<DeathStar> <Taiga> IT does have some strange thing going on with costumes. Come lets take you all there.

<DeathStar> *the team is soon at a high school with some weird school event going on. It might be a mix of a school cultural event, or just a standard day at this weird school. There are booths set up, but there are other things. It looks a bit like a normal school, but there is signs it might be something more ... strange. If one studies it closely, one can see that there is signs of on the outside of all the "fun" that the students, even in their outfits, look a little too sharp. A little too alert. And the building looks a little too defensive and there's a lot of cameras*

<Jackieness> <Noire> "...did you bring us to a reform school?"
<Chaintan> <Kitty> Big brother alert and not the weeb kind
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I prefer oneesama." <Charlotte> "Back off."
<Sara> <Kaori> More Gunbuster stuff? Or maybe Diebuster...

<DeathStar> <Taiga> It's suppose to be a normal school. But there's rumors of students missing and changing. I've been looking into Theau, remember, and schools, orphanges, anything in his past. I been wanting to try to learn more about him and so far I haven't come up with a lot, he's an enigma - we might need to talk to him directly soon. <Shion> He's a sweetie. I'd bring him to the meetings more but you all are so weird. <Taiga> ANYway, while doing that, this place fell on my radar.
<DeathStar> <Taiga> While it's not related, I'd hate for a new generation of bad stuff to happen
<KAS_> <Nicolette> "Well, if anyone has gone missing, that's a good reason for cameras..."
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Looks like we've got another mystery on our hands!"
<DeathStar> <Ren> Changing how? <Taiga> Personality quirks and what not according to the police reports that were filed, but then the parents were tight mouthed.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "So what exactly are we supposed to do here then?"
<Sara> <Kaori> I think the phrase is "tight-lipped"
<Chaintan> <Kitty> I suppose infiltrate and mingle?
<Seraphna> Jaime> Creepy.
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "I am not."
<DeathStar> *Taiga nods* Yes. *to Kitty* If you think Hess is needed as back up, let me know and I'll ring her. *she heads in, wearing a student uniform*
<DeathStar> *the front of the school has a few food booths, as well as a shooting range - how strange*
<DeathStar> *and it looks like the front of the school is open to let more people inside*
<Seraphna> **Jaime, who for some reason appears to be in her teens now, is also wearing a uniform**
<Jackieness> <Noire> *plants her hand son her hips* "Hmmmm..."

<Alicia> * Charlotte sticks with Ren, while Celeste looks over the school.
<Seraphna> **Thena plays with twin tails, in a uniform, she can't pass it up**

<KAS_> * Nicolette slips out of sight to magical girl into a fitting uniform, and joins the observation party.
<Alicia> <Celeste> *to Noire* "I feel like that outfit will draw an awful lot of attention."
<DeathStar> *the student, wearing what appears to be a cop like outfit, sells Ren and Charlotte strange corndogs. Ren bites into one* <Ren> ish good
<Alicia> * Charlotte tries one too. "Well, if you like them.."
<Jackieness> <Noire> "...point taken." *shifts her cosplay outfit back into a school uniform, albeit aptterned after the uniform for this school*
<DeathStar> *the students walk along; a few of them study the group - a little too hard, while most seem to just pay them little mind. The Hawks seem to wear a badge on their uniform.*
<DeathStar> *Charlotte would find it delicious, but a slight danger sense goes off while eating it. Eat more?*
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "I... think I'll save the rest for now."
<DeathStar> <Ren> Okay! *she munches*
<Chaintan> 6*A girl in simple black dress and ruffled cravat waves towards the group. Short red bob swaying with the gesture.

<DeathStar> *a person in a cute bear/mouse outfit walks by, with a hat and vest, complete with a bowtie. They seem to waddle around, patrolling the area*

<Alicia> <Celeste> "Oh, how cute."
<Seraphna> **Thena salutes the mascot**
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Fair enough then. That being said, we are going to be conspicuous clustered into a group. I'm going this way." *walks off*
<DeathStar> *the mascot pauses, then salutes and waddles away*
<Chaintan> 6*Hess leans down to whisper1 <Hess> yeah, its been here as long as theres been a crowd. Ive not really seen it interact with anyone though but it sure is looking.
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Lets split up and search for clues?"

<DeathStar> *Taiga moves inside*
<DeathStar> *Ren puts it away*
<DeathStar> <Ren> Alright
<Chaintan> 6* Kitty follows after Taiga
<DeathStar> *Shion goes to the shooting range and fires at the targets, using her powers to hit them, getting a high score and winning prizes*
<Jackieness> <Noire> *makes her way solo toward the booths*
<Alicia> * Ceilidh follows Shion, while Celeste walks inside
<Seraphna> **Si follow Taiga, while Jaime wanders in a bit more**
<DeathStar> *Ren moves over to Kaori, handing her some cotton candy* All this food and Charlotte says she has a bad feeling. Do you think it's safe?
<DeathStar> *a few of the Hawks seem to take notice of Shion's score, tkaing notes*
<Seraphna> **Jaime pauses at the range and gives it a go too since she's no stranger to guns**
<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "Is this difficult?"
<Jackieness> <Noire> *adjusts her glasses* "Well, this is uneventful."
<KAS_> * Nicolette starts to wander off, taking in the range of attractions. As a performer, she's curious about how the different groups present themselves.
<DeathStar> *inside the school are a few more booths, trying to look normal, bu there's a lot more cameras. The faculity doors are closed, but there are definitely people inside. And the principal's door is shut. Nicolette, if she studies, would see three groups:
<DeathStar> *the Hawks, studying and looking overly observant, the normal crowd, just here and oblivious, and a few people who look jumpy and scared, glancing around and afraid to do anything - as if trying to get through the day*
<Sara> * Kaori sniffs the cotton candy.
<Chaintan> 6*Dorothy-Hess offers cotton candy to Kaori
<Jackieness> <Noire> *steps into the school and moves to go into the women's restroom*
<DeathStar> *Kitty would hear something from one of the birthdays that Noire stepped into, crying*
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Hm. Should we check that out or go upstairs to the second floor
<Chaintan> 6*Kitty blinks, turning around and listening for it
<DeathStar> <Taiga> By the way, you look good in a school uniform.
<Alicia> * Ceilidh tries her hand at the shooting range, doing reasonably well on her first shot... before acing the next ones.

<Jackieness> <Noire> *pauses and leans in to listen for it*
<Alicia> * Celeste looks over the booths, curious. She's looking for clues, but also looking at how earth schools work.
<DeathStar> *Jaime and Shion get approached by the Hawk students*

<Alicia> <Ceilidh> "It's not easy, but guts and hard work prevail."

<DeathStar> <Girl> F-Fine. I-I... *she can be heard wiping her face* I-I wasn't crying. *she is clearly lying*
<Jackieness> <Noire> "I could clearly hear you crying."
<DeathStar> *she opens the stall, looking pale* U-Um...
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Well?"
<DeathStar> <Girl> I-It's nothing.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Didn't sound like 'nothing' to me."
<DeathStar> <Girl> Please. Don't make trouble for me. *she whispers*

<DeathStar> *she eyes Noire, then Kitty, then Taiga* Who are you people...

<Alicia> * Celeste wanders over, keeping an eye out for suspicious people as she does
<DeathStar> <Girl> ... there's rumors going around that our new principal over the past few years is putting things in our food, and doing tests on us. And if you speak up, you go missing, or come back different. Obedient. Some of us manage to convince our parents and transfer out. Assuming they believe us, or aren't changed, too. This school is for students who are little difficult.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Hmmmm... sounds familiar..."
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Are you going to be alright now?"

<Jackieness> <Noire> "Go on before someone wonders why you've been in the bathroom so long."

<DeathStar> *documents are on the desk that look important and two drawers that are locked. There's a filing cabinet and it appears a window - one way - to look out. On a table is a system to look at the camera system when they are here*
<Alicia> * Celeste looks over the documents, since those seem the easiest to check
<DeathStar> *It looks like the school is used to test for extrodinary people and if that fails, make brainwashed kids that will become adults that will be in society that can be triggered and used at any point when needed. The school also seems to be able to enhance them in various ways to get them ready. It's hard to say if the person orchestrating them is the principal, or has a sock puppet principal in place*

<Jackieness> <Noire> *wlaks over and pokes the drawer, opening a small foxhole through the desk*
<DeathStar> *Taiga uses her reality powers to help make it succeed. Noire gets a few documents out as the drawer makes it so as they are removed, it burns the rest*
<Alicia> * Celeste then watches the cameras while she waits, not having any non-destructive ways to open locked cabinets
<DeathStar> *Catching the desk on fire and a fire alarm goes off; Celeste would see the mascot firing a machine gun at the students, rubber bullets hitting them in butt*
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Someone has rigged this desk somehow."
<Alicia> <Celeste> "Should we find the others and leave, or should we take down this operation?"
<DeathStar> *the documents seem to talk about how the person planned to frame Cedarton, since he didn't agree to be part of this, and plant evidence to frame him to be behind this school if it was caught. And put a figurehead of a principal. It lists his name. It looks like the students are having what looks to be some sort of formula that might be Weapon or Dragoon based to see how they react, but it's definitely something new*
<Jackieness> <Noire> "So Taiga, what do you want to do?"
<DeathStar> *and if they react well they would have moved onto something else. The rest is burnt but it does mention cloning and Taiga eyes it, hmmming*
<DeathStar> *there's a loud noise outside near the annex building*
<DeathStar> *Ceilidh would see what appears to be a giant mech holding the building, having lifted it off the ground*
<DeathStar> *as well as students running and screaming*
<Chaintan> <Kitty> that sounds like our cue

<Alicia> <Celeste> "Okay, this is big. Someone summoned their mech."

<DeathStar> *the mech looks to be some old fashion mech - big and clunks, but with a lot of fire power*

<DeathStar> *Ren runs up, dumping off her student; the area has mainly cleared out as the giant mech follows Ren, Charlotte, Ceilidh, Nicolette, Thena, Jaime, etc*

<DeathStar> <Taiga> I think all you have to do it hit like a weakpoint. *the giant mech stomps forward; everytime it does, it's joints wobble, and the back of it lights up*
<DeathStar> *it aims it's giant arm, two giant cannons lighting up*
<Chaintan> <Hess> wow, were at that part now huh
<Alicia> * Charlotte dumps off her student, before looking over the mech. "Why oh why didn't I bring a gear?"
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Well, weak joints and the main weapon is powered by a back-mounted power system. I think we have targets. I'll take care of the legs. Disable its power source before it kills someone."
<KAS_> <Nicolette> "Wait, wha? First drugged students, now a giant robot?"
<Alicia> <Celeste> "Want a hand with the legs? As a sword-user, they're far easier for me to hit."
<DeathStar> *it fires a beam and blows a giant crater into the ground*
<DeathStar> *it looks like it's targetting system is off*
<DeathStar> *it then reaims*
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Alright, I'll tangle them up and you slash the tendons, so to speak."
<Seraphna> **Thenas drop their students behind some cover and reform**
<DeathStar> <Taiga> *stumbles*
<Alicia> <Celeste> "Got it!"
<DeathStar> <Ren> right right, arm, got it. <Taiga> I'll hit the back and help end it
<Jackieness> <Noire> *starts forward toward the mecha, making a bee line*
<Seraphna> **Thena then sets a stereo system on top of the cover and plays battle music**
<KAS_> * Nicolette summons her magic rod, and uses it to launch a ball of magic energy at the mech's head, hoping to keep the sensors overwhelmed
<Alicia> * Celeste moves after Noire, trying to move in an angle towards it when closer
<DeathStar> *the head is hit and it's jolted to the side. Ren lands on the arm during that and begins to stab the joint repeatedly, getting zapped a bit*
<DeathStar> *Shion watches and supervises*
<Jackieness> <Noire> *then shifts her form, dark tentacles lashing out to try to grab the legs and bring the mecha down*
<DeathStar> *The Mech reaches with it's other hand to try to crush Ren when Noire tangles it, causing it to become unbalanced. Taiga climbs the back and stabs the ouka blade into the back, breaking it off into it, destroying the blade for good*
<Alicia> * Celeste rushes the mech once Noire does this, slashing at the legs to knock it off balance, if not cut them down
<DeathStar> *Celeste knocks it over and begins to fall down with Taiga riding it down, tumbling off*
<DeathStar> *the back sparking*
<DeathStar> *Shion then tosses some foxfire onto the back* There
<Sara> * Kaori throws fox fire at the sparking back
<DeathStar> *Shion and Kaori's combined attack causes an explosion with the sparking sword wound and BOOM*
<Seraphna> **Thena pauses the music and hits anew track, victory music playing now**
<DeathStar> *the mech blows up and somehow it's head comes off, rolling forward and lands on top of Kaori and Nicolette, crushing them. ... or not. It just rests on them, covering them up*

<DeathStar> *the mascot comes up and fires a gun into it's side, executioner style*
<Jackieness> <Noire> *slithers her tentacles over to the head and tries to rip it open*
