<Seraphna> **Nox has been doting on Mire and spoiling her for her recovery, which was hopefully aided by her Kitsune Marble**
<Alicia> * Akatsuki has been offering her her food, or at least some of it.
<DeathStar> *Cloé fiddles with her hands while Seniga is glancing over her notes on the ship, looking absorbed; Rachael, Ako, and Ben sit off to the side, waiting to see what happens next. Mireille seems to be resting, doing better after the month of recovery*

<Xanatos> <Pepper> Wish we could capture one of the ships, reverse engineer at least.

<DeathStar> *Seniga looks up* So far they've managed to use foxholes against us, collapsing them, and activate hyperspace to trap us in it
<DeathStar> <Seniga> I'm beginning to feel like there's a pattern there
<Xanatos> <Pepper> Using techiques that our people have against us, how would we fight ourselves?
<Jackieness> <Moira> "Stop fighting like ourselves."

<Seraphna> Cookie> Well either the Templars or the PAX’s other allies.
<Alicia> <Celeste> "The Templars might be a better choice. They won't be expecting it."
<DeathStar> *Yuki crosses her arms, thinking* The Cartel's ships - and I'd have to run it by Airym - would be too low level compared to our ship. The Erusians might be a better option. As far as the Templars, they are the most powerful ship types for brunt force.
<Seraphna> Cookie> I noticed that as much as they have done if our common tech they haven’t shown much Erusian, Vapaad, Atlean or Gitari tech.
<Xanatos> <Pepper> Is no one else out there having trouble with them, or are we the only ones surviving them right now?

<DeathStar> <Ben> *brings up another location on the map* Since sharing technology among the races who joined the Universal groups, such as the Cartel, the Erusians and so on, there was ships being built here. *a location near the CArtel border* An unknown fleet of ships destroyed the ship yard, setting back these advanced ships that could have been used against the Serpents. I'm only speculating the pirates due to the readings that were picked up being similiar

<DeathStar> *Yuki approaches the massive Japanese styled manor, with their various large, isolated chamber type rooms, rooms, and looks up which one is the main Erevis' room; after seeing it, she turns* Alright, lets go see them. *She steps on a pad and vanishes*

<DeathStar> *findin themselves in the middle of the manor in a place that is large enough to it's own house with the door open, they find it designed like Erevis' old home in Tokyo. Megumi is sprawled on the couch while Erevis is busy harrassing Xanatos about something in the kitchen area.*

<DeathStar> *As the group returns and Cloé and Bella look up hippers and learn Ao really meant Hippies, Megumi returns and drops a large black hole gun part that will take days to install, weeks maybe, leaving Seniga in a panic, while on the bridge she hands out mini black hole guns to people, leaning on her stick*
<DeathStar> *Yuki eyes the blackhole gun* So we just aim and fire and it'll do a blackhole.

<Alicia> <Jikuu> "What is the range?"
<Xanatos> <Pepper> Yeah range and area of effect.
<DeathStar> <Ben> Problem is that it's a close range type deal... <Megumi> Oh it can go some ways - if you can want to float outside. It'll go until it hits something

<Seraphna> Cookie> I suppose I could use Precognition to aim a good shot.
<DeathStar> *Seniga on comms* Um, these black hole guns for the ship itself - unless you want to wait a week or so, even with Id's help, I have no idea how these might interfere with other systems. Even with momma Tora's help, it could take even longer than that

<DeathStar> *After some time, the blackhole gun is installed and Mireille's systems accept it. Seniga and Tora sign of it, the latter looking more and more exhausted as she sits off to the side. Megumi seems satisfied and finds a spot, leaning against the wall. Aya and Chad glance over the readings as Aya chats with Ben at his station*

<Seraphna> **Thena wears a pirate hat and sits by Megumi**
<Jackieness> <Airym> "This will be a shakedown run to test integration of the new weapon systems with the Aquarius' existing systems in a field situation. Helm, take us out."
<DeathStar> <Aya> The problem is going to be that this weapon will drain a lot of power
<Dias`> *Chad rubs the back of his neck as he eyes the readouts.* Agreed.
<DeathStar> <Tora> It is ... unavoidable. You are generating ... a blackhole
<DeathStar> *Tora leans on Sen* <Tora> I advise Mireille be in her chamber when you use it.
<Dias`> <Chad> To make it work efficiently, we had to tie it to all the power systems the ship has. It's a miracle we could do that even, honestly.
<Seraphna> Nox> I’ll bolster her with my dubious Dark energy.
<Alicia> <Jikuu> "I will bolster here with my non-dubious Dark energy."
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Then we will need to save it for a guaranteed hit."
<DeathStar> *Mireille saluates and enters her chamber to help power the PAX while Yuki takes them out*
<Xanatos> <Pepper> Is this a problem because we don't have like the dark ones and some sort of battery or engine containing the types of energy they produce?
<Dias`> <Id> I'll continue to monitor the code and the ships systems to make sure nothing odd happens.
<DeathStar> <Seniga> Keep in mind that these pirates love to counter abilities.
<DeathStar> <Seniga> We'll want to be decisive which each move we make
<Dias`> <Chad> We're creating a blackhole, Pepper. And using a lot of energy to create it. On top of that, Megumi's weapon contains it in a sphere until it breaks.
<DeathStar> <Aya> Well the problem is also the Dark Ones we know are all useless right now - no offense
<Dias`> <Chad> It's also not the same as the black hole that some Dark One's create. Consider it their own version of it.
<DeathStar> <Yuki> That is also true. But I do have some back up in the wings if we need it
<Alicia> <Akatsuki> "I would be really offended if I could make a black hole normally."

<Xanatos> <Pepper> Makes sense, let's go shoot someon-something.
<DeathStar> <Tora> You know ... they say sometimes when your body is sick. There's two ways to try to help it
<DeathStar> <Tora> Lots of rest, hoping it'll get better, or fight through it.
<Seraphna> Nox> Yep. All those dark ones are weakened. Totally.
<Dias`> <Chad> It's still concerning that they have access to tech that's countering so many things.

<DeathStar> <Ben> We should investigate this area of space - maybe we'll come up with something. *he sends coordinates*

<Dias`> <Chad> You have any luck trying to track where they're coming from or at least how they're restocking?

<DeathStar> <Ben> We might have to end up hoping they attack someone and hope we can get to them
<Jackieness> <Bella> "Come on, Cloe. We should train in case we actual get to board these guys."

<Dias`> <Chad> Try to damage a ship enough that we can salvage it. If we can get access to their computer systems, we could learn a lot.

<Xanatos> <Pepper> Can you hack through their shields or we would have to drop them? Cause that's been our problem. Can't get their shields down.

<DeathStar> <Tora> Well, Erica once managed it, but I would not say one should do it. The pod was made so that an artifical spirit could interact with whatever they were tied to. For example, spirits are born to serve a purpose usually - Sylph was born to regular the wind. Chronos was born for time and to help the group with their journey. Mireille, if she has a high affection affinity, could draw someone in of course - Spirits pact with people all the time

<Dias`> <Chad> Hmmm. I think, this is just theory, that the Pirates that have been causing problems, are using someone who can copy abilities. They just found a way to make it reactive. Your pod if adapted could be what they're using, or after talking to you, they're using the same device just with someone who has enough spirit in them, or they found a way to shove someone or something in it.

<DeathStar> *Tora muses* Studying the data, it looks like this device hooks up these poor souls and exploiting their powers somehow. I wouldn't say it's like the pod, this is forcing their power use - it is like an anti-pod if anything. It's connecting to them, forcing their power use against their will... I think Cookie said there was a psionic force in there

<DeathStar> <Tora> If this is an anti like pod with a psionic, it could use this whatever is there to control everyone. But I wouldn't be shocked if a spirit is involved too
