The same as the higher planes of existence for heavens. So, say someone like Sunny dies, their soul is suppose to drop down a plane into a worse plane of existence, and if they continue to do worse, drop. And drop, and drop - or if they do well, rise, and rise and rise.
<DeathStar> <Fate> The worst plane where Nyarlathotep comes from is the perception of the most cruel of the cruel, with the worst monsters possible
