<DeathStar> *over a month after the events of 600, Taiga and the Strikers have been doing various reality checks, looking for this Nyarl. During that time, there has been no sightings of it and so far all the realities have been checking out. Everything seems to be okay. On the side, Taiga tinkers with the Tareh device to try to keep the portal open so time does not go forward at an incredible amount*

<Seraphna> **Si yawns and dozes a bit nearby**

<Jackieness> <Noire> *walks off the teleporter* "Mmmmm...and what is everyone doing just sitting around here?"
<DeathStar> *Taiga tinkers with the device with her glasses on, her right hand clenched up* Well, I figured I'd do some work. We haven't spotted any enemies for the past month.
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "What else can we do right now? We can only prepare."
<Seraphna> Si> I just restocked Fort Kickass.
<DeathStar> <Ren> *looks to be half-asleep, rubbing her side* We should see about getting new Strikers. Shame Athena scooped up Victoire.
<DeathStar> <Ren> We never see Jubei or Hess or Kaori around anymore.
<Seraphna> **Kumiko floats by with coffee**
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Yeah, where is Jubei anyway?"
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Having a life." *walks over*
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "I want to argue, but..."
<Seraphna> Si> Would be nice if the Tareh gang got back soon.
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Well. I've noticed something since Mother burnt out her reality powers.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmmmm?"
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "I'm starting to wonder if we'll ever see Ako again.."
<DeathStar> <Ren> Ako? She should be around
<DeathStar> <Ren> I think she's working with Iko
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Oh. Well, at least we don't have to worry about her being trapped on Tareh then."
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Again, living their lives." *sits down*
<DeathStar> *Taiga turns and eyes her hands* My reality spark, however minute it was, seems to be dimenished. I imagine it's the same for Ren.
<DeathStar> <Ren> I haven't really tried.
<DeathStar> <Taiga> It just means we can't use it much anymore
<Seraphna> Si> Your Cutie Spark is pretty bright though.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmmm...I consider the fewer reality warpers floating around, the better."
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Well, as for new members.
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Right now, I don't want reality warped at all... by anything."
<DeathStar> <Taiga> We can consider it later. We'll just check in on realities that are easier.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Well, we could extend some invitations. That beign said, we are mostly just doing recon."
<DeathStar> *Taiga moves over to her reality map, and begins to check out something, tapping up on the Reality Map, moving to the Oddverses*
<Seraphna> Si> **opens a comic with a Vapaad on the cover holding 20 guns in its tentacles**

<DeathStar> *Taiga settles on a reality and locks in, the gate opening, as she stands; Ren stands up*

<DeathStar> *Ren follows after finishing putting Akatsuki in a cute armor outfit and back into her tail*
<Alicia> * Charlotte steps through with Akatsuki

<DeathStar> *Adeline heads in; the group arrives in Oddverse 17, where they arrive at the Academy, but something seems unusual. Sasha's pyramid is a massive pyramid that rises up high into the sky, ala the PAX almost*
<DeathStar> *Ren cranes her head* <Ren> Is Sasha making a statement?
<DeathStar> *The students move about the Academy, taking classes, otherwise acting as if this is normal*
<Seraphna> **Jaime sniffs** The PAX is still taller.
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "She's taking after me."
<Jackieness> <Noire> "...Taiga, the briefing please."
<DeathStar> <Adeline> *smirk* This is a competition now?
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Right. Jaime, try to sense out the spirits.
<Seraphna> **Jaime muses and senses about**
<DeathStar> *Jaime can sense all the spirits located about the academy, which is unusual, but what's even more unusual is that it seems every student here is has a chosen spirit with them. Some has the same one, another has a different one. As they walk around the academy, they eye each other with side eyes*
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Well? *To Jaime before she tells*
<Seraphna> Jaime> I sense them... all around the academy... and it feels like every student has a spirit too.
<Alicia> <Akatsuki> "I wanna spirit too!"
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Right. Everyone here does. In this reality, this academy and reality the students are given spirits and they go into Sasha's ... pyramid which is more like a dungeon and they train with them
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Training in the dungeon... is it okay for Akatsuki to be here?"
<Jackieness> <Noire> "...this sounds like a monster trainer game reality."
<Seraphna> **Jaime raises a brow** The lesser spirits are more sentient here?
<DeathStar> <Taiga> To become stronger and then they battle each other with their chosen spirit. In tournaments. To see who is the strongest student. And the strongest class wins that year
<DeathStar> <Taiga> It should be fine. We are not signed up to be part of the class tournament.
<Jackieness> <Noire> *turns to the others* "And no, you are not allowed to sign up."
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "I guess we can't compete then. Oh well."
<DeathStar> <Ren> W-Why not?
<Jackieness> <Noire> "And Jaime, please don't start a spirits' lib movement while we are here."
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Do you have a spirit? And no, Jaime, you're not allowed to sign up."
<DeathStar> *Taiga walks along the campus; the students sticking among their own class groups, and eyeing the others suspiciously. As they walk among the grounds, one can see where the spirits chambers are located among it. Sylph's wind chamber, Salamnder, etc. scattered about as they near the cafeteria*
<Seraphna> Jaime> **huffs** I could win without one.
<DeathStar> <Adeline> Really dear?
<DeathStar> *she chuckles*
<Seraphna> Jaime> I can go spirit myself after all.
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Right, you totally don't need Gnome at all..."
<Seraphna> Jaime> We're one.
<DeathStar> <Ren> Hey look. *She points at someone among the classes*
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmmm?"
<Seraphna> **Jaime looks over**
<Seraphna> **Si shows Salamander her fire moves**
<Alicia> * Akatsuki looks over just before Charlotte
<DeathStar> *Selena, much younger in this reality, looking about 13, stands alone even among her classmates*
<Jackieness> <Noire> "...isn't that the queen?"
<DeathStar> *eating her food sullenly*
<DeathStar> <Taiga> I think she's just the princess in this reality
<Seraphna> **Jaime slips over** Hey there.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmm...of course."
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "So, are there any other Aska summoners, or just her?"
<DeathStar> *Selena glances up* Hm? *Studies her* What's one of the champions doing back here?
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Funny you should mention that. *Studies her data* She's the only Aska summoner right now. Probably why she's alone.
<Seraphna> **Jaime blinks** Oh just... visiting. You're a princess too right?
<DeathStar> <Ren> And the fact she's a princess.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "So the social cliques here are based upon spirit association as well."
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Must suck to not be one of the cool kids with a dark spirit."
<DeathStar> <Adeline> I wonder who got the honor of Shade then
<DeathStar> <Selena> Yes.
<Seraphna> Jaime> It sucks sometimes, standing apart.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmmm...this is starting to annoy me."
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "I'm sure you can work up to student council president here too."
<DeathStar> <Selena> Yes; my own teammates do not trust--- *Suddenly Jaime and Selena's area burns from a Salamander user. Selena's teammates scamper off, not helping even though one is an Undine user*

<Seraphna> **Jaime glows green and forms mud over the fire**
<DeathStar> *The Salamander user turns to their teammates* Sneak attack score! *they don't notice Jaime doing that as a teacher comes over to deduct points from their team on the attack*
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "And, time until we stand out is now at zero seconds."
<DeathStar> <Selena> *blinks at Jaime and the mud*
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Well, at least Jaime was recognized as someone here."
<Seraphna> **Jaime smiles, the mud cleaning itself up**
<Seraphna> Jaime> I should make that punk eat a mud pie.
<DeathStar> <Selena> So you and Gnome are still in synch after all this time. *She bows her head*
<DeathStar> <Selena> I thank you. *some of the teachers look oddly at Jaime - probably knowing she should not be there*
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmmm...they are giving her the stinkeye though."
<Seraphna> Jaime> Why wouldn't we be? **she pats her head** Trust in yourself and your pact with Aska. You have more potential than you know.
<DeathStar> *but right now nothing seems to be done about it - they just check on Selena and after verifying she is safe, leave her be while the student that attacks her is dragged off*
<Alicia> * Charlotte studies the school rules on whether spirits are actually required... fully intending to fake it if needed
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Taiga, we need to find out more information before we blunder into any further situations."
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Right, come with me. There's inns for people who want to watch the tournament
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Yes, feed us that delicious information."
<DeathStar> *She heads that way while Charlotte studies the school rules*
<DeathStar> *Adeline waves Jaime over*
<DeathStar> <Selena> I will remember that
<Jackieness> <Noire> *moves over*
<Seraphna> **Jaime moves over and puts an arm around Adeline** Seems I'm a champ here.

<DeathStar> *The rules state that for a student to enter the touranment, they must be accepted by a spirit. The class must have no more than 8 people (but doesn't necessarily say how little a class can be). (Cont)
<DeathStar> *Fighting can involve other weapons and powers; each round shall not exceed more than 10 minutes. Judges will judge the performance of the spirit and student, as well as class working together against each other*
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Anyway, I imagine that they want to take Selena out of the running before this year's touranment begins
<DeathStar> <Taiga> *as she pays for their room*
<Seraphna> Jaime> Maybe we should give her an assist, her team is made of cowards.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmmm...but hat exactly are we doing here?"
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Teams aren't based on spirits though..."
<DeathStar> <Taiga> I just wanted to show off an unusual Geyze and spirits were used
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Maybe spirit cliques are considered more important than teams."
<DeathStar> <Taiga> There's a few more unusual ones I was going to show
<DeathStar> <Ren> Yeah, but these creeps are totally going to try to take her out again
<Jackieness> <Noire> "And look at what is happening, Taiga. Plans are afoot to interfere in this reality's development."
<Seraphna> Jaime> Mmm. Something tells me this is a curriculum where a flexible summoni could easily dominate due to people stuck on single theory.
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Oh yeah."
<Seraphna> **Jaime tilts her head** Question... when and why was it ever decided we shouldn't interfere for the better?
<DeathStar> <Adeline> I admit I am curious what the winning Peacekeepers are like
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Well, Noire is teamleader

<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmmm..."
<Seraphna> Jaime> We're not the science fiction alliance of an Earth TV show that imposes rules on itself for superstituous reasons? Fate herself told us the multiverse was a part of our more perfect reality.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Like how you we got Asarar killed and then Terra captured by that evil version of Ymir?"
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "What does science fiction have to do with this?"

<Seraphna> Jaime> The same evil Ymir that came to our reality and nearly killed our Asarar and assisted 25 Cheryl in her attack?
<DeathStar> <Adeline> Well. If we're not going to interfere.
<Seraphna> Jaime> Makes me think if we interefered more, Asarar would be fine and Kumen better off.
<DeathStar> *Adeline lifts her finger up* I propose we shut down the Strikers project and just leave the scanners up
<DeathStar> <Adeline> It can gather data.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "And there is a counter-proposal."
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Yes, if we'd done the correct things, things would be better. But I counter, if we do what we think are the correct things and get them wrong, things get worse."
<Seraphna> **Jaime looks at Noire** What's the counter proposal?
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Adeline's proposal. We stop doing any in-person recon unless we get a hit first."
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Well. The proposal is on the table.
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Lets observe and only observe for now."
<Seraphna> **Jaime looks back in the direction of the academy** And we just let good people fade away. It does seem like if you're going to treat this as a safari there's no point to even travelling in the first place.
<DeathStar> <Ren> ... *shuffles* Alright.
<Seraphna> Jaime> Can I make a proposal? Since something occurs to me.
<DeathStar> <Ren> This sucks but okay.
<DeathStar> *Ren glances up*
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Or what if the experience teaches Selena an important lesson that later serves her as a future queen, but us rescuing her at this stage leaves her unable to stand up for herself or her people?"
<Seraphna> Jaime> We are trying to track down and fight a creature who is actively destroying realities, are we not?
<Seraphna> Jaime> She is a threat to ALL the multiverse?
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Or bending them to its purpose, whatever that might be, yes."
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Oh, do you have a way to track her now?"
<Seraphna> Jaime> You were looking for recruits.
<Seraphna> Jaime> Why not offer the multiverse a chance to defend itself.
<Seraphna> Jaime> Or do we just wait till she's already destroyed another before warning people and getting them involved?
<DeathStar> <Taiga> That would mean alerting realities
<Seraphna> Jaime> Let's not pretend that window isn't already open.
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Some of them are clueless to other realities.
<Seraphna> Jaime> And thus clueless of it.
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Oh yes. 'Have you heard about the horrible monsters trying to destroy reality?' That's a great idea..." *she deadpans*
<Seraphna> Jaime> You're right, aid her by doing nothing when you have the chance.
<DeathStar> <Taiga> There was a reason Fate didn't want even us to know about it
<Seraphna> Jaime> And look where that got her.
<DeathStar> <Adeline> I actually agree with them.
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Why don't you just steal this reality's PAX?"
<DeathStar> <Adeline> Have you heard of "power in belief?" That is the type of being we are likely dealing with. Mythos. I'm not saying not believing will weaken it
<Jackieness> <Noire> *slips off her glasses and rubs the bridge of her nose* "We are not stealing PAXes."
<DeathStar> <Adeline> But the more people we inform about it, the more people will become aware and the more power it'll become stronger
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Yes, I know. That's... what it sounds like to me."
<Seraphna> Jaime> **rubs her temples** I didn't know about it until after it already marked me. I don't... **she sighs**
<Seraphna> Jaime> I think about those realities she might manipulate, cross, and take without those people, those versions of us, ever having a chance to stop them and it frustrates me.
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "We need to be subtle, okay?"
<DeathStar> <Taiga> I'll talk to our allies.
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Lets go.
<DeathStar> *she walks off*
<Jackieness> <Noire> *turns and follows taiga*
<Seraphna> **Jaime just nods and follows, frowning in the direction of the Academy again**
<DeathStar> *Selena is heading for the giant pyramid alone*
<Seraphna> Jaime> Can't we at LEAST help her?
<Jackieness> <Noire> "How?"
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "How?"
<Seraphna> Jaime> No one should have to go it alone.
<Alicia> <Akatsuki> "How?" *is just joining in the chorus*
<DeathStar> <Ren> Make a class with her?
<Seraphna> Jaime> Yeah.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "You're our only spirit anything, Jaime."
<Seraphna> Jaime> The rules are a bit... loose on that.
<Seraphna> Jaime> ANd you could ask the spirits here.
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "So, Jaime, Selena and... who? I have Kyouki's approval, but I can't summon her."
<Seraphna> Si> Salamander seemed cool.
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "And proving that's a bit difficult without that."
<Jackieness> <Noire> "I think it would be ill-advisable to form new spirit pacts in this reality."
<Seraphna> Jaime> Why?
<Jackieness> <Noire> "In fact, I am going to put my foot down on that point. No forming new pacts with the spirits of this reality."
<Seraphna> Jaime> Again, why?
<DeathStar> *Ren grumbles, peering at Charlotte since she's the vice captain*
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "What do you think would happen if you formed a pact with a spirit from a completely different reality?"
<DeathStar> <Ren> And I'm guessing you're with Noire?
<Seraphna> Jaime> Since as you all said, I'm the only experienced Summoni here, I can actually answer that.
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Yeah, we just don't know the..." *pauses* "This is going to be completely surface level, isn't it?"
<Seraphna> Jaime> A pact can be temporarily formed, any great division of time or space, like a reality jump, cuts one off from their spirit to some extent. And the pacts here are indeed surfance level.
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "So, we basically announce that we're from a completely different world."
<Seraphna> Jaime> Or you just form a pact with a spirit and say nothing.
<Seraphna> Jaime> Spirits keep the secrets of their summoni.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Our reality doesn't have a spirit for every Academy student. The rules here could be different."
<Seraphna> Jaime> Indeed. Like walking around without one could be considered weird, or even interfering.
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "You *know* that the spirits are going to keep a secret like that? Fae and Terra from 25 would absolutely keep that sort of secret?"
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Alright Jaime. Assuming they even let you, since you're the champion, fight again.
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Go and see if you can get in touch with Selena and see if you can make a class with her
<Seraphna> Jaime> I could offer to train or teach, as a champion I bet.
<DeathStar> *Taiga motions at the rest to stay with her*
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "...alright, training seems fine to me."
<Jackieness> <Noire> *takes a deep breath* "Taiga, let's go to one of these inns and wait this out."
<DeathStar> <Taiga> No, Jaime wants to do this and the rest of you don't. We'll let her do it
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Jaime, your wrist watch can bring you back when you're done.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmm... I see."
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Are we really doing that?"
<Seraphna> Jaime> **frowns**
<DeathStar> *Adeline joins Jaime*
<DeathStar> <Taiga> I'll be online at the Asteroid C if things go side-ways.
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Unless you all suddenly want to go along with her plan
<DeathStar> *she is inputting the gate coordinates*
<Seraphna> Jaime> For what it's worth, I think it should be easy to form pacts here. The spirits are obviously here for that reason.
<Seraphna> Si> Salamander did seem cool... **she pouts**
<Seraphna> Jaime> And I promise to keep It on the downlow, for now.
<DeathStar> <Ren> I'll be at the Station if you need me.
<DeathStar> *Taiga opens the gate*
<Jackieness> <Noire> "...good luck then, Jaime."
<Alicia> * Charlotte takes a deep breath. "Good luck."
<DeathStar> *Adeline follows Jaime along*
<DeathStar> *As they return to Asteroid C, Taiga deletes her mission plan to do more Oddverses - one including the plan to visit more odd realities*
<DeathStar> *along what they just did*
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Well, that went off the rails quick."
<DeathStar> *Taiga begins to power the Station down*
<DeathStar> <Taiga> I'll keep the gate powered for Jaime's return
<DeathStar> *she sits down, putting her glasses back on and resumes her work on the Tareh work*
<Seraphna> Si> She had a point.
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "... I don't mind the visits..."
<DeathStar> <Ren> Well, we're kind of done now Charlotte.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Mmmm...well, I didn't say to stop the visits, just not jump into the thick of it."
<Seraphna> Si> There's no purpose to our mission if our rules are to never do anything.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Observe and learn."
<Seraphna> Si> So... set up a camera and walk away.
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "There's a difference between that and jump into everything."
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Adeline has the right of it. I can send probes to observe
<DeathStar> *Taiga leans back, peering at them*
<Seraphna> Si> You can't learn and interact with people if you wanna watch them like bird watchers.
<DeathStar> <Taiga> If something major happens, I'll call you all
<Seraphna> Si> All three former teams got involved all the time. It resulted in three saved multiverses. **she sighs and sits back, grabbing her comic book**
<DeathStar> <Ren> Well, also us getting involved caused issues. Noire had the right of that too
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Ren's right."
<Seraphna> Si> Yeah, bad things happen sometimes. You have to learn to get over it or quit. Which is what's happening here.
<DeathStar> <Ren> I think that's why Mom was selecting the Oddverses. Right?
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "If there were no consequences, I'd absolutely have pacted with one of the dark spirits and jumped in... but there are."
<Seraphna> Si>What consequences?
<Jackieness> <Noire> "Asarar died on my watch. Jaime summoned Terra and got her captured because I didn't say no. The situation only resovled itself because that Ymir was recruited by a common enemy to attack us."
<Seraphna> Si> So quit.
<Jackieness> <Noire> "I'm not quitting. I made the call I just did because I learned a harsh lesson."
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Why is Noire the one who should quit, anyway?"
<Seraphna> Si> **shrugs** Ask her.
<DeathStar> *Taiga grabs her glasses* Look, I selected the Oddverses because their oddities, they meant little to the main reality's scheme of things so I figured we could go out and get into the flow of things again without worrying too much. But at this point, I think we should all step back from the Strikers. The system can run itself as far as looking for threats and I'll be here since I'm working on trying to reach Tareh
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "Noire, why do you think you should quit, and not whoever it was caused the problem?"
<DeathStar> <Taiga> So I can contact you if I need the team.
<Seraphna> Si> I'm just saying, you kids already quit.
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Si.
<DeathStar> *her tone snaps*
<Seraphna> **Si lowers her ears, then looks back into her book**
<DeathStar> *Taiga carefully puts her glasses back on her face, bent a little*
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "... that was unsightly of me."
<Jackieness> <Noire> "And Charlotte... I am the leader. That means more than just gratifying my own ego. I am responsible for my team. Their safety, their actions."
<DeathStar> *Ren takes Akatsuki and steps through the teleporter*
<Alicia> <Charlotte> "That was a good answer."

<DeathStar> *She shifts to stand before Jaime* You also are full of spirits. That is unheard.

<DeathStar> *Sasha sits atop of it, looking like a Queen herself, with a massive battle ring. Classes are already battling each other as they arrive*

<DeathStar> <Selena> *Bows rapidly to her Aunt*
<Seraphna> Jaime> Sort of suits her. She's been far too subtle back home.
<DeathStar> *Adeline sits and watches the battling*
<Seraphna> **Jaime sits with her, deep in thought**
<DeathStar> *one team sports a Dark Spirit user - it looks like none other than Jikuu herself, representing the Suisen Empire*
<DeathStar> <Adeline> That's not a good combination if she's allowed to use hyperspace
<Seraphna> Jaime> If she is, we have this in the bag though.
<DeathStar> <Adeline> Oh?
<Seraphna> Jaime> With our skillsets?
<DeathStar> *the Dark Team crushes with Shade*
<DeathStar> *But it seems Jikuu has something else up her sleeve*
<DeathStar> *soon Jikuu's team face Selenea's*
<DeathStar> <Adeline> Alright here goes nothing
<DeathStar> *Selena eyes Jikuu's 8 man team
<Seraphna> **Jaime tilts her head** Selena, work as a counter to their darkness, and don't be afraid to tap into your bloodline... if you've figured that out.
<DeathStar> *fire, wind, water, and ice all come flying in*
<DeathStar> *Adeline TK tries to counter some of it*
<Seraphna> **Jaime stomps the ground and forms a wall of earth in front of them, then stomps again to bust a pillar of stone out from under them**
<DeathStar> *Selena goes half spirit and zooms up, going after Jikuu who sends Shade after her Aska*
<Alicia> * Jikuu looks over Jaime, tilting her head slightly, using her own TK to fly above the pillar, while throwing balls of darkness at Jaime
<DeathStar> *As Jaime counters the attacks, Selena eeks and barely dodges the fireballs*
<Seraphna> **Jaime teleports to the other summoni and starts to trap them in stone, letting Jikuu follow as she taunts her so Selena can get at her**
<Alicia> * Jikuu teleports around, breaking the stone, following, but not so egotistical as to try to solo the group
<DeathStar> *As Aska and Shade to epic battle, Selena zooms in at Jikuu to try to attack with a light barrage of beams. The other summonis battle Jaime and Adeline form a distance with wind and water, battering at them to avenge their fallen comrades*
<DeathStar> *Adeline sputters*
<DeathStar> *Falling out of the ring*
<Seraphna> **Jaime lets her get up close and smiles, then sends a cloud of Queen Pheramones into her face before teleporting to Adeline's side to grab her with TK and pull her back**
<Seraphna> Jaime> Wait, all we have to do is ring out?
<DeathStar> <Adeline> Seems so. Sorry.
<Seraphna> **Jaime giggles for some reason, then leaps into the stone of the ring**
<DeathStar> *the summoni begin to batter Jaime with fireballs to knock her*
<Seraphna> **Jaime starts moving through it like a shark, grabbing Summoni to take them into the stone and keep out of the fire, then spits the first one out of the side of the ring**
<Alicia> * Jikuu moves to avoid the magic lasers, seemingly waiting for Selena to close, before bringing out a second spirit. One Jaime likely remembers very well, Kyouki launching her own dark blast at Selena at point blank range.
<DeathStar> <Selena> What?! *She is caught off guard and sent spinning*
<DeathStar> *while Jaime spits one out of the ring*
<Alicia> <Jikuu> "This is why I am going to be the next champion."
<Seraphna> **Jaime muses, then focuses on another of her own spirits and sends Selena reversing back to being in front of Kyo, using telepathy to tell her to prepare to blast her**
<DeathStar> *Selena barely stops from the edge of he ring*
<DeathStar> *before going back to Jikuu and blast at Jikuu*
<DeathStar> *The crowd is murming at this fight - an extra spirit, Jaime having powers beside Earth suddenly*
<Seraphna> **Jaime rises up behind Kyo and creates an Earth Fist to knock her away**
<Alicia> * Jikuu teleport-dodges, almost caught off guard. "Impressive. I did not expect someone else to have a second spirit."
<Seraphna> Jaime> Well little sister, if you can then certainly so can I~
<Alicia> <Kyouki> "They're better than we thought."
<Alicia> * Kyouki is struck, but uses her powers to avoid any sort of ring-out.
<DeathStar> <Selena> Haa...haaa. *she pants, glowing; clearly burning a lot of spirit energy in this form. She holds up her sword* I--- I...hm?
<Alicia> <Jikuu> "... that is new."
<Seraphna> Jaime> THat's it. Burn bright Sel!
<DeathStar> *Selena begins to zip about at high speeds for Jikuu*
<DeathStar> *Trying to ram her out*
<Seraphna> **Jaime keeps Kyo occupied, knowing when to let someone else shine**
<Alicia> * Jikuu seems used to this kind of high speed fighting, bouncing around, giving as good as she gets
<DeathStar> *the timer finally hits 0 and Sasha rises*
<DeathStar> <Sasha> The tournament is over. The judges will judge this battle.
<Seraphna> **Jaime grins, because win or lose, people just saw that Selena is a summoner worth considering**
<DeathStar> *Selena jerks, peering and then at Jikuu, before depowering and slumps, looking exhausted; the judges begin to whisper and debate amongst themselves., then whisper to Sasha* <Sasha> It seems we have something unusual. Two teams won this year. Jikuu's team was #1. And Selena's team also tied them.
<Alicia> * Jikuu stops, taking deep breaths, obviously tired from all this. "Good fight."
<DeathStar> <Sasha> Everyone else. *thumbs down. The spirits float out of their bodies out of losers' bodies and begin to devour them*
<Seraphna> **Jaime stares** What the fuck...
<DeathStar> *Then float away - thankfully, their spirit energy is just eaten*
<DeathStar> *not themselves*
<DeathStar> <Adeline> ... well then
<DeathStar> *She watches them return to the temple*
<DeathStar> *As the students look upset at losing*
<DeathStar> *moving to go home in shame*
<Seraphna> **Jaime rubs the back of her head and moves to Adeline**

<Alicia> * Jikuu looks Jaime over, as if wondering something, but says nothing.

<DeathStar> *Selena nods and turns to Jikuu* Let us both keep becoming stronger leaders.

<DeathStar> <Adeline> *snarks to Jaime* You want to stick around longer and see what else she gets up to? Who knows what other fights you might can get up to and might have you be eaten.
<Seraphna> Jaime> I managed to make a friend and provide two future spirit leaders instead of one. I'd say I accomplished leaving things better than when I found them this time. **She winks at her**

<DeathStar> <Ren> *Feeds Akatsuki* So I'm working on some stuff we can all do on a spare time

<DeathStar> <Ren> Give me a bit more time and I'll have it ready
