<DeathStar> *The Suisen Empire has a large dinner event this evening planned out with many of their allies and Suisen planets planned out, with the Cartel helping to fund it due to growing influence post Dark War. Lenneth seems to be allowing it to happen in an attempt to bring the allies together and perhaps help raise funds, make connections amongst everyone, and jump start a few things since it has been some time since Dark War and while the Suisen Empire has been healing, it has been slow going. I imagine she's managed to cut enough corners to begin to pull us out of whatever pit we were in. But during this the Cartel's influence has also grown.

It powers the transportation system, it powers many key systems that the Suisen Empire offers to the member worlds and the ally worlds, and that has always been something we offer because we believe it brings us all together. Instant transportaton and communication. But sometimes though do it at a deteriment to the other aspects of the Suisen Empire, so I have been looking into restructuring things.

So I will be dividing the Suisen Empire into a main branch - the PAX branch that oversees the PAX and construction of future ship contruction. And begin a secondary branch for the Suisen legislation branch. Most of that is overseen by the many, many people already on board that the Empress does not deal with anywy, making laws for the worlds and whatnot. We will keep them here on the PAX for the time being until a suitable location is found and appointing someone to help run the branch

If he fails the psych evaluation, maybe we should look at life imprisonment, or some sort of ward with plenty of therapy. Transfer to an earth facility or something. Maybe it's no better than execution...maybe it's more cruel. But I just don't feel right about it.
