<DeathStar> *The Academy/Peacekeeper complex is filled with many people as all the Alliance leaders have come to take part in what to do with the Death Spirit, as well as the 7 Heroes, which many are some of the leaders themselves. Celes, Qui, Leaf, Shinobu, Linnet, as well as the others such as Andrea, the wind hero werebeast Xecarr. Either way it feels like everything is in complete chaos over the current events (cont)
<DeathStar> *while the spirits have slowly been regaining their powers back with the spirit realm cleansed, Adeline is working on Net equipment down below trying to figure out the correlation of why it's still corrupted by monsters and the Spirit Realm is not. And if that will be a problem down the road*
<Seraphna> **Jaime leans down over her shoulder to take a look at her work** I understand some of these words.
<DeathStar> <Adeline> *scans Gnome with Net equipment, then Spirit equipment, while Selena sits in the Alliance room, head propped up*
<Seraphna> **Alita sits in the Alliance Room as well, now acting as the Priestess of Void, in other words giving him an excuse not to show up unless something really happens**

<DeathStar> *Mykel leans back, legs on the table, as he eyes Shinobu, who herself seems distracted these days while dealin with her elder sister and the fact nobles are giving their alligence to her. It seems the two haven't been talking much lately*

<Seraphna> Jaime> I think we might have closed the hole between the two when we blew up that ship.
<Xanatos> 6* BIX bounces on his heels in the alliance room, humming to himself as quietly as he can, looking proud still to be in his regular body.

<Seraphna> Jaime> Hmm. Well we'll have to make sure we clean up the net then. Can't affect the Spirit Realm if there's nothing bad there.
<DeathStar> <Adeline> If I had to guess, the Spirit Realm is still part of Kumen.
<Seraphna> **Jaime smiles and runs a finger over Gnome's ear** Makes sense. What if the Net is just... I dunno, that area of the Spirit Realm making sense of itself?

<Xanatos> <Simon> I think the answer lies in the inerpolation layer that was written. To be able to take spirit energy and USE that in a non-spirit or magic way is....yes it's certainly something.
<Seraphna> Jaime> People don't think the universe is self aware either but I like to see things as we being the universe trying to understand itself. **she taps her chin**

<DeathStar> <Adeline> I think probably the system grew with the realm, probably more than Tora intended. Code can show you things of the past, depending on when it was dated. The fact it was showing the ship says a lot

<Seraphna> Jaime> LIke when you reset my Datapad every time I mess with it too much?
<Xanatos> <Simon> Data corruption, often yes it's easier to reset than it is to determine what caused the issue.
<DeathStar> <Adeline> Something like that. But I'm just afraid of what doing that to a complex system might do

Mini Death Spirit? *she informs them about if someone dies, they can turn into mini Death Spirits*

<Seraphna> Alita> Indeed, you might soon have an army pointing in the other direction.
<DeathStar> <Leaf> So who would you suggest going after Death then?

<Seraphna> Alita> I was going to say, little as possible should go, but with a plan to suppress or capture Death. Assuming it uses the name Death.

<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Likely similar, but it's uncertain."
<Seraphna> Alita> Well, the Magi have long known that Mana itself is a weakness of all the spirits. I myself used to take part in some of their experiments until I became wiser to it.
<Seraphna> Alita> It's particularly disruptive to the tear between the Spirit World and this one.
<DeathStar> <Linnet> I do not mind having my Magi aid in this.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "That being said....ahhhh... we are still having trouble tracking the real Death."
<DeathStar> *Shade walks inside, having been with Sub-Death and examining it*
<DeathStar> <Shade> I am done with my examinations
<Seraphna> Jaime> We've thought that perhaps Death, as we'll call it, might be able to be reached. He however seems to be in the peak madness that the Elder Spirits suffered from before we could cleanse their cores.
<Seraphna> **Jaime blinks and looks over**
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "This suggests an obvious cure, though getting close enough is the main problem."
<DeathStar> <Shade> *Takes a seat* I am not sure if it is like it's master, but I would be careful of that thing.

<Seraphna> **Jaime titls her head** Imbalance, I suspect.

<DeathStar> <Shade> Second. *Turns to the others* It is not like the Anti Spirits you mentioned, but it is the opposite of us Spirits. It is ... like ... a negative spirit. It is a hole. And it is a hole that is growing.

<DeathStar> <Shade> Do you know of our Spirit origins?
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I do not."
<Seraphna> Alita> I've seen the birth of Gnome. And how you brought her into the world. And first hand met those that supposedly made the Spirits.

<DeathStar> <Shade> Aska, myself, and Void were the first. Light, Dark, and the balance between. It represents this world's life. You must have light and dark.
<DeathStar> <Shade> From there, each spirit was slowly born - fire, water, earth, and so on. A key part of life.
<Seraphna> Jaime> Aye, they all each counter one another too. Kaelan calls it the... Yin Yang?
<DeathStar> <Shade> In many ways, we're all one. That thing in many ways is the antithesis of that.
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I'm familiar with the concept of Yin and Yang."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Do you mean to say that the death spirit is itself the imbalance? Or of the imbalance?"
<Seraphna> Jaime> With only one that sounds powerful, to fill an entire side. Scary at the idea of more than one though too...

<Xanatos> <Simon> In your opinion, Shade, is this a capture and purify scenario still? It sounds like it poses more of a danger to your existance than anything else.

<Seraphna> Jaime> Yes... if it's not part of the balance, then it's simply destruction. There isn't some sort of counter like a Life Spirit we could dream up?
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I was originally going to say that we needed a life spirit..."

<Xanatos> 6* BIX jogs outside quickly.

<DeathStar> *Xecarr, the wind hero, and Ardea the fire hero, look at a summoni that is bleeding out from a slash. It's clear he warped here with spirit powers, his body slowly turning black.*
<DeathStar> *Kalam frowns and moves over to the summoni*
<Alicia> * Ceilidh heads over to attempt to heal them
<Xanatos> 6* Simon moves to step out as well, holding out a hand to Kalam.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ah, Sub-Death formation!"
<Seraphna> **Jaime blinks** That slash... has to have been from Death's Scythe.
<DeathStar> *Kalam pauses, turning to Simon, as the healing seems to do little* <Summoni> A-Attacked...eve-veryone ...d-dead...
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Does anyone know where they came form?!"
<Seraphna> Jaime> Everyone...? Where?
<Xanatos> 6* Simon forms runes, trying to apply a more mana-based healing to see if that does anything to slow the blackness.
<DeathStar> <Kalam> He's one of my people. *Referring to the Monestary*
<Seraphna> **Alita muses, looking things over, then attempts first to try a revive spell against the death power** Perhaps...
<Seraphna> Jaime> Th-The whole Monastery!?
<DeathStar> *as the body begins to break down and apart despite the healing, and the revive spell failing, a small death appears and begins to attack, then flees*
<DeathStar> *slashing at anyone in it's path*
<Seraphna> **Alita is already calling up void energy to attempt to destroy it**
<Alicia> * Ceilidh attempts to capture the spirit
<Xanatos> 6* Simon frowns, jerking back
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...this is not good..."
<DeathStar> *Alita fails, and Ceilidh slows it down. Shinobu and Leaf attempt to take it down with their heroic weapons and Xecarr freaks out and dives to the side as not to be slashed*
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I suggest evacuating the area, at the least."
<DeathStar> *allowing it to pass him*
<DeathStar> <Selena> You had it to dead to rights!
<Xanatos> 6* Simon tries to form an ice wall to divert it back towards the others trying to capture.
<Seraphna> Alita> It ignores pure void!? **She scowls a bit like the spirit she now serves**
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Spirit energy won't affect it!"
<DeathStar> *it's diverted for now and Celes uses her chain weapon to attack it*
<Seraphna> **jaime watches, but knowing that others ignored Earth Walls in the past, doesn't waste the energy**
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Get me to the porject lab. We need the trap."
<DeathStar> *the spirit begins to go up in the sky*
<DeathStar> *flying off*
<Xanatos> 6* BIX leaps to do explosive blasts to try and keep it stunned.
<Seraphna> **Jaime warps Lana to the lab**
<Alicia> * Ceilidh attempts to grab it with her black whip spell
<DeathStar> *Leaf holds a familiar heroic hammer that Ceilid still has a ehco to*
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Creation! That could be the key."
<Jackieness> <Lana> *grabs the trap* "Let's go back!"
<DeathStar> <Leaf> Cration?
<DeathStar> *the death creature jerks about, then as it's being stunned, seems to be weaving something; suddenly the sky begins to turn dark*
<Seraphna> **Jaime takes her back**
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I remember your hammer can create walls, it made me realise that that's the opposite of destruction!"
<DeathStar> <Celes> I do not like the looks of that. <Selena> Nor I
<Xanatos> <Simon> ... this doesn't bode well.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "I have the tra-how did it get worse over here?!"
<Seraphna> Jaime> Don't look at me, I was with you.
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "It did something to the sky... somehow..."
<DeathStar> *Leaf creatures wall after wall after wall in front of the group as something flies in; the feel of death can be felt melting the walls*
<Seraphna> **Alita frowns and pulls out a tome**
<Jackieness> <Sasha> *calls in an order to have the Academy go to lockdown*
<DeathStar> *and making the group feel ill*

<Seraphna> **Alita blinks and slams her staff down, forming a wall of spirit that starts healing and refreshing everyone inside, using her ultimate spell**
<DeathStar> *it thankfully stops at the last wall, half-melted as the group is refreshed*
<DeathStar> <Celes> THank you, Alita
<DeathStar> <Leaf> My poor leaves were being ruined.
<Seraphna> **Alita nods, concentrating to maintain her "Stay Awake" field**
<DeathStar> *The sub-death looks weaked now and tries to flee*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "I have another hypothesis... but I'll tell you later... we need to contain it..."
<Seraphna> Jaime> I have a feeling... we're better off letting that one go.
<DeathStar> *The spirits have gathered and come up, led by Shade*
<Xanatos> <Simon> Try to catch it, so we know for sure if this will work or not.
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I trust Lana here."
<Seraphna> Jaime> That's Death out there...
<DeathStar> <Gnome> ...*Tilts her head*
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Oh... well that explains that."
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Someone needs to take the trap into range and then trigger it. It can't be a spirit or it might pull it in with the Sub-Death."

<Xanatos> 6* BIX takes the trap and blasts off to do just that.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh... I... I don't know... we don't even know how this works..."
<Seraphna> Alita> Anything can be healed, even Death. But I need the body and I hope... that wasn't his soul.
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "... I'll do i-Thanks Bix."
<DeathStar> *the wobbily small spirit looks down at Bix, then throws a scythe at him*
<Xanatos> 6* Bix eeeps and tries to leap over it.
<DeathStar> *it sinks into the snow; soon the entire area is dead. Infact, the entire area around the group from the death spell area looks dead*
<Xanatos> 6* BIX blinks trying to capture, but maybe being too late?
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "That... does not look good."
<DeathStar> *Bix sucks the Mini Death in*
<Seraphna> **Jaime grumbles, starting to literally seperate the live ground from the dead ground**
<DeathStar> <Kalam> I have to go to my monastery...
<Seraphna> Jaime> I can stem the spread for a bit I think.
<DeathStar> *she turns to go. Mykel watches her go and Shinobu frowns*
<Seraphna> Alita> Kalam. If this is any indiction that place will be swarming with those.
<Xanatos> <Simon> Alita's right, you could lose your life in the process.
<DeathStar> <Lumi> The 7 heroes, you remain here and protect this place. *She orders. Celes pauses, then nods* I want what we've captured protected
<Seraphna> Alita> You may be the last of the master of the summoni. We cannot lose your knowledge.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "If it his the monastery... that means we were right on its trail when..."

<DeathStar> <Kalam> Then I suggest you come with me
<Seraphna> Jaime> It obviously attacked them to weaken the Spirits.
<DeathStar> <Kalam> I have to see it for myself
<Xanatos> 6* BIX makes sure the mini death is is fully captured and moves to return it to Lana.
<DeathStar> *she moves over to Shiva* Please.
<Xanatos> <Simon> I understand. I will come with you.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "When dr. Hubert was hit and turned into the Sub-Death that I have in the lab."
<Seraphna> **Jaime muses** Let's approach smart at least Kalam.
<Seraphna> Jaime> We can warp nearby and observe.
<DeathStar> <Selena> You think that was the real Death that did it?
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Right."
<Seraphna> Jaime> I'm fairly certain real death or not doesn't matter. It's like a plague.
<Seraphna> Jaime> In fact that's probably one thing it can do.
<DeathStar> <Lumi> Lets hope that's not the case. If there isn't a main one we're in trouble

<Seraphna> **Thena fixes her glasses in thought**
<Seraphna> Thena> Maybe it is not unlike myself. If so then we have to sort of... draw it together.
<Jackieness> <Lana> "I suspect it was a Sub-Death born of an earlier victim."
<DeathStar> <Lumi> Lana, either get your latest Deathite into a chamber or have an assistant do it.
<DeathStar> <Lumi> The rest of you, scope it out and come back right away
<Jackieness> <Lana> *nods* "Yes, I have work to do." *trakes the trap and heads back to the lab*
<Seraphna> Jaime> Right, I'll do the warping. In case it senses spirit power.
<Seraphna> Jaime> Good old fashioned space energy instead.
<DeathStar> *Salamander goes with them; it seems the spirits are now traveling together*

<Seraphna> **Jaime gathers those going to warp them**
<DeathStar> *they arrive at the monastary and find it half decimated. Large portions of the walls are gone and Deaths are floating about, searching, while more have spread out into the wastes, leaving the area. It looks like the sacred relic and knowledge room has been broken into and destroyed, or at least it's contents spilled out across the ice fields and over the mountain*

<DeathStar> *her long black hair shifts about in the snowy wind, fists clinched in rage as she eyes all the Death spirit creatures. Salamander and Shiva survey the sight*
<Seraphna> Jaime> Good thing we didn't warp right in.... good myself...
<DeathStar> <Kalam> So much gone...
<Xanatos> <Simon> This is horrible.
<DeathStar> <Chronos> *Speaks up behind themselves* We have little time
<Xanatos> 6* BIX lets out a sad sound.
<Seraphna> Jaime> If there's this many already, that's an understatement...
<Seraphna> Jaime> Alita was right though Kalam. We'll need you to rebuild after this.
<DeathStar> <Chronos> This is a war of sorts and Death will be picking it's next target soon.

<Xanatos> <Simon> I have made up my mind. This poses too much of a threat, we need to work on eradication not purificaiton.

<DeathStar> <Chronos> These things are not corruption. You could not purify it anway, Simon. I'm not even sure you could fully kill it. It was destroyed once and used the fog to return.
<Seraphna> Jaime> This isn't one of our Spirits. This is a disease. One last parting gift from those Crowza.
<DeathStar> <Chronos> We'll have to either disperse it once more or find a lasting solution.
<Seraphna> Jaime> I'd say warp it into the sun, but touching it is deadly.

<DeathStar> *Tora leans back, eyeing the system* Reset or bring down the system for good
<DeathStar> <Tora> I'm not even sure if I know how to reset the system anymore. It's been growing so large

<Seraphna> Luci> Is this like when we reset my schedule?
<Xanatos> <Logan> How would we even bring it down? I thought that's what we already tried?

<DeathStar> *In Salamander's cave, there seems to be two items. A firey claws and a red cloak. The cloak seems able to absorb all fire damage and protects from 1/4th elemental damage in damage, while the fire claws deals fire damage and the stronger the person is, the more damage it inflicts. It looks like the person can only take one. The Void katana deals light or dark damage, making a person switch between elements, working much like the Light Spear*

<DeathStar> *As the Magi begin to gather around Bix and pull back, retreating out away from all the chaos; some of the DEath spirits rise up from the snow behind the group and in front of the people*

<DeathStar> *The Death Spirits are damaed once more, looking battered. They hurl their scythes out at Jaime and scythe; it looks like 15 scythes coming flying in as Sylph lands in front of them and uses wind to slow it them down*

Then they at least have to publicly act like they matter lest they get blamed if the Empire withdraws any benefits. Of course, the key is not to be overt about it. Thankfully most of the rulers already respect the Spirits... though there are a few we need to look

<DeathStar> *Kalam studies it, able to hold it up surprisingly and even slides it onto her hand and flexes it* The interesting thing even the heroic relics are still operating at this point, due to the nature of them being empowered with the spirit's power and connecting it to the hero and their bloodline. This relic it seems was made by the spirit's at some time in the far past with all the spirit's powers to create powerful strength that they could use or others. It appears these weapons can still operate for a time

I'll study the cores and see what I can learn. Aska would be the only remaining Spirit of the trio that is around that might know anything about the cores, unless Void deems to show up
