<DeathStar> <Taiga> Not exactly. Since our club's motto is to do missions, I guess they took it literally. We're going to deliver this to Planet Maka. Apparantly it has some big secret thing inside it.
<DeathStar> <Taiga> And since we have three Makas in our club they asked us to do it
<Alicia> <Celeste> "I'd say don't be ridiculous, but a bit of romance is good." *looks at Charlotte and Ren* "That kind of romance is fine too."
<Sara> * Kaori's ears twitch and she eyes the package label
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "A delivery? That's... well."
<Seraphna> Thena> Thena can finally become Magic Girl Princess.
<DeathStar> *it looks amost grail like, as for the label - it's a heart*
<Alicia> <Celeste> "... I was just about to complain, but... the Holy Grail. It has come to me at last." *is she being serious?*
<Sara> <Kaori> This should be easy. I was expecting a mission that was more of a heart attack.
<DeathStar> <Ren> The Holy Grail, wha?
<DeathStar> <Adeline> *eyes Celeste, then the object* I seriously doubt the Makas have the Holy Grail

<Ariel> * Nicolette frowns, idly shuffling a deck of cards.
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Are those fortune telling cards, or just regular playing cards?"
<Sara> <Kaori> Yes.
<DeathStar> *sitting on the ramp of said ship is Zayne; she has long blonde hair and wears a lolitaish outfit, purple eyes boringing into them as on her knee is a 1 year old girl*
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Oh no, it's the zombie maka."
<Sara> <Kaori> ... Zombie?
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Well... someone must be ready to go home."
<Sara> * She eyes Charlotte with confusion
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "You don't feel it? She's... hollow."
<DeathStar> <Zayne> And it is the one who is playing at being Dark.

<DeathStar> *Zayne rises, using her abilities to make her baby float gently, forming a magical baby device for Sunny to lay in*
<Sara> * Kaori eyes the baby named after Sunny, skeptically
<DeathStar> <Zayne> I have no intention of fighting them. I was merely curious about catching a ride.
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "If she's calling me a fake, I'm going to be mad."
<DeathStar> <Zayne> *peers at Charlotte, studying her wordlessly - judging her*
<Sara> <Kaori> If we take you to Maka, Zayne, it's likely to cause trouble, isn't it?
<Jackieness> <Noire> "You are aware of where we are going?"
<Alicia> * Charlotte stares back, almost glaring
<DeathStar> *Ren touches her arm*
<Sara> * Kaori peers between the two, feeling almost like she can see lightning sparks
<DeathStar> <Zayne> I am aware. I am not suicidal. I wish to take Sunny nearby and show her. I do not plan to cause trouble.
<DeathStar> *she offers an empty smile*
<Seraphna> Thena> Sounds fine!
<DeathStar> <Ren> This seems like a bad i--- *she pauses at Thena*
<Sara> <Kaori> ... *she frowns a little, realizing that they don't have much choice in this given Zayne is in their protection*
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Is it too late to refuse?"
<DeathStar> *Zayne inclines her head and walks up the ramp, moving inside*
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "I mean... if she tried something, wouldn't there be more than enough magical people to stop her?"

<Sara> <Kaori> Let's get this over with. Infighting won't help us.
<DeathStar> <Adeline> I think if we told the Makas we had her with us, they might cause a lot of damage to her, and our ship, and maybe us

<Alicia> <Charlotte> "She calls me a fake, and then just expects me to put up with it. You know I'm a Dark One, right, Noire?"
<Alicia> * Charlotte walks onboard.

<Sara> * Kaori boards.
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "... we're letting her do her own thing an awful lot..." *heads on*

<DeathStar> *Zayne sits in the back of the ship, playing with Sunny and offering what appears to be genuine smile to the baby*
<DeathStar> *using her magic to amuse the child*

<DeathStar> *Ren takes a seat and has Charlotte sit. Sabrina sits down and takes a deep breath, while Adeline sits about in the middle*
<Ariel> * Nicolette takes a seat, still rather fidgety
<Sara> * Kaori takes a seat, holding out a brownie to Nicolette
<Alicia> * Celeste hurries up to head on, having changed into her Fuu cosplay from before in the meantime

<DeathStar> *The ship starts off and flies toward the Maka Planet. While they're in flight, Sparkling would notice someone sitting behind her*

<DeathStar> *Zayne is now behind her, playing with Sunny as if she never moved up*

<DeathStar> *her little Maka companion, the Tsukaima, stares at Sparkling*
<DeathStar> <Zayne> You have a lot of potential for a Maka. What will you do when you reach that age? *she asks casually; she peers at Nicolette* That one seems to be versed in various techniques and branching out, but what about you? *she peers back*
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "...hah?"
<DeathStar> <Zayne> What will you do post being a Maka?
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "Well... that's judgey." *draws a card, glances between it and Zayne, and then returns it to the deck*
<Alicia> * Charlotte plays with a "Devil" card from a traditional fortune telling set
<DeathStar> *Ren snerks at Charlotte*
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "I... haven't... given it any thought..."
<Sara> * Kaori wiggles brownie at Nicolette
<Alicia> <Celeste> "Well, this is ominous."
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmm-hmmmm..."
<Jackieness> <Noire> "The clear defence would have been to start talking about your post-high school romance and imagined life as a housewife nonstop until the one asking self-destructs."
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "...w...what? But... I don't have anyone..."
<Sara> * Kaori makes an odd face

<DeathStar> *she tilts her head at Noire*
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Is that your dream, Noire?"
<DeathStar> *Zayne just smiles at Sparkling and leans back* It is good you have a pure heart. Makas need that to deal with the evils in the world and to save people. I respect that. *she says without emotion* Keep up the good work, while you can.

<Jackieness> <Noire> "Hardly. It would be a way to make someone regret asking about your future though."
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "I just start talking about how I'm going to take over the PAX. That works for me."

<DeathStar> <Adeline> I somehow think you all are creepier than Zayne's statements

<Alicia> * Charlotte pauses. "You know, I really hope no-one's going to betray us all."
<DeathStar> *they arrive at the Maka Homeworld finally*
<Seraphna> Jaime> Yeah... should I be offended at the open plotting to have my home stolen again?
<DeathStar> <Zayne> We are here. *she holds Sunny up and shows her the planet*
<DeathStar> *whispering to the baby, while pointing to it*
<Sara> * The planet looks similar to Earth in terms of color and features, though the landmasses are different
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Again?"
<Sara> * And once on the ground, it just looks like... an old Japanese city
<DeathStar> <Adeline> The Empress stole the the PAX from Lenneth
<DeathStar> <Adeline> She recently gave half of the PAX to Athena after they battled
<Alicia> <Celeste> "... I see."
<Seraphna> Jaime> Yeah, kinda of a sore thing to have to hear people considering.
<Ariel> * Nicolette peers out the window, seeming a bit surprised. "...I expected something... flashier."
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Even as a joke."
<DeathStar> *Adeline studies the place* hm loooks normal enough
<Alicia> <Celeste> "Lenneth's been through a lot..."
<DeathStar> <Ren> Well I do wonder why the Empress gave half of it back if she went to the effort to take it all. But let's give this grail thing to the Makas
<Jackieness> <Noire> "What did you expect? The planet lighting up with synchronous transformations?"
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "That would be amazing though."
<DeathStar> <Zayne> I will remain here. I would give you Sunny, but you all would probably do bad things.
<Sara> * As their ship opens up, a girl runs by with toast in her mouth, carrying a schoolbag -- a common occurence on Maka
<DeathStar> *Zayne takes a seat again*
<DeathStar> <Ren> I feel like we were insulted
<Sara> * Kaori frowns at Zayne's assumption that they would harm her child
<Alicia> <Celeste> "What kind of people do you take us for?"
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "Well... no. But I did expect more likes and displays. This seems so much more... peaceful."
<Seraphna> Jaime> Now this is starting to feel like my high school years.
<DeathStar> *Zayne then holds out Sunny* Then show her the world. *holds her out*
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Hmmmm... I'll defeat you this tiem A-ko."

<Alicia> <Charlotte> "So... anime's actually realistic?"
<Sara> * Kaori hesitantly takes the baby into her arms

<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Other than the whole... wait, no, including the whole people transforming part."

<Seraphna> Jaime> We literally live and work with people who turn into Giant Robots, Magical Girls and sword weilding magic users. Of course Anime is realistic.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "And I so happen to be a student council president."
<DeathStar> <Ren> I really want to know what happened to her at schoool
<Sara> <Kaori> So the real question is, where in the world -- literally -- are we delivering this grail to?
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Speaking of which, I believe saying it out loud is customary here. Generic Magical Girl Transformation!" *shapeshifts to look like a Maka*
<DeathStar> *Ren steps off the ship* I guess we find where the leaders are located? Lets ask for directions
<Ariel> * Nicolette judges Charlotte.
<Sara> * School kids are talking to each other, walking down the road, going about their business, all dressed in common Japanese-style school uniforms
<Alicia> * Charlotte follows Ren, practically hanging off her arm.
<Sara> * Kaori walks off the ship carrying Zayne's child, carefully
<DeathStar> *Sabrina picks up the grail box and walks off as well, breathing in the air*
<Jackieness> <Noire> *moves down the road*
<Sara> <Kaori> This is only my second time here, but it seems just like I remember it already
<Alicia> * Celeste and Sparkling head out too, Celeste looking like a tourist, Sparkling looking more like she's returned home after way too long.
<Ariel> * Nicolette also looks like a tourist, despite actually being a Maka
<Sara> * In general, it looks a lot like Tokyo did in around 2015 or so, and the language the people speak -- not that it's a problem in the TAW universe -- is similar to Japanese, but as it's spoken in anime, rather than how it's actually used
<DeathStar> <Sabrina> So is it everything you imagined? *she ignores Charlotte*

<Seraphna> **Thena twirls in a frilly pink and white number** Thena dressed casually!

<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Appearances can be deceiving... but... she's probably fine."
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "Well, you could do that or...." She grabs one corner of her magician outfit, and looks like she's about to rip the dress off by the shoulder... only nothing ends up in her hand, and by the end of the quick motion, her outfit has changed into casual street clothes.
<DeathStar> <Ren> She's like around 1 year's old now right? Can she walk? Or is that 2.
<DeathStar> *Ren tries to judge the age*
<Sara> <Kaori> I think that's between 1 and 2? But if Zayne's babying her too much... Wait, why am I even thinking about this?
<Alicia> <Celeste> "... wait, that wasn't even magic, was it? I'm really impressed."
<Seraphna> Jaime> It tends to be different for a lot of races. Terra already trots around and talks incessently.
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "Was it magic, Magic or MAGIC? I won't say~."
<Sara> * Kaori looks to Sabrina
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "It takes a lot of skill to pull off things like that with pure skill."

<Ariel> * Nicolette ponders a moment, then takes off her had and digs around inside, trying to find something.

<Sara> * Kaori eyes the signs on shops as they walk and finally reach a train through Sabrina's help -- it seems like this town is called Nio Tokiwo, and is the capital
<DeathStar> <Sabrina> Oh. *she eyes a shop* They have an old series I used to read in here. *she enters the store*
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "So... Nicolette, Sabrina... should I be worried about what you know who said?"
<Sara> * Kaori blinks and follows after. She eyes the various goods -- it feels like walking into an anime convention, even though it's just a store
<Sara> * In terms of goods, I mean
<Alicia> * Celeste looks lost, Sparkling looks distracted
<Ariel> * Nicolette gives up and turns the hat right way up and baps it a few times before a fat, somewhat slobbish rabbit, falls out, glares at her, and then hops off towards a bar. Nicolette sighs, before turning her attention to Sparkling, "About what? Getting older?"
<Sara> * There is an action figure that looks alarmingly like Sparkling on one of the shelves
<DeathStar> *Sabrina is buying what looks to be a series of love stories and is magic themed; Sabrina puts it into her bag*

It is a grail that looks a lot like the Sailor Moon grail, but it is clear there is a lot of magic power inside it. Who knows what it does, though, but perhaps it is a Maka Relic, or a mcguffin to get the team onto the Maka Homeworld*

<Sara> * The mixer spurts a fruity drink on Sabrina as it falls apart. Nicolette's water zaps the blender, which electrocutes itself to death with its own power

<Sara> * It seems like they've got them all soon, until... Nicolette's Tsukai runs down to join them, looking at the bar and pointing
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Could a fake dark one do this?!" *gathers up dark energy, before launching a blast at the oven*

<Jackieness> <Noire> *returns back to her normal, school uniform look* "You have issues, Charlotte."

<Sara> * The boss monster bursts out of the bar, throwing several patrons -- a very large, very mean-looking bottle of Yamazaki 12-year whiskey, but with arms and legs

<DeathStar> *Zayne forms her scythe into railgun mode, letting the others attack it and charges*

<Sara> * The monster is formidable and charges away from Zayne, straight for Nicolette; one of its arms seems to break pretty soon from the attacks, but it isn't stopping. Ichiko and the others have mopped up the remaining other monsters and join the group, firing hearts and flowers at the bottle

<Sara> * With the combination of attacks from Sabrina and Noire, the monster gets stuck in place... and the burst of fire sends it up in flames, leaving Nicolette somewhat seared as she falls straight down, but the bottle finally shatters helplessly

<Jackieness> <Noire> "Blue would be no where near as visible for passing air traffic."
<Alicia> * Sparkling nods a little
<Sara> <Kaori> Even though there is way more air traffic here!

<DeathStar> <Ren> I wonder how many villains use this tower to go back in time or threaten the universe
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "...I can't believe this tower is that dangerous."
<Alicia> <Celeste> "Or to travel to... this is already a magical world, isn't it?"
<Sara> * Up at the top of the tower, there is a bright flash of light
<Sara> * The light then flies away somewhere into the sky
<Alicia> <Celeste> "What was that? Did someone just go to Cephiro?"
<DeathStar> <Ren> Cephiro?
<Sara> <Kaori> What's a Cefiro? Is it a car?
<Alicia> <Celeste> "... it's the alternate world in Magic Knights Rayearth..." <Charlotte> "Which is probably the only anime she's seen."
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmm-hmmm..."
<Ariel> * Nicolette nods cluelessly
<Sara> * Kaori shows on a data pad that it's a car, along with other cars like the Clef and the Presea
<Alicia> <Celeste> "Is everyone in that named after cars? Even Mokona?"
<DeathStar> *Sabrina shrugs ta nicolette*
<DeathStar> <Sabrina> We should go before a world sized crisis or monster attacks the tower
<DeathStar> <Sabrina> I'll find us a place to stay. How about my old home?
<DeathStar> <Sabrina> When I lived here
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Will we all fit?"
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "Oh? You lived near here?"
<DeathStar> <Sabrina> I grew up on Maka until I left the planet. Come on
<Sara> <Kaori> I look forward to seeing it!
<Alicia> <Sparkling> "Me too!"
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Let's go then."
<DeathStar> *Sabrina just smiles and after some traveling, they are led to what seems to be a decent sized place left to her with her parent's stuff after, you know, they crashed. The porch has a magic broom to keep it clean, looking a little worn out so Sabrina touches it to let it rest. Cute decorations dangle outside as she lets them inside and the place has cute plushies and toys all over in what is otherwise a sparse place for a one magical place to live in. There's a desk to study at and otherwise it looks like a place a student might live in, with two bedrooms, the main room, and guest room, and a kitchen.*
<Sara> * Kaori eyes the broom, leaning in and looking at it. "Man, how fantastical."
<Jackieness> <Noire> "You have invited a student council president into your home."
<DeathStar> *Sabrina has the magical cleaners inside rest as well, having kept the place clean and brings out extra futons for the group*
<DeathStar> *Sabrina jerks*
<Jackieness> <Noire> *sits down* "Now I cna appear here any time I wish."
<Sara> <Kaori> Is that how that works? *her ears twitch*
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "Okay, I like those brooms... I might have to get a few to bring back to Geyze."
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "I thought that was vampires."
<Jackieness> <Noire> *places a finger to her lips*
<DeathStar> *Sabrina sweats*
<Alicia> <Celeste> "I could see how the legends of-" *is gagged by one of Charlotte's tendrils*
<Ariel> <Nicolette> "Student presidents and vampires have a lot in common, now that I think of it..."

<DeathStar> <Sabrina> My parents crashed onto Maka, and so what they ahd on them provided this place
<Alicia> <Celeste> *ungagging herself* "It reminds me a bit of my old room."
<Sara> <Kaori> They don't really seem to have modern technology here, so I guess if someone crashed here they'd be stuck quite a while, huh?
<DeathStar> *Sabrina nods* Yeah. But hey, I became a magical girl. *she poses, softly*
