<Seraphna> * Luci looks between Cam and the retreating guy, a slight tilt to her head.
<Sara> * Chelsea sends a response to Jelly: "That 'cat-bot' is the ex-partner of the infamous cat burglar Jewel, who the Corporations enslaved using a bomb and other horrible technology." She pauses and adds, "Reformed."

<DeathStar> 6* Asarar gets into the van
<Seraphna> * Luci hops in and muses, sitting back, glancing at Cam once more.

<Seraphna> * Luci waits till they're driving off. "That guy's been meeting with her quite a bit." *she says quietly*
<DeathStar> <Asarar> It seems Darkoni president is going to throw a party for the newly made Corporate president soon and all the presidents will be gathering. It might be a good time for intel if we can plant listening devices

<DeathStar> 6* Asarar parks outside the corporate HQ of the next area once they arrive, and studies it, seeing all the sections seem to have been repaired. She clicks her tongue, seeing security is being beefed up
<Seraphna> Luci> "The other thought occured to me that she's exactly what we learned would be needed for the murders. I asked her if she could help us see if there's more of her kind out there possibly being used.
<Sara> <Chelsea> *responding again* That we don't fully know yet... but that's why we're keeping him in monitoring until we can be sure that we've taken care of it.
<Jackieness> <Kira> *pulls off her boxing gloves and then hits the showers*
<DeathStar> 6* Inside, Twilight peers around to see if Ylva is up yet. Ymir is doing her genetic stuff in the lab
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Getting listening devices inside will be harder than I thought, especially with the party being tonight

<Stretch`cell> Jelly> "If there's need to analyze any of the tech or programming, let me know. If it's custom coding I can probably track it back to the programmer."

<kalonZombie> <Max> ...I'd have to pray that someone over there is big enough for me to fit in their clothes if we go that route.
<Sara> <Chelsea> *replying again* It's Corporate, so that may be somewhat difficult -- but he's still biological in his mind and heart, at the very least. He was kidnapped and taken in for experiments... nasty stuff. I guess you two have some things in common...
<DeathStar> <Asarar> *glances at Luci* There's two problems with that. We have to assume Twilight isn't stupid and is suspicious of what we do. And every president will be there. If we go that route, assuming Ylva will do that, our cover will be blown fast, and more Corporate Presidents will learn who we are
<kalonZombie> <Max> Alright, so hopefully there's a caterer who's a solid seven feet tall
<Seraphna> * Luci muses. "I suppose just asking her to let us have a shard is out of the question too."
<Seraphna> * Luci smiles weakly. Clearly a little bothered that Ylva's gone as far as they can tell, from the group.

<DeathStar> <Asarar> Right now, the shard at Macross is our goal ultimately, but if we get information on all the presidents, that would be helpful. They would have to talk about their votes at some point
<DeathStar> 6* Twilight peers about the office, then leaves a message for Ylva to come see her
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar studies the caterers. "Alright, lets assume we grab them, we have to mimic their face and DNA. That'll take time. Let's see if they leave the building to make the switch."
<Seraphna> Luci> "Mmm. Is there some kind of bug we can plant on stuff that's going in without us?"
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar leans back. "Everything's going to be scanned; at least I would."
<Seraphna> Luci> "I can become another person now, but I'm not as good as a lizard."
<Sara> * Chelsea seems to be referring to the fauna facility they found Jelly in
<DeathStar> 6* The group waits a good two hours in the van, Asarar fiddling with the radio at times, before the catering vehicle leaves and gets back on the road. Asarar follows indiscreetly
<Seraphna> Luci> "It... still seems like acquiring an invite somehow would be the best bet. Unless we could change the logs of these caterers so that the building recognizes us."
<kalonZombie> 6*Max is playing go fish with Luci, unable to play anything more complicated
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar peers at Luci. "You want to go that route, then I'll stop the van and let you go out. But if you get spotted, I have to disavow you."

<Stretch`cell> Jelly> "I wasn't experimented on or kidnapped..."
<Sara> <Chelsea> You were at a facility where many were.
<Seraphna> Luci> "I'm just making suggestions boss. I follow your lead."

<DeathStar> 6* Asarar follows the catering to their place. Asarar checks the employee records on the computers, seeing how many are working that day, surprised at the high amount
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Apparantly there's over 100 employees going to be working tonight on this job
<kalonZombie> <Max> So... they won't exactly be checking credentials?
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Oh, I'm sure they will. Each employee is logged in ahead of time
<Seraphna> Luci> "If they are it'll be substancially easier to slip something through at least. Can we somehow get ourselves into that logging?"
<Seraphna> Luci> "Like some hacking?"
<DeathStar> <Asarar> If a few don't match the catering company can survive. *She flips through the logs* The employees likely already have their DNA and facial recognition on file both here and somewhere else.
<Sara> * Chelsea boggles to herself, having honestly thought Jelly's old linguistic issues were related
<Seraphna> Luci> "Somewhere else?"
<DeathStar> <Asarar> A server at the employer's site
<DeathStar> <Asarar> If there's an error on either end, the employee doesn't work that night
<Seraphna> * Luci nods. "That makes fooling it all trickier I guess. We've have to alter both?"

<kalonZombie> <Max> Don't look at me to hack. I hit things hard.
<DeathStar> <Asarar> We can try to grab the number of employees we need, and try to fake their DNA with a fake mask
<Seraphna> Luci> "We're kinda the team muscle dear, don't worry about that."
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar leans back. "It'll take a lot of money and most of the day
<Seraphna> * Luci nods. "The question is whether or not you think it's worth it."
<DeathStar> <Asarar> I'll need the employees blood to do it
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar flips through the files, looking for people that match the records
<Seraphna> Luci> "Well blood I can get out of someone, but I'm supposing you want them alive after the fact."
<Jackieness> <Kira> *sends a message to Asarar's reader, asking where she is and if she needs any backup*
<kalonZombie> <Max> So hit them not too hard with the big hammer, got it.
<Seraphna> Luci> "Well attacking them might cause complications too... so I guess we'd have to be subtle about it. Maybe get a few while they're off work, get samples off something they eat or somethin."
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Okay, these people. Knock them out, get them tangled up without making it look like they were kidnapped, get some hair, DNA, urine sample. I'm sending Kira to aid you since we need so many people.
<DeathStar> <Asarar> I'm going to pay for the masks and alteration machines
<Seraphna> Luci> "So make it look like a nice, innocent mugging?"
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar hands over the card with the names

<DeathStar> <Asarar> With that number and the catering? No. Just hit them from behind so they wake up with a hang over

<DeathStar> 6* Asarar sends instructions to Kira, then turns the van over to them and hops out
<kalonZombie> <Max> I will not actually hit with a hammer. Even a light tap would probably cause a lot of brain problems.
<Jackieness> <Kira> *heads out and takes a motorcycle to go and meet up with Max and Luci*
<Seraphna> Luci> "Okay, we wait for Kira since she's good at sneaky sneak things."

<DeathStar> 6* Five hours later, as evening is creeping up, Asarar is working on the tech, waiting on the others to arrive with the goods. Cypher gropes Chel from behind, up now.
<DeathStar> 6* Twilight, meanwhile, is getting into a dress at the Corporate HQ
<Sara> <Chelsea> Eep!
<DeathStar> <Cypher> So, anything interesting happening?
<kalonZombie> 6*Max arrives with the things Asarar needs, having knocked out his targets and set them up with some nice hookers to wake up next to
<Sara> <Chelsea> Jelly's been spying on Bourbon for whatever reason... other than that, I'm not really sure. I think there's probably a mission going on but...

<DeathStar> 6* Soon the masks begin to take on faces as well as the hands

<Sara> <Chelsea> I don't know. I feel like there may be something he's not telling me.
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar hands Max the face of a woman that fits the contours of his head, as well as giant female hands
<DeathStar> 6* Then she works on Luci's stuff

<DeathStar> 6* Cypher rubs her ears

<DeathStar> <Cypher> Well, you better get ready for this
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Sorry, that woman was the only one in your size
<DeathStar> 6* She heads him fake breasts

<DeathStar> <Cypher> The mission. They're likely about to call you
<Seraphna> Luci> "Good thing I swing both ways."
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar rings everyone else that isn't up there
<Jackieness> <Kira> "So what is the plan?"
<DeathStar> 6* She begins to hand out masks and hands
<Sara> * Chelsea makes a face but nods, standing and starting to gear up, then jerking at just barely being ready by the time of the ringing
<kalonZombie> 6*Max sighs and moves to change.
<Sara> * Chelsea rushes to join the others
<DeathStar> <Asarar> *waits until everyone is there* We're going to join a party being thrown by Twilight Dark'oni for the new president that took over one of the corporations. All the corporate presidents will be there and we will be posing as the catering service so we can spy on them and listen in on conversations
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Hopefully we can catch vital information and see what they are planning. I need not remind you this is where Ylva is at now, and that Twilight is her new boss.
<kalonZombie> 6*Jan, meanwhile, is keeping Wolfe... "occupied"
<DeathStar> 6* Twilight has left out a beautiful dress for Ylva

<Sara> * Chelsea bows her head as she listens; perhaps a bit somber about it being a job where Ylva is
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Ymir is there, too, but I am not sure what her alliance is yet. There is a chance she went just because of her sister.
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar applies a mask to herself too, a slightly balding man right now
<kalonZombie> 6*Max comes back, glad he's not the only one who has to gender swap
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar stands up, putting on the catering outfit
<Sara> * Chelsea makes a bit of a face as she looks at Asarar
<DeathStar> <Asarar> For now, we are there just to observe. Do not attack or try to take out any of the presidents, no matter how much we may want to.
<Sara> * Chelsea makes sure to get ready, herself, though
<DeathStar> 6* Her voice sounds male right now

<Jackieness> <Kira> "What if the assassin strikes? This is a giant Bull's Eye."
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Then we observe, since it will be from afar like usual
<Seraphna> * Luci puts hers on. "Somehow I don't think the assassin works that... direct."
<DeathStar> <Asarar> And see if there's something we can learn
<DeathStar> <Asarar> So far Twilight is the only person who has survived
<Sara> <Chelsea> That's... more than a little suspicious, isn't it?
<Jackieness> <Kira> "We don't know what an actual attack looks like."
<DeathStar> <Asarar> I thought so, too. I wished someone had asked her how she did it when she was in here being talked to
<DeathStar> <Asarar> I hacked her hospital records but they are highly classified
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Were you able to get anything?"
<DeathStar> 6* She moves for the back exit. "Let's go, everyone, and do this. Try not to sweat too much, lest it interfere with the fake DNA."
<Seraphna> * Luci frowns. "Sorry... I was a bit more focused on damage control."
<DeathStar> <Asarar> No, I couldn't break it
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Either she is trying to protect herself, or she doesn't want to let something out
<Jackieness> <Kira> "Unusual... even for a corporate president."
<Sara> * Chelsea follows after baldy-- er, Asarar
<Kemonohime> * Ylva messages Twilight, haven't gotten the request to talk

<DeathStar> 6* Asarar drives along, trying to do the speed limit for once like a proper catering van. She pouts

<DeathStar> *they arrive and she parks all properly, getting out and showing her ID*
<Seraphna> * Luci gets out and shows hers as well.
<DeathStar> 6* She walks in and the security guard, a gruff man, does an eye scan, then a thumb print, before he waves Asarar in, proceeding to do it to them all

<DeathStar> <Twilight> Yes? *it seems the dress was custum made by the President Nue Age herself to fit Ylva*
<Kemonohime> <Ylva> I'm not sure it's a good idea if Ymir or myself go, Twilight. For your sake.

<DeathStar> 6* The group, once passed through, is led to where the food and dinerware is at. Asarar grabs some stuff and moves to the service elevator

<Seraphna> * Luci takes a set of warming trays full of food and pushes it along.

<DeathStar> 6* Twilight peers back, tilting her head almost in disbelief, but she knows at the same time Ylva would not joke

<DeathStar> 6* Asarar moves the food along, as the guests are just arriving. Shiki Nue Age arrives, the life of the party, as the fauna moves around, gathering people to her

<kalonZombie> <Max> <Obviously not now, but who's to say I can't snag a bottle on the way out? Assuming it's any good, I mean.>

<Kemonohime> <Ylva> I'm... I'm more than flattered. But I don't want to cause you trouble by our appearance. I don't know what Macross intends for us at this point. I was a control for him to find a way to cure a disease that had no cure. Now that she's cured herself, I'm not sure what his intentions would be.

<Kemonohime> * Ylva nods, flusteredly. "A-Alright."
<Kemonohime> * She eyes the dress as Twilight goes and bites her lip, sitting before messaging Ymir.
<DeathStar> 6* Ymir appears, rubbing her eyes. "Yes, sis?"
<Kemonohime> <Ylva> The party is today
<DeathStar> 6* Shiki regals the team with stories. Asarar studies her in disbelief
<DeathStar> <Ymir> There's food? *She wags* Yay! *she hops away from the screen without turning it off*
<kalonZombie> 6*Max listens, trying to see if there's any resemblance between her and Miyuki, since he's kinda suspicious and Miyuki's taken a liking to him

<DeathStar> 6* An aurit walks in, and people crowd her. It seems to be Caesune Guane. She talks with Striker and Shiki, until Twilight walks in, smiling and talking to her guests
<Sara> * Chelsea peets at the aurit and Striker
<DeathStar> 6* Drek Hi'um and his wife Sicil Hi'um walk in next, grabbing drinks and moving to a table to become slushes. Their hoods are down for once, revealing that they are humans, yes, but they have strange markings as if they are mutated humans
<Seraphna> * Luci blinks a bit, but doesn't stare, listening as she works.
<DeathStar> 6* Finally, Henry Cavet II enters, the guest of honor. Twilight moves over to greet him, shaking his hand. IT seems all the presidents are there except Macross, and they sit at a large table, Asarar moves her cake over and Twilight leans, cutting slices, as other caters bring the main course. With them served, it gives the team a break to mingle
<DeathStar> 6* Ymir pops up in a tight green dress and she hops about, grabbing fish, fish soup, fish cakes, fish salad, and then sits at the presidental table

<Kemonohime> * Ylva takes a deep breath after catching Ymir to make sure she doesn't show up in lab clothes or something, then hesitates before entering after the fact, looking around for Twilight like a fish out of water.
<Sara> * Chelsea moves to mingle too
<Jackieness> <Kira> *mans the chocolate fountain*
<DeathStar> <Twilight> Oh, this is Ymir, my lover's sister. And Ylva, my lover. *She gestures Ylva over. The presidents study the two curiously. Asarar watches the two in surprise, Ymir pausing to wave gracefully, then goes back to snacking*
<Seraphna> * Luci mingles while keeping an eye on the table.
<DeathStar> <Twilight> Ymir is a certified genius and I expect great things from her in helping the fauna. She has made such breakthroughs already. *Shiki leans forward, curiously, and chats with Ymir at that, And Ylva saved my life during the attack

<DeathStar> 6* Striker nods in agreement, while Shiki sighs, as if used to this, sippimng her drink, as if she'd rather be talking to Ymir. At that moment, a voice speaks up as someone enters. "The people of Geyze are forever crafty. They appear to be weaker than us, but you cannot be lulled by that. As my daughter says herself it is a spirit, but who wields it. Who on Kumen would strike at their dear leaders. Only those barbarians would."
<Seraphna> * Luci looks at Strike a moment when he's occupied, then continue to mingle.
<DeathStar> 6* The presidents turn as Macross sits down. Ymir chokes
<Sara> * Chelsea frowns
<DeathStar> 6* ASarar twitches
<Kemonohime> * Ylva pales, struck rigid for a moment, but clears her throat to her hand.
<kalonZombie> 6*Max supresses glares but his free hand does make a fist
<DeathStar> 6* Macross takes a cup. "I see you have found your way back to the lofty heights, my dear daughters."
<Kemonohime> <Ylva> On the contrary, I think that those on Geyze have little to gain from striking only at the leaders themselves when there are many to take their place-- and eager to, I might add. Whereas one who would stand to pick up the mantle has much more to gain by removing the head.

<DeathStar> <Striker> I've always been of the favor of clearing out the slums and putting them to work on new worlds; let them have their own planet to work on.
<Kemonohime> <Ylva> Geyze has limited ways to reach us on Kumen itself without the technology to reach the stars, nor are there resources to be gained by taking this moon from us.
<Seraphna> Luci> <Not sure who to punch.> *she keeps up an uncaring demenor*

The slums, as resentful of the top as they might be, and equally so the upper crust to them, would be without resources if the Corporations were to cease to be and the panic for allocation thereafter would only lead to their destruction.

<Seraphna> * Luci blinks and moves to refill her tray.

<Kemonohime> <Ylva> I, too, am familiar with the feeling of helplessness when that which you love is harmed, and I cannot say I would not act upon whatever destructive means I have to protect it.
<DeathStar> 6* Macross leans in and touches Ymir's shoulder, whispering in her ear. Ymir's tail stiffens, peering at Macross.

<Kemonohime> * Ylva punctuates her words by eyeing Macross with a flare.

<DeathStar> 6* Shiki rubs Ylva, as if apologizing for Macross, and Twilight rubs her back

<DeathStar> 6* The other presidents nod, talking to Ylva and Ymir like they are one of them. Ymir peers the way Macross went off to, tail swishing

<Kemonohime> <Ylva> Perhaps I should thank him for the 'motivation' to find another way and fight for it.

<DeathStar> 6* After the party, ASarar gathers the team into the van. She leans back, peering at them. While Twilight rests with Ylva up in her office

<Jackieness> <Kira> "Fortunately, he has few friends... even among those who agree with him about geyze."
<DeathStar> 6* A small device can be seen on Ymir's shoulder, like a small bug, and Twilight's eyes widen as she hits play. "Ymir, awaken." 6* Macross whispers
<DeathStar> <Twilight> Oh, no. *she immediately orders the computer to find Ymir*
<DeathStar> <Asarar> Yes, but he does seem to be the strongest figure
<DeathStar> 6* Asarar stops outside the club.
<Sara> <Chelsea> Maybe Ylva could run. *she jokes dryly*
<DeathStar> 6* Cam'dee is sitting in the back

<DeathStar> <Asarar> She might have the presidents respect, but as long as Macross is in the way, she has no power. Ironically, now that Twilight has legitimized her, Ymir and Ylva will now inherit his corporation

<DeathStar> 6* Cam peers up, then offers a small smile, shaking her head as if to clear her mind as she stands up. "Hey, everyone. You need some food?"

<DeathStar> <Twilight> *eyes the computer state Ymir is no longer in the building. It also states that her research was downloaded and wiped.*
<Seraphna> * Luci blinks and moves over to Cam. "Hey, join me for a bath?"
<DeathStar> <Twilight> Oh no no, this is my fault. I should have listened to you
<DeathStar> 6* Twilight covers her face, hiding her anger and disbelief that she messed this up
<DeathStar> <Cam> Uh, s-sure
<Seraphna> * Luci gives her a warm smile and heads down to the spring.
<kalonZombie> 6*Max heads to his and Luci's room
<DeathStar> 6* Twilight sits up. "He's not going to get away with this. She had my corporate protection, everyone at the table heard it. I'm going to wage a media war with him, and my Corporation is going to war with his. We're going to get Ymir back. Everyone will know what Macross did. He's going to get nailed for good this time. He's made his last mistake."
<Sara> <Chelsea> It could be just about anyone, in the end... if they had access to a spirit at all. Our Cam, a lot of people have access to her for that matter...
<DeathStar> 6* Twilight begins to hit buttons, starting the wheels turning
<DeathStar> <Asarar> She has been acting suspicious.
<DeathStar> <Asarar> *agrees* And the people hit would be considered 'enemies' of ours
<Seraphna> * Luci gets ready for a bath and she waits for Cam.
<DeathStar> <Asarar> But Luci told her the other day that it was hurting us
<Sara> <Chelsea> All it takes is one person with a sly tongue.

<Seraphna> * Luci moves to sit with her, and looks at her, then calmly, simply wraps an arm around her in a hug.
