<DeathStar> *As the day has now grown long in the tooth, the two have vanished after the mission was completed*

<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Either the stars were eaten, or it's... late in the universe. Probably."

<Jackieness> <Noire> "Maybe this is a reality where the Serpent ate everything."

<DeathStar> <Dawn> Lets see.. they're talking about some spider monster that they encountered in space and that it has been devouring everything for years now.

<DeathStar> <Dawn> It looks like it has been multiplying with young too
<DeathStar> *Cheryl looks out into space, seeing what looks to be red dots among the stars - perhaps red stars*
<DeathStar> <Other Dias> *crunches dist* Something to hit?
<Jackieness> <Noire> "...that sounds very familiar..."
<Alicia> <Victoire> "Are these those 'Spiders from Mars' from the ancient records?"
<Dias`> <Dias> To think that even these levels are affected by it.
<DeathStar> <Fate> We are closer to our goal then
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "Wait, spiders?"
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmmm... remember, these levels are the sum of our collective fears."
<DeathStar> <Erevis> Could it be... those spiders we encountered came from this level?
<Seraphna> Angela> And do we have a hell grade bug spray.

<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmmm...we could speculate all we want. We should try to ensure the safety of this vessel sot hat Fate can fully recuperate."

<DeathStar> <Dawn> Right now this vessel has taken a lot of damage.... Also it looks like there may be alien life forms near the engines
<DeathStar> *he brings up a scan of the ship, showing something unknown down there*

<Dias`> <Dias> So you want us to find out and beat it up?
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "... I'm really glad we didn't wait longer before coming here."

<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmmm... it could be more of these spider creatures. Keep an eye on the scanner. If they start moving toward us, we act. Otherwise, don't poke the beehive."

<Seraphna> Angela> This seems like a worse and worse stop.
<DeathStar> <Fate> No. But sometimes being a go-getter gets you something and sometimes it gets you a spider bite
<DeathStar> *The engines looked clogged up due to it*
<DeathStar> *outside, massive spiders are getting closer*
<DeathStar> <Erevis> We might need to force Fate to jump
<DeathStar> <Erevis> If this ship cannot fly
<Dias`> <Dias> X focus on cutting the webs. I'll work on that spider egg. *He flexes his hand briefly then dashes in at the egg*
<DeathStar> *Dawn attempts to move it, but the engines refuse to do so with the spider-webbing*
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "I... want to say I should take charge, but I'm not sure I can take charge of this group."
<DeathStar> *X forms her blade and begins to hack at it*
<DeathStar> <Ren> ...*she hops into the ripple hole to join the other two*
<Dias`> *Dias coats his fist with a light layer of Holy energy and begins punching on the large egg*
<Dias`> <Id> You seem more of the follower type.
<DeathStar> *The spider inside makes a noise of pain, cryig out to the other spiders - which speed up*
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> They're coming.
<DeathStar> *X hacks with Ren helping, the two freeing the engines up*
<Seraphna> **Angela frowns, starting to work at the engines too**
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Then we have two options... join the others in the engine room or make a stand here."
<DeathStar> *Cheryl follows into the ripple hole to blast at the egg with Dias*
<DeathStar> *The ship begins to blast off slowly, as the eldritch like spiders follow after them*
<DeathStar> <Erevis> We need to jump into hyperspace now
<Dias`> *Dias pulls both his fists back and steps forward, beginning to pummel it with a flurry of punches that begin to get faster and faster.
<DeathStar> *the spider baby is soon smashed into goo*
<Alicia> * Sparkling heads through, using a combination of Holy and Maka powers to... well, she was about to.
<Dias`> *Dias stops as he looks back at Cheryl* Thanks for the assist!
<DeathStar> *suddenly, a spider-leg jerks through the web at Dias' head*
<Seraphna> **Kaelan checks the ship shadows for controls**
<DeathStar> *Trying to impale*
<Alicia> * Sparkling blasts the spider-leg, having a spell prepared
<Dias`> *Dias seems to not notice it then shifts at the last second and grabs it*

<Jackieness> <Noire> "Everyone through the ripple to engineering!"

<DeathStar> *the leg looks like it has human blood oddly*

<DeathStar> *Erevis checks as they soon jump into hyperspace*
<Dias`> *Id moves to hook up to the ships systems where they are at to see if it work on systems*
<Jackieness> <Noire> *moves in once everyone ese is through*
<Dias`> <Dias> ...Smells like human blood. *He tosses it on to the ground.
<DeathStar> *they seem to be in the lower Suisen System*
<DeathStar> *eyes begin to appear in hyperspace - spider-eyes, watching them*
<DeathStar> <Erevis> ... *looks strange, falling to her knees*
<Seraphna> Kaelan> Can we go somewhere less full of Nope?
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> They're in hyperspace now
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Erevis, are you alright?"
<Seraphna> **Angela attempts to shield Erevis with holy energy**
<Dias`> *Dias rubs the back of his head as he moves over to X*
<DeathStar> <Erevis> Hyperspace is being invaded... *She looks ill*
<Dias`> <Dias> That's a thing? I thought Hyperspace was all destroying.
<DeathStar> *as Dias says that, the spiders begin to force their way in, taking the damage*
<DeathStar> *even as they try to grab onto the ship*
<DeathStar> <Ren> I think they don't care about that ... *She eyes burning spiders*
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "You say that, but progenitors can just hold it without any risk."
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Where are the weapons?"
<Jackieness> <Noire> "...Probably operab;e from the bridge, where we are not."
<DeathStar> *Dawn points at terminals on the bridge area*

<Alicia> * Charlotte heads that way. "Then we... thankyou." * She takes the ripple
<Dias`> <Dias> I don't know, I've seen Prog's burn their skin using it also. *Dias leaps through the Ripple as Id floats through*

<DeathStar> *X follows as does Ren and Zephyr. Zephyr grabs a gun turrent, blasting the spiders, spreading guts*
<DeathStar> *more spiders try to break their shields to destroy the ship in hyperspace*
<Jackieness> <Noire> *moves for the helm and tries to get their course*
<DeathStar> <Erevis> If the shields shatter, hyperspace will take us out
<DeathStar> *it looks like Dawn set a course that will take hours, probably thinking the spiders couldn't follow them*
<Dias`> <Id> We could try and scrape them off.
<Dias`> <Id> But they seem to be resistant to Hyperspace.
<DeathStar> <X> Right. Someone fly up near the hyperspace walls
<Alicia> * Charlotte looks for the best close range weapons on the ship
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "I'd go, but I don't think I can breathe in space."
<DeathStar> *Charlotte would see a plasma gatling type weapon*
<Jackieness> <Noire> *tries to bring the ship closer to the wall of the hyperspace tunnel and then perform a barrel roll*
<Alicia> * Charlotte starts firing on the spiders
<DeathStar> *they do so, squishing a spider against them that makes them bounce way*
<DeathStar> *Ren looks dizzy as Char blasts another away*
<DeathStar> *Other Dias has gone out in a suit attached to the ship to punch spiders*
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Follower indeed... how dare that little..."
<Dias`> *Dias peers about as he sniffs the air*
<DeathStar> *Erevis seems quiet as they shoot and smash spiders. The spiders don't seem to be stopping despite their victories so far*
<DeathStar> *more coming in and damaging themselves*
<DeathStar> <Ren> Should we fire missiles?
<DeathStar> *Ren searches the weapons*
<Dias`> <Id> It would be incredibly risky. Already firing is guns is.
<Dias`> <Id> If they miss they could cause the tunnel to collapse.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "And then what? We run out of missiles and they keep coming."
<Seraphna> **Kaelan and Angela work together with Truth to send out waves of burning Holy against the things**
<DeathStar> <X> The problem is if we miss the target, it could cause an explosion in hyperspace
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "I wonder where the brain behind them is. This isn't the action that singular beings take."
<DeathStar> <X> ... *eyes as Kaelan sends out the waves of hyperspace; sure they take out a lot of the spiders, but being a wave, it also hits the walls*

<DeathStar> <Erevis> Shields to max
<DeathStar> <Erevis> And break the ship and try to reverse
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Shields to full." *tries to direct all power to the shields*
<DeathStar> *holy
<Dias`> <Id> I will do what I can. *Id attempts to reroute systems to shields and also try to do what Erevis asked*
<Alicia> * Victoire tries to reverse engines
<Jackieness> <Noire> *tries to break them from their course*
<Dias`> *Dias shifts his weight to prepare as he grabs Fate to keep her from flying*
<DeathStar> *the tunnel begins to do act up and a feedback loop of explosion occurs, as if Progenitor or someone set it off, taking out all the spiders coming through and sending it their way*
<DeathStar> *sending the ship tumbling*
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "You know how to correct this, right?"
<DeathStar> *X falls on her rear while Erevis holds on while Ren flings upward*
<DeathStar> <Zephyr> Just...ride ..it out...? <Dawn> ... *Tries to bring them out*

<Jackieness> <Noire> "We did an emergency hyperspace drop and landed in Cartel space. That is alot of space to cover... and that assumes there is even anything left to recover."

<DeathStar> *Taiga has a few of the Maka gathered, working out a deal with them to have them work with their singers and have the Maka do patrols where they can't right now due to the Templars*

<DeathStar> *as Chad and Myria arrive, they'd find an engineer standing there dazed, with a tool driven into important equipment, causing sparks to go off as emergency systems are kicking in*

<DeathStar> <Security> The explosion is this way, ma'ams. *they arrive at where the conference room was at. Taiga's room has been blown up, but it looks like the Maka are healing people*

<Dias`> <Chad> From what I've been seeing, every race that has one planet only to their name has been either preparing or already send what they could. Which makes sense, they have the most to lose.
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Chad is right. And the Suisen reached out to them a lot in the past, having lost many of them now despite the protection we offered them in the past. But we can't protect them with how scattered they are now
<Dias`> <Chad> It'd be impossible to protect them. As crappy as it sounds, they aren't power hitters, freeing the Maka was a wiser decision at the time.
<Alicia> <Elder Jikuu> "Chad is right, though it hurts to admit it."
<DeathStar> <Lorelei> IF the Maka are part of this dream world, we need to find our way to it. *She contacts Cuddles, taking with her for a moment* She says the regular Maka can be awakened if we want
