<DeathStar> 6* They get out at the apartment building on the first floor and Asarar walks along, stepping out into the cool breeze, peering up at the fake moon and stars, gazing at them as she walks past real trees and on grass, moving for the area to move up to the top level, the rich district

<Seraphna> * Luci follows the group, walking along. <Well this should be fun, private bets on if we have to do this the hard way?>
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar steps into one of the giant platforms, but an elevator is in their's instead of the stairs in the slums that discourage people coming up - the elevator maintained. She slides in - the people out at night glancing at them a little due to the catsuits on a few

<Seraphna> * Luci, having taken her coat, is covered up, sliding in casually.

<Sara> * Chelsea frowns as she listens to the voice

<DeathStar> 6* She moves along quietly as they walk along - the streets here are truly more empty, the rich folk at home, more likely to send their servants out.

<Seraphna> * Luci walks along without looking up, like she's at home with the feeling.
<Seraphna> Luci> "Escalation, they start doing that, runners start using damping fields and weapons that pass detectors... seen it before, long time ago."

<Sara> * Chelsea tilts her head at Asarar but then looks ahead at the museum
<Seraphna> * Luci peers up curiously for a moment with her dragoon eyes, but saves burning anything for the museum.
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar turns back and moves low in case anyone is watching, heading for the south door, pressing up against it. She holds up her hand. "Before anyone locks it, let me take out the two cameras."
<Sara> <Chelsea> Roger.
<Seraphna> * Luci nods and pauses.
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar closes her eyes, using Hacking Implant Lv. 1 and Lv. 2 to take out the two cameras covering the southern door, kneeling

<DeathStar> 6* She steps back
<Seraphna> Luci> "So in and right up the stairs?"
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Ready to pop the lock?" *wiggles her fingers*
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Yes - I think I recall there was a guard next to them in a chair. But we can't assume they'll do what we saw in the day at night. So quick peek before we move in fully
<DeathStar> <Asarar> My plan is to go to the third floor, grab the target item first, then if things look okay, grab something from the second floor
<Jackieness> <Kira> *moves to work on unlocking the door*
<DeathStar> <Asarar> I think there was 3 guards on each floor
<Seraphna> Luci> "They likely move in a patrol, so we just need to be careful and time them before we make moves."
<Sara> <Chelsea> Assuming they even bother. Sometimes the security in places like this is lazy because you can't usually move items like these without getting caught even if you take them.
<DeathStar> 6* After using Shadow Lockpicking Lv. 1, since the door would be locked hard, the door would open

<Sara> <Chelsea> I meant selling them -- Museum pieces stand out like sore thumbs on the market.

<DeathStar> 6* Asarar opens the door slowly and looks to the right. The guard by the stairs is indeed slumped in his chair, sleeping. She looks to the north since the other two were up there. One is in his chair reading, the other is moving about near the north right elevator
<DeathStar> 6* She motions their positions, then ducks in and moves quietly to the right
<Jackieness> <Kira> *slips in under stealth, moving to the right*
<Seraphna> * Luci shifts in after her, ducking in and moving to the right quietly. She leads Max to move quietly since his player has been kidnapped by ninjas or something.
<Sara> * Chelsea follows in with Asarar, staying in the shadows as best she can, though not using her mods just yet
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar creeps, burning 2 luck and 1 reflexes as she moves
<DeathStar> 6* Just to pacify the gods
<Seraphna> * Luci burns a luck too.
<DeathStar> 6* She slowly moves past the sleeping god, stretching her legs and moving slowly
<DeathStar> 6* The guard snorts and sleeps as the two move by

<DeathStar> 6* The guard licks his lips, still asleep as Chelsea moves by

<DeathStar> 6* All passby somehow with the guard comically waking
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar opens the door as soft as she can to the stairs without waking him with her extra burned luck and slides up the stairs, leaving it open for the next person
<Seraphna> * Luci shifts in and uses her small form to hold the door for the others.
<Jackieness> <Kira> *slips though the door into the stairwell*
<Sara> * Chelsea moves as quietly as she can, having done this lots of times...

<DeathStar> 6* Asarar moves up past the second floor to the third floor locked door, kneeling and waiting
<Seraphna> * Luci whispers. "Probably have an alarm on this door."
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar looks at the experts, Chelsea and Kira
<Jackieness> <Kira> *leans in close to the door to examine it*
<Sara> * Chelsea stays close by her in case she's needed
<DeathStar> 6* Oddly enough, it seems like a normal door with no traps on it
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Looks clean."

<kalonZombie> 6*Max's player is back. He is no longer debating on the finer points of cake vs. pie or whatever.

<DeathStar> 6* Asarar moves and tests the door, then opens it, squinting at a camera covering the door to the north
<DeathStar> <Asarar> This is going to be a damned gauntlet
<kalonZombie> <Max> Well yeah. You didn't think this would be an easy job would it? He's testing us.
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar uses hacking implant lv. 3 and takes it out, moving to the door and opening it
<DeathStar> 6* Then curses, a rarity for her
<DeathStar> 6* She leans on the door frame, arms crossed

<Seraphna> * Luci raises a brow, peering at her. "What...?"
<DeathStar> 6* She steps through the door to the north and motions
<Sara> * Chelsea follows, staying in the shadows, using her sneaking mod if necessary

<Jackieness> <Kira> *moves after Asarar stealthily*
<DeathStar> 6* To the west is another camera covering the door to the west. There are boxes in this particular room, stacked high, but they look useless. This is definitely a storage floor
<DeathStar> <Asarar> I'll run out of hacking mods at this rate
<Seraphna> Luci> "Save what you can for the room just before storage."
<DeathStar> <Asarar> So what is the plan?
<Seraphna> Luci> "Two cameras in there, this one only has one. The next has a camera at the end of the hall over the door... we may be able to get around both."
<Jackieness> <Kira> "I have acouple mods for dealing with cameras."
<Seraphna> Luci> " So one here, one in the next hall, two in the following room and one in storage."
<Sara> * Chelsea burns a perception point to see if there's anything useful at all in/about the boxes
<DeathStar> <Asarar> *she peers at Kira, nodding*
<DeathStar> 6* All Chelsea would notice is someone tucked away some powerful drugs in a box*
<DeathStar> <Asarar> If Kira interferes with this camera
<Jackieness> <Kira> *nods and uses camera interference on the camera*
<Sara> <Chelsea> There's some strong drugs in one of those boxes... nothing else of interest though.
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar opens the door as the camera is scrambled, moving fast since interference isn't the same as looping
<DeathStar> <Asarar> You want to grab them to sell, do it
<Jackieness> <Kira> *moves through the door*
<Seraphna> * Luci moves fast too.
<DeathStar> 6* She eyes the next one. "We don't want to use Kira's ability yet since there's two cameras coming up. So how to get past this one without destroying. Maybe we can move it without people noticing
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar slides along the wall
<DeathStar> 6* She eyes the camera bolted into the wall to be straight on
<Sara> * Chelsea grabs the drugs just for the time being and bolts through the door
<Seraphna> * Luci muses. "If someone could climb above it on the wall, loosen the bolt and move it... possibly, but the movement itself would probably be noticed."
<DeathStar> <Asarar> If we could tilt it just enough and still face the door we might could get through
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Max, come here for me to stand on
<Seraphna> Luci> <You heard her, be a big lug for a bit.>
<Sara> <Chelsea> Our goal isn't to avoid people noticing we were here or we wouldn't be able to take anything at all. Getting it to a point where it won't see -us- is enough.
<kalonZombie> 6*Max nods and moves into posistion
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar puts her mask on though just in case
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar climbs on and begins to do the bolts, shifting the camera inch by inch so it's still on the door but not fully, then rebolts it, hopping down and opens the door
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar nods to Kira to take out both cameras
<Jackieness> <Kira> *raises a hand and uses camera interefrence to take out the cameras in the hall*
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar moves past them and opens the door to the storage room. Boxes are all over the place, literally stacked to the ceiling all most. She has to navigate the mess to the last camera which she takes out with her lv. max, covering the final door
<Seraphna> * Luci puts her mask on as does Chelsea, because her player had to quickly AFK and Luci's player is awesome like that.

<Sara> * Chelsea puts on her mask of her own volition, TYVM!
<Jackieness> <Kira> *slips on ninja mask!*
<DeathStar> 6* ASarar goes into the final room after the box maze
<DeathStar> 6* And eyes the dagger wrapped on top of a pizza box, a note to authenticate it later. She picks it up and wipes it clean, turning to walk back out
<Seraphna> * Luci tilts her head. "That's it? Out in the open?"
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Yes, apparantly so
<Sara> * Chelsea squints at the dagger, burning perception -- granted she wouldn't know what the real deal looks like but she's used to spotting fakes
<DeathStar> 6* This is indeed a real thing. Magic users, hah ,which few there are, can feel power in it

<Sara> * Chelsea is technically a magik user

<DeathStar> 6* Asarar moves to navigate the box maze
<Sara> <Chelsea> The dagger does seem real, so everything's gravy from here.
<Jackieness> <Kira> *shrugs and moves back with the others*
<Sara> <Chelsea> I'm okay with stealing something cute but deadly.
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar moves carefully past the one camera and quickly past the ones Kira took out
<Seraphna> * Luci follows, moving swiftly.
<kalonZombie> 6*Max follows, being as quiet as a nearly 7 foot mountain of muscle can be.
<Jackieness> <Kira> *keeps herself moving past the cameras*
<Seraphna> * Luci would think very since he's also supposed to be evolved from a predator.
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar heads back down the stairs quietly to the second floor and opens the door carefully. No sign of the guards, she steps out
<Sara> * Chelsea follows, staying on her guard and moving as carefully as she can
<DeathStar> 6* The two cameras in the room over displays. She moves to the north door to the room with the Fluffinator, Erea.
<DeathStar> 6* She opens the door carefully and steps in carefully since it has three cameras, one on the Fluffinator's case
<Sara> <Chelsea> Tricky tricky...
<DeathStar> 6* and one over the north door. She keeps her back to the wall to avoid it in the middle of the room and moves left
<Seraphna> * LUci peers about carefully, keeping a watch since too many people might trip a camera.
<DeathStar> 6* She then eyes the case, musing
<DeathStar> 6* Fluffy eyes them with big cute eyes, a bundle of purple fluff
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Smash and grab?
<DeathStar> <Asarar> It might keep them from looking upstairs
<DeathStar> <Asarar> I brought spray paint and can write free animals
<Jackieness> <Kira> "...I like it."
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Did anyone else want anything? *she asks as she spray paints* Since that will invalidate my plan but I should offer

<Seraphna> Luci> "Nah, better not to be greedy. Fluffy cuteness is god tier."
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar then activates her cyber blade and smashes the display case, alarms going off at tier 10 and she grabs the creature, which coos and runs for the stairs
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Rest of the stuff in here is either junk or too big anyway."
<Jackieness> <Kira> *runs for it*
<Seraphna> * Luci with her mask on, heads down the stairs quickly.
<Sara> * Chelsea pulls her daggers out, holding them as she makes a break for it

<DeathStar> 6* Asarar runs down the stairs and out past the guard who sits up on his chair ,grabbing a weapon. Fluffinator leaps on him and devours him all, spitting out his bones and some gore. Then leaps on Chelsea and rides on her, cooing as they run outside
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar runs along as alarms go off, eyeing her DataReader and following the escape route to a T, and soon leaping into an alley
<Seraphna> * Luci passes the guard and flips out her beatstick, attempting a runing knock out as she passes.
<Seraphna> * Luci then heads after Asarar.

<DeathStar> 6* The group after a few hours reach and the search for them reach the apartment. Fluffinator plays on the floor, cooing and wiggling about

<Sara> * Chelsea gives a small nod, although she's subtly beading in sweat from Fluffy

<DeathStar> 6* Asarar walks along to a bar that Albert Ling wants them to meet at, with whoever decides to come. She walks in with the group to a rather quiet bar, with nice lighting and atmosphere.
<Seraphna> * Luci walks along in her stylish clothes.

<Jackieness> <Kira> *is along for the ride as well, wearing her coat and mirror shades again*
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar wears a nice outfit and slides into the privacy booth that Albert leans out of. Various drinks on the table already for the group to choose from
<Sara> * Chelsea is with them too, having come because she was there the first time. May as well bring the exact same group twice since it would look best, she figures

<DeathStar> <Albert> This is it. Good job. <Asarar> And now your end of the bargain? <Albert> Oh. Yes. Of course. *He pulls out a device* Your signatures to become freelance Runners and we will find a place for you. *Asarar reads it over, and signs the group*
<DeathStar> <Albert> A real pleasure. 6* He smiles, sliding out
<kalonZombie> <Max> So that's it then.
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar nods. "We'll get our assignments soon I assume."
<DeathStar> 6* She sips a drink after testing it, and steps out
<kalonZombie> 6*Max drinks a couple as he steps out as well.
<Seraphna> * Luci nods to Albert and rises.
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar walks along, hands in pocket, Fluffy following
<Sara> * Chelsea follows after Asarar too
<DeathStar> <Asarar> LEts go back to the hotel for now. Get ready for the future. Now it's about to get a lot harder
<Seraphna> * Luci follows after them, fixing her skirt.

<DeathStar> 6* As they soon reach the slums, they notice a few people in the Quad throwing things at what looks to be a camera, breaking it up high. The police down there are forming up to arrest the bums

<Jackieness> <Kira> "And the natives are restless."
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Been ages since cameras worked
<Sara> <Chelsea> The noose tightens...

<DeathStar> 6* The police, with Posco leading, hit the crowd with gas that sends them down. The main areas with the prostitutes and girls/clubs seem fine still
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar gets out of the area and back to the main area, entering the club
<Sara> * Chelsea isn't far behind
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Going to hit the networks to find out what's up?"
<DeathStar> <Asarar> I'll try - the slums are limited but other NetRunners down here might be chatting
<DeathStar> 6* Barry nods in greeting and Bonnie waves
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar walks along inside and sits, grabbing a drink. Fluffy moves toward Bonnie, opening it's mouth
<Sara> * Chelsea moves close to Bonnie. "No. No eating Bonbon." she says.

<DeathStar> 6* Barry sets down raw meat and Fluffy hurries over, eating

<DeathStar> 6* Fluffy coos at Wolfe, a purple furry creation with a tail sometimes, and sharp sharp teeth. It eyes the phiglets, and inches toward them

<DeathStar> 6* Barry gives the phigglets some food
<Chain> 6*they chomp on their food as Fluffy gets closer
<Sara> <Chelsea> See, BonBon? I won't let you get eaten.
<DeathStar> 6* Bonnie leans into it, cooing and nodding
<kalonZombie> <Max> No phigglets.
<kalonZombie> 6*He guides Fluffy back to her raw meat
<DeathStar> 6* Fluffy stops behind them, opening it's mouth wide and licks the phigglets
<DeathStar> 6* It growls at Max, then returns to licking the Phigglets and giving them a bath
<Chain> 6*they reels and let out a piercing wail
<DeathStar> 6* Then cries as they wail
<kalonZombie> 6*Max picks it up
<Chain> 6*Wolfe shakes his head and picks up the phigglets
<Chain> <Wolfe> come on, play nice
