<DeathStar> *it has been decided a small group will sneak into the palace/PAX ruins to try to find Harbringer in the body of Jubei, but they'll have to get past them first as well as Dusk who has appeared before them*
<DeathStar> *sadly Amazo has already run off to do battle with god knows who*
<Seraphna> Truth> Why apologize instead of reclaim yourself. **forms her holy armor and swords**
<DeathStar> <Mercy> *eyes the busty vampire before them, drawing her scythe weapon and Rachael looks annoyed.*
<DeathStar> <Dusk> ... I am afraid my will lies with Harbringer. *her hand jerks oddly, and she seems to be drawing something to her*
<Alicia> <Celeste> "You don't have to do this."
<ChadWinters> <Durt> Seem's she might have to.

<DeathStar> *Lenny and Lenneth are off to the side, the latter still training the former, as is the Angel and Lorelei off somewhere, leaving the others to deal with Dusk*
<ChadWinters> 6Durt sighs a bit as he stands up, sliding some stuff behind him.

<Seraphna> **Kaelan smirks a bit forming her shadow katana**
<DeathStar> *The ground begins to shift and something begins to come out of it. Half-starved vampires begin to rise up*

<DeathStar> <Rachael> We need to do something.

<DeathStar> <Dusk> You all would have to come here sooner or later.
<Seraphna> **Truth stabs the ground and consecrates the vampire entrance with a field of burning holy energy**
<DeathStar> *The vampires wince at Truth and some brave the energy, leaping for her to try to bite and rip her throat out*
<ChadWinters> <Durt> Seem's they are some smart planners working under Harbinger.
<Seraphna> **Truth begins to slice and stab through them with holy swords**
<Jackieness> <Moira> *readies her sword and then slashes to keep them off of truth*
<DeathStar> <Rachael> Please don't compliment the enemy
<Seraphna> **Sia and Luca send a rolling fireball through the vamps towards Dusk**
<DeathStar> *Wyrd spins to try to keep te blood suckers back*
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Remember, Harbinger has prophetic vision! Tactical soundness has nothing to do with this!"

<DeathStar> *Dusk uses darkness to put the fireball out*
<ChadWinters> <Durt> Kaelan, out power them.
<DeathStar> *more vampires rise up underneath Sia and Lia to crawl up them to try to bite them*
<DeathStar> *As does some with Kaelan*
<Seraphna> **As they are in D already they start stomping Vamps**
<DeathStar> *they slash D even as they are stomped*
<XanTop> <Valen> I had a rapport with Vesper, not Dusk. 6* He uses the mark to see if he can figure out what sort of control Dusk is under.
<Seraphna> **Kaelan turns dark one mode and starts slashing through them as she opens multiple Foxholes around her to slice them**
<Seraphna> **Michelle picks a trick arrow carefully and takes aim**
<DeathStar> *Wyrd switched to her death aura mode, her hair going white, but it seems to do little to deter the vampires as they leap for her*
<DeathStar> <Wyrd> Unusual.
<Seraphna> **Truth sends a wave of holy through them** They are undead, Wyrd.
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Was worth a try!" *slashes widely* "These things are feral from hunger!"
<DeathStar> *Valen would find he has no connection to Dusk via the mark other than the ping*
<DeathStar> <Wyrd> Annoying
<ChadWinters> 6Durt turns and slugs one as it get's close
<DeathStar> *The vampires are easily dispatched; the problem seems to be their numbers.*
<DeathStar> <Rachael> It's game over if one gets us
<DeathStar> *She rips her collar off finally and burns a few*
<ChadWinters> <Durt> Someone needs to take on Dusk, the one controlling them.
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Truth, Wyrd, its Dusk drawing them in! You need to drive her from the battlefield!"
<DeathStar> <Wyrd> Right
<DeathStar> *She begins to zoom forward*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan pops into a foxhole, then two “Kaelans” pop out of them, one swallowing vamps into shadows while the other girls her shield at Dusk with a foxfire explosion**
<Seraphna> *hurls
<XanTop> 6* Valen frown and pulls his sword and shield out but keeps close to Rachael, fighting off any vamps that get near.
<Alicia> * Celeste and Asha keep the vampires back, not really able to deal with Dusk right now
<ChadWinters> 6Durt grabs one by the throat and slams it in to the ground. 1"That's close enough
<DeathStar> *Dusk uses her shadows to keep the foxfire back while avoiding Wyrd. She then uses her vampire draw power to draw in another vampire that looks lulled. Seraphim, who while she isn't biting anyone, looks like she is under Dusk's control. Wyrd leaps to cut through them both*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan foxholes Nephilim away from the fight a bit**
<Jackieness> <Moira> *moves toward Kaelan* "...kaelan, cna you get me near Dusk?"
<DeathStar> *Dusk allows Kaelan to grab her as she uses the same foxhole to grab Kaelan by the throat*
<DeathStar> *switching prisoners*
<DeathStar> <Wyrd> *slows down at that*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan forms another foxhole under Moira and 20 feet over Dusk**
<Jackieness> <Moira> "..or that!" *leaps and slashes at Dusk's arm*
<Alicia> * Celeste strikes at Dusk's arm as it comes out of the foxhole
<XanTop> <Valen> Kaelan how did you break his control before!?
<DeathStar> *Dusk loses the arm, dropping to the ground*
<DeathStar> <Dusk> ... *hisses, drawing back*
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Becsme a dark one. **she goes only black and starts tendril stabbing Dusk**
<Seraphna> **inky black
<DeathStar> *Dusk draws vampire shields to protect her, letting them be staked*
<Alicia> <Celeste> "Not something that works for Dusk then."
<DeathStar> <Dusk> ...Ha...ha... *she eyes her vampire army decimated*
<Seraphna> Kaelan> It might~ **her fangs shine**
<DeathStar> <Dusk> At least you put these poor fools out of their mercy.
<ChadWinters> 6Durt pulls out a gun and aims, taking a pot shot for Dusks' chest
<DeathStar> *Dusk eyes it entering her chest* You should know bullets do not effect me
<ChadWinters> <Durt> Less about affecting you and more about distracting you. 6He turns and punches another vamp
<Jackieness> <Moira> *then unleashes with Twin Heavens at Dusk as she ponders the bullet hole*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan blasts foxfire at the hole it makes**
<DeathStar> *Dusk holds out er arm to stop Moira, but then both are foxfired as she stops Moira*
<DeathStar> *sending them tumbling*
<XanTop> <Valen> Dusk, just leave! You don't need to be on our side but don't keep fighting us!
<Seraphna> **Truth slides in and helps Moira up, slashing with her free sword** He’s right. Retreat. We will end Harbinger.
<DeathStar> <Dusk> ... *her body jerks against her will* Harbringer has the power of Gartareh. Who made the Gods. Even if he doesn't have my power, he has the source. Lenneth, he will soon take your body too.
<DeathStar> <Dusk> The only reason he hasn't grasped you yet was due to your uniqueness.
<Alicia> <Celeste> "I won't let that happen." *she says it more as a statement of fact than a prediction*
<XanTop> <Valen> You would rather die than be powerless?
<Seraphna> **Michelle fires her arrow finally, aimed at Dusk’s head, it explodes with a concussive blast before impact**
<DeathStar> *Dusk goes down as Lenneth and Lenny join them finally*
<DeathStar> <Lenneth> If she is correct, then I am a danger and should remain here.
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Right, we need to take the battle to Harbinger as soon as we can."
<Seraphna> Michelle> She might be. We gotta be moving.
<ChadWinters> <Durt> If you don't plan on taking her out of the equation permanently, then someone needs to make sure Dusk is restrained in a way she can't cause any problems while we're dealing with Harbinger
<Alicia> <Asha> "It'd be just like Harbinger to twist the knife like that."

<DeathStar> *as Lorelei and Jean arrive, the forces of the Amatsune and the other Kingdoms lined up against them have used Dusk' distraction to fortify the city even more along with their anima. It'll be like a siege*
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Missing my spirits more now.
<DeathStar> *Even as the Demon army, the Jules army and Deus arrives with a bunch of fox girls to aid them, led by Gemane's daughter, it seems like cracking the city will be a pain*
<DeathStar> *Kaelan glows dark*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan blinks** Nocty?
<DeathStar> <Rachael> Tell me you did not bring a spirit
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Our best bet is to infiltrate into the city."
<XanTop> <Valen> That would be mega bad right?
<Seraphna> Kaelan> You don’t bring Nocturne anywhere. She goes where she wants.
<XanTop> <Valen> But like, won't that hurt Geyze?
<DeathStar> <Rachael> I imagine without Geyze she'd like die
<ChadWinters> <Durt> Potentially, yes.
<ChadWinters> <Durt> I assume. But who knows with the spirits.

<DeathStar> <Lorelei> I believe Nocturne is not Geyze's spirit. Her sister is

<ChadWinters> <Durt> Lorelei, any suggestions on how we can get our team in while the rest play war?
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Also manifesting in me means she’s using my connection to sustain. We’ll just be careful.

<DeathStar> <Lorelei> Well if we let the anima rampage in the army, they're dead right?

<ChadWinters> 6Id lowers to float beside Durt now.

<DeathStar> *Amazo seems to be out there, getting ready to challenge a few*

<Seraphna> **Kaelan activates T, her and Nocturne giving the Wind Anima a shadow boost, wings turn batlike**
<XanTop> 6* Valen gets some space and activates C
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Crud...we have to make sure Amazo doens't get taken over too."
<Seraphna> **She puts Su in her shoulder as battle support**
<DeathStar> <Rachael> Shit you're right.
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> Those in the anima, try to finish your fights and join us as quickly as you can.
<ChadWinters> <Durt> Then we better move quick.
<Seraphna> Truth> I wonder why Gartareh never tried that last time.
<Alicia> <Asha> "I'll back you up, Kaelan, Valen." *heads after, activating her own*
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Right." *gives herself space then summons Anima E, drawing its ore blades*
<Seraphna> **T forms a huge buster blade**
<Seraphna> **D forms drills**
<Seraphna> Michelle> Kellin, we goin sneaky or do we wanna show these people what advanced Dragoon looks like?
<ChadWinters> <Durt> You two should assist. They'll need every advantage they can get.
<DeathStar> *Lorelei and the Angel, along with Mercy and Rachael head with the army as it advances into the city*

<DeathStar> <Lorelei> Good luck kids, we'll be sneaking in
<DeathStar> *Wyrd lets herself be carried*
<DeathStar> *the enemy anima guard the city gates and as the army, Amazo, and the other anima approach, they seem to come to life*
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Anima Corps! Forward!" *heads to meet the enemy anima*
<Alicia> <Celeste> "Should I sneak too?"
<XanTop> 6* Kellin had moved off to get a vantage point, <<Up to you, I was going to be ranged support but we can tango if you want.>>
<DeathStar> <Lenny> Yes, come. *She motions Celeste to follow*
<Alicia> * Celeste follows
<DeathStar> *Enemy L aims at the army with it's weapon*
<Seraphna> **Michelle joins him** <Buster support.>
<Seraphna> **Truth joins Lore’s team**
<Seraphna> **T takes to the skies**
<DeathStar> *And seems to vanish as it stops moving*
<Seraphna> **D charges as it gains armor**
<Seraphna> **Michelle forms a Mech with Kellin at a distance and forms a buster sniper rifle**
<XanTop> 6* Valen takes C forward using the spiral beam cannon on the closest anima.
<DeathStar> *Enemy D charges in to start attacking the army as well when Amazo grabs it*
<DeathStar> *and begins to wrestle the enemy D*
<Seraphna> **D goes for another enemy, ore drills flaring while a storm of electricity splashes out from it at soldiers**
<Alicia> * Asha charges the enemy, activating her anima's lance, making sure to not get in anyone's way
<DeathStar> *Enemy T begins to attack Valen, using it's elemental weakness against it*
<XanTop> <Kellin> <And Valen is already losing..seriously?>
<DeathStar> *Meanwhile Enemy L begins to attack the army, blowing soldiers away*
<DeathStar> *while cameoed*
<Seraphna> **An orb of inky darkness drops down from the sky at L**
<Seraphna> **Michelle charges her buster and starts picking a target**
<Jackieness> <Moira> *takes E down the middle of the battle line*
<DeathStar> *The Enemy E challenges Moira to a fight, the two Animas battling each other*
<XanTop> 6* C uses one of Valen's moves and forms a large, Reinhart-esque shield to start blocking the attacks and cut off a piece of the battlefield for their people to get into position too.
<Jackieness> <Moira> *crosses blades, relying on her sword skill to carry it through*
<DeathStar> *The enemy army so far remains behind their city walls, making them at a defensible positioned. They seem to be firing magitech guns at the heroic army before they can approach and even with Anima L revealed in inky gunk, it keeps firing*
<Seraphna> **When the orb splashes it rolls out foxfire and blights anything it can fine, stabbing and consuming**
<XanTop> <Kellin> <<Sneaky inky, take it down>>
<Seraphna> **Michelle aims and fires a bustah blast at L**
<DeathStar> *L begins to try to move after being gained up on*
<DeathStar> *Anima T lands near C and slides while Anima E seems to have an exceptional swords man, parrying and sliding about with Moira and leaps and slashes*
<DeathStar> *Amazo meanwhile is suplexing Anima D*
<Seraphna> **Michelle blasts at L again if the blast doesn’t take it**
<Seraphna> **T drops another inky dark blob of stabbing foxfire mayhem, on the walls**
<Jackieness> <Moira> *uses both blades to parry, then maneuvers to try to get her opponent into a swordlock with her*
<DeathStar> *L aims up at the sky at T and fires a Zephyr blastah blast*
<DeathStar> *To take it out even as L breaks down*
<Seraphna> **Michelle fires at the wall where the canons seem heaviest**
<DeathStar> *Enemy E gets into the lock with E*
<Seraphna> **T spirals and gets clipped on a leg and arm, losing altitude** Whoa girl.
<DeathStar> *Enemy T uses wing magik on Valen to try to blow it away*
<Jackieness> <Moira> *then holds it steady and pushes off, switching to personal size mode as she laucnehs herself at the other E's cockpit*
<DeathStar> *meanwhile Enemy J is trying to set fire to the army while Enemy C is using it's magik coil weapon to try to bind Asha*
<Seraphna> **D side charges at Enemy T, barreling into it with drills while it’s focused on Valen**
<DeathStar> *Enemy C's pilot is thrown off as she does that, an elven pilot who stares at her like she is insane*
<XanTop> 6* C still using the shield started to slide away by the wind, trying to dig it's feet in
<Alicia> * Asha keeps moving, evading the binds, lunging at C suddenly to try to take down the distraction
<Seraphna> **T drops out of the air, straight down at J sword first**
<DeathStar> *Amazo finishes off D, tossing the broken Anima to the side*
<DeathStar> *Enemy T then begins to manifest a new wype of weapon - a cool gun*
<Seraphna> **Michelle keeps slamming Bustah shots into the enemy walls and cannons**
<XanTop> 6* C charges forward now that T is distracted by D and throws a blast of lightning forward using both C and Valen's energy to do so.
<DeathStar> *Enemy C rolls with J, the two comically ore monsters rolling around*
<DeathStar> *While making the cool gun, it gets drilled in the butt and shocked; Anima T sputtering now and breaking down*
<XanTop> 6* Valen looks to the EvE fight to see if Moira needs help.
<Seraphna> **D keeps punching as the hatch opens and Lia uses Wind magic to grab enemy D’s gauntlet**
<DeathStar> *Strangely, when they try to grab the gauntlet, the two anima's begin to act up and both shut down*
<DeathStar> *Taking both out of the fight*
<Seraphna> **The two nod and each take a D gauntlet, and the Enemy T and make their way back separately**
<Jackieness> <Moira> stabs at the cockpit with the twin ore blades while the other pilot is stunned by her move.

<DeathStar> *MOira stops Enemy E's pilot through stabbing motions*
<DeathStar> *the large Anima tipping over with her on it*
<DeathStar> *Anima C and J begin to back up, sensing their time is up with the other anima dropping*
<DeathStar> *And begin to plot something
<DeathStar> *The enemy ones*
<Seraphna> **T folllows it’s landing attack on J by holding out an arm, a mass of Dark One gunk covering J and tearing**
<DeathStar> *Anima C coils T before it can do that*
<DeathStar> *And spins it away*
<DeathStar> *sending Anima T flying at J*
<XanTop> 6* C fires coil shots atenemy C
<Seraphna> **Kaelsn thanks it for the help? More Dark one gunk coming out of the Anima to swallow J**

<DeathStar> *Kaelan gunks Asha*
<Seraphna> Oh
<Seraphna> **Kaelsn degunks her and turns to face the two**
<DeathStar> *Anima J begins to glow with speed and holds out it's lance; it begins to speed along the battle field so fast it's hard to track and rams it's lance through Anima t*
<DeathStar> *While she's degunking*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan opens a Fox Hole as it comes in, the other opening behind J to redirect the spear**
<DeathStar> *Enemy C blinks and turns to C
<Seraphna> **Su leaps off her shoulder to stroke at it with a huge dark claw**
<Seraphna> **Strike
<Jackieness> <Moira> *returns E to full size and then moves to inttercept J*
<XanTop> 6* C auto repairs from the earlier T damage as it waves at C.
<DeathStar> *Enemy C tries to lightning the other C while it shifts about, coiling it back*
<Seraphna> **Sia and Lia now free from the fight store the gauntlets and begin to chant something together**
<DeathStar> *Anima T would be unable to stop the spear from hitting it this time*
<DeathStar> *But that does mean J is stuck with a spear in it as Moira arrives*
<Alicia> <Asha> *assists Moira in striking at the enemy J*
<Jackieness> <Moira> *aims a slah at J's cokcpit as she gets within attack range*
<DeathStar> *Enemy J is tanking it's lance out as Asha and Moira attack*
<Seraphna> **T takes the hit, Kaelan inside looking at where the spear nearly made her a Kabob**
<XanTop> 6* C takes the lightning since it's strong against it and return coil shots instead.
<DeathStar> *The Enemy J jerks and begins to shut off as the two gang up on it. It glows with fire, overloading*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan gunks T with Dark stuff and stumbles back**
<DeathStar> *Enemy C tries to do the same to C, but since Valen got a head start it falls apart first and shuts down*
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Pull back!" *tries to retreat*
<DeathStar> *Enemy J begins to shoot fire everywhere*
<Seraphna> **Sia and Lia finish chanting**
<DeathStar> *As it shakes*
<Seraphna> **T grabs Su and leaps away gliding to get distance**
<XanTop> 6* C cheers to itself, then kicks in the auto repair as it waits.
<DeathStar> *Then the anima falls over, constantly burning, much like the state they found it in*
<Seraphna> **Sia and Lia watch as a huge sphere of fire descends on the walls, then flop over**
<Alicia> * Asha retreats, shielding anyone else from the fire as she does
<DeathStar> *Asha takes the fire from taking out more anima*
<DeathStar> *meanwhilem the enemy on the walls are finally taken a hit that blows the walls and allows the army to get into the city where the fighting begins in earnest*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan returns T to a gauntlet, leaning on Su**
<DeathStar> <Sudako> Should I help you reach your comrades? *She looks around; there is no sign of Amazo*
<Jackieness> <Moira> *dismisses E* "We need to catch up with Lore."
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Yeah no rest for us yet.
<XanTop> 6* Valen pops out of C and does fist punches and kicks.
<Alicia> * Asha dismisses J for now, with a quick "You did great."
<XanTop> <Valen> I didn't lose!
<DeathStar> *The other J burns quietly in the background*
<XanTop> <Valen> ...yet! 6* He activate shis sword and shield, running forward to catch up to Rachael.
<Seraphna> **Kaelan shadow pulls Michelle and Kellin to them**
<DeathStar> *Sudako dark ports them into the middle of the chaos - like a dark assholes*
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Right to the fun like a good puff.
<DeathStar> *the group finds themselves among soldiers sword fighting, using magitech armor, guns and other tech in this battle, a mix of medieval and modern tech, A man is blown away by a mini gun of magi-tech, flying by while another is cut down by a sword*
<XanTop> <Kellin> Holy shit that was an adjustment, he forms his pistol assuming they're de-dragooned?
<Seraphna> **They have indeed, Michelle forms her bow**
<XanTop> *action after the comma*
<DeathStar> *the entire street is covered in blood, the streets are broken down from the fighting, and bodies are piling up as they try to maintain positions. Up above the street is the PAX, covered in dirt and moss and the palace and Lorelei and the Angel as well as the others are making their way down the steets*
<DeathStar> <Sudako> There. *She vanishes*
<DeathStar> <Mercy> *Swings her scythe, taking down a soldier and heaving him over her shoulder*
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Don’t overeat dear.
<Jackieness> <Moira> *holds ehr sword at the ready* "This way!" *moves to join Team Angel*
<DeathStar> <Lenny> *is chanting, trying to keep people from them as the others rush up to join. A massive brute of a man busts out of a store front to grab at Celeste and lift her up*
<XanTop> 6* Valen forms his sword and shield, moving defensively and keeping eyes out for attacks on the team as they move.
<Seraphna> **Kaelan moves with them, her Katana slicing as she moves, shield forward**
<DeathStar> <Rachael> What the hell?!
<DeathStar> *She hits him and bounces off*
<Seraphna> **Sia throws a rock at the man**
<DeathStar> *The rock hits and dusts*
<Alicia> * Asha rushes forward to tackle the man
<XanTop> 6* Kellin pauses and trying to remember which side is theirs in this skirmish, but nontheless sees the big man with one of their teammates and tilts his head at the power.
<XanTop> <Kellin> Durt, go do soemthing about that.
<Seraphna> **Lia throws a giant rock fist at the man**
<DeathStar> *Asha hits the brute and it feels like a brick wall, but he stumbles enough to lt go*
<DeathStar> <Brute> Oof, what are you?
