<DeathStar> Open Space – The Aquarius
<DeathStar> 2.6.5991
<DeathStar> The Aquarius’s exploration into known space continues, their mission to find the Centerpoint fragments remains; and they happen upon a planetoid that seems to have no inhabitants but are still greeted normally, even directed to where they can dock. As soon as they do the planet, which seems to be made of innumerable technological trees, reaches out to connect with the ship and initiates data transfers. As the Aquarius’s computers become overwhelmed, Gor and Airym attempt to correct the breach only to be overwhelmed by an electrical surge rendering them both unconscious for a short bit. When they awaken, they find themselves part of a neural networking interface comprised of thousands of sentient computers.
<DeathStar> Recognizing that there’s a danger to the ship and the crew, Gor and Airym delve into trying to communicate via the network to the host server; relaying why they’re there, safe communications and scanning formats, and just what organic life is. The Server entities finally agree that organic life is acceptable, though they are still wary of the Aquarius’s past visits to other worlds causing destruction. Meanwhile, Cookie and Kitty debate the source of existence as a whole…Giant Spaghetti Monsters and all; Erica also considers awakening the Tech-Spirit so that it can re-infuse the ship with its essence and protect the ship.
<DeathStar> With the Server entities decision that the Aquarius and crew pose no threat against them, they are released; and Yuki reveals what one of her scans has shown, a Centerpoint fragment is located in the heart of the sentient computer world. Bringing this to the attention of the Server, the crew asks if they may remove it; a request that is firmly rejected, citing that it is needed for their continued survival. Airym and Gor head to create a simulation to figure out what would occur, Saoirse and Yulindhe joining them in order to create a replacement crystal based off of information provided by Airym on Centerpoint’s Operating Programs. The results after a great deal of work: if the shard is removed there’s an 80% chance of destroying the Server World, if the shard is replaced with Yulindhe’s created substitute there’s a 5% chance of destroying it.
<DeathStar> Accepting the odds the Server entities allow the Aquarius crew to proceed if they choose the odds are in their favor and after several hours of work, Airym and Gor return to the Aquarius with the Centerpoint fragment secured.

<DeathStar> 6* The club is fairly busy today on the first three levels, with people inside today and drinking, many not wanting to go out on the streets since the incident a while back. Asarar is currently upstairs, working on the terminals quietly, the shard in one of the safes, while Rika is about serving drinks and Ymir is up on the top floors making bullets

<DeathStar> 6* Asarar has her eyes closed, tapping the side of her head, and when she reopens them, they are glowing. She shoves a private file off to the side and begins to reopen the Netron files that she was eyeing a moment ago, moving quickly to glance over all the various systems

<Seraphna> Luci> "Well, we have an appropriate tiger-dragon cave going here."

<Kemonohime> * Ylva sneaks her way toward one of the two locations she copied after spying on Asarar and trailing her last time.

<DeathStar> 6* Even if Ylva used a disguise, being on the top area she likely would stand out, but she would find herself in front of an apartment complex that looks very expensive

<Kemonohime> * Ylva's disguise this time isn't simply a cloak, but instead an executive-style skirted suit, her hair pinned up and orderly, borrowing some round-glasses frames and cradles her information a la clipboard, peering up and getting an idea of which floor she needs to head for and whom owns it.
<Seraphna> * Luci grins and holds up a box. "Teleports and Lifts?"
<Sathen> 6*Jelly pauses at the netpad, sending a message to Luci, Chel and Kira with two pictures in it; Asarar and the net platform, then he steps on and tries to follow after her*

<DeathStar> 6* Ylva would get stares due to the fact a fauna is dressed so nicely, but so far no one bothers her
<Seraphna> * Luci blinks and checks the message. "Huh... Asarar appears to be going somewhere without us."
<Seraphna> Luci> "In glowy eye mode."
<kalonZombee> <Max> Well... room celebrations should wait then.
<Seraphna> * Luci mumbles. "Why does it have to be the net platform? I hate it in there."
<kalonZombee> <Max> Yet another thing we can agree on.
<Sara> * Chelsea peers at the pictures and gets up, heading toward the net pad
<Jackieness> <Kira> *pulls away from the bar and takes the elevator up
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar makes her way out of the building, manipulating the world to form a compass and heads for her location
<Seraphna> * Luci grabs her things and heads to the net pad to at least meet the others.
<Kemonohime> * Ylva nods and makes her way right in
<Sara> * Chelsea nods to Luci when Luci comes in
<DeathStar> 6* As Ylva tries to get in, she would see the community of apartments is gated and needs the data-reader to let people in
<Seraphna> Luci> "I assume Jelly is following her... how would we head after her except to wait for him to tell us where to go?"
<Kemonohime> * Ylva pages the room she researched
<Sathen> 6*Jelly follows after Asarar, tapping away at his data-pad and leaving a small digital breadcrumb tuned to show up for the others' signature in the net.*
<kalonZombee> <Max> And even if he tells us where to go, could we understand?
<DeathStar> 6* There wouldn't be a room to research, since all Ylva would know so far is that Asarar found this place and became interested
<Kemonohime> * Ylva gives up and goes home
<DeathStar> 6* Ylva leaves the area
<Sara> <Chelsea> Mmm...
<Sathen> 6*The breadcrumb trail would literally look like glowing spots for them to follow through the net, it's tied into their respective datareader's signatures will register and show them*
<Seraphna> * Luci peers down. "I think he's leaving us a trailer. Let's follow that when Kira gets here. Which I assume she's heading to us."

<Jackieness> <Kira> *switches to more practicla clothes and head on to the net pad*
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar pauses as she detects signatures coming in her direction and wonders how anyone can detect her when she's mastered stealth
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar shifts to hide her self, and eyes rogue net prowlers moving about, passing her location. They are dressed like post apocalyptic people and dance about, with spikey hair and dance around
<Seraphna> * Luci moves onto the pad once Kira gets there and follows.

<DeathStar> 6* Asarar shrugs and moves on, unaware they are headed right for Jelly and his bread trail
<Sara> * Chelsea follows Luci
<Sathen> 6*Jelly ponders Asarar stopping, but keeps moving after her datareader signature...which because he had hacked it for her, he remembers the coding and can track. He pauses in a small corner of a building and watches the area*
<DeathStar> 6* One of the prowlers swings upside down and hoots at Jelly. "Look at it, it's a little duckling!"
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Let's go."
<Seraphna> * Luci follows along, seeing if she can collect the "crumbs" as they go so creeps bands of weird punks don't go to their bar.
<Sathen> 6*Jelly peers up at the prowler and makes a deer in the headlights look before trying to book it after Asarar* "Bubble Butt!"
<DeathStar> 6* The six wild people living in the net laugh like loons and chase after Jelly. Asarar turns around and eyes Jelly, then makes a long, suffering face and makes her compass vanish, making tracks back toward him and grabs him by the cuff, and makes a block boost to fling herself up to a fire escape

<DeathStar> 6* The six prowlers laugh and make various tools, clearly one with the net after living in it so long. One makes wings and flies after them like bats
<Sara> * Chelsea stays close to Luci, oblivious
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar jogs up the stairs onto the roof and peers at their base roof, running along it and leaps for their roof, extending her jump and lands, making a thud above the group as they reach the ground
<Seraphna> Luci> "Umm... something's up above now?"
<Sathen> 6*Jelly grimaces and tries to follow after with Asarar* "Frumpy...indigo revolver calypso..." 6*points back at the oddity prowlers with the wings*

<Jackieness> <Kira> "Damn it... I heard stories about these types of guys. Thought they were just urban legends."

<Seraphna> Luci> "Huh? We got a message that you were going out and we assumed something urgent was happening?" *she moves over to it too*

<Kemonohime> * Ylva hands her the clipboard with what she'd been scouting based on her last outing and files. "Then I guess I'm useless as usual."

<Seraphna> Luci> "Well... Asarar... you know if you included a few of us on these things, we might be able to help. It's not like I'm invested in many other projects."

"We have recently made break throughs on new mods that are going through trial runs. We are asking for volunteers from the fauna and aurit populations before we release them to the general public. Any fauna and aurit that volunteers will be paid well and can keep the benefits they gain"

<Seraphna> * Luci sits back. "Well... it's volunteer work now. So it's not exactly like they're forcing anyone into the risk."

<Kemonohime> * Ylva takes down the information, gathers up a few bags and heads downstairs.

<DeathStar> 6* Asarar blinks at her scanners picking up what's in the bag and turns to eye the monitor as the alarms beep

<Seraphna> * Luci glances over. "Mmm?"
<DeathStar> <Asarar> *she taps her comm* Ylva? Where are you going, little one?
<DeathStar> 6* Ymir pauses in her exercise, and moves over, her tail twisting
