<Seraphna> * Sammael does her best to help Athena stay tied. Frowning with worry.
<DeathStar> 6* Lenneth watches her sister, checking a few weapons
<Xanatos> <Xan> ...well if you insist. But...we could stay out of it this time.
<Seraphna> * Jaime follows Erevis' example and gears up. Leyaeh shrugs and checks her guns.
<DeathStar> *Erevis deadpans, a cold look that could match the EmpresS*
<Xanatos> 6* Xan doesn't wait for her response though and smirks, moving to grab his datapad and move out for the shuttle.(or if they don't have one to steal one from Cheryl's base?)
<Seraphna> Sammael> "POint me at whoever took Jennifer and is doing this to Athena." *she growls softly*
<DeathStar> *they have a standard shuttle out in the garage. Athena follows, solid again as they go*
<Xanatos> 6* Drasek watches Erevis for a second and then sighs, moving to grab a case of beer for the road.
<Seraphna> * Sammael moves with Athena, Leyaeh and Jaime file in as well.
<Xanatos> 6* Xan whistles as he powers up the shuttle, turning to watch people walk up the ramp.
<kalonZombie> 6*Tel puts on a fake mustache and sneaks aboard the shuttle
<DeathStar> *Iko tries to manifest a sword like Ako always does as they go. However, as they near, Destiny appears*
<DeathStar> *cutting them off*
<Seraphna> * Sammael frowns, getting in a defensive stance.
<Xanatos> 6* Drasek slows to a stop, tilting his head at Destiny.
<DeathStar> *Destiny's wounds seem to be sealing up as he looks around, then turns toward Erevis and snatches her*

<Seraphna> * Leyaeh raises a brow and readies her gun. Jaime only panicks mildly to her credit.
<Xanatos> 6* Xan does not start up the shuttle yet and stops in front of Destiny.
<Xanatos> <Xan> Hey! 6* He pulls out a beam saber, moving in to try and get between him and Erevis.
<DeathStar> *Erevis pauses, straining against his grasp. Athena forms her swords. Destiny pauses to turn to eye Xanatos*

<DeathStar> <Destiny> ... you people are beginning to annoy me
<Seraphna> Jaime> "Hands off Mom!" *she raises her gun, Leyaeh fires at Destiny's Leg and Sammael glows with hyperspace.
<DeathStar> *Destiny pauses as the kick hits and he blinks, then laughs, amused*
<kalonZombie> 6*Tel sweep kicks him as he laughs, trying to trip him
<Xanatos> 6* Drasek tchs and his skin begins to melt, shifting forward so that he's behind Destiny when he turns to Xanatos, reaching to place a hyperspace hand in the back of Destiny's shoulder.
<DeathStar> *Destiny pauses, absorbing the blst, then turns and hyperspace blows up the shuttle*
<Seraphna> * Sammael blinks.
<DeathStar> <Destiny> ... *he warps away, a hyperspace warp, drawing in people near him. Athena pauses and leaps in*
<Seraphna> Sammael> *leaps in, as does Jaime, Leyaeh rushes to join*
<Xanatos> 6* Xan was running in and doesn't stop trying to grab onto Erevis.
<DeathStar> *the warp closes*
<kalonZombie> 6*Tel is drawn in since she was right at face-kicking distance
<DeathStar> *Lenneth pauses, then eyes the shuttle, then looks around*

<DeathStar> 6* After being pulled by Kaori, the team would find themselves on the branch of a tree that looks like the size of the Yggdrasil from before

<DeathStar> 6* Floating in space. Far, far far down below, that would take a long while to reach, they can see a damaged Aquarius that looks like it lost 1/4th of it's back end
<Seraphna> Si> "Fuuu... this would take like, forever to eat."
<Sara> * Kaori shudders slightly. "I hate this place."
<ChadWinters> 6Cel peers around, a slight look of confusion on her face.
<kalonZombie> <Gor> It wouldn't be eaten, it would be hollowed out and made a house.
<Xanatos> <Simon> Hm...they've had trouble. 6* He notes, peering out at the Aquarius, a frown on his face.
<Seraphna> Alita> "Is that the Aquarius below?"
<kalonZombie> <Gor> I think so.
<Kemonohime> <Mijiyu> What is place?
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Hmmm... the Aquarius was attacked. Destiny's handiwork, no doubt."

<ChadWinters> 6Cel looks over at Simon then down at the ship. 1"It does look like it has seen better days.
<DeathStar> *Isis flickers, trying to concentrate on not fading*
<Xanatos> <Saf> Well I hope they're okay.
<Seraphna> Si> "So what do we do now? We need to get to the roots right?"
<Chaintan> 6*Hess picks up Kaori into a piggy back and looks about
<kalonZombie> <Gor> Yeah, I think so.

<Sara> * Kaori eeps, surprised, but then peers around from up on Hess' back

<DeathStar> *far upward, the tree seems to be glowing and still growing*
<Xanatos> 6* Simon follows her eyes up.

<kalonZombie> <Gor> Mom and I can try hopping some foxholes for us.

<Chaintan> 6*Miyuki kneels trying to guage their distance from the roots...or at the very least the best way down
<DeathStar> *Miyuki wouldn't sense any roots right now*
<Sara> * Kaori glances over at Miyuki
<kalonZombie> 6*Gor looks down to see if there's a place they can safely foxhole to
<Chaintan> <Miyuki> It would seem we are far too high up...I cant even sense the roots
<Xanatos> <Simon> We can move towards the 'glow'.
<DeathStar> <Taiga> We are in space. Technically
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Up could be down
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> "Destiny may be up there makign the glow."
<Sara> <Kaori> "Up" has no meaning in space, technically.
<Xanatos> <Saf> Maybe there's no roots yet...because the tree isn't full formed and therefore 'rooted' to our worlds?

<kalonZombie> 6*Gor blinks, then looks at Si
<Kaelan> * Si rubs one of her ears and muses. “Gor and I can.

<DeathStar> *Taiga runs along the branches, while Isis goes solid and hurries.*
<Kemonohime> * Mijiyu jerks, confused, but runs after Taiga.

<ChadWinters> 6Cel watches Taiga and Isis take off and then turns, moving to keep u with them
<Kaelan> * Si And Alita shrug and head after them.

<Kaelan> Si> No idea but let’s not separate!

<DeathStar> *Taiga pauses as she reaches the tree's trunk so to speak*
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Well if you can fly. It'd be better than climbing but Mykel looks out of it.

<Kaelan> Alita> *hmms and pokes her husband* Seems do at least for a bit.

<ChadWinters> 6Cel pulls out her datapad, setting it to scan for data. 1"Then let us start climbing."
<Xanatos> 6* Saf walks up the trunk and tries to shove her hand into create handholds for the others.

<Jackieness> <Sasha> *looks up* "Many of us would tire out before we got anywhere close to the top."
<Sara> <Kaori> ...I am in better shape than I used to be, but even so...

<DeathStar> <Taiga> Impress us
<Xanatos> <Simon> Indeed.
<Kaelan> Si> We gotta become a Super Fire Dragon for this!
<kalonZombie> <Gor> Isn't that what we always turn into?

<kalonZombie> 6*He moves over to her and takes her hands
<ChadWinters> <Cel> Are we heading up or down?
<kalonZombie> <Gor> Yes.
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "The concensus was up from our relative perspective."

<Kaelan> * Si pumps herself up then leans into Gor for a kiss to take Dragon Form, using her Fire Dragoon ability to make herself more powerful and bigger.

<Xanatos> <Simon> The glow. We need to move to it and investigate what is happening there.
<Sara> * Kaori facepalms
<Kaelan> Si> *finishes* What do you mean Taiga? That’s you!
<DeathStar> *Taiga deadpans* Fine. We're going up, to the glow
<DeathStar> <Taiga> *she steps on the dragon, and Isis pulls herself weakly onto it, holding her chest*
<Kaelan> Si> Fuu-growls and leans down for people to board.
<kalonZombie> <Gor> I was mostly just joking anyway
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "Everyone climb on to Si. Watch out for any attacks from Destiny."

<ChadWinters> 6Cel moves over to Si and climbs up.
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> climbs up, while Sasha also climbs up, helpign the Academy people up.
<Chaintan> 6*Miyuki attempts a fox hole towards the glow
<Kaelan> * Alita gets on with their backup-Dragon.
<Xanatos> 6* Simon nods to Taiga, then gets on Si/Gor, looking at Isis with a concerned expression. Saf also climbs up.
<DeathStar> *Miyuki can indeed do a foxhole for the team, but strangely the tree seems to drain energy. But at least it has cut down their travel tme*
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> "When we get airborne, stay alert. This guy likes to fight dirty."

<Sara> * Kaori -- and Hess, presumably -- follow after Miyuki

<Kaelan> * Si launches up when everyone is aboard and through the foxhole.
<DeathStar> <Isis> ... *flickers and remains a bit fadeish*
<Kemonohime> * Mijiyu pauses, poking Isis
<Chaintan> 6*Hess heads through as Miyuki buckles to her knees for a few seconds before she regains composure
<Xanatos> <Simon> Is there anyway we can help you? 6* He asks Isis.
<DeathStar> <Isis> I think until we end this, I'll keep fading. so the faster we move
<DeathStar> <Isis> The better
<DeathStar> <Isis> No rush. *she smiles*
<Kaelan> * Si takes Miyu with them so she doesn’t have to worry.
<Xanatos> 6* Simon nods firmly and turns his attention to the glow and their problem at hand.
<DeathStar> *Isis pats her wife. At least Miyuki has a lot of reserves*
<DeathStar> *they would notice they have jumped what looks like a lot of strange things on the tree*
<Chaintan> <Miyuki> Isis, you could ride in my tails...after all they are Shion's prefered riding style
<DeathStar> <Isis> I'll consider that if I get too faded. Right now I can still hit things
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> *eyes below* "There is alot of weird crap down there."
<Xanatos> 6* Saf peers at Cassandra then leans to glance down.

<DeathStar> *Gwen tosses a knife at one of the strange things on the tree and a monster leaps out and attacks the knife*
<kalonZombie> 6*Si could feel Gor getting worried... after all, if Miyuki fades, what happens to him?
<DeathStar> <Gwen> Looks like we avoided them with the foxhole
<Xanatos> <Saf> Fighting while climbing would NOT have been fun at all
<Seraphna> * Si flies to avoid leapers, moving upward, relatively, still.
<Sara> <Kaori> I agree...
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> "Never is."
<Chaintan> 6*Hess blinks and kneels down to look below them, hoping any benefit from being weapon might help her see whats down there

<Seraphna> Si> <You'll be fine... I think. Momma Isis is from another timeline relaity that ended. Momma Miyu is actually a solid point of this timeline.>
<Xanatos> 6* Simon feels out to see if the glowing effect is being caused by spirit energy at all.
<Seraphna> Si> <We need to keep Momma Isis centered though.>
<Chaintan> <Miyuki>...Phrasing Si...or I'll think youre calling me something
<DeathStar> *it might be. It is hard to tell. It seems just overwhelming whatever it is*

<Xanatos> 6* Simon lets out a breath and shakes his head.

<ChadWinters> 6Cel peers at the orbs.
<Seraphna> Si> "Can we foxhole past them or do I fly around?"
<DeathStar> *they seem to be all over on the way up*
<Sara> <Kaori> Well, what else would there be... it's a tree. *she frowns slightly*
<Xanatos> <Simon> I feel...fully consumed by the energy here. It is a lot.
<DeathStar> <Isis> If we keep making Miyuki foxhole
<DeathStar> <Isis> She'll be used up in the battle with Destiny
<Chaintan> <Hess>...is it bad that I'm curious if the orbs are edible?
<Sara> <Kaori> I kinda wondered, actually.
<Xanatos> <Saf> But if we get too wrapped up here you could fade away.
<Sara> * She admits, glancing at her mother with some concern nonetheless
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "I do not advise trying to consume them."
<DeathStar> <Taiga> Can Gor and Si speed rush fast enough?
<Chaintan> 6*On cue, Hess's stomach growls

<Xanatos> <Simon> It would be...tricky. But we could try to support them.

<Seraphna> * Si muses, then bursts fire with Gor's energy ahead of them, then suddenly behind, rocketing as fast as she can. "HOLD ON!"

<DeathStar> 6* As they move higher, the orbs begin to explode, shooting out monsters and others shooting out hyperspace attacks, and yet more shooting out sticky sap at them
<Sara> <Kaori> I'll have you known i was born this way T_T
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> "Alot of people we work with are scary, but fun to hang around."
<Chaintan> <Hess> NOT YUMMY
<Seraphna> * Si forms a rolling fire shield around them to try to at least keep the sap off, "Gonna need help!"
<Seraphna> * Alita forms a Spirit Shield to fend off some attacks.
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> "Also... heads up." *readies her rail gun and takes shots at monsters that might get too close*
<Sara> * Kaori pulls out her cannon, hoisting it up easily and firing at some of the monsters
<ChadWinters> 6Cel fires her pistol at any incoming monsters in an attempt to slow them down
<Chaintan> 6*Hess attempts to ripple the attacks back at the incoming monsters

<Xanatos> 6* Simon jerks and lands on a circlular rune platform before hopping down to his feet gracefully.
<Sara> * Kaori flails but lands with a brief stumble
<DeathStar> *the top of the tree is still growing but the glowing seems to be the tree itself forming*
<Jackieness> <Sasha> "This is less than ideal! Get to ground!" *leaps for stable ground*
<Xanatos> 6* Saf also tumbles along, catching herself and getting up.
<Jackieness> <Cassandra> *fires a grapple and hauls ehrself in*
<DeathStar> *the glowing is likely the power of Yggdrasil, perhaps*
<Seraphna> * Alita rolls with Talia and rights herself slowly. Si landing in a crouch and rising.
<Sara> <Kaori> Oh, a grow glow... Is this some kind of language pun?
<Chaintan> 6*Hess bounces into a roll before righting herself, Miyuki floats down

<Seraphna> Si> "The sensational super squad scaled the stalwart trunk of the sapient sapling."

<Kemonohime> * Ylva checks the shells she has on her and closes the chamber.

The mirror universe goes dark and seems to be consumed. The red skies vanish and everything goes dark and icy, as everything ends with a whimper. Did KAori get them out in time

[22:16] <DS30455> *The team seems what seems to be the past, long ago, and a young progenitor scientist that is clearly Destiny before he became what he is now. He seems
[22:16] <DS30455> to be overseeing projects for the Royal family and working with another female scientist. Judging by their closeness, it is clear they are in love with
[22:16] <DS30455> each other. The scenes flash and they see Destiny rising up to be the head Royal Scientist with with the female scientist rising up with him, and soon
[22:16] <DS30455> marrying him. The team would catch his name barely as Airell.*
[22:17] <DS30455> *Then the scene slows down to a red haired Progenitor Queen, and a council, discussing trying to look into other branches of history, and how to create
[22:17] <DS30455> a device to do so. It seems in this era that the Progenitors are mostly a sterile logical race, but that does not mean they are not all without emotion,
[22:17] <DS30455> but being at the height of civilization they seem to be far from what you would call human either. The Queen and what looks to be a young Princess Erevis
[22:17] <DS30455> give off dangerous vibes, emotionless and calculating*
[22:17] <DS30455> *The next scene shows Airell and his wife working learning on making a device to peer into other futures/worlds/realities, when one night while working
[22:17] <DS30455> alone, a voice speaks to him - an old withered humanoid snake like creature appears and begins to talk to Airell, telling him he's from the the far future
[22:17] <DS30455> where Airell learns how to harness something called the tree of life, which is a gateway to other possibilities. The creature explains that his being here
[22:17] <DS30455> is proof of Airell's success since he is born there in said future.*
[22:17] <DS30455> *In secret from his wife on the origins of all this, Airell works with a stick from Yggdrasil and begins to construct Centerpoint with her over the years
[22:17] <DS30455> and when it is done, the Progenitors and Dark One history is seen as it is known. But wasn't known comes down to Airell and his wife, as he tried to get
[22:17] <DS30455> his wife to join him, explaining that he has learned from the snake that he knew the Progenitors would fall from the snake and he set them up with the
[22:17] <DS30455> Centerpoint - that any powerful race that comes across it will fall. The snake telling him there is an organization that will cuts a timeline off every 100
[22:17] <DS30455> years if it grows too inhuman just as easily if it cuts a race off if it grows too instable. Horrorfied at causing their race to fall, the wife leaves him
[22:17] <DS30455> and Airell becomes enraged and picks something up and everything goes white.*
[22:17] <DS30455> *When he wakes up, it looks as if Airell has forgotten most of what he has learned and begins to call himself Destiny, taking Centerpoint and planning to
[22:17] <DS30455> send it around until he finds Yggdrasil. Unaware the strange snake alien is watching him*
[22:18] <DS30455> *after the flashback, Destiny is momentarily stunned, not paying attention to the team or Kaori*
[22:18] <DS30455> *though his power seems not weakened that much*
