<DeathStar> <Yuki> You got a request back at your old haunting grounds at Kumen. It seems there's some black market trading going on that is sending illegal shipments going on where they are trying to ship things to the PAX. You'll find out more stuff starting there. And then meet up with Asarar's team to learn about who is trying to behind it
<DeathStar> <Yuki> I'm guessing with things speeding up toward the end, more trading is going on than ever and loopholes are being found?

<DeathStar> *Yuki hands Bella the datapad mission parameters* Head to the PAX's hangers to meet with whoever is in charge there first and learn what you can.

<DeathStar> <Rachael> I mean we're going after thugs on Kumen. Could be potentially dangerous

<ChadWinters`> *Winter's and a few of his Weapons seem to be inspecting some crates that came in off in one of the bays*

<DeathStar> *Cloé points* Is it him or them? *points at the weapons*
<Jackieness> <Bella> "LEt's talk to this guy first." *goes to meet the Tsiv*
<DeathStar> *Xevil, now going by Xvar, stands before them, bowing before them* <Xvar> Welcome. You are the Universal delegate? Come this way. <Rachael> Right. Lead the way.

<Jackieness> <Bella> *nods and follows 'Xvar'*

<DeathStar> *Cloé looks oblivious, just walking ahead with thim*
<DeathStar> <Rachael> Ah, so you heard the rumors about what the Ex-Empress did to him when she brought him aboard from Geyze?

<Jackieness> <Moira> "...kind of scary...just erase your personality like that."
<DeathStar> *They arrive at a Kumen crate*
<DeathStar> <Xvar> These crates from Kumen should be filled with such tech as spirit weapons or biotech. *Xvar manuevers the hanger equipment to open it, showing what is inside, revealing that there is indeed such tech* But hidden inside the crate as well...
<DeathStar> *Xvar feels along, revealing a hidden compartment and a sealed pouch*
<Jackieness> <Bella> "What is in the pouch?"
<DeathStar> *Xvar reveals what looks to be a type of powder*
<DeathStar> <Rachael> So..drugs?
<Seraphna> Kaelan> More drugs?
<DeathStar> <Xvar> It appears these 'drugs' has a variety of applications. They're made of spirit fossiles grounded up and we're still trying to figure out what all they can do; but someone is taking pains to bring them to the PAX.

<Jackieness> <Bella> "Spirit fossils are a thing?"
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Jaime must be pissed.
<Seraphna> Nox> Gross! Who would do that!?
<DeathStar> <Xvar> *hands Bella the information on where the shipment was suppose to come from*
<Jackieness> <Bella> *Checks the info*
<DeathStar> *it looks like it came out of the Quadrant 1 space port*
<DeathStar> <Cloé> Meet up with momma and Asarar?
<Jackieness> <Bella> *nods* "Next stop is Kumen."
<DeathStar> *Rachael spies on the Winter crew one more time, then nods* Alright lets go
<DeathStar> *Rachael steps back onto the teleporter*
<Jackieness> <Bella> *heads for the transporters*

<Jackieness> <Moira> "So what do you think they plan on using the stuff for?"
<DeathStar> *Xvar watches them go, standing as still as a statue, then moves to go in the direction of the Weapons, humming a war jingle*
<DeathStar> <Rachael> We'd have to learn what the fossils can do I guess. Spirit Fossils. I don't really hear them talked about much.

<DeathStar> *Riki prepares the drinks while Asarar and Bonnie shift to the bar counter*

<DeathStar> *Riki begins to professionally slide out drinks*
<DeathStar> <Rachael> What is a spirit fossil?
<Jackieness> <Bella> "And where are these smugglers getting them?"
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Well, I guess I should rewind us a few years back.
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Back before some of you kids did your little adventures in Tareh, there was a little incident that occurred with some Croza technology where it looked like the two planets might collide. But after dealing with it rather deftly, Kumen had access to their own Croza technology much like Geyze did.
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Now spirit fossils come from ancient spirits, or so it's believed, and their powers fossiled or something akin to it. The fossils that were used were always near Geyze and Kumen but that was always limited. Even making Sprites and using their powere was limited
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Using the Croza computers, Kumen discovered more dead spirit worlds it seemed and has been located more fossils leading up to the serpent - in the name of good. And somehow that knowledge has leaked out into the smugglers and black markets.
<DeathStar> <Asarar> There's been experiments done on the fossils and since they power up magic abilities as well as other abilities, they're in great demand.
<DeathStar> *Cloé finishes her drink while Bonnie drums her fingers*
<Seraphna> Nox> **has started playing a video game**
<Jackieness> <Bella> "Well, that explains that... but who leaked to the smugglers?"
<DeathStar> <Asarar> No idea. Someone who wants a profit, chaos - in the old Kumen days, there were all sorts of experiments done in the dark. Look at Kito and Neekito.
<Jackieness> <Moira> "...who?"
<DeathStar> <Asarar> They were made with their limiters turned off practically. I wouldn't shocked if we could find traces of the fossils in that.
<DeathStar> <Rachael> Someone with same sounding names
<DeathStar> *Asarar grabs her coat* Anyway, I'm going to head out and explore this port of yours.
<Jackieness> <Bella> "You want a tagalong, mom?"
<DeathStar> <Asarar> It's your case, too, isn't it?
<DeathStar> *Rachael looks up from drinking her pink drink while Cloé leaps up. Bonnie goes into cat mode*
<Jackieness> <Bella> "That it is... ok, let's move out, team!"
<Jackieness> <Moira> "...so much for music and cocktails."

<DeathStar> *Cloé peers at the giant space port that is packed full of ships lately; Asarar glances around, eyeing the cargo bay number that the shipment came from while walking along. Rachael trailing behind with Moira*
<Jackieness> <Bella> *looks around, trying to spot the right place*
<Xanatos> 6* Logan peers over what he can see of the cargo bay through some binoculars.
<Seraphna> **Nox and Nell stroll casually with the others**
<DeathStar> *Asarar studies the location as they near it; it's currently empty of anything, it appears, waiting for someone to occupy it. Asarar does something on her datapad* It looks like it's not rented out. We probably could inspect it for clues or check or fingerprints I suppose.
<DeathStar> <Cloé> They not use the same one again and again?
<Jackieness> <Bella> "They'd be stupid to not move around."
<DeathStar> *Cloé jerks and seems to write something down*
<Xanatos> <Logan> I really expected it full and loaded with security. Weird.
<Jackieness> <Bella> "Someone probably tipped them off..."
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Well, the over all space port has security has security and cameras
<DeathStar> *Asarar peers up to see if they're lucky*
<DeathStar> *A camera is somewhat angled at the cargo bay in question*
<DeathStar> <Asarar> I'll take samples in the cargo bay to see if I can lift a print.
<Xanatos> <Logan> I can start working on that.
<Jackieness> <Bella> "We need to get the security data."
<Xanatos> 6* Logan pulls out his data reader and moves over to lean against the wall under the camera.
<DeathStar> <Asarar> See if you can get anything off the camera. <Cloé> *jerks and looks around to make sure security doesn't spot THEM*
<Jackieness> <Bella> "Calm down Cloe."
<DeathStar> *Bonnie stretches and leaps onto Logan in her cat form as he works*
<Seraphna> Nell> Hmmm…
<Xanatos> 6* Logan sends Asarar a message after pausing in his work. He stops and pulls out his pistol.
<DeathStar> *Asarar pauses, glancing up, then sends Bella, Rachael, and Cloé something*
<Jackieness> <Bella> *checks*
<Jackieness> <Moira> *peeks at Rachael's pad
<Jackieness> <Bella> "Well! Guess we're wasting our time here. Come on, let's go."
<DeathStar> *Cloé nods and begins to move to go*
<Jackieness> <Bella> *starts walking*
<Xanatos> <Logan> Camera feed looks clean, but let's just be careful on our way out, seems too easy.
<DeathStar> *Rachael and Asarar meet up as Asarar holds her sample and they begin to exit. Bonnie leans in toward the team*

<DeathStar> <Asarar> *begins to run the scan on the print and gets a hit* Interesting
<DeathStar> *moves them off the space port, directing them to get in doors* This wa

<Xanatos> 6* Logan follows then pauses.
<Seraphna> **Nell nods and Nox hops in a shadow to follow it**
<Xanatos> <Logan> I'm going to do one last check, you all go ahead. 6* he turns and jogs back.
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Hmmmmm...he going to be alright?"
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Should be. *Bonnie rides on Logan*
<Xanatos> 6* Logan talks quietly to Bonnie as he looks over his data reader.
<DeathStar> *Asarar gets inside and shuts the door, while running the information; Cloé paces, waiting* <Asarar> I got a hit - looks like a dock worker for a company
<DeathStar> *Asarar gets information on the company*
<DeathStar> <Asarar> It looks like a small company that works on providing weapons such as psionic blocks, spirit weapons, spirit defenses, mana weapons, etc
<Jackieness> <Bella> "So where are their offices?"
<Xanatos> 6* Logan whispers something to Bonnie and the motions towards the door, then starts climbing higher, trying to get close enough to the camera to attach something to it.
<DeathStar> *Asarar brings it up; it looks like their offices are on the middle level of Quadrant 3*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan muses, peering in the shadows for what Nox is up to**
<DeathStar> *Bonnie heads off*
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Alright we'll set off. *She steps out the door with Cloe and Rachael; at that moment, Bonnie in her purple hair mode, has leaped down on top of the purple/black shell with double speed and strength, grasping it and holding in a cat like vice*
<DeathStar> *And begins to scan it with her cat eye sense*
<Xanatos> 6* Logan jerks, trying not to fall, looking to leap back down quickly to help Bonnie.
<Xanatos> <Logan> Nice one Bonnie! Bring it down!
<DeathStar> <Rachael> *Glances upward while Cloé does as well*
<Dias`> *The orb floats there a bit, when a shadow forms beside Bonnie and Noctis sticks her head out* Look's like you need some tweaking still
<Dias`> *the scan's return nothing though, other than what she see's*
<DeathStar> <Asarar> *Crosses her arms* The hell?
<DeathStar> *Bonnie begins to try to smsh it for Logan*
<Xanatos> 6* Logan tries to jump and snatch at Bonnie and the thing.
<Dias`> *XV, Noctic, steps out of the shadow completely, holding her hand out to Bonnie* Id wanted to do test runs on itself.
<DeathStar> *Bonnie lands in Logan's hands instead with it*

<Dias`> <Id> She is correct. Please unhand me. I would like to know how you managed to find me though. The data would be interesting.;

<Dias`> <Id> And I chose to spy on your group because you were focused on a mission. It was a good chance to see how well you were aware of outside things while working.
<Jackieness> <Bella> *nods and starts moving*
<DeathStar> *they group stands before a company building; it looks like a normal building, with a company logo on top and everything, however a guard stands outside the front*
<Dias`> <XV> Please. This is a mess up completely done by your own people. We're just keeping some tabs to make sure it doesn't affect Earthgov or our own interests.
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Looks like they have a bouncer."
<Xanatos> <Logan> Our own people?

<Dias`> <XV> Kumen people. Kumen decided to open this box and couldn't keep it a secret so someone decided to start smuggling it.

<Jackieness> <Bella> "We could always do a rooftop drop from the next higher building over."

<Xanatos> 6* Logan catches up with Asarar, mumbling to himself.
<DeathStar> *She walks along toward it, peering at Logan* Problems?
<Seraphna> **Nox blinks and takes them over**
<Xanatos> <Logan> Id spying on us, something else is up. Little shell wasn't just a stealth mode.
<DeathStar> *Asarar scans the building over, studying it.* Looks like there's a fire exit. *she fires a grappling hook down and attaches it and once secured, swings down onto the roof. Rachael follows and Cloé easily rolls down along it. Bonnie in cat form walks along*
<Jackieness> <Bella> *slides down the line, as does Moira*
<Xanatos> 6* Logan waits to go last and takes lumbering swings across it like a big gorilla
<DeathStar> *Cloé blinks at Logan* Logan should take ballerina lessons
<DeathStar> *Asarar tries the door and finds it locked*
<Xanatos> <Logan> I'm so graceful.
<DeathStar> *Cloé creeps over and begins kneels, surprisingly lockpicking the door and unlocks it*

<Jackieness> <Bella> "Good job, Cloe."
<DeathStar> *Cloé beams while Asarar moves downstairs; once in there they find themselves in the back of the company area. Asarar picks up a mana crystal, huh's and tosses it aside. There seems to be a + hallway, with one going into the back and others leading into the offices and the former going to the front. Asarar heads to the one leading into the back, pushing the doors open to reveal the productions going on*
<Seraphna> **Nox muses and feels out for spirit energy**
<Jackieness> <Bella> *looks around*
<Jackieness> <Moira> *stays near the door, just in case*
<DeathStar> *back there, you can see what looks like spirit weapons, psionic protections, etc being produced by workers, as advertised, but as Nox feels out, the remnants of 'spirit' energy can be felt as the group adds grounded up material to their products, pouring the powerder into it as they are producing the materials and weapons* <Asarar> What is odd is that usually spirit fossils are used whole, not this powder substance. *she whispers*
<DeathStar> *The workers seem too busy to notice them so far*
<Jackieness> <Bella> *w* "...maybe they are smuggling the spirit pwder as part of he weapons now."
<Seraphna> **Nox points it out to them** There. They’re making it there.
<DeathStar> <Rachael> Should we set the place on fire?
<Seraphna> **Nox is making a face since this is the equivalent of someone making products out of say, human corpses**
<DeathStar> <Asarar> I'll introduce us as Universal Peacekeepers; get ready for runners
<Jackieness> <Moira> *nods and puts a hand on her sword grip*
<Xanatos> <Logan> Arrest everyone, right?
<DeathStar> *Asarar steps forward* Everyone, stop what you're doing. We're here as representatives from the Universal Peacekeepers and we're here to inspect this operation. *immediately the 20 or so workers begin to bolt, leaving the machines running and dumping the materials all over the place; one of the weapons begin to overheat on the conveyer and bursts in a blue fire as they scatter*
<DeathStar> <Rachael> Gah, fire without me! Grab 'em all!
<DeathStar> *some run for the back door shutters, trying to lift them while some run for the group trying to go around them*
<Seraphna> **Nox opens shadows under the feet of as many as they can do they fall into terrifying shadows**
<Jackieness> <Moira> *dashes like a lightning bolt to block one of the exits*
<DeathStar> *Asarar tackles one and hogties them as alarms go off*
<DeathStar> *Rachael uses her magic to take a few down like Nox did*
<Jackieness> <Bella> *holds her ground and then turns into a whirlwind of feet and fist as she tries knocking back the runners*
<Xanatos> 6* Logan runs over to the stop the machine.
<DeathStar> *ducking as another device explodes with more force them it should, sending blue crap flying; thankfully Logan stops it a moment later*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan pops out of an attacker’s shadow and slices**
<Xanatos> * Logan turns and starts firing stun shots at people FLEE-ing the scene of the crime.
<DeathStar> *Bella takes another down as Moira blocks and makes a few stop and give up; suddenly Kaelan cuts one down and blood goes flying; everyone stops running and surrenders*
<DeathStar> *begging to be saved from Kaelan*
<Seraphna> Kaelan> As always, one master stroke stops the rest. **she sighs and shadow knits his wound while Nell uses a medical device on said dude**
