Having been going on patrols alone at times, and stuff, she is in today, having gotten it narrowed down to an area since Officer Kyle is apparantly coming in to see her, and Barry
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar sits in the club first floor, with a drink, waiting on Kyle to show, putting off what she has learned with the others, looking like she needs rest. She pours back whiskey
<Kaelan> * Luci sits by her. "Ginseng would do you better."

<DeathStar> 6* Asarar goes to ask for another drink when Kyle walks in wearing a trench coat and white shirt and tie, much like Asarar's clothing, wearing nothing to show he's an officer for corporate police and moves over to her
<Kaelan> Luci> "Easy to grow herb, popular in the Asian groups. Better for you than caffeine."

<Kaelan> * Luci peers over, her skintight tact suit on under a casual blouse and jeans.
<DeathStar> <Kyle> Yes. I wanted to interview you and the... owner... 6* He says the word as if he doubts it. "About some subject matter you brought to my attention the other day. And interview the girls you mentioned being here. Is there somewhere private we can talk?" 6* Asarar nods and motions them into Barry's slick office behind the bar.
<DeathStar> 6* Meanwhile, up top on the top floor, Asarar's computations finish running and give Kira an alert since she's second in command
<Jackieness> <Kira Li> "And ding." *brings up the processed data on screen*
<Kaelan> * Luci rises, walking with them playing the subtle bodyguard.
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar shakes her head at Luci, motioning her away

<DeathStar> 6* The two girls apparantly worked for a man, a club owner and pimp pusher, named Big Tony, who worked as an enforcer for one of the clubs in the zone that Asarar had in red. Apparantly he was known to collect girls off the street, one way or another, and the information she hacked out of Tiger's more weak clubs state that he's regarded as a liability, though he's currently still employed at the one club (cont)

<kalonZombie> <Max> Well I do have something else to keep my mind off things. 6*He says with a grin, staring down her top
<Kaelan> * Luci sits by him and takes his most recent shot, downing it.
<DeathStar> 6* Two weeks again it was involved in a shooting trying to get some sort of new drug to rise up in the ranks, though the enforcers are unsure what - likely the candy, but they do know that it resulted in a gunfight outside an orphangage. A new file that opens up shows that one of the prostitutes died and a few of the nuns there, as well as a few of the kids. The orphangage was an experiment run by a woman, Sister Natalie from the middle class area, to help the slums, and she has not been seen since this happened. Her picture shows her with long blonde hair
<Jackieness> <Kira Li> "Well, Tiger... that's what happens when you hire outside the Black Lotus. And blonde... oh mind break."
<DeathStar> 6* With Asarar tied up for hours, if Kira wants to check it out, she will either have to do it leading, or wait for Asarar to wrap up
<Jackieness> <Kira Li> *eyes the clock* "Just a look." *hits the comm button except for Asarar* "Team, assemble at mission control."

<Jackieness> <Kira Li> "As you know, we have a serial killer on the loose. Asarar had been doing some detective work, trying to connect the dots. This is the picture that came out when those dots were connected. Shootout destroys an orphanage. The nun running the orphaage disappears. Blonde hair, just like the spirit charm lady described."
<AquaKoala> Otto> So either a kidnapping or a heel turn?
<Kaelan> Luci> How'd she go from Nun to serial killer though?

<Chain> 6*Wolfe decimates the sandwiches
<DeathStar> 6* Riki reels at Wolfe eating them all and moves to make more

<Jackieness> <Kira Li> "Remember the magic candy? The shootout was the same one that Mr. Junkie and his girlfriend were invovled with. I'm guessing that the good sister here blamed the pimp."

<AquaKoala> Otto> So where to first then, the orphanage?
<Jackieness> <Kira Li> "Anyway... the pimp is some low-level enforcer for one of the Black Lotus Society's club fronts. So we are going to schedule a little chat. The orphanage is on the one so we'll pop in first to see if the sister is hiding in the basement."

<Chain> <Wolfe>....does this mean we're dealing with kids directly
<Jackieness> <Kira Li> "Not unless you mean ghosts."

<AquaKoala> *Otto moves for the transportation, in his new skin

<DeathStar> 6* Riki climbs in and sits on Wolfe's lap - the van is decked out with weapons - one rocket, blaster guns on either side
<Kaelan> * Luci nods and pauses when Otto beats her, getting in the passenger side.

<AquaKoala> *Otto pulls out, driving like a granny
<Jackieness> <Kira Li> "Otto, drive normal-like."

<DeathStar> 6* After a bit, they reach a worse area of Quad 5, the clubs here notorious for their services, but also smacked against them is a residential zone hence the orphangage being placed in an abandoned club (Cont)
<DeathStar> 6* They buildings here do not tower high like most buildings, going up 70 stories up toward the plate, though there is a support pillar, with stairs built inside as one of the ways to work your way up to the middle class if you don't mind walking for a long time
<DeathStar> 6* The support pillar looks like it's seen damage, but it's merely superfical, since nothing can bring it down reportedly, and if you took out too many, the middle class plate would fall down on the slum
<DeathStar> 6* Reportedly, each quad has around 7 to keep their section up. The street is not as lit right now, no neon signs advertising the club right this second
<AquaKoala> *Otto parks across the street and past it a little bit
<DeathStar> 6* The orphangage building looks like it's one side has been smashed in, bricks and metal having been blasted inside the orphangage on one side

<DeathStar> 6* Riki steps out, sniffing the air with her fauna dog senses, mmmming. The club is further down the street from this site.

<DeathStar> 6* Riki pulls back some bricks, eyeing stained blood from weeks past

<Kaelan> * Luci frowns and keeps her shield arm ready.

<Kaelan> * Luci steps carefully, peering around.
<DeathStar> 6* As they move around, they see pictures on the walls of all the boys and girls who lived there - 7 in total. As they move around, the smell of death for those who can smell it like Wolfe, Riki, and Max, drifts above a charred rug
<Kaelan> Luci> *eyes the pictures for signs of damage*

<Chain> 6*Wolfe stops and sets Wiki down

<AquaKoala> Otto> Stand back, I am going to attempt a maneuver

<AquaKoala> *Otto waits until everyone is clear and stretches his arm out far and rips the rug back rapidly
<Chain> <Wolfe> if somethings down there I can take it while everyone gets in or out
<Jackieness> <Kira Li> "Get the hatch opened."
<DeathStar> 6* The rug is ripped
<AquaKoala> *Otto then goes for the hatch in the same fashion

<DeathStar> 6* Otto finds the hatch unrippable
<Kaelan> * Luci's armor gets more pronounced as she enhances it with her transformation ability. (+4 Durability)

<DeathStar> 6* Riki whines at the smell - inside they see the bodies of the 7 dead kids laid out on slabs, and two nuns, perhaps nun assistants - they would have to look into records, there as well - due to decay and being down there, making out identification would be hard without hacking their hands for their datareaders if they are still there
<DeathStar> 6* Two of the kids have on them spirit charms matching the two the prostitutes have on them
<kalonZombie> 6*Max stays upside just in case. In truth kalon has to leave soon so he's hoping the camera won't focus on Max while he's gone.

<DeathStar> 6* On the center is a picture of all the orphangage crew, 3 nuns, 7 kids, two blonde nurses, 1 black haired, and 7 kids. The long blonde nurse, who looked to be in her 40s, and a younger one around the kids age, her hair shorter
<AquaKoala> *Otto starts to remove datareaders as he looks them over
<Kaelan> Luci> They should get a proper burial...
<Jackieness> <Kira Li> "Give the room a look around. My theory is that she is taking a life for every death buried in here."
<DeathStar> 6* Several are damaged, 3 kids and the two nuns, but most are intact. Riki sniffs, smelling a familiar scent and turns as she is knocked and Max is dragged off. The trapdoor is shoved down on them

<AquaKoala> Otto> Wolfe, charge
<Jackieness> <Kira Li> "Break it open."
<Chain> 6*Wolfe snarls and barrels into it

<DeathStar> 6* RIki fires after the voice, trying to free Max
<DeathStar> 6* Due to the angle, Wolfe will need to leap up a bit
<Kaelan> * Luci frowns and forms her lv. 1 shard blade. She leaps and slams at the door with her blade.

<DeathStar> The trap door busts open non-the less, shattering the heavy metal lid

<AquaKoala> *Otto jumps up via Wolfe, his rifle at the ready

<DeathStar> 6* The killer is gone, with Max. It seems they have run off
<DeathStar> 6* There is a faint wind, despite it just being motorized vents in the slums
<Kaelan> Luci> "Someone, can someone follow Max's scent?"
<Chain> 6*he blinks and sniffs for the killer's scent
<DeathStar> 6* Riki sniffs - the scent is being distorted by the vents blowing their fresh scent sprays
<DeathStar> 6* ASo the slums do not stink up
<Chain> <Wolfe> the vents are messing with the scent
<Jackieness> <Kira Li> "...rather spry for hauling Max's ass around."

<AquaKoala> *Otto looks around, pocketing the datareaders

<Kaelan> * Luci peers around for some hint of where to go, burning an action point if possible.

<DeathStar> 6* Riki exits the orphanage. Upward, since there is not alot over this area, are just the ventalitation shafts Kira loves. Down the street is the club belonging to Tony

<DeathStar> 6* Further to the right are apartment buildings, as well as oddly a bunch of shanties built together to form a complex
<Myaomi> 6Ylva sticks close to Riki, making a face.
<Kaelan> * Luci frowns peering each way.
<Jackieness> <Kira Li> "Anyone have an idea which way yet?"
<DeathStar> 6* Luci would notice, with her action point, a commotion near the club, a trash can falling over
<Kaelan> * Luci points toward the club. "Something happening that way."
<AquaKoala> *Otto moves for it
<Kaelan> * Luci begins to head that way having no other real idea.
<DeathStar> 6* Riki walks along slowly; by the trash can is a tiger tail and other smells.
<Chain> 6*Wolfe follows the others
<Kaelan> * Luci rushes over to it.
<Jackieness> <Kira Li> *heads toward the club* "Could be she's going after Tony."
<DeathStar> 6* The tail in a trash bin
<Kaelan> * Luci frowns and fishes it out. She looks around.

<AquaKoala> *Otto tilts his head and starts to climb rapidly with the stretching
<DeathStar> 6* As they open the bin, they see Max in it, unconscious, a needle in his neck - some sort of doctor like drug in him
<DeathStar> 6* Also beside him is another prostitute, missing her heart
<DeathStar> 6* Riki gasps
<Jackieness> <Kira Li> "And Max is clearly supposed to be a ringer. Get him back to the van."
<Kaelan> * Luci frowns and pulls it out of him, bagging it. She checks his pulse.
<DeathStar> 6* He seems fine
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar shows up behind them. "What did I miss?"
<Chain> 6*Wolfe scans about to be sure they arent watched
<Kaelan> * Luci uses her carry move to lift him up and begins to move him back to the van.
<Jackieness> <Kira Li> "MAx got his ass kidnapped by the killer."
<DeathStar> 6* Wolfe would get the sense they are not, but that the killer is nearby
<DeathStar> <Asarar> I see... 6* She eyes the victim, frowning. "This is that club of Tony's, right?"
<Chain> <Wolfe> wait...
<DeathStar> 6* She looks back at the orphangage down the street
<AquaKoala> *Otto looks about from on high
<Jackieness> <Kira Li> "We found the missing victims from the orphanage."
<Kaelan> * Luci keeps walking toward the van, slower with the load.
<DeathStar> 6* Otto would seen othing about, the killer seems to be not about them.
<Jackieness> <Kira Li> "And someone go with Luci, geeze."
<DeathStar> 6* Riki follows Luci
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Make sure to clean any blood off of him, luci
<Chain> 6*Wolfe snarls slightly and moves off
<Kaelan> Luci> Stay close so I can shield you if needed, Riki.

<DeathStar> <Asarar> Hm... 6* She eyes the club, then moves the van. "Let me change and update me."
<Jackieness> <Kira Li> *lowers her voice* "I'm thinking the killer is taking one of Tony's for every one she lost."
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar moves to peer at the bouncers on the one side, pulling her coat off - underneath her prostitute/club clothing
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Yeah.... but we still do not know who the killer is.
<Kaelan> * Luci opens up the van when she gets there and sets Max inside. She starts cleaning him off.
<DeathStar> 6* She pulls her tie off and unbuttons her shirt, pulling it off, tossing it inside
<DeathStar> 6* Riki stays guard, sniffing for the scent of the one who attacked her
<Jackieness> <Kira Li> "We're thinking one of the sisters from the orphanage."

<DeathStar> <Asarar> Really? Damn. Makes sense it's female. The vendor called them and you dearie
<Myaomi> 6Ylva runs to catch up to Riki and stay with her, looking shaken by the sight of the dead and tail.

<Kaelan> * Luci sighs and checks him again to be sure, making Max comfy as she disposes of the cloth she used to clean him off.
<Jackieness> <Kira Li> "Anyway, seven dead orphans and a couple of the dead staff were in a hidden cellar."

<DeathStar> <Asarar> Alright. I brought club clothes for anyone who wants to go inside. Did you guys find anything else?
<DeathStar> 6* She slips her pants off, and points at the clothes
