"
<DeathStar> <Erevis> *holding Xanatos' hand* I think the idea is to talk to Ymir
<DeathStar> <Erevis> And see what she can help turn up. <Sabrina> That or pay Asarar
<Alicia> <Asha> "A metal city... wow."
<DeathStar> <Gwen> You should see the lower levels. At one point the entire planet lived in this one city
<DeathStar> <Gwen> But then they were able to make the planet liveable and they left
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Let's go see Ymir then."

<Seraphna> Jaime> We might be able to ask Team Cypher for help, don’t they find things?
<Alicia> <Asha> "I'm not even from the city, so it's still a bit of a shock."
<Alicia> <Asha> "Especially not this city."

<Xanatos`> <Simon> Is it certainly better than that it sued to be. 6* Simon stands up and moves to exit the shuttle, Xan muses and decides to stay with his shuttle.

<DeathStar> *Erevis nods to Xanatos and lets his hand go as they enter the building. The woman at the desk eyes them and Selena leans over the desk*
<Xanatos`> <Simon> I grew up in the Hapian capital, but even that city paled in comparison to this the first time I saw it.
<Seraphna> **Jaime picks up Gnome again** Wanna come or stay with Dad?
<DeathStar> <Selena> Selena Hapian. This is Simon Martz from Unit 6. We need to talk to Ymir Macross
<DeathStar> <Gnome> I'd rather stay in the shuttle. I don't care for this city that much
<Xanatos`> <Xan> I would hate to have seen this palce before, it smell weird now. 6* He whispers to Gnome, moving back up into the shuttle.
<Seraphna> **Jaime nods and puts Gnome and Terra in Xan's lap before she goes**
<DeathStar> *Gnome nods* No Earthy smells
<Alicia> *Asha practically stares at the metal walls, so unlike anything she's seen before. Why would someone build an entire city out of metal anyway?
<DeathStar> *the lobbyist checks Simon's Peacekeeper badge and waves them to the elevators. Selena, Erevis, and Gwen steps on*
<Xanatos`> 6* Simon bows his head in thanks and moves for the elevator.
<DeathStar> <Selena> Why? *she thinks* Well at the time the air was toxic. So I guess due to that?
<Seraphna> **Jaime follows**
<Jackieness> <Lana> *steps on to the lift*
<Alicia> *Asha follows, unsure of the metal box, but she knows it's safe.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "It rmeind sme of Mars, actually."
<DeathStar> *the elevator shoots up and they can peer out the glass over the city*
<Seraphna> Jaime> It's way better outside the city.
<DeathStar> *going up floor, after floor, after floor, and soon reach the 58th floor and it opens into Ymir's office, where Kito and Neekito are located. Kito is a fox fauna who moves over and greets them. Neekito seems to be a cat fauna but something seems strange about her*
<Xanatos`> 6* Simon pulls out his notepad and begins to explain how the elevator functionns.
<DeathStar> *giving off a strange power about her*
<Alicia> *Asha tilts her head as she looks over at Neekito. She doesn't say anything, but it's obvious she's noticed something.
<DeathStar> *Ymir sits at her desk, a cat fauna as well, wearing a suit* Hello everyone

<Alicia> *Regardless, Asha seems quite relaxed now. The city is weird, but fauna are not.

<Jackieness> <Lana> "That's her at the desk, Simon."
<Alicia> *Except Neekito, but she's unconcerned with strange power unless it's going to be in use. Some would call magik a strange power too.

<DeathStar> *she notes, despite being 5'6*
<Xanatos`> 6* Simon blinks and nods to Ymir, his player didn't miss her line at all, nope.
<Jackieness> <Lana> *claps her hadns together* "I was hoping you might help me. I had a unique piece of technology stolen from my person earlier today."
<DeathStar> *Ymir has long long black/blue hair and dark blue eyes, wearing a nice suit to compliment her hair. She seems relaxed as she moves over and shakes all their hands, wearing gloves. She even shakes Id's "hands" if he came*
<DeathStar> *Kito for her part is wearin a magi outfit, a cute little one, with long red hair, and Neekito has long purple hair with a kimono like outfit*
<Seraphna> **Jaime muses, noting Ymir is an inch taller than her**

<Alicia> *Asha blinks at the word 'technology', but doesn't interrupt.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Its my Personal Area Network module. I constructed it myself before I left Mars for Geyze. Its been taken, and it seems the culprit use a spirit-tech teleporter with Kumen as their destination."
<DeathStar> <Ymir> I believe I know what you are referring to. *she nods, having been around Lana during some of the work stuff in the past*
<DeathStar> <Ymir> How did they get their hands on it?
<Jackieness> <Lana> "They must have violated my person as I slept!"
<DeathStar> *Ymir muses* Okay. *she takes a seat*
