<DeathStar> *The door is wretched open and a toy harpoon gun shoots her in the chest, knocking her back on the couch*

<Seraphna> **Angela grumbles and ruses snapping the harpoon**

<Seraphna> **Angela raises her Samaritan and fires an ice shell at the figure**
<Alicia> <Hotaru> "Yes." *cuts in front of the figure so that he falls down*
<DeathStar> The person is frozen and drops to the ground toward Hotaru*
<Seraphna> **Tabetha catches the popsicle with TK**
<Alicia> * Hotaru moves to catch them, unless Tabetha does

<DeathStar> *Erevis muses and heads for the bridge and as they begin to leave, the entire Japanese manor begins to flicker*

<DeathStar> <Taiga> But even turning it off, the generators should still be running for a time
<Seraphna> Kaelan> If I had to hazard a guess something is wrong with the core or CHIP.
<DeathStar> *Erevis arrives at the bridge and Taiga with her; Syiean is there already trying to figure things out*

<Jackieness> <Moira> "Did anyone plug in that faulty CHIP module from the Tareh future?"

<Alicia> <Jikuu> "Hopefully this is not what causes CHIP to go faulty."
<DeathStar> *Taiga takes a look with Syiean* ... This is something worse. *She muses* I can't say much about the future one though
<Jackieness> <Moira> "We already deviated from that reality, remember? That is why we had to use a reality portal and not a tiem machine."

<DeathStar> <Taiga> It looks like while we were on the ground, someone introduced a virus into CHIP. It has traces of the same coder that attacked my systems that helped the Illium Jaime

<DeathStar> <Erevis> How do we defeat this virus?
<Jackieness> <Moira> "...ok... why is he attacking us?"
<Seraphna> **Si frowns and takes a look, starting to tap away**

<DeathStar> *The shuttle pings something among the rocks*
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Sounds like we got something."
<Seraphna> Si> A thing!
<DeathStar> *Erevis brings something closer and they soon come across what looks to be a strange Gitari designed holonet relay device among the rubble, having attached itself to it*
<DeathStar> *it seems to be still runing*
<Seraphna> **Jaime brings it closer to them**
<DeathStar> <Rachael> Is this a good idea?
<DeathStar> *As they get closer, the relay sends a signal that begins to hack into their shuttle*
<Seraphna> **Si leans over the controls and starts countering**
<Seraphna> **Jaime pulls out a device and starts tracking the signal as she does**
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Is anythign we do ever a good idea?"
<DeathStar> <Rachael> True
<Jackieness> <Moira> "...though if we find Durt tied up in there..."
<DeathStar> *they get lucky and they manage to trace the signal to what appears to be a network Gor set up long ago; the network having grown to such an extent it has become sentient on the holonet, "eating" so many servers and systems and tapping into so much that it has surpassed what Gor set up long ago*
<DeathStar> *the network begins to take over Jaime's system*
<DeathStar> <Erevis> Do I destroy the relay?
<Seraphna> **Si gets a sad look, after Jaime gets a bead on the network signal for later, she holds out a hand and crushes the rock around the relay**
<DeathStar> *the connection shuts off*
<Seraphna> Si> Ghost in the machine...
<DeathStar> <Rachael> What?
<Seraphna> Si> It's not Gor.
<DeathStar> *Erevis pats Si*
<DeathStar> <Rachael> Will that be enough to stop the ghost?
<Seraphna> Si> It's an AI network he created, it's become somewhat sentient, so it naturally uses his coding patterns.
<Seraphna> Jaime> No, but with the info we have we can get to work dismantling it.
<DeathStar> <Erevis> Hopefully it goes it's way and we will go our way.
<Seraphna> Jaime> For now. It's feeding on the holonet though.
<DeathStar> *She begins to turn back around* <Rachael> What does tht even mean?
<Jackieness> <Moira> "...so...what does this all mean?"
<Seraphna> Jaime> It'll eventually become so big it takes down the holonet itself.
<DeathStar> <Erevis> It could become problematic
<Jackieness> <Moira> "But...ummm...w aht is it doing here in a blown up planet? No way it could have surived the blast, so Gor must have set it up after..."
<DeathStar> <Rachael> Good question
<Seraphna> Si> It looks like this node survived the explosion.
<Jackieness> <Moira> "...how? Its a planet-killing blast."
<DeathStar> <Erevis> That I do not know. Unless it regrew
<DeathStar> *As they return and Erevis parks them, Rachael grabs her stuff to resume heading for the Ulieah where Lorelei is waiting*
<DeathStar> <Rachael> Well - I have no experience fighting the holonet
<Seraphna> Si> Planet killing, not vaporizing./
<Jackieness> <Moira> "I could kill a computer by knocking it off a table..."
<Jackieness> <Moira> *walks with Rachael* "Yeah, this was so stupid."
<Seraphna> s**Kaelan pops out** I dunni, your shadow is a nice hang.
<DeathStar> *CHIP looms above, holding an old computer that could smash someone and prepares to drop it on them*
<DeathStar> <RAchael> Yeah, lets go check out our rooms and meet up with Lore
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Geeze, Kaelan stop creeping!"
