<DeathStar> <Celes> Lumi has informed me that so far there has been no leads on the Rain situation and getting information out of the shapeshifter that was captured has been hard going.
<DeathStar> <Gwen> So we are going on the idea Rain is definitely dead
<DeathStar> *right now Lumi has Peacekeepers all over Geyze looking for leads and trying to deal with the situation*
<Xanatos> <Xan> I really feel like I missed something. There was another shapeshifter incident?

<ChadWinters> Yes. 6He looks over at Xan, then at Lana. 1"I'd recommend a buddy system."
<DeathStar> *Erevis muses then glances at the pamplet* Apparently during the a 10 year Reunion for the first classes, the shapeshifters targetted and tried to cause chaos

<Jackieness> <Lana> *pulls out a bag and breathes into it*
<DeathStar> <Erevis> *she reads over the notes* Taiga's team figured out it was a shapeshifter posing as Rain and tracked them down to the Dark Lands. And when they treatened to disconnect from Rain, they went through with the threat and said their colleagues would then go through with killing Rain
<DeathStar> *Gwen rubs Lana's back*
<Alicia> * Asha fumes in the background
<DeathStar> <Celes> Lumi told me from talking to Lemon. *she eyes Chad Winters again out of the side of her eyes* That shapeshifters capture people and hook them up to devices to read their memories and learn how to mimic them perfectly
<Jackieness> <Lana> *lowers the bag* "...so...umm... with respect, majesty... have you...ahhhh.. told your sister that he best fiend may be dead?"

<DeathStar> <Celes> My question is this. *peers at Liana out of the corner of her eyes* Do we continue with our plan of taking the Maka to each of the leaders, or should we speak with the shapeshifter. Lumi will allow a select few of us to speak with it

<Xanatos> 6* Simon steps in and sits down, rubbing the bridge of his nose, he glances to Celes and shakes his head slightly.

<Seraphna> Jaime> They seem eager to break for things that want to live.
<Sara> * Liana looks over at Simon, wondering what he's thinking
<Jackieness> <Lana> "..if only we could... huh... we could scan the whole planet and light them up."
<DeathStar> <Celes> So you all believe we should take time to try to question this thing
<ChadWinters> Because they know they're nothing more than a piece in a bigger cog. Their death doesn't stop the grander plan.

<Xanatos> <Xan> There's a large enough group of us. Some can question. The rest can do the normal plan. But before we go, have the Maka perfected their detection abilities? 6* he says after listening to Erevis.

<ChadWinters> Well, I imagine with us having a live one, they've been practicing non-stop on learning to detect it.
<Xanatos> <Xan> So they could come in here and test on each of us just so we have a base level of trust as we move forward?

<DeathStar> *Outside, Kito is studying the building where the shapeshifter is located, tapping her chin then moves on, tail swishing in thought. Neekito watching her go by*

<DeathStar> <Celes> Alright. I have a list of places I want to check. I'll alert the Peacekeepers if we find a hot spot. For all we know, my theory is wrong.

* ChadWinters glances down at his datapad, then at the others. 1"I'm sure between, Jaime and Kyouki, we'll be able to hit all the places you want to.
<DeathStar> <Celes> Alright, off to the Legion then. *everyone touches Kyouki and warp out . Somewhere, Sylph hmphs*

<DeathStar> 6* Lorelei and Taiga are studying on a screen of the areas being hit by the Dark Ones; some planets are retaken, what's left of them. Mostly the planets are just wastelands. Some planets are now Dark One territory completely, too late to be saved. And oddly, some planets are being saved, the seeds saved by a strange two teenage girls, and a werewolf, as well as another group - a knight and some other woman*
<DeathStar> <Taiga> I hear that the Galactic Alliance will be meeting at the beginning of next month to talk about this and decide what to do about the Dark Ones. The Empress is not happy with how slow some races are moving.
<Xanatos> <Kellin> Next month? The Empress isn't wrong, that's bullshit.
<ChadWinters> <Durt> Agreed. The fact it's taken this long to get everyone in to a meeting is ridiculous.
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> Yes. I heard she is talking about revoking privledges. She is definitely a harsher Erevis. *she seems amused*
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "I don't know whether to be insulted or outraged at their incompetance."
<Seraphna> Si> Fuu. It’s positively electric for the mollasses that is the council.
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "... suddenly, I'm not scared of Erevis being angry at me for lying."
<DeathStar> *outside the PAX are signs that the Empress is making ships like the Iron Paw - a sign that the Empress has been making her own fleet lately*
<Seraphna> Thena> Mmm, some of those taking up time may be helping the Dark Ones though.
<ChadWinters> <Durt> Or one of the other parties that are working behind the scenes.
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> Well, I was thinking about taking the Aquarius to see how the certain planets are being saved, It might help us in the future. *she walks towards the ship*
<Seraphna> Thena> Should not expect the council to move quickly once meeting either. If there aren’t shifters among other there will be self interest.
<ChadWinters> <Durt> Works for me. 6He rests his hands behind his head as he moves towards the ship
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "I know I'm not one to talk, but shouldn't they be concentrating on dealing with the current problem instead of internal politics?"
<Seraphna> ** Thena mist waves her hand**
<Xanatos> 6* Kellin pulls out a little pouch of peanuts and begins to eat on them as he walks after Lorelei. Valen is already standing by the Aquarius.
<DeathStar> *Lorelei leads the group along the hallways toward the hangers; as they move, they near the Empress areas of the ship and they spot Ao and Leyeah talking with Aya and Dawn, who is oddly out of jail*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan tilts her head** Dawn is out already huh?
<DeathStar> <Ao> *hands the two something* You are welcome to remain on the PAX. You have sanctuary from prosecution as long as you remain here. Also, it seems packages from your address on Geyze has been routed to your P.O Box recently that you may want to look into. <Aya> And why is this being done? <Ao> *shrugs* Something about a deal with your father. *she has the two sign some stuff. Aya turns to eye the group as they move along*
<Seraphna> **Thena waves and a second Thena hugs on her**
<DeathStar> *as they reach the Aquarius, it has been done up with birthday decorations and it looks like the ship has been made to look merry, but also lights are flickering*
<ChadWinters> <Durt> Seem's someone wanted to give the ship a birthday party.
<DeathStar> *Aya thanks Ao and moves to deal with the second Thena as she moves on, looking a little Chadish*

<DeathStar> <Lorelei> Interesting. *she steps inside and crew members are wearing special uniforms and birthday hats*

<DeathStar> *as they reach the bridge, they see a cake with 9 candles and Yurica before it. Yuki is there and Robo Erica*

<DeathStar> *the ship playing the birthday song. Mireille claps*

<Sara> * Yurica looks up at them

<DeathStar> *Taiga snickers and does so, since it is her granddaughter, putting something down*
<Stretch> *Near the back of the group stands a quiet red-hed, watching while holding a cup of liquid and seeming to observe more than anything else*
<Seraphna> Si> Oh yeah I’m a grandma now huh?
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> Hm, I guess I thought this was later. *she muses in thought. She uses her datapad to have deliver something*
<DeathStar> *something delivered
<DeathStar> *Ren stretches and leans against Charlotte, smiling at her family and her sister Yuki*
<Xanatos> 6* Kellin glances left and then right, then hands Yurica a bag of this firecrackers that pop when you throw them at the ground.

<Sara> * Yurica stares at the cake, waiting for it to be cut
<DeathStar> *Yuki moves and cuts a big slice for her, setting it down*

<Seraphna> **Cookie smiles and holds up a slice for Durt, she did not take it from the cake**
<Jackieness> <Noire> *walks on to the bridge* "...I heard there was a cake."
<Stretch> *Red-Head quietly watches all of the new arrivals, the small smile on her face seems like it's one worn to placate everyone else*

<Alicia> * Charlotte quietly observes the red-head
<DeathStar> *Yuki hands everyone slices that wants one after Yurica's*
<Jackieness> <Noire> "And since this is the first tiem I've felt like coming out since we got back from Geyze... I'm hungry."
<DeathStar> *Taiga's gift is apparently a spaceship game and Ren's gift is some of Yurica's favorite snacks*
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> Well, I guess it's fine to put off a mission for a while
<DeathStar> *Lorelei's gift arrives in the hanger - a kid sized mech*
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "It's not like we're being the council and putting it off for months."
<Sara> * Erica collects the gifts into a pile
<Seraphna> **Cookie gives the slice to Pepper** His loss.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmm... Charlotte, why so political now?"
<Seraphna> Si> I mean, we know the people stopping the seeds anyway.
<Stretch> *There's a simply wrapped gift among the others, signed with a "K" that is a scale model of a battle ship that may or may not have working mini-lasers that can cause a bit of discomfort to whomever they are fired at*
<DeathStar> *Taiga kneels by Yurica* So, now that you're 9. You ready to become a captain?
<Sara> <Yurica> Of course. *folds arms*
<DeathStar> *Yuki nods to the person*
<DeathStar> *Taiga smiles and lifts Yurica up over her shoulders*
<DeathStar> <Taiga> I'll be sure to design the best ship in the galaxy for you
<Jackieness> <Xeres> *approaches Taiga and bows* "I have been sent by my Majestrix to assist you on combatting the Dark Ones."
<Seraphna> Si> With four engines!
<Seraphna> Si> And 16 cup holders!
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Ah. *Glances at Lorelei* My sister and I will be sure to deal with them. I promise. *she smiles*
<Stretch> *Red-Head nods to Yuki and the smile widens just slightly*
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Something about the council putting the dark ones on hold... annoys me."
<Xanatos> 6* Pepper nods to Cookie and eats on the slice of cake.
<ChadWinters> <Durt> Then send your Red pirate armada to fight them yourselves.
<DeathStar> *suddenly the power flickers again and Robo Erica falls over, Erica no longer in Robo Erica. Yuki frowns, as if this is happening a lot lately. She props Erica up into a seat while Taiga sets Yurica down*

<Jackieness> <Airym> "Running diagnostics." *turns to the console and starts*
<Seraphna> Cookie> I keep hoping this means she’s syncing to the ship systems finally.

<DeathStar> *Yuki covers Yurica's ears*

<Xanatos> 6* Kellin tilts his head.
<Stretch> *Red-Head drops her cup of juice and quickly reaches to her back, her smile gone*

<Jackieness> <Airym> "We must accelerate our efforts to extract her from the ship systems before she becomes too weak to maintain mental coherence."
<DeathStar> <Mireille> I almost feel like I'm able to reconnect with the ship when it happens.
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "So, what's the plan?"

<Stretch> Kaylin> I leave the crew for a while, the Captain loses her body, the ship goes completely haywire... *looks to Cookie* Why did I decide to leave again?
<ChadWinters> <Durt> Depends on who you ask. But I think this is less about finding a body and about trying to find all of her and transfer it.
<DeathStar> *there's a strange reverb ping on the ship*

<Jackieness> <Airym> *runs diagnostics on the reverb*
<Seraphna> Cookie> You were chasing a tail.
<DeathStar> *Taiga casually tells Nicolette that cake might not be a good idea now*

<DeathStar> *it seems like Airym almost caught a signal somewhere else. Maybe the PAX's sensors could help. If the Empress would aid them*
<Stretch> *Kaylin's hand lowers from her back, pauses at Cookie's words, and a real smile actually comes to her face for a fleeting moment* A biotect body could also be configured on Kumen if necessary.
<DeathStar> *Robo Erica suddenly sits back up, back*

<Jackieness> <Airym> "Strange. I detected a signal at the moment that the captianw as disrupted."

<Seraphna> Cookie> Isolate it, next time it happens we’ll track it down.
<ChadWinters> <Durt> Sure we want to take the Aquarius if it keeps having issues? 6He looks over at Lorelei
<Stretch> Kaylin> Negative. Mark 7. Specializing in combat operations and security, originally assigned to this ship when it left Kumen on its first mission.
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Alternatively, we could enquire if the PAX sensors detected it."
<Xanatos> <Kellin> Want me to call Ao and get her or Leyaeh to check?
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> Right now saving Erica is more important
<DeathStar> *Lorelei touches Erica's metallic arm* Please do, Kellin
<DeathStar> *Yuki returns and rushes over to Robo Erica* You're back

<Xanatos> 6* Kellin steps to the side and pulls up his comm to give Ao a call.
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> We can study how these groups saved the planets and stopped the seeds later afterward.
<Stretch> *Kaylin moves around to stand near the tactical station, her hands resting on the console but not touching any of the actual systems*

<Xanatos> <Kellin> *C* Hey yeah my bad we should probably catch up. Hey we are on the aquarius and had this weird power surge, could you get someone to check sensors in the hanger and see if they noticed anything? Was just a few minutes ago.

<Stretch> Kaylin> Is the problem being able to locate all of the Captains memories? Transfering them from digital to organic?

<ChadWinters> <Durt> I imagine it's more her everything is spread throughout the ship and she's not able to pull herself together.
<Jackieness> <Airym> "I have a log of the signal that I detected. I culd transfer them for comaprison with their own sensor logs."
<ChadWinters> <Durt> If she were, I imagine we wouldn't be having this current problem.
<Xanatos> <Valen> Wasn't there a girl who could literally speak to machines? What happened to her?

<Seraphna> Angela> So, is it possible she’s reconstituting herself somewhere?

The village seems to be a nice village with various stores, buildings, a spa of sorts, using the energy of Yggrasil to make a nice life giving spa, there are are one or two normal familiars and some magi types, some magi other Geyze types here, and a mix of Earth types here who have made Earth equipment that doesn't harm Yggdrasil to entertain them with holovids and stuff. This isn't a snow region and seems to be a more of a summer region - oddly Yggsrasil having regions of seasons. Another branch might be snowy
<DeathStar> *they all seem to be walking around in summer like clothes and there's even areas with water places - where they got the water it's hard to say, to stay cool*

* ChadWinters pulls his finger on ebony and several shots arc behind from his back twisting towards the adviser and aim for it's legs
<Xanatos> <Xan> Better than mass panic from suddenly having guns firing. Nice throw. 6* He tells Cassava, pulling out his pistol and stepping forward to aim at the advisor.
<Alicia> * Asha prepares, just in case it somehow is able to escape, but expecting not
<Ariel> * Nicolette prepares weaving an earth spell, but doesn't finish it.

<DeathStar> <Advisor> *To Xanatos* Ah. You want to know where to find them? *ignoring Chad for now*

<Seraphna> Jaime> Considering all those killed so far, I’m surprised they’re so eager to kill their hostages.

<Seraphna> Jaime> On that logic we cannot promise anything. Plus... they aren’t definately dead. We could let someone like Tabetha at him and simply retrieve the rest.

<ChadWinters> We atleast know they're alive for now. It just turns into a race against the clock.

<ChadWinters> We're better off killing him now. The other ones giving us more information anyways.

<DeathStar> *the two Shapeshifters are now in seperate cells, which do not let them contract or see each otehr or hear each other*

<DeathStar> *Erevis folds her arms, musing, tpaping her chin, and eyeing the Empress' stuff before her*
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "Definitely. Just... things are rough."

<DeathStar> *Sabrina sits beside her*
<Sara> <Mop Maka> Evil... is good at... making others feel like the villain...
<Seraphna> **Jaime leans in and peeks, hugging on her momma**

<DeathStar> *Erevis sighs* I am wondering if I should deal with the Empress and try to do right there after all, despite the fact it will bring out darkness in me, or continue to do things here. Xanatos is doing more good here than me. *she sighs*
<Alicia> <Kyouki> "I think you'll have to eventually."
<Xanatos> <Xan> But now is not the time. If you have to question it, you're not ready. 6* Says firmly, standing in the doorway.
<DeathStar> *Erevis glances at Xanatos, blinking*

<DeathStar> *Erevis pauses, then nods* Thank you. I will think on it. But you are probably right. *she hugs Jaime, Xanatos, and Kyouki*
