<DeathStar> *however, at that moment, Talia's pocket begins to glow*

<Xanatos`> <Simon> Excellent. Well then, let's go. 6* He starts to step through it and then pauses at the glow.

<DeathStar> 6* Talia is holding Ire's gun. As she holds it, she suddenly transforms, Talia taken over and turns into an old crusty man who looks like he's been alive for ages. Not really a zombie but tubes in him keep his fleshy body alive. Senreich.

<DeathStar> 6* Holding the caster like gun, he peers around the world he stands in now. Gwen jerks and steps back as Talia is now gone, replaced by the man before them

<Seraphna> * Alita frowns and tries knocking the gun from the man's hand.
<Sara> * Ellie draws her bow, grimacing
<DeathStar> <Senreich> Ah. I am alive again. And none of the people to hold me back. *He eyes Alita and fires a blast at her chest, sending her flying into a building, the shot pinning her*

<Xanatos`> 6* Simon slowly tilts his head, then forms his spear, mumbling under his breath.

<DeathStar> *Senreich touches a device on his arm, grunting as Sasha knocks him down. He begins to teleport away, fading*

<kalonZombee> 6*Ceilia growls at being slapped and just decides to immolate the fucker, burning the remaining mana to do so

<DeathStar> *As he vanishes, the arrow and fire hitting him, Alita drops, Sasha vanishes too*

<Stretch> *Mykel bows his head slightly to Aska as well, then peers at the portal* Any idea how long this will stay open?

<Xanatos`> <Simon> Long story short Talia took a gun from one of those other realities, it turned into a...mean...man. He tried to teleport away and she went with him, took close I assume.

<DeathStar> *Aska warps them out into a snowy field of a dead city. The tower of the magi stands before them, but the dead city feels... off*
<Seraphna> * ALita peers around, definately angry, sad, and a lot of other things.

<Xanatos`> 6* Simon takes in a deep breath, the frost on his breath seeping out of his mouth. He glances around and begins to walk forward.

<Stretch> *Mykel eyes the buildings nearby, drawing his sword before looking to the Mage Tower to see if anything is happening there*
<DeathStar> *the magi tower is quiet so far, but who knows what is going on inside. Who knows*
<Sara> <Ellie> ... If he wanted to build an army he could make familiars here
<Sara> * she notes grimly, realizing
<Stretch> Mykel> Any chance you can feel her Delgi?
<DeathStar> *Gwen begins to walk forward when there's a soft rumbling sound in the snow*

<Seraphna> Alita> "I made him drop the gun... I think... maybe since he took over Talia he's as subject to me as she is... that means she's still in there..."

<DeathStar> <Aska> ... *she turns and is hit by a blast that jerks and seems to paraylze her, dropping her to her knees, a ball of magic keeping Aska frozen*

<Seraphna> * Alita frowns and tries to raise a spirit shield over Aska.
<DeathStar> *suddenly all around them Magi machines leap out of the snow. They look old and broken but somehow they have been activated. They lumber toard them*
<DeathStar> *gems on them like the familiars glowing and firing blasts*
<Stretch> *Mykel spins to the direction that Aska was hit from*
<Xanatos`> <Simon> ...what?
<DeathStar> <Qui> We are surrounded
<Seraphna> Alita> "How did he do this so fast!?"
<Seraphna> * Alita aims her staff and fires a Fireball out at some of them.
<DeathStar> <Delgi> grrrr. This is a mockery of the MAgi!
<DeathStar> *she smashes one of the damaged one, making it fall into pieces*
<Xanatos`> 6* Simon stabs out at one near.
<Sara> <Ellie> What the... *she peers, looking for a sign of them having a power source, as she fires a couple of arrows at them*
<DeathStar> *the fireball hits it and it falls over. 13 more lumber toward the group, circling them*

<DeathStar> *Ellie would see the power cores in the center, but a good shot is needed*
<Stretch> *Mykel draws on the fire from the fireball using his Pyrokinetics, flaring the fire up and directing it out towards more of the machines and the gems*

<Xanatos`> 6* Simon reaches out, trying to feel what kind of magic has Aska, but pauses and nods to Delgi.
<Sara> * Ellie squints and tries to shoot for the power cores of the ones attacking, always feeling like a weak link in matters of raw strength
