<DeathStar> <Erevis> Plus if push comes to shove, his is the one signature I can lock onto

<Seraphna> Jaime> Hmm. It is a unique one.
<DeathStar> <Taiga> We're having a lot of fires going on right now. Both Jikuus and ironically both Victoire and Akatsuki are keeping a low profile during all this. We might have to ask Kaori for help after all if the tree is "dying" - becoming normal
<DeathStar> <Taiga> I'll go to my lab and see what I can do to try to reverse it in the meantime.

<Seraphna> Jaime> It would be nice to have a clear path forward.

<Seraphna> Jaime> **tries the alternate summoning method of setting down a beer**
<DeathStar> <Erevis> Here is my idea; let me know what you think, Jaime. We need to locate Zeraphna and get more information out of her; both on those who she suspects, as well as the information she's managed to gather with those Betas of her's. The only problem is, the Suisen lacks a spy network, or a spy team really, of it's own compared to say Earth or the Cartel.

<Seraphna> Leyaeh> Sort of. We don’t use an official one, mind you. But a lot of the famfrits keep track with one another.

<Seraphna> Jaime> So we’ll coordinate with them and give Asarar something to do. No reason not to hedge our bets when we need a lead.

<DeathStar> <Erevis> Would you mind traveling to Kumen and linking up with a group run by Asarar and hiring them? We wish to try to locate Zeraphna so that we can question her.

<DeathStar> <Ren> You know that two of Zeraphna's targets are in the royal family. Lenneth and Adeline
<DeathStar> <Ren> What if she is right about one of them?
<Seraphna> Jaime> And we’ll ask Lemon’s group to help how they can.

<DeathStar> <Ren> Maybe I'm just the paranoid one since it feels like Aka and Victoire have felt like they've been a bit like they've lost their direction or will lately. <Erevis> It is possible. The same could be true for my Jikuu. It is why I am monitoring them to make sure neither of them show signs of becoming puppets

<Seraphna> **Jaime frowns though** I do wish there was some simple test. Not knowing if a will is taken has been our biggest weakness.

<DeathStar> *Lemon sets down her datapad* It looks like the Suisen has asked us to assist them, part time, in helping with the Zeraphna search if she appears here. *She glances at Angela*

<DeathStar> <Lemon> It looks like they want to ask some more detailed questions
<Seraphna> Angela> I’d imagine questioning her. I could try to call her in.
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> You could do that. Might be something we could also call in Repliforce to do
<Seraphna> Angela> Do…? What like go after her?
<DeathStar> *she holds up a report from Taigaa, walking over to the others as she reads about the tree's state*
<Dias`> <Chad> May as well. Maybe they can pull up some new info.
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Yeah, they can bring in your sister. *She sets the report down for Kane*
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Tree is becoming an ordinary tree
<XanTop> 6* Kane starts to look over the report.
<Dias`> *Chad rubs his face* Best guess would be those above us are making their move.
<XanTop> <Kane> In space...it will not survive that for long.
<XanTop> <Kane> As for Zeraphna, it would be better if you could get in touch with her Angela, as a group arriving to bring her in would make her feel like a criminal again.
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Didn't even think about that. You realize - when this report hits the Senate, the other races won't want to let it die. There may be a play for Kaori to force her to use her power to keep it alive
<Seraphna> Angela> So should I have Zera do anything in particular?
<Dias`> *Chad glances at Angela* Go and meet them willingly. It's about all you can ask her to do. *He looks at Cheryl* That's going to be a problem.

<Dias`> <Chad> The other problem with the tree turning normal is that Kumen and Geyze won't survive very long.
<DeathStar> <Freyja> So a lot of people will want to keep it alive
<DeathStar> *Angela, upon reaching out to Zeraphna, would have her message routed to a box to be picked up later*
<Dias`> <Chad> Indeed.
<DeathStar> *Chii leans over Angela's shoulder* That good or bad?
<Seraphna> Angie> Huh, she’s even keeping me behind the drop system at the moment.
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Any chance we can try to trace it?
<Dias`> <Chad> I would say it's bad.
<Seraphna> Angela> Not good or bad. Just classic paranoia. I could use the Epsilon to track her betas.
<XanTop> <Kane> Wasting that much of Kaori's now limited power to keep the tree alive feels like a non-negotiable to me. I do not envy our senators.
<Dias`> <Chad> Let's keep that as a last resort.

<DeathStar> *the school is currently closed this time of night, with snow all over it. Gwen stands in Lana's lab, keeping an eye on her as everyone has departed for the Mirror Universe*

<DeathStar> <Gwen> We should really retire for the night soon, especially considering all the damage that last storm did
<XanTop> 6* BIX stands there on guard.
<Seraphna> Talia> Does this mean we rule the academy now?

<DeathStar> *Shin materalizes behind Lana; the Death Spirit holds her scythe over Lana, like she plans to strike her down*

<XanTop> 6* BIX shifts red, charging forward to try and invercept
<Seraphna> Talia> Hi Shinny.
<DeathStar> <Shin> I came to warn you
<XanTop> 6* BIX pauses and shifts back to normal, waving.
<DeathStar> <Gwen> ... *looks dubious*
<DeathStar> *Shin nods at Bix in greeting*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh?!" *flails and falls on the floor*

<XanTop> 6* BIX blinks and turns to move for the entrance
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Ahhhh?" *raises a hand and bring an aethereal display up*
<DeathStar> *outside, a tall dark female like creature approaches, then as the screen flickers, a spidery creature crawls through the snow, and on the next flicker, a mass of insanity and crawling chaos like stuff begins to move through the entrance, toward where Bix is headed*

<DeathStar> <Shin> Yes, that thing
<DeathStar> <Shin> I fear for the friendly fellow
<Jackieness> <Lana> "Call Bix back. I know what it wants."
<DeathStar> <Gwen> Biiix!
<DeathStar> <Gwen> Come back! *he shouts*
<XanTop> 6* BIX blinks at the...no good eldritch stuff, about to fight it when Gwen shouts and he retreats back tot hem.
<DeathStar> *moving throug the entrance, the wall dark woman in a cloak walks after Bix, following him down the hallway*
<Jackieness> <Lana> *opens a drawer and takes out a box, then stands up*
<DeathStar> *it begins to arrive at the lab now, a hand touchign the door way as it begins to pull itself inside. Shin holds up her scythe*
<DeathStar> *Gwen holds up Talia*
<XanTop> <BIX> .... 6* Bis whimers slighty, shifting to red attack mode just incase.
<Jackieness> <Lana> *turns* "Crawlign Chaos, Faceless God, Black Pharoah, Spawn of Azathoth. I've been expecting you."
<Seraphna> Talia> Nyah?
<DeathStar> <Nyarlathotep> Lana Azarra. You are one known to the gods due to your reaching out in your search for knowledge. *it's voice sounds like the abyss itself*
<DeathStar> *despite it supposedly being weak right now, it holds itself high*
<DeathStar> *Shin looks ready to strike at any sign from the others*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "I prsume you have come for the aspect of yourself ties to the Shining Trapezohedron."
<DeathStar> <Lana> Yesss. *it pauses for a time, almost like an after thought* What boon would you like for safe keeping it?
<Jackieness> <Lana> "To bring your games with mortals to an end. To no longer be your toys."
<DeathStar> <Nyarlathotep> You ask for something beyond your means. *it steps closer to her, as if it might attack her, a blackness reaching out to her face*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "And yet I ask it because I know any selfish request would be more curse than blessing."
<XanTop> 6* BIX tenses, leaning toward Lana
<DeathStar> <Nyarlathotep> Your BOON might be more curse than blessing. *it snatches Lana's hand before she can react, drawing a tiny bit of blood and from it. A moment later the Shining Trapezohedron appears and she takes it, turning her back on the group, before sinking into the ground like Xevil has been doing lately*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...well...that just happened."
<DeathStar> <Gwen> What just...happened?
<DeathStar> *Shin vanishes her weapon*
<DeathStar> *Gwen drops Talia on a chair*
<Jackieness> <Lana> "...I don't know...call the PAX... check to see if that was the real Nyarlathotep..."
<XanTop> <BIX> Scary...
<DeathStar> <Gwen> Right...

<DeathStar> Location: Kumen - Kumen City Slums
<DeathStar> *Asarar hangs upside down, wearing goggles, from the rafters of a bad guy's bedroom, as the team tries to rob them of their money, as the slums have been torn to pieces of from storms and rain and quakes*
<DeathStar> *she then tries to grab all the goods and pass it out the window to Logan and Bonnie*
<Sara> * Chelsea manages to not laugh at Asarar being in such a cliché position
<XanTop> 6* Logan takes arm fulls and passes them on down the line.
<DeathStar> *Asarar soon pulls herself up and hops back out, even wearing a tight fitting cat burgular outfit*
<DeathStar> <Bonnie> .....*tilts her head, wondering about this operation, eyeing her own cat outfit*
<Jackieness> <Kira> *slips back out and then uses a ninja trick to resecure the window one everyone is out*
<DeathStar> <Asarar> That wasn't so bad. I don't think they even noticed
<XanTop> <Logan> Why are we so good at crime?
<DeathStar> <Bonnie> ... *Holds up a necklace with a diamond on it and offers it to Chelsea*
<Sara> * Chelsea eyes it. "Well, we can sell that well, probably..."
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Hm, that's a good question which we shouldn't answer with Ymir around
<XanTop> 6* Logan secures the goods.
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Don't relax yet. LEt's get back home."
<DeathStar> *Asarar heads on back to the bar; as they return, Riki is pouring drinks for Drasek at the bar counter*
<DeathStar> *Bonnie's ears twitch at the new comer*
<Jackieness> <Kira> "...take the stuff in through the back."
<DeathStar> <Bonnie> He has that Posco smell
<XanTop> 6* Logan nods to Kira and does that.
<XanTop> 6* Drasek smiles at Riki, then pauses and glances over his shoulder at the others.
<DeathStar> *Asarar heads on up to the counter and takes a seat, getting herself a drink*
<XanTop> <Drasek> You lot seem busy.
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Well we try.
<XanTop> <Drasek> Got a job. Your calendar free?
<DeathStar> *Asarar pauses, then motions* Sure, what kind of job?
<DeathStar> *Bonnie squints at a table, looking at a female drinking and looking concerned*
<XanTop> <Drasek> Nothing illegal. Bird's gone high and dry, my clients just want to ask some questions. 6* He pulls out his datapad, showing the most recent picture of Zeraphna they have.
<DeathStar> *Asarar nods, memorizing* Alright we can do that.
<DeathStar> *Bonnie tugs on Chelsea and Kira's arms since Logan is busy unpacking the goods*
<XanTop> <Drasek> Not the same chikadee wot been around them Earth crews. Twin of sorts.
<Jackieness> <Kira> "What?"
<Sara> * Chelsea looks over
<XanTop> <Drasek> This one thinks a couple of folks could be up to naughtiness, we'd like to find out why.
<DeathStar> *she points at small woman, around Bonnie/Chelsea's height it would appear, wearing a hat and glasses to hide their features, with a bottle of whiskey and lots of books on what looks to be Kumen and Geyze, jotting names down on a notepad*
<DeathStar> *she also seems to be staring at the team*
<DeathStar> <Asarar> You going to be part of the search of you want us to handle it all?
<Jackieness> <Kira> *nods and steps to a side door, then ninjas through the service corridor and out a door on the far side of the room, approachign from behind*
<XanTop> <Drasek> Oh I could tag along, wouldn't hurt to see professionals at work.
<DeathStar> <Bonnie> Hm. I have a bad feeling.
<DeathStar> *The person opens a book and studies a few things, then jots down a few things; it would appear, at least, they haven't noticed Kira*
<Sara> * Chelsea lets Kira approach for now
<Jackieness> <Kira> *tries to slip off their hat and galsses with a quick sleight of hand*
<DeathStar> *Andrea glances her head back* Not bad trick, you know.

<DeathStar> *Asarar pats the bar in front of Drasek* Let me gather the supplies we need and we'll set out
<DeathStar> *she hops off the stool and heads into the back*

<XanTop> 6* Drasek tips his beer in acknowledgement and takes a sip.
<DeathStar> <Andrea> Oh? *She says in an overly girly way* Well, I wanted to observe you all.
<DeathStar> *Andrea picks up the books she had on her, which looks to be family trees/lineages of Geyze*
<Jackieness> <Kira> "And why is that?"
<XanTop> 6* Logan whistles after securing everything in their vault and closes it all up, moving back out to the main bar.
<DeathStar> <Andrea> Well, I heard a rumor about spirit names on Geyze. Now that Kumen had their own Spirits, I was wondering if the new generation of kids were having their own spirit names given to them. Don't answer. Just pondering to myself.
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Uh-huh... the spirits moved out a while ago."
<DeathStar> <Andrea> Yes, but they're all over Kumen in shrines now.
<Jackieness> <Kira> "So why your interest in our little team then?"
<DeathStar> *she pulls off the top sheet of paper was writing on, leaving the notepad behind, then pays her tab* I got to head to my next location. Maybe I'll stop by leater
<DeathStar> *she pauses on her way out* Oh, you know, just looking into possible candidates.
<DeathStar> *she nods and steps out*
<Jackieness> <Kira> *watches Andrea leave*
<XanTop> <Drasek> That Dark One bird is always into somethin.
<DeathStar> *Asarar lifts Chelsea and Bonnie into the van*
<DeathStar> <Asarar> ... *Then begins to pile their tools into it*
<XanTop> 6* Logan looks confused as he walks in, glancing from Kira to Drasek and then the door, before shrugging and moving to get a drink.
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Logan, make sure we have everything. I want us to set out to look into this Zeraphna's last location
<Jackieness> <Kira> *joins Asarar* "So what are the details?"
<DeathStar> <Asarar> I'll give them to you on the way

<DeathStar> Location: Mirror Universe - Aquarius
<DeathStar> *Yuki leans back in her seat, tapping her foot* So. What is the plan. We really going to leave Wind and Xevil here to mess with the power source of this tree?
<XanTop> <Xan> Any of your powerful enough to stop them?
<XanTop> <Xan> I know I'm not.
<DeathStar> *Cloé muses* I could handcuff myself to them?
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Did they explain their intent?"
<Dias`> <Id> I would say most of our powerhouses are not here.
<DeathStar> <Ben> From what I understand
<DeathStar> <Ben> They're planning to take the power source over to the Prime tree to try to save it
<DeathStar> <Ben> But there might be problems with that plan
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Clarify."
<DeathStar> <Ben> Well, this is just my guess until we speak with the two again, but if this tree has no power...
<XanTop> <Simon> This reality will cease to be, correct?
<DeathStar> <Ben> It's a possibility. I could be wrong since this is a crystal tree and not a living one
<XanTop> <Xan> If that happened it would include the planets that have transitioned back to this side.
<DeathStar> <Ben> Right now Wind suggested we go to Geyze and learn what we can until the two are ready
<Dias`> <Id> It survived how it was before did it not? Why not return it to that stage
<DeathStar> <Ben> We can ask if that would happen
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Yuki, we need to explore this reality more. Look for surviving sentients, including those missing from our reality."
<DeathStar> <Yuki> Right. <Mireille> We have a situation. I was ... not sure if I should interrupt
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Report, Mireille."
<DeathStar> <Mireille> Zayne took one of our shuttles a few minutes ago and began to head for one of the planets
<XanTop> <Xan> Looking for her daughter.
<Dias`> <Id> Do you know which one?
<DeathStar> <Mireille> Let me see
<Jackieness> <Airym> "There is a high probability it is Maka."
<DeathStar> *She begins to bring it up on the map and soon brings it up on screen*
<DeathStar> <Yuki> Won't they kill her?
<Dias`> <Id> I imagine they are in a state of confusion themselves right now and may focus on other things
<DeathStar> <Yuki> Well that's good
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Set a course to pursue."
<XanTop> <Pepper> ON it.
<Dias`> <Id> But they Maka tend to be pretty....fervent in their feelings of Makai.
<DeathStar> *The Aquarius begins to move away from the system with the tree and Geyze itself*
<Jackieness> <Airym> "It seems our course of action has been decided for us, Yuki."
<DeathStar> <Yuki> It seems so. I guess we'll have to come back to Geyze after this.
<DeathStar> *Mireille begins to brings up Maka as well as other worlds as they get closer*
<DeathStar> <Melodie> It appears that these worlds are in tact with no sign of damage
<XanTop> <Xan> Impressive that moving whole realities didn't cause more gravitational chaos.
<DeathStar> <Ben> Hm. *Taps his chin* You are right about that.
<DeathStar> <Ben> Is it the tree?
<Dias`> <Id> Well, there wasn't much chaos when they appeared in ours and the common denominator is the tree.
<DeathStar> <Ben> There are rather close to it
<Jackieness> <Airym> "any sign of Zayne's shuttle?"
<DeathStar> <Cloé> ... *looks worried*
<XanTop> <Simon> Why have Kumen and Geyze not met the same fate as these planets?
<DeathStar> <Mireille> The shuttle seems to have arrived at the Maka world
<DeathStar> <Yuki> I'm guessing we need to go to Geyze to find that out
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Correct."
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Yuki, assemble a landing party to pursue Zayne as well as contact the Maka and determine what they know."
<DeathStar> *Yuki nods and begins to try to reach out to the Maka, but their communications seem to be scrambled*
<DeathStar> <Mireille> Our communications are not connecting correctly
<Dias`> <Id> Interesting
<Jackieness> <Airym> "Ben, hypothesis?"
<DeathStar> *Yuki heads for the shuttle* Well, whatever we find, we find. <Ben> I'm..not really sure. Now that we're in the same reality, they should be working
<Dias`> <Id> If time changed quicker they would've adapted.
<DeathStar> <Ben> I'll work with Mireille to see if I can figure it out
<DeathStar> <Sylph> .... *looks serious as she stands by Ellie*
<Jackieness> <Bella> *gets ready and heads for the shuttle*
<DeathStar> <Sylph> We might end up needing her
<DeathStar> <Sylph> But, I'm not sure if any of us can call her
<XanTop> 6* Simon and Xan move for the shuttle.

<DeathStar> *Yuki does pre-flight checks* Everyone ready?

<DeathStar> *Yuki drops them and heads for Maka; as they head in, due to the world being such an anime world, it is hard to tell how much time has passed, but they do pick up their shuttle, landed or crashed in a wooded area, where Maka have surrounded it*
<DeathStar> <Yuki> Uh, let me see, I guess I can land here. *she finds a spot for visitors*
<DeathStar> *After landing, Cloe emerges, glancing around*
<XanTop> <Xan> No welcome party?
<DeathStar> <Yuki> Well..... *She peers up at the sky where dozens of flying girls can be seen, peering down at them*
<Jackieness> <Bella> *steps out* "...this place is weird."
<XanTop> <Xan> Oh. Hello up there.
<DeathStar> <Cloé> Becareful, don't want to make them get angry at Zayne
<DeathStar> *one of them lands, looking older and appearing to be a type of warrior* <Maka> Welcome. Where are you from?

<XanTop> <Xan> We're from the reality you all recently existed in.
<XanTop> <Xan> Though how recently I am unsure because of the time dialation.

<Dias`> <Id> My apologies. I passively scan my surroundings constantly.
