<DeathStar> <Adeline> The state of the galaxy might seem peaceful, but we're in a bit of a ... false calm in my opinion.

<DeathStar> <Adeline> Status tubes can work to a degree, yes. There are risks though for the elderly.

<Xantop> <Kellin> How many do we have that can't live long enough to see it through? Couple of the human types? How're the dragoons and weapons faring?
<DeathStar> <Isis> The Alphas lifespan remain an unknown factor. Vodka is monitoring Cheryl and a few others to see how they're fairing.

<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmmm...obviously I do feel strongly about this. Perhaps it is selfish, but I am being a daughter."
<Dias`> <Chad> Most of the Weapons from my generation will be near the tail end of their lives potentially. Give or take 20 years based on ability useage. The Weapons I created will be ready if they want to fight. And anymore that come down the pipeline may or may not be combat suitable.
<Dias`> <Chad> I for one won't be taking the trip. My times better spent preparing on dealing with Spade and anything else that may come up.

<DeathStar> *Adeline spreads her hands* Let me lay it out then for the pros and cons. The Cartel are acting up. We have Xevil building an empire that will one day rival all of ours. And Spade is out there doing who knows what. The situation right now is not very calm. There could be potential wars coming down in a few decades from a number of problems. Or we could continue to drift peacefully for the next 70 years.
<DeathStar> <Adeline> Taking Andrea's offer would take someone off the board, even if it delivers them straight to Nyarlathotep
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmm....yes... we need to deal with the present, or there might not be anything left to fight for."
<Xantop> <Kellin> It feels like a big risk, to risk Andrea's life like that on the chance that those who remain can hold down the fort. When really if we all stayed then we risk those coming after us or those of us who are long lived to deal with it. It's two sides of the same coin but one doesn't include Andrea potentially dying.

<Dias`> <Chad> The problem is, those that stay most likely wont' be able to fight or handle a fully powered Nyarl.

<DeathStar> <Isis> Do we want to bring in others like Lenneth and Drasek to this. I know they've been busy a small empire of the smaller worlds. But Drasek is a heavy hitter. And we could see if Ao wants to return with the Iron Paw.

<DeathStar> *As they all exit, the house seems to consume itself and becomes a giant hole in the ground, stuff trying to pull them in*

<DeathStar> *another decade has passed; no wars broke out like predicted, but things have been progressing steadily worse. No sign of Spade, the Tsivrixsh Empire has been steadily declining as it's people have been slowly shuffling to Xevil's, Xevil's empire has been growing even if he hasn't broken any treaties with the Alliance. The Alliance remains strong, though some claim there is corruption here and there as they move deeper into Unknown Territory. (cont)
<DeathStar> *Lenneth remains in her own pocket empire that she has built up and applied to the Alliance, pending how they act. And Ao has agreed to return to aid the group. But right now, the group has lost it's first person to old age - Kane*
