* ChadWinters takes a sip of his tea as he glances over at Taiga now. 1"Finally found something concrete, huh?"

<ChadWinters> Then you've done nothing more than irritate him.
<Jackieness> <Reikana> "Isn't this where he lines up a couple mil in lawyers and not only gets off but gets you sued for harassment?"
<DeathStar> <Taiga> But since I still have some EarthGov military priviledges so I arrested him and now I need the club to find some evidence to stick. I'm convinced he has a piece of this Ancient gift, and if we want it, we need to find something he's done
<Seraphna> **Kaelan pops out of a shadow casually, carrying Zegretta**
<ChadWinters> He won't sue Taiga. She's family.
<DeathStar> *Zegretta looks around, confused at everything*

<DeathStar> *Ren grabs Taiga since Ren is taller and holds her*

<DeathStar> *Cheryl sits down slowly* Well. I don't trust Alexander as far as I can throw my dad anyway

<ChadWinters> As far as I've been able to keep tabs on him, he's on the surface kept everything clean.

<Sara> <Kaori> My experience is that Cran is not a bad man... *she frowns*

<ChadWinters> Well you also don't know the Cran we do, Kaori.

<DeathStar> *Cheryl facepalms* Kaori. Cran might try to go on the straight and narrow. But something will happen.
<Chaintan> <Kitty>...so youre buttering us all up so we wont be angry when we have to work this for 48 hours to keep your ass out of trouble?

<Seraphna> **Angela muses** We're saying people can't change?
<Sara> <Kaori> That's called cruelty! Every person deserves a chance!
<ChadWinters> He'll eventually slip it in his old ways. He's consistent.

<Sara> <Kaori> We all fall off the wagon sometimes when we're trying to get better, but if you treat him like he's a villain through and through, you force his hand.

<Seraphna> Angela> Mmm, I seem to remember others who only went evil because they were treated as such at every turn.

<Sara> * Kaori lets out a heavy sigh and now -she- is rubbing her temples

<Sara> * Kaori moves over to Nicolette and Sabrina, looking at them with an apologetic expression for the way things are right now, even though it's not her fault

<DeathStar> *Cheryl stands* Well if we're really going to investigate him, I'll see if I can track what Cran has been up to lately

* ChadWinters pulls out his datapad and then tosses Cheryl a chip. 1"Most of it's on here for the last 6 months.
<Chaintan> <Kitty> Kaori, if your not going with anyone then come with me.
<DeathStar> *she moves to to go to the base. Lemon stands* I'll help out here, too

<Ariel> <Nicolette> "...what did we walk in on?"

<ChadWinters> No. If I need a vehicle, I just steal one of Cheryl's

<DeathStar> *as the one group arrives at the Reploid Facility, Blue glares at them. Cheryl just gives a cheerful grin*

<Seraphna> **Kaelan waves** Hey! Alouette stays here right? I met her on the PAX.
<DeathStar> *Cheryl walks past Blue and moves to walk around, checking out the various buildings - it is a large base and Cran's main building where he stands is in the center, tall and overlooking the entire complex*
<Jackieness> <Reikana> *looks over her shades* "Oooo... tough audience."
<DeathStar> <Blue> When she is not on the PAX with Freyja or staying with Angela
<Seraphna> **Anne appears by Blue and peers over them all, she looks like Angela only without the blue hair streak, she also has Gitari ears and a tail**
<ChadWinters> Be lucky we're even allowed to walk in here.
<DeathStar> *Cheryl adjusts her big baggy coat, ignoring all the Reploids eyeing them*
<Jackieness> <Reikana> "Wasn't my idea to do you know what to you know whom."

<DeathStar> *Blue cracks her knuckles*
<Seraphna> **Anne sighs** It's not like Alex has anything to actually hide Blue. Let them satisfy themselves, I've got the cameras watching.
<ChadWinters> Attacking us won't solve anything, Blue.
<DeathStar> *Blue mutters and moves off*
<DeathStar> *Cheryl lifts her head and studies something climbing the side of the building*
<Seraphna> **Anne lowers her shades and looks at Chad** You behave especially.
<Jackieness> <Reikana> "Hmmmm?" *follows Cheryl's gaze and then slips off her shades, squinting*
<ChadWinters> No. 6He replies simply and then looks at Cheryl and also follows her gaze
<DeathStar> *it looks like a person, but oddly no cameras are detecting them, like they are having bad luck*
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Well, I'll start with the office. *she makes her way through the front door to ride the elevator up to Cran's office*
<Seraphna> **Anne sighs and puts her shades back, she follows their gazes**
* ChadWinters turns to move with Cheryl
<Seraphna> **Kaelan keeps looking about with interest, trying to get some selfies with some of the Reploids**
<DeathStar> <Zegretta> Huh
<Jackieness> <Reikana> "Yeeeeeeah." *heads in after Cheryl*

<DeathStar> *she eyes the figure*
<Seraphna> Anne> Since they can't use a front door, sure.

<Seraphna> Anne> **gives a peace sign to the reploids and vanishes up to the office**
<DeathStar> *Cheryl and company soon reach Cran's office - it's a nice office, with carpet and paintings of various smart people. A tiny statue that looks like Ariel, or maybe it is Cheryl, is in the corner.*
<DeathStar> *the desk is a large desk full of paperwork and datapads, and the drawers are locked, with a big plant in the corner.*
<Seraphna> **Anne waves**
<Seraphna> Anne> Anything in particular you want to look over sis?
<DeathStar> *Cheryl eyes the statue and kicks it over*
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Hmph
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Not creepy at all

<Jackieness> <Reikana> "Whoa, I thought we were going to look around, not vandalize the place."

<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Anyway, I'm going to look for clues for any other hidden places. You all can search as you like. Cran likes hidden bases up the wazoo. It's his M.O
<DeathStar> *Cheryl sits down and begins to use her datapad to scan*

<ChadWinters> This is gonna be pointless anyways. 6He moves over to Cran's desk and takes a seat in the chair, leaning back. 1"He wouldn't be that dumb to hide anything here anyways."

<DeathStar> <Zegretta> He wants you to think that and hides something here

<Seraphna> Anne> Maybe the secret candy bar stash, but that's to keep Allouette from getting a sugar high.

* ChadWinters leans back foward, resting his elbows on the desk as he looks around the office/room
<DeathStar> *As Chad looks, the chair breaks underneath him and tumbles - what bad luck*
* ChadWinters sighs a bit as he lays on his back, now staring up at the ceiling.

<DeathStar> *Chad would see nothing out of the ordinary in the office. It looks like Cran has kept it clean and ordinary - perhaps too ordinary. Even as he looks Blue tumbles and clings to the window, having fallen off while tracking her prey*

<Seraphna> Anne> That's probably because this is a place of business. Usually if you're going to make an evil plan you don't stink where you drink.

<Seraphna> **Anne tilts her head** You've still got some Centerpoint energy?

<DeathStar> *inside Reikana would find paperwork on the Reploids, receipts, military contracts regarding them - all boring stuff, but MAYBE there is something in them dirty - I mean, military and government stuff sometimes there is dirt*

<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Take them. We can have someone go through them and check the numbers, see if he's being evil there

<Chaintan> 6*Kitty nods quietly to Shion, having arranged little desks with peoples names on them as she looks over her data pad
<Sara> <Kaori> It's basically an arrest made on an assumption of evil, rather than because of an act of evil
<Chaintan> <Kitty> she is, but honestly she really over stepped her bounds this time
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "Wait.... so... the military can arrest people here?"

<Seraphna> Thena> EarthGov can.

<Seraphna> Thena> Usually you need due process though, he'll be free without any real evidence or proof that she had it before the arrest.
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "Um... yeah. Granting that much power to one governmental agency... it's lacking the usual checks and balances to prevent tyrants from abusing rights."

<DeathStar> <Shion> EarthGov has a police and military division; Taiga used her military power to turn him over to the police, I think
<Alicia> <Celeste> I don't have any room to be criticising that myself.
<DeathStar> <Shion> I hope he's not being held by the military
<Chaintan> <Kitty> We better hope she was on to something because so far Im finding nothing.
<Seraphna> Thena> See, if someone mean, Thena just tells on them to Mommy.

<DeathStar> <Zegretta> She is hoping for shady military deals
<Seraphna> **Kaelan shows pictures of Reploids she took selfies with** I got these. Reploids are pretty awesome.
<Sara> <Kaori> I know how these stories end. That's going to be a plan to revitalize and improve the community in some beautiful way.

<DeathStar> <Cheryl> Cran is working with the military to start a Reploid military project, since Reploids are the new toy
<Seraphna> Kaelan> I mean, this whole thing is baloney so I just went along to see the Reploids.
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> And so Cran is rising up in power in the military once again
<Alicia> <Celeste> I already don't like this guy.
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "...I'm incredibly uncomfortable about this whole situation."
<DeathStar> <Cheryl> He's probably hoping to restore himself to his old status

<Seraphna> Kaelan> I met one named Allouette that lives with Angela and Freyja. She's nice.

But he seems to have his fingers in a lot of these corporations, some of what I have no idea what they do. I'm looking into them and they don't sound great but make a lot of money
<DeathStar> <Taiga> But if his logs are to be believed, he's making the money to do good
<Sara> <Kaori> He may or may not be aware of corruption in the companies under him anyway. A lot of people in his position aren't, some are.
<ChadWinters> It's safe to say that Cran knows what they are doing and is fine with it.
