<Jackieness> <Moira> "Yeah...I had a totally different image in my head when I said we should re-open the food court."

<Seraphna> Truth> I enjoy food.

<DeathStar> <Rachael> I'd look for mop hair in it. <Lorelei> Is that possible?
<Xanatos> 6* Kellin steps in and orders a drink.
<Jackieness> <Moira> "I know my idea about the food court needs some work..." *eyes her plate* "...but I have another idea."
<DeathStar> *the kitchen bot zooms toward the drinks and grabs a glass, slamming it and spraying water all into the cup and itself; sparking it moves over, holding it out to Kellin*

<Seraphna> **Kaelan mrrrs and slides over to the bot and inspects the wiring**
<DeathStar> *looks like something came loose*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan tendrils in to fix the connection** Here you go.
<Jackieness> <Moira> "...yeah..." *eyes the bot* "...anyway...if we can do something about the 'you-know-what', we could declare this the Angel's new citadel. Then restore the PAX's unity function with inhabitants from all the kingdoms, and it can spend time over every kingdom's capital so that no one feels favored over the others."
<Xanatos> 6* Kellin tiltas his head and sniffs the drink, then takes a swig.

<Seraphna> Kaelan> As long as ya’ll are praising Tsuki I’m good. **wire working**
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> Hm. It could be a possibility. We'll have to see how safe this place is.

<DeathStar> *Rachael moves along, wearing a cloak over her outfit so she's not as "slutty" looking as before; as they arrive on the bridge the PAX seems to be nearing the smaller volcano in the Kingdom of Badelf with the port capital of Narven near it*
<DeathStar> <CHIP> Would any of you like to have a refersher course on what happened to Badelf and the leylines before we arrive?
<Seraphna> Truth> Tell us, ship dad.
<Xanatos> <Valen> I literally know nothing.
<DeathStar> <CHIP> Badelf blew up the majority of it's landmass messing with the leylines long ago; it once connected to Blantress.
<DeathStar> <CHIP> As you might remember as we talked about a few days ago, the leylines seem to be supercharging at this time
<Seraphna> Michelle> Play around and burn I guess.
<DeathStar> <CHIP> And it's our belief that might be why your powers are super charged as well and allowing us to charge up the PAX.
<DeathStar> <CHIP> However, as Badelf has chosen, if you mess with them too much...boom

<DeathStar> <Rachael> I wonder if we could blow ourselves up using our powers or is ths just a leyline thing
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Maybe burn out your body."
<DeathStar> <Rachael> *peers at Kellin* So becareful then
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> Same thing for any of us who tap into magiks or energy.
<Xanatos> <Kellin> Blowing up would definitely be a bad thing.
<DeathStar> <CHIP> Should I teleport you all down now? I'm sure the PAX's teleporters are completely safe

<Seraphna> Kaelan> I could just foxhole or shadowport if he’s gonna be sus.

<Seraphna> **Kaelan muses, then opens a foxhole to the surface after a quick scouting**

<Xanatos> 6* Valen sighs and moves to go through the foxhole, peeking his head through first.

<DeathStar> *Valen finds the capital to be much like the capital of Gelus up north, with Dragoon guards walking around, surprisingly. There is no massive tower and technology like city with Gelus' capital, but there are signs of Gelus technology here among the elves*
<DeathStar> *they walk around and seem to be dressed with a mixture of Gelus sensibilities and their own*
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Don't question it." *walks for the foxhole*

<DeathStar> *Rachael steps out and glances around* Well, I feel under dressed among my people

<DeathStar> *As they walk along the streets, Rachael eyes the Gelus technology mixed into the city*
<Xanatos> <Valen> Looks like they've been here for a while.
<DeathStar> *after some searching and being pointed, they find a massive library open to the public*
<Seraphna> **Sia and Lia fall out of Kaelan's tails looking bewildered, joining the rest**
<DeathStar> *Dragoon Guards protect the library and it seems there are actual books here much like in Gelus*
<Xanatos> <Valen> Maybe Badelf folks joined up with Gelus to form some sort of new society...or could just be a technology exchange I guess.

<Seraphna> Sia> Just not same.

<Seraphna> Kaelan> I mean, hunting halflings, blowing themselves up, harbouring rogue gods. I think they also talked in the theater.
<DeathStar> *Sia and Lia find a leyline map, showing the leylines going to the smaller volcano; it looks like someone mapped the leylines of the world a few centuries back*
<Jackieness> <Moira> *tries asking the Gelus Dragoons right outside the library about Celeste*
<DeathStar> <Dragoon Guard> Hm. *They glance at each other* I think I vaguely recall her. <Guard 2> Yeah. She reminded me of a Templar from a long time ago, that's why she stood out to me.
<Seraphna> Sia> Leyline map!
<Seraphna> Lia> Who mapped them?
<Seraphna> Michelle> Yeah that was her. Still here?
<DeathStar> *the book, strangely, doesn't say*
<Xanatos> 6* Valen squints at the map, trying to remember the leylines they found on the PAX to compare.
<DeathStar> <Dragoon Guard 2> The Church Templar from long ago? Those Church people were from like 500 years ago.
<Seraphna> Sia> Mysterious Scholar.
<Seraphna> Lia> Bet it's one of ours.
<Seraphna> Michelle> Well she'd only SEEM that old. But should have been here recently.
<Jackieness> <Moira> "We ar elooking for an alive person who also fits that description and is looking into the leylines here."
<DeathStar> <Dragoon> Ah, the recent one. Yeah, she was here. Looking for someone called Lenny. Just like the other one was a Templar for Lenneth. Wanted to know about Leylines. *Valen would note most were in the same spot, but they seem to be slightly shifted*
<DeathStar> *Rachael smacks a book down and points to it for those inside to see*
<Seraphna> Michelle> Any idea where she went?
<Xanatos> 6* Valen writes down a note about the leylines shifting and then pauses, leaning over to peer at Rachael's book
<DeathStar> <Dragoon Guard 2> She went inside and researched leylines, then seemed to have found it, came back in and asked about the volcano. We told her it was offlimits. *They point at the nearby volcano*
<DeathStar> *inside is a drawing of one of the Templars of Lenneth from during the Era of the Church. One of the Templars looks a lot like Celeste*
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> Interesting
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Wanna bet Celeste is repeating her own history?
<DeathStar> <Rachael> Was Celeste a returnee like us?
<Jackieness> <Moira> "...hopefully she didn't do something stupid..."

<DeathStar> *they show the team on the map*
<Alicia> * Asha wanders over, munching on a variety of local foods. Did she spend all this time sampling the local dishes? Yes.
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Thanks for the help."
<Seraphna> Kaelan> I'm assuming restrictions won't stop Celeste on her quest.
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Hey, sha!" *waves* "What are the mission results? We need some real food for th food court."

<DeathStar> *she takes one of her twin tails and covers her face* I don't know you people

<DeathStar> *Lorelei begins to trek toward the volcano*

<Xanatos> 6* Valen trots along after Lorelei.

<DeathStar> *Nocturne pauses, then makes a face as they near the volcano, one of her charms breaking*
<Alicia> <Asha> "Hero types really love to play with fire..."
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Darling, perhaps you should go to the shrine. **eyes the charm**
<DeathStar> <Nocturne> Yes, there's something here that is messing with my energy. Anything you need me to do before I go?

<Alicia> <Asha> "Why not? Then again, I don't know how long spirits live."
<Seraphna> **Kaelan nods** And Tsukiyomi and Tsukiko.
<DeathStar> *as they reach the base, the heat begins to increase, the cave is there like on the map*
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Forever if they have worshippers and spirit energy. This world unfortunately only has a very, very weak generation of spirit energy and I'm the majority of it.
<Jackieness> <Moira> "...oh man...this is going to suck."
<Xanatos> <Valen> Majorly suck.

<Seraphna> **Sia and Lia start to chant**
<Seraphna> **They form a heat barrier around the group**

<Jackieness> <Moira> "Question is, did Celeste take this way too...?"

<Alicia> <Asha> "Oh yeah, almost definitely."
<DeathStar> *As they arrive at the end of the cave, they arrive in what looks like a mini dungeon out of Zelda. Lava flowing and fire bats flying around. Things float in the lava to jump on to reach the other side where there's a closed stone door and switches lay about*

<Jackieness> <Moira> *just looks flatly at the video game style layout*
<Alicia> <Asha> "Who built this place?"
<DeathStar> <Sudako> Maybe if you jump across there, Kaelan waits by the switch, and..
<Alicia> <Asha> "That's really bad design, though."
<DeathStar> <Rachael> Just blow up the door
<Xanatos> <Valen> Maybe we can break the door down.
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Right now, Sudako is the only one with somethign resemblin a plan."
<DeathStar> *Rachael glances at Valen*
<Xanatos> 6* Valen nods at Rachael
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Mmm. My little puff is a good strategist.
<Alicia> <Asha> "... I think they're trying to keep us out."
<DeathStar> *Rachael tries to use wind magic to float over to the door*
<Alicia> * Asha looks over the switches. "Okay, so... none of these are going to flood the room with lava, right?"
<DeathStar> *However a lava thing shoots out at that moment and almost gets her - perhaps that's why there's platforms*
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> It's hard to say. You could pull it down slowly
<DeathStar> <Sudako> I could do it
<Alicia> <Asha> "... wonderful." *carefully tests a switch*
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Rachel!"
<DeathStar> *The door begins to open*
<DeathStar> *Rachael flops on the other side, smoking *
<Seraphna> Kaelan> **forms a foxhole to the other side and moves to check on her**
<DeathStar> <Rachael> Ow ow ow. Why do I not have water
<DeathStar> *she uses earth to put out the flame*
<Xanatos> <Valen> .....I'll heal you when I can get over to you, Rach.
<Seraphna> **Kaelan dumps a bottle of water on her**
<DeathStar> *Rachael nods her thanks and moves through the door* Oh hey,
<DeathStar> <RAchael> I see something
<DeathStar> *She moves inside and after a moment there's a clank sound and the door seems to lock in place*
<Jackieness> <Moira> "...and Rachel trapped herself."
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> I Think she locked it open
<Seraphna> **Kaelab follows her to peek too**

<Alicia> <Asha> "I hope so! We want to be able to come back."
<Xanatos> <Valen> How do we get over and not get burned.

<Seraphna> Kaelan> The foxhole.
<DeathStar> *Rachael has pulled a switch of her own; inside the room, while hot, it seems to be a massive structure and it leads downward to somewhere. Hopefully not more lava. Up above one can see how someone could climb from the top down to here.*
<Seraphna> **The twins hop through**
<DeathStar> *Lorelei takes Kaelan's foxhole she left*
<Alicia> * Asha follows
<Jackieness> <Moira> *heads through the foxhole*
<Xanatos> <Valen> oh. Didn't even notice it. 6* he hops through the foxhole
<Xanatos> <Valen> ...really thinks he climbed that? That's crazy.

<DeathStar> *Rachael looks up at the volcano top that leads into this room, then down at the ciruclar pit with stairs going down*
<DeathStar> <Rachael> What if she slipped and fell straight down?
<Alicia> <Asha> "Then she'd die."
<DeathStar> *Lorelei kneels by the dirt before the stairs* We might have trouble
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Mmm?
<Xanatos> <Valen> Footprints?
<Jackieness> <Moira> "...what...trouble...?"
<DeathStar> *There seems to be footprints - female sized - two sets of them infact, one following the other - and then a massive group of them following the two sets perhaps, or one set then the massive set and one after the massive set*
<DeathStar> <Rachael> How did so many people get in here?
<Seraphna> Kaelan> For a restricted path it sure is crowded in here.
<Xanatos> <Valen> If they all climbed then they're all insane.
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> I find that hard to believe

<DeathStar> *Rachael takes a breath and begins to move down the narrow stairs*
<Alicia> <Asha> "I don't want to spend any longer in here than I have to."
<DeathStar> *Sudako hides in the shadows - perhaps to retreat*
<DeathStar> *Lorelei goes into wing mode and floats down*
<Xanatos> 6* Valen moves with Rachael
<DeathStar> <Rachael> Cheater cheater cheater
<Jackieness> <Moira> "No wonder access is restrictedm sheesh."
<DeathStar> *presses against the wall*
<Seraphna> **Sia and Lia float down after Lore holding an umbrella**
<Alicia> * Asha heads down on foot, along with Rachael and Moira
<Seraphna> **Kaelan watches them and tugs Su into her tails**
<Jackieness> <Moira> *heads down the stairs* "...Thank goodness this isn't a wall-hugging thing. That would kill me."
<DeathStar> *the umbrella works until nearly the bottom, then it does that thing umbrellas do and it messes up and they drop*
<DeathStar> *Rachael eyes Moira along the way down, mumbling magical curses at her and Asha's breasts*
<DeathStar> *sadly, they bounce off*
<Seraphna> **Sia and Lia create an air pillow at the bottom and bounce too**
<Seraphna> **Kaelan shadow ports out of their shadows** Good work.
<DeathStar> *As they reach the bottom of pit, Rachael notices the air is different here*
<DeathStar> *And it feels things are glowing*

<Jackieness> <Moira> "what do you sense?"
<DeathStar> <Rachael> If I tried to use a magic spell down here, I Think I could blow us all up
<Alicia> <Asha> "There's a lot of energy in the air."
<DeathStar> *she eyes the two twins*
<Xanatos> <Valen> Ah shit I didn't heal you. You okay? We could go back up and I could heal you.
<Jackieness> <Moira> "so no more magic."
<DeathStar> <Rachael> I'm okay, I regened a bit on the way down.
<DeathStar> *Eyeing her burn*
<Seraphna> Sia> Controlled mana tapping could work.
<Seraphna> Lia> But still risky.
<DeathStar> *Lorelei quietly walks forward; a hallway before them*
<Alicia> <Asha> "Lets not use magic unless we have to."
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Yeah... a fireball spell could set this volcano off..."
<Xanatos> <Valen> Well we have a fall back for when shit goes bad.
<Xanatos> <Valen> ...blow us all up!
<DeathStar> *it soon begins to open up into a structure where, oddly despite all the footprints, only Celeste is standing. Before her in a massive pool of glowing liquid instead of lava. It glows with powerful energy that all of them can feel and Celeste seems to be weaving something already in progress, her circuits glowing on her hands, threatening to burn out as she is opening a portal of sorts*
<Seraphna> Kaelan> whoa.
<DeathStar> <Rachael> Wow, she is handling a massive amount of power for her circuits to visibly be appearing
<Alicia> <Asha> "What is she doing?"
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Probably opening a portal to rescue Lenneth."

<Seraphna> **Sia and Lia nod and starts casting, creating a stabilizing link with Celeste**
<Alicia> * Asha moves to support Moira, avoiding magic use for now, at least.
<Alicia> * Celeste focuses on the ritual, but seems to notice and appreciate the support
<DeathStar> *The leylines, as Celeste hasto put more into it, has gone even wilder now*
<DeathStar> *the others arrive and find Mercy facing off with a ton of mages, who have solders with them*

<Seraphna> **The twins seem to be refining the process**

<DeathStar> <Mercy> They seemed to have been following Celeste' path. Even had a secret path into the volcano
<Seraphna> **Kaelan shrugs and leaps into the shadows, starting to pull Soldiers in to disable them**
<DeathStar> *As Lenny begins to appear, the leylines begin to show red; the mages meanwhile begin to summon something*
<DeathStar> *The soldiers attack and the Mages fling fire balls at the team that aren't doing the usmmoning, the fireballs being massive*
<DeathStar> *taking out pillars*
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Right." *dashes forward, trying to take down the mages*
<DeathStar> *Moire dashes right at the fireball*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan decides to stop playing nice, tendrils snapping out of shadows, going for mages throats**
<Xanatos> 6* Valen rolls forward and activates his big shield move to block the fireballs, or as much as he can.
<Alicia> <Asha> "WHAT ARE YOU THINKING, IDIOTS?! You want to cause this place to erupt?!"
<Jackieness> <Moira> *then tries to dart to the side to avoid the fireball*
<DeathStar> *the shield blocks most of it and Moira gets by with just mild burns*
<Alicia> * Asha darts between mages, striking at them to try to silence them
<DeathStar> *Asha and Kaelan manage to kill a few of the mages; which panics the others and they do ice magik on Kaelan and Asha, freezing them in place*
<Jackieness> <Moira> *now tries to go for the mages to prvent another fireball salvo*
<DeathStar> *As Moira slashes and cuts more down and Lorelei moves in to gut another. Meanwhile LEnny lands at Celeste' feat and the Leylines have begun to rise up at their feets*
<DeathStar> <Mercy> *lifts and breaks Kaelan and Asha free*
<DeathStar> *while spinning her scythe into the back of a Mage*
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Dispel thepower build up!"
<Seraphna> **Kaelan’s eyes glow as she starts producing foxfire, a shadow clone darting for more mages**
<Seraphna> **Lia and Sia start to dispel the energy, their magic going completely to stabilizing**
<Xanatos> 6* Valen tries to fight soldiers, blocking with shield and slashing with sword.
<DeathStar> *it seems their powers are extremely superpowered down here like the foxfire and shield, due to being near the leyline; but the leyline also grows larger inturn*
<DeathStar> <Rachael> How!?
<Seraphna> Sia> Redirect the energy flow.
<Alicia> * Celeste likewise moves to try to dispel the excess energy
<Seraphna> Lia> What goes out must come back in.
<Jackieness> <Moira> *tries to take out any remaining summoners*
<DeathStar> *final few soldiers eye the scene, then eye Valen, then just throw their weapons and go for the stairs while the final mage tries to get their spell off by leaping into the leyline*
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Can we drain the leyline without swelling it?
<Seraphna> **Kaelan opens a foxhole in front of the mage**
<Alicia> * Asha tries to work out if she can, while still dealing with fighting any remaining soldiers or mage
<DeathStar> *the foxhole engulfs him completely as the leyline grows larger*

<Xanatos> <Valen> Well...not doing spells?
<Seraphna> **Kaelan closes her eyes and starts helping the twins**

<DeathStar> <CHIP> In return, her foxfire/holes being used near the leylines acts like magic to it and can cause instability.

<DeathStar> <CHIP> Each of your powers/magiks have been boosted, sometimes favorability, sometimes lethally, and in turn near the leylines they will act even more so and will cause instability issues. I would advise not using it on the ship

<DeathStar> <Taiga> I have an idea - if they are people - who some of them might be. But these people are really gunning to find these hearts. Which means Tareh will be next soon and these heart things might be why Tareh is still sealed.
<Xanatos> <Valen> How would we know where, who, or what a heart is?

<DeathStar> <Taiga> If they are tied to Centerpoint - which I agree with Noire in that - you'd look for objects tied to them. And for a person, I can only think of a few people tied to Centerpoint in the end on your end
