The stuff on the walls aren't what you would expect in a Dark Temple, giving off a dark aura; they show stuff on one wall that looks to be showing stuff relating to the other runes, especially the Holy Rune, and the other side the Dark Rune*
<DeathStar> *along the walls darkness and corrupted blackness oozes along them, covering some of the images can be seen*
* ChadWinters` pulls out his datapad, recording everything the walls
<Seraphna> Angela> There was more to these runes than just the Dark One after all...
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Well. From what I remember there always was, wasn't there? I mean we found those runes in all sorts of places
<Alicia> * Hotaru stands ready for trouble, observing the walls with a distracted alertness. She's not letting *anything* creep up on the group.
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> The Dark Rune was the only Rune I thought was purely tied to the Dark Ones
<Jackieness> <Xeres> "We should be swift."

<Xanatos> 6* Valen looks around, poking stuff.

<DeathStar> *Valen touches some of the corruption on the wall, since it's covered all over the place, and it begins to crawl up his suit*

<Alicia> <Hotaru> "Don't touch it!" *she activates her scythe, but hesitates, since it's not exactly good for cutting goo off*

<Seraphna> **Angela nods and puts it on, then wraps her arm in Holy Energy and pushes the goo off him**

<ChadWinters`> <Dias> They are and they don't assistance being thrown in to it.

<Alicia> <Hotaru> "So... the gems take in... some sort of energy?"

<Xanatos> <Pepper> I think this is the creations of the runes. Maybe...them putting energy into the gems or stones?
<Sara> <Erica> <Yeah, that had occurred to me too...>
<ChadWinters`> That's a sound theory, Pepper.
<Jackieness> <Xeres> "Perhaps the creation of these runes contributed to their split."

<Seraphna> Cookie> Well they had to be made somehow, but what energy could convey elemental power that exists in all beings?
<ChadWinters`> It's not uncommon for people to war over something of power.
<Alicia> <Hotaru> "How sad."
<DeathStar> *as they go on it looks like the runes are powered up with light and it is used against the Dark Ones, and another image shows the Dark Ones doing a similiar process in a drawing, putting dark lines with a person into a dark gem*
<Seraphna> **Angela frowns a bit** I-It happened a long long time ago. We have no way of knowing what sparked it.
<Seraphna> Thena> These look like they put... people in the gems.
<Alicia> <Hotaru> "...or their spirits..." *she pauses* "I suddenly don't trust the runes. Especially not the dark one, but we knew that one was trouble from the beginning..."
<Seraphna> Cookie> Well we're friends with most of the Geyze spirits, even the Dark spirit.
<Jackieness> <Moira> "And these guys want it really, really bad."
<Alicia> <Hotaru> "That's not what I mean."
<Seraphna> Thena> So question is who exactly in Dark Rune.
<Xanatos> <Valen> ....just because there's people standing around a rock you think it's spirits? Weird leap. Weird weird totally out there leap.

<Seraphna> Cookie> Why is that a leap? We've personally met people that embody the elements and they're a reflection of our world, right?

<DeathStar> *in the center they find what looks to be an old shrine where all the elements, except the Dark, is located, with old rocks, perhaps to make runes out if ? Who knows. But it's all corrupted now, except a bit of holy energy from a fountain pouring down from the center*
<Seraphna> Angela> Something to pull him back after we throw him into traps? I like it.
<DeathStar> <Andrea> I just miss the days perhaps of beating you into submission
<Seraphna> Angela> Mmm, that fountain there seems to be a last bastion of the light in here.

<Seraphna> Thena> Every rune but the Dark Rune was represented here, they were left out for some reason.
<Seraphna> Angela> Whoa, I was having the same thoughts as Chad.

<Xanatos> <Pepper> Darkness perhaps has it's own involved ritual elsewhere?

<Seraphna> Thena> I think it did, and not under the agreement of the rest. Like an act of rebellion.
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Well I heard that Kyouki with the Dark Rune was able to take out entire fleets
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Before it managed to take her down
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Power for corruption
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Yeah. It turned her hair white and made her all dark
<Seraphna> Thena> Not everyone can handle power absolute like that... I think I remember something about only the worthy could use that Rune.
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Worthy by whose definition?"
<Seraphna> Thena> Just not... worthy of what.

<Seraphna> Angela> If it's a Dark One definition... power and the capability to rule the Galaxy are probably involved.

<ChadWinters`> <Durt> Well if the Rune's have someone inside it, there's a strong chance it's if that entity chooses them.
<Xanatos> <Valen> ... 6* He lets out a sigh as he looks around, looking like he wants to touch something else.
<Seraphna> Thena> That would make sense, much like how the Geyze spirits judge their summoni.

<Alicia> <Hotaru> "I couldn't see Kyouki ruling a unit, let alone the galaxy, but... power is definitely something she had. And strength too, for the amount they're different."
<Seraphna> Thena> Some will even stop working with you if you demand too much of them.

<DeathStar> *the datapad shows the shrine water seems to be full of holy energy and source. And something else. There seems to be something in the water. An object hidden under the water. But one has to reach into the partially corrupted water to grab it*

<Seraphna> **Angela moves over to the water and peers down** I'm that element... maybe I can figure this out.

<Seraphna> Thena> Thena can use telekenetics if needed to get shiny.

<ChadWinters`> 6Dias moves up to it, eyeing down in it.

<DeathStar> *Yuki walks into the rooms behind, where there's more drawings. After the elements shown, after the Dark Element, there seems to be signs of someone, the paintings are too corrupted, trying to make a new element or something. Yuki stares at the new element, or rock, or whatever* <Yuki> Think there's something like that on our side?
<Xanatos> <Valen> I'm bored, want me to do it?
<Seraphna> **Angela gently puts a gauntleted hand to the water**
