<Jackieness> <Moira> *crosses her arms and looks at them as if she were some older sister, even if she was not the oldest*
<Xanatos> <Kellin> You have many projects. Which one was this?
<ChadWinters> <Durt> I believe making something akin to them.
<ChadWinters> <Durt> But more on the mass-produced level and less on the converting Dragons in to mechs?
<DeathStar> *Taiga rolls a chair over and grabs something, then rolls back; holding something akin to the gauntlets, tossing it over to Kellin*
<Seraphna> Sia> How awesome is D now?
<Seraphna> Lia> D’s the best right?
<DeathStar> <Taiga> It's an anima 2,0 of sorts. I designed to be able to mimic all the abilities of the other Anima so the pilots can choose what sort of fighting Anima, but they're weaker
<Xanatos> 6* Kellin catches it and starts to look it over.
<DeathStar> <Taiga> The originals just can't be matched
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> So they're a Jack of all Trades Anima
<Xanatos> <Valen> So like...better than a normal gear though?
<DeathStar> *Taiga turns to Sia and Lia* I made the animas, including D, less dependent on magic and other things to run.
<Jackieness> <Moira> "More like programmable///like you cna't change modes mid-battle, right?"
<Seraphna> Sia> They use fighting spirit?
<Seraphna> Lia> Fighting spirit!
<DeathStar> <Taiga> But a magic user will still get a lot of out of the animas. And yes.. *To Valen and Moira* I'd stick to one fighting style of Anima to mimic at a time. You might can mimic 2 at most
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Anyway, I plan to hand these out to the Gear pilots soon
<Seraphna> Si> Still think they’re not as cool as a good Dragoon.
<Xanatos> <Kellin> Does this use that hard light tech at all? I saw some of it being sprinkled around in use on Earth. How else would the gear form around you?
<Jackieness> <Moira> A"t least you don't have to date your anima."
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Ah, you're interested in this type of stuff. The originals definitely don't use hard light tech.
<DeathStar> <Taiga> They use the dragoon transformation to surround the person
<DeathStar> <Taiga> I studied that thoroughly.
<DeathStar> *Taiga moves to take the gauntlets, handing it over to Lorelei who hands D to Sia and Lia while putting the others in a box*
<Seraphna> Si> Subspace is the Coolspace.
<Seraphna> **Sia and Lia look thrilled**
<Xanatos> <Kellin> Interesting, I guess I technically use subspace when I form my weapons. So like that. Nice.

<DeathStar> <Taiga> We know where Tareh is in the multiverse, but ...lets call it a dial up just will not work right now. <Lorelei> Tch
<ChadWinters> 6Durt leans back, looking at the map
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Line’s busy?
<DeathStar> <Taiga> So I'm working on a back door to "Dial" the reality. It'll take a bit of time. *looks at Kaelan* It might be the case.
<ChadWinters> <Durt> Or being blocked. If the false god can get in their but we can't, there has to be a reason.
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> I won't be shocked if Harbringer is behind it
<Seraphna> Kaelan> I remember something about your mother sealing a portal to Tareh.
<ChadWinters> <Durt> If it is him, then he's got access to something pretty powerful. Something to worry about.
<DeathStar> <Taiga> At one point, Tareh, Wind's reality, and our's were connected. But Tareh was also part of this triangle - it was a future version of our reality until Jean changed the future for us. If I can't get a dial up soon, I might look into seeing if those two realities might have a way in
<ChadWinters> <Durt> It might be your best option.
<DeathStar> <Taiga> I'll talk to mom about that too, but right now I've been going over files and all connections in the journals are not there anymore
<DeathStar> <Taiga> I've looked.
<Seraphna> Si> Barely able to get her to relax. **fuus**
<DeathStar> *Lorelei drums her fingers* What's the other thing?
<DeathStar> <Taiga> I found the final anima signal. It was closer by than I expected.
<DeathStar> *Earth's moon comes up and Lorelei leans forward* That place has been turned upside down over the centuries
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> I find it dubious that an anima was not discovered
<ChadWinters> <Durt> Agreed. Makes you think that they were placed recently.
<Seraphna> Kaelan> More that Tsuki didn’t notice it…
<DeathStar> <Taiga> All I can say is the signal is coming from the moon, but it's still being sketchy
<DeathStar> <Taiga> I couldn't tell you where on the moon. Maybe the other animas can help you find it. I'd use a guide on the moon to help you
<ChadWinters> <Durt> ...If we go with the belief that there's no way anyone didn't find it. Then that would mean someone slipped these in our reality recently. Which begs the question, why and for what purpose?
<Xanatos> <Kellin> Didn't Cheryl and Lemon's team do some work on the moon in the past year or so?

<Xanatos> <Valen> Slipped them into this reality?

* ChadWinters shrugs. 1"With all the reality altering people and gods and false gods, seems it's hard to not think anything isn't feasibly at this point.
<DeathStar> *Lorelei rises* Lets go to the moon and see what we can find. I'll see about getting us some help. <Taiga> If you need, you can borrow the Striker. *She motions at the strip. Rachael pauses, then runs off into the hanger*

<Xanatos> 6* Valen shoves his hands into his pockets and follows along after Rachael. Kellin peers over the anima 2.0 gauntlet again and then puts it on before moving after the others.

<DeathStar> *Lorelei steps onto the ship* We'll get back to the Ulieah later. Anyway. *She sets the large box down* As for the main animas, if people are interested in using one just let me know
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> Each Anima has different powers - Taiga write notes on what they can do. *She sets the notes down*

<DeathStar> *Ako and Rachael take them out toward the moon* <Rachael> None of them seem to be Dark elemental. I wonder if 2.0's can be

<ChadWinters> 6Durt glances at Rachael. 1"If they can have an element then it's most likely the 2.0's can. I can't see Taiga leaving an advantage out.

<DeathStar> *She walks off the ship; the techno lights of the moon flashing and she squints. Ako following suit*

<Sara> <Chris> I would appreciate if no one punched the moon again, if that's why you're here today
<Xanatos> <Kellin> I always thought this place had a cool vibe. Retrofuturism-like.

<DeathStar> <Lorelei> Anyway, We're here to find an ancient device - gear sized. But with how much the moon has been explored, we were wondering if you know any place that might not be ... well, searched. *she eyes the city with all it's lights* I can't think of many areas that hasn't been terraformed into a city.
<DeathStar> <Ako> I mean if it's gear sized maybe it's suck in a rock somewhere?

<Xanatos> <Valen> Maybe it's in like a floating platform that orbits around the dark side
<ChadWinters> <Durt> ...The one place Earthgov never searched.
<DeathStar> <Rachael> Maybe it was found already
<DeathStar> *She huffs*
<ChadWinters> <Durt> Well we're hear, we could either use the ship's scanners to look for the gear or maybe the moon's own scanning outposts to search for it
<Xanatos> <Kellin> Earthgov isn't always very...thorough.
<Seraphna> **Truth muses quietly** This feels strangely familiar.
<Xanatos> 6* Valen looks to the twins.
<Xanatos> <Valen> How did we sense these others, again? Was that you two?
<DeathStar> *Wyrd has not bothered manifesting*
<Seraphna> Sia> They all give off resonance.
<Seraphna> Lia> Energy from their cores.
<DeathStar> <Rachael> Yeah I totally get that. .... *She picks a direction toward the city*
<Xanatos> <Kellin> And if their cores are depleted for whatever reason?
<Seraphna> Kaelan> I vaguely remember us finding Truth with an Anima.

<Seraphna> Sia> Then dead. <Lia> No more use.
<ChadWinters> 6Durt rubs his face a bit. "Taiga said her scans picked something Anima here but had something odd about it. We just need to find that signal and see if we can clear it up.
<Xanatos> 6* Valen jogs off to catch up with Rachael.

<Xanatos> 6* Kellin pulls out his datapad and starts scanning.
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> *Walks along* Alright, we have a ton of animas here. Sia, Lia, work on your resonance thing. The rest of us will try to narrow areas of the moon it could be
<Seraphna> Kaelan> I wonder if Tsuki can feel it.
<Seraphna> **Sia and Lia start tapping on datapads**
<Seraphna> **Kaelan dials up her goddess Bae via god radio, aka, she prays**
<DeathStar> *As they walk the streets, the moon is definitely a uniqe place, with earth culture that leans in toward the technor feel, but it also seems to be adopting some of Kumen's feel as they walk along*
<DeathStar> <Ako> Hm, here I might have something for us.
<Xanatos> <Kellin> Hm?
<DeathStar> *She brings up areas of the moon* <Ako> Chris can verify for me. There's parts of the inner moon that is hollow and now fully explored due to some super weapon a few years back. And there are some outer areas that is empty still no city dome on it

<DeathStar> *Tsuki is walking with them, eating from a large bowl of noodles*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan smiles** Hello my Moon.

<ChadWinters> <Durt> Some sections, yes. Some of it was converted to a base of sorts that got rather big.

<Seraphna> Kaelan> We’re looking for the final Anima here.

<ChadWinters> 6Durt pulls out his datapad and does a search about the moon peoples and if any rich people came across a gauntlet of sorts that they secretly covet
<DeathStar> <Tsukiyomi> *eyes them* I'm not sure what to tell you.
<Xanatos> <Kellin> See if the closer we get the chances of picking up on a resonance.
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Just thought you might sense the energy my Moon.

<DeathStar> *Durt comes across some information about an article a while back about a man having to clear permits for a "Weapon" after the incident on the moon years ago*

<DeathStar> *Durt would read the man tries to get all sorts of weapons - rumor has it he even has a Dragoon and a Weapon*
<Seraphna> **Lia hands Kellin a metal rod** Hold this.
<ChadWinters> 6Durt makes a face, and looks in to see if anything posted about his collection talks about either a gauntlet shaped item or a full sized gear
<Xanatos> 6* Kellin blinks and holds the metal rod.

<DeathStar> <Lorelei> Yes? *there's a faint image of what looks to be a Gear, maybe an anima, in an overall picture of his collection*
<DeathStar> *she looks over the article*
<ChadWinters> 6Durt leans over to her, whispering as he shows her his datapad. 1"This might be what we're looking for if not, there's still this rumor that has me concerned that we should look into at some point."

<DeathStar> *Ako narrows her eyes, but takes one*

<DeathStar> *Lorelei turns to Chris* I guess we should go visit this person and Chris can use her abilities to get us in briefly

<ChadWinters> <Durt> I find the odds pretty hard to believe but weireder things have been happening.

<DeathStar> *Sia and Lia are picking up the strange readings Taiga was getting - an anima is on the planet, but it's like something is off*
<Xanatos> <Valen> Why do people horde stuff? My room is almost empty...am I the weird one?

<DeathStar> *The room finds themselves in front of the gates of a massive mansion, one of the largest on Lunar*
<DeathStar> <Ako> Ugh. *She eyes the green yard, with large rose bushes and hedge mazes in the backyard, climbing the fence a bit to get a good look. The massive driveway looks just perfect*
<ChadWinters> <Durt> A little much don't ya think? 6He eyes the place.
<DeathStar> <Voice> Please step away from the fence. *Ako jerks and lets go*

<Jackieness> <Moira> "So is the signal stronger here?"

<DeathStar> *Lorelei taps her chin, while Ako and Rachael eye each other, as if wondering if this is a villain's name*

<Jackieness> <Moira> *starts to look bored*
<ChadWinters> <Durt> I've come here for the Unseen Hand. He's heard of your collection and is looking to possibly trade some antiquites.
<Xanatos> <Valen> ....
<DeathStar> *Lorelei tilts her head a bit*
<Jackieness> <Moira> *just stares at Durt*
<DeathStar> <Voice> One moment good sirs, allow me to speak with Master Essex.
<ChadWinters> 6Durt crosses his arms. 1"Be on your best behavior, guards."
<Seraphna> Kaelan> **whispers** Is that Hand thing Chad or something?

<DeathStar> *The gates open after a bit and a woman approaches them. Wyrd manifests finally behind Truth, watching the woman who stops at the gate*
<DeathStar> <Woman> Please follow us. *She pauses, nodding to Chris, likely knowing she is a cop, but with the cops on Lunar, it's not surprising to have a corrupt officer*
<DeathStar> *She walks along and Ako mouths "us"*
<Sara> * Chris looks tough and sketchy, which is ... easy for her
<ChadWinters> 6Durt looks at the woman as she approaches and nods appropriately. He then follows
<Xanatos> 6* Kellin twirls the rod a bit in his hands as he walks along.
<Jackieness> <Moira> *heads fter Durt*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan follows, Truth walking careful of Wyrd**
<Xanatos> <Valen> This is weird. I feel like we're going to walk in there and it'll be Durt's dad.
<Seraphna> Sia> Durt has a Dad?

<DeathStar> *Lorelei walks along as Wyrd studies the woman. She ignores their banter but Lorelei seems to be keeping an eye out while Ako looks more tense*
<ChadWinters> <Durt> Of course I have a dad. Or had. Who knows anymore.
<DeathStar> *As they reach the door, it opens before the woman touches it, and she gestures* This way
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Just stop talking..."
<ChadWinters> 6Durt steps inside, quickly taking his surroundings in.
<Seraphna> Sia> Stop talking?
<DeathStar> *inside is a beautiful parlor with statues costing who knows much and rare, one of a kind paintings that date back centuries. Another figure is there inside, in a maid outfit - definitely a dragoon, probably the invisible one. She takes over leading them as the first woman walks off. The maid leads them into a waiting room and once they are all gathered around a table, she begins to serve drinks and refreshments*
<Xanatos> 6* Kellin's progenitor senses are on full alert now that the more serious side of this mission has kicked in.
<DeathStar> <Maid> The master will be in shortly. *She steps out, closing the doors*
<DeathStar> <Ako> *lets out a breath finally*
<Sara> <Chris> Snazzy place...
<ChadWinters> 6Durt studies the maid, seeing if he knows who it is exactly before looking around at each of the paintings and statues.
<DeathStar> <Rachael> How much does all this cost.
<ChadWinters> <Durt> Depends on the person. But a lot. And I mean a lot.
<DeathStar> <Wyrd> The first one was a weapon.
<Jackieness> <Moira> "There's a saying...if you have to ask the price..."
<ChadWinters> <Durt> One of yours.
<Seraphna> Kaelan> So the Weapon and Dragoon are true.
<DeathStar> <Wyrd> Yes. Made me want to attack.

<ChadWinters> <Durt> Kind of. They're Next Generation. But that's just semantics.

<DeathStar> <Lorelei> I suppose it depends on how much the two accepted

<DeathStar> *the Animas definitely have a different feel from the Gears; there's a consciousness to it. 2.0's lack it, but the originals have a feeling of affinity to them as they get in. Other than that, it's like a normal gear moving about. Due to their heaviness, ome of the gears are not suited to moving around in space, so the AQuarius has put little devices on the Anima to help move about and practice*
